    Location : Cinepolis Lake Mall, Kolkata
    Full Desc : Halfway through the show, there was some electrical short circuit issue in the mall and the entire lobby area was full of smoke, the smoke entered the theatre as well, it was suffocating, it was very hot inside, the ACs were not working it seemed but still the management kept running the show putting our lives at risk. There were only 9 people at the theatre for the morning show so hardly any people to complaint. When I went to the staff, they said the issue is with the mall and they can't do anything. These theatre charge so much for the ticket and F&B yet cannot provide a safe environment to us. I had to leave before the show ended.

    Desirable Resolution : Full Refund of ticket and F&B because of the horrible experience that I had today.

          Address: City center mall Mangalore 4th floor

          Cinepolis Mangalore Karnataka is trying to sell food vouchers forcefully along with movie tickets and asking the customers to pay high amount, I had faced the same issue several times when booking a ticket the executives say that they can't provide just movie tickets it's mandatory to buy food vouchers along with the tickets and also in the food section while buying food while paying through QR code or any wallets executives ask us to pay directly to their personal bank account and charge more price than it's mentioned in the menu. So please look into the issue and take necessary action against the corrupt employees and avoid loosing customers because of these corrupt employees. I have attached the screenshots of the payments I had done directly to their personal account after buying food.

              Address: Cinepolis Ahmedabad One Mall

              Did not receive a printed ticket or bill for our movie ticket purchase. The cashier took my phone to click a photo of the selected seats and asked us to show it to the gate agent. While we were allowed to enter, I am concerned about the authenticity of the transaction. There also was a sign that said that Cinepolis will issue the tickets for free in case the customer does not receive a printed bill. What should I do?

                      I booked a cinepolis ticket to watch a Kannada movie on Bannerghatta road Bangalore central. I asked for last seats L 10 and 11. The entire theatre was free and these seats were available.

                      The executive booked A10 and 11. The seats in the first row. Such an amazing way to cheat. Expected better from a brand like cinepolis. Disappointed. Disgusted.

                        I would like to highlight an issue that I faced today. I went to watch Jurassic world movie today in Cinepolis hall and the movie was not fitting in the screen. The subtitle and the upper part of the movie was not coming in the screen.

                        I raised this issue with cinepolis staff and they mentioned that the issue is pan india. However, I checked with others and they had a normal experience. I am extremely disappointed with the cinepolis services and also on the fact that your team lied.

                        Request to please look into this issue and take appropriate action.

                              Hi,
                              I would like to bring an incident to your attention which we faced at Cinepolis Ticket Booking Counter, Orion East Mall, Dated 6th June, 2022. We approached the guy at the ticket booking counter for Two Tickets of 6:45 pm show of Samrat Prithwiraj. That guy showed us the monitor and said only grey coloured seats are available which belong to J and K rows, farthest from the screen and these two tickets cost us Rs 400. We entered the auditorium only to find that the entire front row seats, approximately 4 - 5 rows were almost empty with one or two people can be seen here and there. To our surprise, we noticed the people who came following us all got the J ar K row tickets, keeping the front row empty which are of the tickets of lesser amount. When we contacted the counter guy after the show he completely denied the fact, what a great show of customer service!
                              Here is my question to Cinepolis, why were we misguided or deceived and denied lesser value front row tickets when there were approximately 25 to 30 people in the entire auditorium? Is these a new kind of business trick of post COVID times?
                              Please provide a good and justified reason to this ASAP.

                                Today visit andheri mumbai cinepolis fun cinema to wacth movie 4.20pm with family show hambirrao marathi book m row 9 tickets some of the seats having issue push back not working & in between something is bits checked in interval bugs were there. Due to seat push back issue old parents get problem this worst experience of cinema.
                                Pls get rectify those seats.

                                  This is very disgusting and complete dictatorship from Cinepolis when we purchase a ticket at the counter there is auto add on 150 per person and it cannot be cancelled which is completely day loot from Cinepolis (Mangalore), if we book online there is an option to skip this add on
                                  This is real pain for a common man who wants to watch a movie with his family

                                        I went twice for movie in Cinepolis but whenever I order mini coke they use to say non available sir ., but they say small ani large AVAILBAL why so this .?? This is very disgusting to see such type of policy as they are using as every one knows that minicome price is 140 rupee and small of 270 rupee ., why so ? Agreed due to quantity price may differ but why don’t they serve mini coke .?? What is actual reason ? I want to know ., otherwise u should remove that mini coke from ur flex
