Dear sir, I have booked E-tickit for Pune to jaipur on 23 Dec 2014. Its Transaction ID no is [protected] Transaction date 23 Dec 2014. That time payment should dedected from my A/C, but not booked e-tickit . also not given PNR no.. So kindly request to that please refund my e-tickit amount Rs. 2585/- as soon as posible. Someone booked ticket giving reference of my cell no. upon intimating IRCTC to cancel the ticket they did not respond in positive way. Their careless attitude motivate people for bogus reservations. Please cancel the ticket PNR no. PNR:= [protected] The act is illegal and I have also submitted complaint in consumer forum. The respondents of IRCTC were Sonali Bansal and Amrit Pal Singh. If you do not cancel the ticket who used my cell no. I am definitely challenge it in consumer forums as case against IRCTC. This is for your kind information.

On[protected], i was booking my ticket from ndls to ghy on north east express. The transaction id is [protected]. The amount of 1893.92 is debited from my sbi account... I used my debit card on this transaction. Aftr debiting balance from my account.. It showed the message that the transaction is cancelled. Its emergency for me to book the ticket... Plz refund the amount as early as possible. Itz 25 hr left but yet refund didnot made.. I tried to contact with care or irctc and on customer enquiry but no one pick the call. Two tymes they rejected my call.. Plz refund it fast.

Hello IRCTC, I filed a TDR for my ticket - PNR [protected]. My reason is 'passenger not traveled' but after filing when I checked the reason has changed to 'party partially traveled'. The train has not even departed yet. And I filed this TDR 2 hours before departure timing. Please let me know how to go about this and how soon will I get my refund as I am not traveling on this ticket at all today.

I have a user id on irctc website 'shajanniji'. I tried to reset the password and even after entering the correct answer to the security question but still the website says the answer is incorrect. Please send the password reset link to my email. Thanks, Niji

But the train was cancelled due to HUDHUD cyclone i suffered lot, any how i came VSKP by next day by another train. Due to Power cut and non availability of net near about 15 days at VSKP i could not cancel my ticekt or frame the TDR within the schedule time. after restoration of the power and net i was applied for cancellation through IRCTC in response to my message IRCTC given one ID for further correspondence i.e. [ IRCTC#545209] but till date there is no response or refund of my amount. As i am a student kindly request you to please consider my grievance and arrange for payment of my refund amount. with lots of hope and expect no further my again any plea you will take necessary action

While booking tatkal ticket through IRCTC I encountered an error "You are permitted only two ticket between 10 AM to 12 PM as per the IP address". I am a normal user of IRCTC & I haven't booked any tickets (normal or tatkal) in the past 15 days. I tried booking tatkal on very first attempt. Few days earlier also I have faced such issues that is something which is really unacceptable. I generally use my personal handset to book tatkal ticket. Log in ID : AKJMEHTA Kindly resolve this issue on priority.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please find the following details which is not following properly in YESHWANTPUR RAILWAY STATION & they are cheating customers during leaving their vehicles in parking area., 1. Demanding extra charges while recieving the vehicles after parking, 2. Parking reciept not provide while recieving vehicle. 3. Parking charges notice board / display board not mention in all the location. 4. while booking tickets online the transaction got hanged after 3D pin secure id submitted amt debited from ICICI Bank Credit card through transaction authorisation number 699650 on 18.12.2014 for the value 191.24 ticket booked from madurai to chennai Ticket PNR number not generated and the amount got debited from my credit card to IRCTC pl look into this and get my amt credited back to my credit card

On 18 December-2014 morning @ 10.00AM, we had Login our IRCTC account for Tatkal Ticket Booking from Patna to Ahmedabad in Azimabad Exp. After feeding all details, while booking the message appears "YOU ARE PERMITTED ONLY 2 TATKAL TICKETS BETWEEN 10AM TO 12 PM PER IP ADDRESS" Whereas we have not booked any tickets from my IP address. There is no transparency in Indian Railways. Finally we didn't got tickets. Within 2-3 minutes after opening of tatkal booking all tickets has been sold out. How it is possible? Krishna

This is reference with my below mentioned cancelled ticket [protected], as the ticket has been cancelled on the same day on 9th Dec, but still refund has not been transferred in my account yet. for complete details i confirmed with airline and irctc executive also. executive told me that your amount will disburse in your account till 12th dec. but this is 16th dec. please do the need ful.

I had booked my season ticket for first class from Kalyan to Dadar on 17 Oct, 2014, as per following details: Name: Richa Sarode Ticket valid from 21 Oct 14 ID card no. 94JSAK105A STR No. : 9588B3I002 I have not received my pass till date. I have been constantly following up with irctc, and the email is just forwarded to the courier agency and there has not been any action till date. I even requested irctc to issue a duplicate pass, but the same was also not heard. I have been travelling with print out of ‘booking history’ from my irctc account and the email communication. Today it was very humiliating for me, when ticket checker asked me for the ticket and I showed her above documents. She still took me to Dadar office and the officers there were asking me only that what action I took if I did not receive my pass till date. It was too insulting for me despite of the fact that I have paid for my travel in advance to Indian railways. I am so embarrassed to take the same train tomorrow morning as all the passengers saw this, and would have thought as if I have been travelling without ticket all these days.

i[srikanth] have booked tickets for fours passengers from nellore to visakapatnam pnr no:-[protected] and also return jouney for same passengers from visakapatnam to nellore pnr no:-[protected] booked on 09Dec2014, time 14:47:08 HRS due to some reasons i cancelled the tickets on the date 11Dec2014, time 19:10:52 HRS but money was not refund to my account still now so, please refund the money as soon as possible

As my part no is [protected] coach b3 bearing seat nos 33, 34, 39 respectively have ordered 6 veg thalis for which each thali they have charged Rs 90 nd took 940 Rs on the whole but according to standard rates of irctc each mobile thali cost Rs 50 .As we enquired officals regarding this issue they told dat v r providing good quality and hygienic food and so v r charging exexcesexcess
