IRCTC Flaw in booking of Tatkal Tickets

I have recently booked a tatkal ticket on IRCTC website and happened to be the disastrous day for me. Allotment of seats through IRCTC is not proper. When two members that too senior citizens prefer two seats for their convenience at window side IRCTC allots seats at different places . I am a regular traveller between Chittoor CTO and Krishnarajapuram ( KJM) Bangalore. Lost My moneyduring tatkal ticket booking

On 25th oct 2014 i tried to book my ticket from guntur to bhubaneshwar through debit card.First i got message that the payment was successful but my ticket was not booked and it showed that transaction dropped.I dont understand what is meant by it.And when will get my money i lost Rs.577.49 /-.Transaction Id is [protected] and my bank account number is [protected] and it is state bank of india.Get me out of this problem...

COOLING FANS IN S7 COATCH NOT WORKING. THERE WAS NO LIGHTS. FULLY DARK. WASH BASINS WAS FULL OF DUST AND NO WATER IN MORNING FOR BRUSH.
