I tried to book 2 tickets for Dr. Strange on 01/05/2022 using Cinepolis App. The movie date was 06/05/2022. Amount deducted was Rs. 550. The payment was done using Phonepe app.

Please refund my money....

Tried to book 4 tickets from The Cinepolis website and after making the payment the page just refreshed. What the hell is this Cinepolis India? Please resolve this issue. My Payment Is deducted and my experience is worst....

I have booked 5 tickets worth Rs. 1580 at Lake Mall cinepolis, Kolkata for 7th May 2022 for 7:00 am show for which payment is made but tickets not booked.

Cinepolis just fooled people. They charged too much for popcorn and food but they serve you wrost quality . Their cheese popcorn are tasteless with mild sweetness this make me so disappointed that i have paid so much for this and got nothing bad experience with you guys please improve your quality...

The sound and music selection in Cinepolis ad for that cineboy is very disturbing and the noise makes it difficult for us to sit in hall.. request you to alter the ad or please remove it...

We are from Vijayawada in site also i am selecting Vijayawada, but once enter the site it will automatically change the city name to Pune it's your website issue i request you to please cancel the tickets & refund my money as soon as possible

I've noticed two blinking devices in the theatre(patna) and I doubt those are night vision cameras. If that's the case why don't you inform the customers or at least keep a notice that you are under surveillance.
Please inform about that blinking device in case those are not night vision cameras....

Due to unavailability of subtitles in English movies in Cinepolis patna we cannot completely enjoy the movie in its original language especially marvel studios movies. Making subtitles available will make our experience memorable in Cinepolis...

I am regular movie watcher at cinepolis India. My current location is Surat, Gujarat. I just want to tell you like may times I noticed that the screens are not clear, anyone can clearly see dust on screen and that cause the cinematic experience as a problem.

I kindly request you take further action on that. Maintenance of screens should be maintained timely.

I had booked 3 tickets for RRR(3d) at Cinepolis, Celebration Mall, Amritsar.
Data - 31 march 8:47pm
Payment - Rs. 570 via Phonepe UPI
person in charge while booking tickets said the booking got cancelled and i will get the refund, and had to book the tickets again. But till now no refund has been processed, but the money is deducted.

Hello, I have booked 4 tickets for the movie RRR on 30March2022 10am imax show, I have done the payment, I even received confirmation mail, but i didn't get the qr code...

I booked 4 tickets for kashmir files show on 27th march 2022 in advance for the show on 28th. My money amt rs1180 was deducted from my paytm account, but no confirmation or ticket could be availed.

Request to look into this matter and resolve this issue and return back my money!!...
