No/delayed response from IRCTC regarding TDR

1. I had booked 2 tickets from Pune to Nagpur for same date, 1- 3tier AC (waitlist) and 1 - sleeper class (confirmed). 2, When the chart got prepared, my AC ticket got confirmed. 3. Money Not Refunded after several attempts

Deceptive!!

During tatkal hours it happened with me twice, As soon as I clicked on the make payment button it logged me out of the website and immediately after logging back in it says waiting List .. WT[censored] why did it logged me out when ticket was available and i was about to make the payment. It looks like to be a scam by some railway officials looking fter the website activity, where they want to sell out the tickets of fast filling trains by themselves...
