Dear Team

Today visit andheri mumbai cinepolis fun cinema to wacth movie 4.20pm with family show hambirrao marathi book m row 9 tickets some of the seats having issue push back not working & in between something is bits checked in interval bugs were there. Due to seat push back issue old parents get problem this worst experience of cinema.
Pls get rectify those seats.

    This is very disgusting and complete dictatorship from Cinepolis when we purchase a ticket at the counter there is auto add on 150 per person and it cannot be cancelled which is completely day loot from Cinepolis (Mangalore), if we book online there is an option to skip this add on
    This is real pain for a common man who wants to watch a movie with his family

      No bill provided for purchase despite asking twice. Manager not available to cater look after their commitment of "if no bill provided, contact manager". This was at Cinepolis Central mall, Arekere, Bangalore

          I went twice for movie in Cinepolis but whenever I order mini coke they use to say non available sir ., but they say small ani large AVAILBAL why so this .?? This is very disgusting to see such type of policy as they are using as every one knows that minicome price is 140 rupee and small of 270 rupee ., why so ? Agreed due to quantity price may differ but why don’t they serve mini coke .?? What is actual reason ? I want to know ., otherwise u should remove that mini coke from ur flex

            I booked 2 tickets for dr.strange movie through the cinepolis website, the money from my bank account got deducted but I didn't get any email, sms for my ticket. I am trying my best to contact the cinepolis india customer care and get my refund or get the booking confirmation. If this complaint gets to the cinepolis customer care then pls help me out.

              I have Booked 2 Tickets of KGF 2 On 16th April 2022 from cinepolis movie booking app. My amount of Rs 560 was deducted but the movie tickets were not booked. It has been 1 month i have not got my refund. Please do it ASAP. I am sharing the Screenshot of the amount deducted.

                    It was that i and my family went to MBD MALL CINEPOLIS to watch movie on 22 may 2022, i had to miss my movie bos I was waiting to pay for my fooding

                    I & many other miss there 2nd half as there were insufficient billing counter.

                    On inquiring I was told by one of billing personal that That IT IS COMMON HERE.

                    I wonder that we pay 3 times on the name of service, which we unavale

                                  So this is a regular issue for everyone who uses the cinepolis mobile app i guess.

                                  I booked 3 tickets for RS 540 @ Cinepolis Forum Shanthinikethan Mall Bangalore. The payment has been done through Phonepe and the money got debited once i went back to mobile app i cannot see any payment confirmation and the screen has gone back to home page.

                                  There is no customercare number to raise this issue. I have send all the details to [protected]@cinepolis.com and still waiting for a response

                                      Today on 13/5/2022 i have booked 4 tickets of movie Runway 34 at cinepolis vadodara - inorbit mall of Rs 780 Rs through google pay. money has been deducted from account but not received tickets i called to Gpay and ccavenue they said transaction is successful- transaction no. is 1341253. check with cinepolis they will refund your money. kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
