To administrative officer, sir, i want to state that comessum situated on plaform no 1 in old delhi station is charging more than maximum retail price.i order for veg nawabi briyani .it was written on price board 68.00 rs, but they took 74.00 rs and tax extra.all total i paid 85.00 rs .i have copy cash bill. 2nd thing food was foul in smell.worst ever food i took in any railway station.when i told about food .manager told its take away outlet so we are serving such type of food.i was surprised and felt cheated from both side. i m writing a leter to ministry of railway about this corruption. truely speaking i was feeling helpless about it when manager gave me lame exuse. i m also posting on social media, so that every individual should know abut corruption in irctc.

      Sir, If I am booked through INTERNET one retiring room at any station at early morning 04:00 Hrs. As per IRCTC rule checkout time is every day 06:00 clock. I have to vacate the room before 06:00 clock or extend. This is very difficult to manage. Pl take serious matter. Otherwise no one will come to your retiring room. This is too much.             Hi I have filed a TDR Registration No: CNR211014W43443 against PNR [protected] on 15th October, 2014. The reason for filing TDR was "Passenger Not Travelled Due To Ticket In RAC After Chart Preparation". After more than a month the IRCTC has Repudiate TDR and mentioned reason "As per chart, passenger has travelled". IT IS A COMPLETE NONSENSE. If IRCTC agent is bit educated then I'd request to please have a look on my Booking details. I have booked next ticket for 19th October (PNR [protected]), train number-12409 and returned back by that train. So how its possible to travel on 15th October as the status updated by TTE was completely incorrect. The TTE must have sold that RAC seat and updated chart for my ticket.               Dear Sir As per your policy, if E-ticket is not confirmed than the ticket amount by deducting some transaction charges will refund to the same bank account. I have booked ticket from my IRCTC ID ashu_iert" but ticket was not confirmed and I got the message in my mobile regarding the status of my PNR no i.e RAC . i file TDR with region passenger not travelled due to status of PNR is RAC after preparation of chart .On 21 I received a mail from IRCTC in which they are saying my TDR application is rejected since no remark available in chart .                 Dear Sir/Mam, As per your policy, if E-ticket is not confirmed than the ticket amount by deducting some transaction charges will refund to the same bank account. I have booked ticket from my IRCTC ID "kamal_sub1" but ticket was not confirmed and I got the message in my mobile regarding cancellation and also refund of Rs.1170 to my bank account but it has not been credited yet Please do the needful for the same and let by refund.                         at 04:58 hrs a flight ticket was booked for del-bom on ai663/25nov (std0800 ) but surprisingly the final print of the ticket comes out to be of ai863/25nov 1800 dep and 2010 arrival at Bombay. when trying to cancel the ticket unfortunately the irctc site says system under maintenance since 2345hrs from 24th nov14 till 25th nov14 upto 0530hrs. Here my wrong ticket was issues with a deduction of Rs8822.00 plus due to emergency i have to contact AI customer care where they fined me 1580 rupees to change the time. Not to forget all my tiredless follow ups with the customer care team and a hurry to the Igi airport to pay the fee on the given time. also wondering how a ticket could get generate when there was a maintenance from 2345 to 0530.

IRCTC only provides access to Railway Passenger Reservation system through its server & Internet connectivity to book the ticket through it. Railway & IRCTC are different entities. TDR’s filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerned Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the User’s account through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.                                 On 22 November 2014 we bought 3 tickets from one of the JTBS ticket counter at the Kozhikode railway station. It was for the journey from Kozhikode to thrissur. (Ticket no.[protected] The ticket cost us Rs.168. I paid Rs.200 and got only Rs.22 in return. When we found out that I went back and asked her about that. But her behaviour was rash. Not only did she return our money but insulted us in front other customers. Its not about the money we are concerned but her behaviour. We don't think that any public servant should behave in this way to a customer.It was very upsetting. Expecting a response regarding this..

                                  Hi, I had booked my ticket from Secunderabad to Mumbai, and booked another ticket for my younger brother from Pune to Mumbai in the same train 18519/Visakhapatnam-Mumbai Express. Both the tickets were of AC II class. The PNR for both the tickets are PNR [protected] and [protected]. Issue - When I reached the station on my travel date, I was informed by the staff at the station that train has been cancelled due to cyclone and when asked about refund of money, they told that it will be refunded automatically directly in your account since your ticket was booked online. The very next day I had to reach Mumbai anyhow, since my next train for Allahabad was from there. So I made alternative arrangement for myself and my younger brother and managed to reach Mumbai to catch my next train. Now, its been a month and I have not received my refund yet. I mailed to IRCTC care and when couldn't get the proper reply from them after waiting for about 10 days, I wrote to AGM and DGM at the below mentioned email IDs- [protected]@sr.railnet.gov.in [protected]@sr.railnet.gov.in. And I got a reply from B.NAGESWARA RAO, Joint Director, Public Grievances, General Manager's Office, Southern Railway, Park Town, Chennai - 600 003 in which he directed IRCTC to look into the matter and gave folio number for this complaint as G.50/PG/WC/[protected]/626. But I did not get any proper reply and was asked to contact officials in Mumbai. I am now very frustrated with the behaviour of IRCTC customer care and other staffs and it seems they don't care for their senior officer like Joint Director and AGM, so where comes the common man. They just don't seem responsible towards their duty of proper communication and other processes required at their level. Now it is my request to Consumer Department to look into the matter and do the needful as I am really fed up of chasing them for my refund. And since the ticket was booked using credit card I bear extra cost and because of non refund I am paying interest on my credit limit hence, I ask for refund of not just the ticket amount but Rs. 10, 000 as minimum for all this pain and loss of my time.                                     I had booked retiring room on dated 10/11/14. My Pnr no. Is - [protected] and my train no. Is- 13483.on arrival date when I asked for booking the authority told me the room is not vacant and you have no booking . when I show all details of my booking and my paid slip and my confirmation of the booking message the authority told me there is server problem from Delhi and then can't allotted me room . when I told them this is wrong and I wI'll take action they misbehave with me and told me wherever Iwant to complaint I am free to go. I lodge complain in S.M office and when I tried to file complaint in CRPF they refuse to lodge complaint. I want judgement and strict action against these misbehave and irresponsibility.                                       I booked a Premium special train ticket on IRCTC on Dated 22-Nov-2014 (From Bangalore YesvantpurJunction to Bhubaneswar). After payment, HTTP 404 error found. I did not get any SMS and Email notification from IRCTC so I thought transaction was cancelled. I waited for 5 minutes After 5 minutes I logged once again IRCTC and checked for booked ticket history and found no record so book the ticket once again. This time transaction successful and got Email notification. But surprised to get the email notification of old transaction. As it is Premium special train so I unable to cancel the ticket. This problem is happened due to IRCTC web site. Not showing history properly. So I request you cancel one ticket and refund the money to my account as earliest.
