Hidden Charges/Deduction

My complaint is about the hidden charges of IRCTC..

Every time i booked a ticket from IRCTC the amount of 11.00 is automatically deducted from my bank account. & it happened 9 times since Jan 2011 in 2 months.

i have contacted to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no such reply from them.

Non refund of money of failed transaction

I was transacted with the IRCTC dated 17/1/11, transaction ID is[protected] and[protected], which is failed transaction of amounting Rs 2204/- each. Site - service error

The irctc site remains down all the time. How are we supposed to cancel the tickets if we dont want to travel? I have lost my money twice only because the ticket could not be cancelled. These are so corrupt that they could not handle the requests. I am so mind rite now cause since last two days i am trying to book a ticket and cancel one. Does irctc has any answer here. Use good hosting - load balanced servers. Why would u make us miserable??...

Cancellation charges for Waitlist

I would like to know why there is a heavy cancellation charges levied on waitlist ticket. Consumer suffers by paying more for takal ticets with a hope that it will get through and again huge amount is spent by calling 139 to check the confirmation status. Can someone expalin what will be the loss for Indiain Railway or IRCTC to obtain more than 50% of ticket charge from us. It is the common man who suffers with this wait listed tickets. Why...

Not able to login to IRCTC site between 8:00am to 8:15am

Hi,

I am trying to login to IRCTC site between 8:00am to 8:15am, not able to login gives " Session Time out" and "page cannot display"
I am trying to book normal 90 days booking.
But not able to login at 8:00AM

After 8:15 i am able to login.

But 8:15 i am getting waiting list ticket.

Can you all please help to login at 8:00AM in the morning So...

Shubh Yatra Card & SBI Card

Worst customer Support provided by IRCTC and Shubh Yatra Service.

I applied for SBI Railway Card on www.irctc.co.in. They issue me Shubh Yatra Card. This is only membership card having no profit of saving Transation charges.

Making fool of customer. Government want to earn more from IRCTC Website.

Please be careful and donot apply for SBI Railway card and Shubh yatra card.

very low speed website

we tried to book train ticket by irctc website so, whenever we are trying to login morning 8:00am that time these irctc dogs website speed will very very Low. after book all tatkal tickets they will start to provide fast speed, irctc is really fully cheating.

do not waste ur time with these stupid irctc staff...

I am a consumer of your bank since last six years. Since the issuing of ATM card I am unable to book my IRCTC eticket through your debit card. While travelling, I have booked meals. I have provided meals but not water, I have demanded for it.
Then, I have been deeply insulted by the canteen manager with abusing language and told he don't have complaint / suggestion book. I deeply hurted with the bad service.

Deducted extra money from my bank account

I booked a ticket on 8 feb 2011 through internet banking using SBI accont, the ticket charges were deducted from my account at same the time.
But after one day i.e. 9 feb 2011again Rs 10 was deducted from my account showing "TO TRANSFER

What is This?

the tdr filled ref. no. ekt[protected] dtd 3/8/10 for ticket PNR no.[protected] through irctc.co.in for amt 1171.00 not refunded til date evev after stipulated time i.e. 3 months since the train no. 2823 was cancelled on travelling date 10/7/10.
so i am requesting u to kindly do the needful for refunding the same....

I AM MEMBER OF IT AND JUST TODAY I WAKE UP EARLIER IN MORNING TO BOOK E-TICKET TATKAL ON 8:00 AM. I JUST LOGIN ON 7:45 AM BUT WHEN THE TIME TICK ON 7:55 AM IT START THEIR REAL WAY. SITE WAS HANG OR DID NOTHING FOR FURTHER PROCESS. NOT EVEN LOGIN AFTER RESTART. I HORRIBLE TO KNOW THAT. EVEN THIRD PARTY SERVICE IS SO MUCH CORRUPTION....

Please let me know to whom I should reach out to regarding the unsatisfactory reply from customer support department of IRCTC. I have raised numerous requests regarding a non-payment of a ticket cancellation but I have never been provided with a satisfactory response which mention a particular date by when I will receive my refund.

I have cancelled an e-ticket on 02-Feb-2011. Payment was done using internet banking of Axis...
