money credited but cannot give my tatkal ticket

I am booked my ticket on 04.05.2011 through my SBBJ internet banking But i am not received any booked ticket from my irctc account in the mean time i am login my SBBJ account, i saw that on 04.05.2011 RS.291 cut twice for the ticket purpose.
My transaction id no is IG49884598 & IG49882248 for that ticket.Now how can receive my ticket ?...

account was debited but the ticket was not generated

i have been booking the ticket with the irctc for nizzamuddin jabalpur express on 5th may my payment was made that is the ticket amount was deited from my bank account bt the ticket was not generated. this is quiet embarasing for the railway management and frustrating for me as i was in urgent need of the ticket.
i would like the management to look into this misdeed and refund me the same amount in my account...

Tatkal ticket booking facility via Internet rigged

Quick book is a facility in the irctc site by which tickets can be booked if you know the train number.

For Tatkal booking, Quickbook facility has been blocked from 8 AM to 9AM, forcing online users to go through the lengthy process of searching through the list of all the trains.

TICKET BOOKING

I was trying to book tatkal ticket for 5/5/11 today 3/5/11 8am. When I clicked on the availability bullet, It is showing 'Regret/WL1' from 8.10am onwards. No link appearing for booking the ticket till 9.30am. Please see that same status is displayed for other dates also on which the booking yet to be opened.

Substandard Online Service

This is in reference to the sorry state of online service provided by IRCTC where Tatkal ticket booking is nothing short of a farce in the name of mass railway booking. Being an IT professional, I understand the significance of Hardware support to an online system, and if IRCTC cannot provide hardware support to meet the demands of the traffic that it attracts, it ends up being what it is, a service that only a handful of agents reap benefits...

upar sabhi bhaio ne sahi bola ... ye irctc sirf agents ke liye hi bana hai .... unka jab ticket book ho jata hai tab ye irctc open hota hai... ye gov. sirf aam janta ko loot rahi hai aur agento ke sahare de rahi hai kyo ki unse unko fayada milta hai.... ye irctc jab aam janta ke liye nahi hai to ise...

Account Blocked

Hi Team,

I have an A/c in irctc. They have said that they have blocked it stating that I have claimed for false TDR. with out giving any chance to prove my self they have blocked. & I did not get any refund for that.

I have a few tickets which I need to travel for which I need the ERS so if they could send me asap I would be happy.

Ticket fare not refunded but status comes as refunded

hello, I booked banglore mail on april 15 2011 on tatkal but it wasn't reserved but i paid the money.

Then after 2 days, in Refund status of failed transaction it comes as Settlement Processed.
But my bank says it wasn't credited.

Deactivation of ID : TDR rejection

I have booked e-ticket (PNR: [protected]), but I dint travel on the ticket. So i filled TDR fro "Passenger Not Traveled".
This claim is rejected by railway by saying passenger traveled and and they deactivated my id (ganu_10).
I can challenge IRCTC that i have not traveled on said ticket. Also I have planned tickets booked on the id which I have to take prints/cancel.

I want my ID to activate immediately...
