Ticket Fare deducted

Hi,
I have booked ticket from banaswadi to tirur for travel on 12th April 2011. It has been deducted from my account but the ticket not available in my booked history (irctc.co.in)

Problem in retrieve train list during e-ticket

Last few days , after login , I am unable to book train ticket thru' IRCTC web site.
After filling required station code and date , I am getting one message " unable to retrieve train list". As result it is difficult to purchase e-ticket thru this web site.
Please look into this matter at urgent basis....

The IRCTC site is too slow

The IRCTC site for booking is too slow and very unreliable. Booking has become a big problem through this site. Most of the times the page fails to open and even if it does open when we are about to make a payment the page fails. I believe the server isnt maintained well . In short the service is Pathetic and Useless. Kindly look into this matter.

What the hell every Tatkal transaction is being dumped due to over draw of tickets illegally by agents & team over the whole corner of the authorized counters as well as internet,why normal people feel harass themselves as they can't do by their own?
why these inter mediators scope will increase as they are charging more than they scheduled. What the hell they doing hack the servers in every Tatkal transaction ?

Couldn't edit booked ticket in IRCTC
