Yesterday my father (Asthma patient) and uncle (psychiatric patient) were coming back from Calcutta medical college by superfast express (coromandal exp) with a general ticket (70/-) in general coach from Howrah to Kharagpur. The ticket were made by ATVM machine at howrah jn south new complex (by my brother who has not come with them) not by counter (Tct. No.Z08059221/222). When they got down from train on platform at kharagpur railway station and started to leave by stairs, one running TTE (traveling ticket examiner) caught them and asked to give ticket. My father and uncle showed the ticket, then he snatched ticket from them and asked to pay fine 860/-. My father and uncle got scared and asked to TTE for what reason I have pay. TTE told whichever the ticket is not valid because it is not up to balesore (minimum distance) and TTE took them to one room and told them -'you have to pay fine 860/- otherwise i'll not give you your ticket'. Fortunately, I called my father that time to know where they are and knew everything and tried to communicate with the TTE, but TTE refused to communicate with me. After that My father and uncle had been to much scared by eight TTEs in TTE room and finally my father borrowed money from other person and gave money to TTE because they did not have money that time with them. Then they came out from room. Two points come into picture: 1. TTE checked ticket on platform not in train.So, TTE is not doing their duty in train, but he is showing to higher authority that he is doing their duty in train. 2. There is no public awareness that some trains have distance limitation in traveling. There should be some display or announcement regarding distance limitation which can help common people in traveling.

    I am highly disappointing by the extent of corruption within Railway. But now I need to prove (as per IRCTC/TDR system) that Mr. Suresh Patil and Mrs. Mangala Patil had not traveled on 17th February 2014. Hence, I sent all the necessary details for IRCTC reference. At least, I expected some decency from TDR team to go through all the details to avoid further complication. Attachments : 1) Chronology of entire IRCTC event. (PDF file) 2) Photographs of Mr. Suresh patil attending "Shiv Jayanti" at Jalgaon. 3) Identity proof of Mr. Suresh Patil. Aadhar card and Passport. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL DATE.       Respected Sir/Madam, I can't able to login to my irctc account. User Id: unni.s550 Mail ID:unni.[protected]@gmail.com Mob No:[protected] I was successfully login by using this same id and password in some days before, but now i cant make it and tried many times, and only got an error message "INVALID USER", everything i entered was correct including captcha, and also i was checking my mail id for the verification mail i was getting at the time of registrration and confirm myself that i was entering correct user id and password.         Request you to take up this complaint to the honourable Railway minister as I have tried all modes of escalations and did not get a satisfactory response.


        My complaint is as narrated below:


        1) Booked four e-tickets under Tatkal scheme from Delhi to Chennai (Rajdhani express)
        2) Travel date: 11th June, 2014
        3) PNR: [protected]
        4) 1 ticket got confirmed and 3 were wait-listed
        5) Refund rejected for confirmed ticket as it was booked under Tatkal
        6) Refund rejected for wait-listed tickets also claiming that TDR was not filed.


        I was not aware of the process that TDR has to be filed for wait-listed tickets. In a earlier case (PNR: [protected]) I had received automatic refund of wait-listed tickets and expected the same in this case too. But I was given a different justification and different set of rules were told as justification.


        But Railway department did not provide any alternate way out to get my refund but were firm in their stand of not processing my refund.


        My humble request here is to provide me the refund of my wait-listed tickets and to make the railway booking/refund process much simpler and user friendly to make the passengers' life easy and not make miserable instead.

          Sir i had travelled from sealdah to samsi by hate bazare express on 8.8.2014 i.E. On friday. I was so tired that day so sleeped after boarding. But around 2 a.M i suddenly woke up and found myself half wet. Also i carried laptop so water goes inside this, investing the matter i found that there was some holes in roof of the train and water drizzles through them as it was raining outside. I was travelling alone and i was shievering all the night as i was wet . On morning i could not start my laptop as water goes inside this. I went to lodge a complaint but t.T.E started loughing and said me what they can do? There was no maintainence. I just want my money back and the additional money also for repairing of my laptop. Please help me.

            My wife Mrs. Mousumi Dasgupta. & my daughter were coming to Sealdah station by local train to board Sealdah- New Delhi Duronto Express on 20/07/2014. While travelling from Barrackpore to Sealdah Station my wife"s Handbag was stolen by some miscreants which was having her voters ID card, Banks ATM Debit & Credit Cards and cash amounting to Rs. 10, 000/-.As soon she reached Sealdah station around 4.45 p.m she launched F.I.R with I/C Sealdah GRPF... no F.I.R number was given to her..only it was stamped and was written that the letter will be fowarded to OC DUMDUM GRPF...after few minutes she started receiving SMS from Banks that amount of Rs, 40, 000/- have been withdrawn giving the time of 16.47p.m, 15.05p.m, 15.06p.m, 15.14p.m & 15.17p.m with amounts of Rs. 10.000/-, 5, 000/-, 5, 000/-, 10, 000/- & 10, 000/-..and also the place G.C. Road Kolkatta(UBI and Punjab & Sind Bank)...inspite of telling the officer that the ATM of G.C.Road is being used...it was fallen to deaf ears...Sir...i got all the ATMS Cards Blocked from Bank by 5.20 p.m..but already the loss was incurred...then at around 7 p.m i had received a call from DUMDUM enquiring about the incident...the Officer requested me to provide further details about the exact location & name of the banks atm...which we provided next day that is on 22/07/2014...as ATM OF SBI TITAGARH RAILWAY STATION & AXIS BANK ATM OF G.C ROAD TITAGARH...as far as we know after providing the details the culprit can be identified from CCTV recordings...we are not aware what action has been taken so far...only we got the information that a lady thief has been nabbed and being interogated...more than 15 days has passed and no news have been received...Sir, the money we earn is our hard earned money...it is requested to kindly look into the matter urgently...               Dear Sir, I daily travel from Palghar to Mumbai by Valsad fast Passenger train and in the evening from Mumbai to Palghar by Flying Rani. I travel by MST holder. But it has been observed that ladies from MST holder do lot of Harassment of some of the ladies like me. So I request western train Board to remove the Palghar stop of Flying Rani train and arrange to provide local train from Churchgate to Dahanu at the same time so that this harassment can be prevented as such harassment is not allowed in local train.                 I, have booked a e-ticket from irctc with pnr-[protected] from howrah to mumbai cst in train no-12262/duronto with date of jouney 01/july2014 and due to some problem the passenger has not travelled that day and i have also filed tdr before departure of the train but when i enquired about the refund it is showing that the passenger has travelled but the fact is that the passenger has not travelled in that train .
                So, i would request you to look into this matter and refund the amount

                  I have booked 5 tickets from Indore to H. Nizamuddin in train number 12415 and having PNR [protected]. When I start booking the current status was 96 seats available in class 3A But after booking I got the tickets as 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 RAC. Since booking time is 09:58:41 hrs. of 06-Aug-2014 then how it after booking train availability status is still 96 available at 10:11:31 hrs. of 06-Aug-2014. Request you to please confirm the below points. 1. Since the seats are available in train then why my status is still RAC 2. If my tickets is booked under some quota then why it is not displayed correct status before booking (please refer 2nd screen shot it is still showing 96 available). 3. Please share the grievance cell details so that I can move ahead in Public Interest so that in future no one get RAC/waitlisted tickets when he/she may only want to book confirmed tickets. It’s like harassing the person who want confirmed tickets and book 60 days in advance.

                    Dear Sir I am travelling from Kazipet to Bangalore on A4 coach in Rajdhani today. 1. The AC has not been effective and I had clearly requested this to be looked into but to no effect. It is 26Degrees. I am sure AC coaches should be around 22 for comfort. The attendant is casual and not interested to even listen. We are sweating in a 2nd ac compartment after paying so much of money. This is totally not acceptable and would want immediate action. 2 . There is no TC till now who has come and checked. We as customers spend so much of money for such lethargic and poor service.                       This is Dr. Shradha Engles, from Amritsar and working as a Non PG Resident in Christian Medical college, Ludhiana. I wanted to inform that I am really disappointed by the recent event that occurred with me. I booked my ticket for Amritsar Shatabdi, arrival timing 8:32 on 02/08/2014. This has been my weekend schedule for past 7 years, as I go home, (I.e Amritsar) every Saturday. On this particular day I reached station at 8:12, way before the train arrival time. I kept waiting for the train for 45 mins but there was no sign of the train. As the train only stops for 3 minutes I could not wait in the waiting room/area. So I called the railway inquiry no. (I.e 139), standing among the men who have never seen girls before. The inquiry said the time of arrival is 8:32 pm and time of departure is 8:35pm. But it was past 9:00pm. There was no announcement or display on the railway station about the train. I checked online on my cell phone and after surfing through so many site came to know that the train was 5 hours late. The train had not started from Delhi even. As a regular customer I was not happy with the display of such behaviour on the part of railway staff. Also the agent who booked my tickets said he will not cancel my ticket because the train has not been cancelled. I will not get any refund for this. I had paid Rs. 540 for this train because I believe its a very safe train and I can reach my home without any troubles. This is a shows how poor our railway system works. I have to travel alone most of the time and usually due to my working hours, I am able to take this train at 8:32 pm. As such there is no safety measures on the railway station for females. I had to ask one uncle to stop staring at me in a rude way and also told his wife to keep an eye on him. It is really uncomfortable to stand alone on the station with no help and no information about the train.

                        I go from Singur to Sheorafully daily at 06:02.Every compartment is blocked by vendors, where as vendor compartment is empty.Feel very much tedious to get in and get down from train.Also train doesn't come in time always happened to be late by 5-10 min .I got late and could not join in school in time.Pse if you take proper care about this matter i will be helpful.

                          I am Narendra vanigta traveling in train no. 12116 sidheshwar express from solapur to mumbai cst on wednesday july 23rd 2014 my PNR no [protected] AC TWO TIER coach no A1 seat no 42
                          on 24 july morning 7AM I was awaken after dadar station before CST MUMBAI station and suddenly I see that my Luggage is not there.
                          For that I had complained to TTE in coach, but he could not help he had no idea what to do
                          so i complained at MUMBAI CST RAILWAY POLICE STATION but till today there is no result
                          yesterday i received 1 courier by vichare courier service ( i think which was posted by thief) there is only my visiting card & medicine which was in my bag but still my worth 25000 Rs items are out of reach
                          i told all matter to police & shown courier also
                          there is so many clue for investigation but till today thief is out of reach so please do the enquiry
                          hope you will understand my problem and do the needful.

                            I am a weekly passenger of the malda barddhaman passenger train 53418 dn and often I suffer due to its late run. Most of time it is allowed to depart from the malda station atleast after 15 to 20 mins only after the arrival of Haldibari up superfast express. Moreover the malda enquiry staffs are veryvrude and often don't pay his to what the passengers are asking As there are no other trains after kanchanjungha till gour express the passengers to rampurhat, bolpur, barddhaman and its adjoining stations suffer a lot.

                              Dear sir, I would like to bring to your attention that pantry staff and coach attendance are demanding money from passengers in rajdhani express. I travelled in rajdhani with my family on 23rd July 2014 from Trivandrum to ernakulam. Pnr no:[protected]. I am surprised that on the second day evening the staff are forcefully collecting money from the passengers. The staff were wearing uniform of "meals on wheels". Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful . Thanks Prajish.

                                To, Dated: 18.07.2014 Hon’able Minister of Railway Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, Rail Bhavan, Rafiq Marg, New Delhi. Sub: Application for implementation of Central Administrative Tribunal order of 1341 of 2005 dated 20.10.2008 and contempt order no. 29 of 2010 dt 10.11.2010, but North Central Railway not implementation the same. Respected Sir, With due respect I beg to say that I have submitted some few lines under your kind control for consideration prompt action against Central Administrative Tribunal order and contempt order. That I appeared Central Administrative Tribunal for my service disputed case because Divisional Railway Manager still harassment in 1972. My service was continued regular service from date of appointment as substituted Khallasi dated 06.11.1969. But the Railway Administration by Division were shown my date of appointment as 13.03.1974. In that case I moved so many mercy applications to my higher officer like Divisional Railway Manager and senior Divisional Personal Officer, North Central Railway, Allahabad for correctness of my service record and fixation of my pay since my date of appointment but they were not correctness the same. So that I was went to Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad for decision. That as per Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad passed the order in OA No. 1341 of 2005 of dated 20.10.2008 that in order sheet on para no 10 that I accordingly direct the competent authority to reconsider the case of the applicant with regard to counting his full previous service from 06.11.1969 to 15.12.1974 in the light of letter dated 11.02.1997 and Railway Boards letter no. E-NG-II-2006-SB-8 dated 25.07.2006 produced today and decide the date of appointment of the applicant for all purpose ie qualifying services for retrial benefits, seniority and other consequential benefits admissible to the applicant under rules” and in contempt order no 29 of 2010 dated 10.11.2010 were mentioned that as per OA no. 1341 of 2005 on 20.10.2008 definite finding was given that date of appointment counting full previous service from 06.11.1969 to 16.12.1974 in the light of letter 11.02.1997. They have perused the Judgement of the Tribunal passed in the OA and this point raised and considered and finding order the date of appointment of the applicant shall be 06.11.1969 and not 13.03.1974 and order were quashed in this connection. In the other circumstances deciding the original matter, thus, points cannot be disputed a definite finding in the OA. That in this stage finding recorded above, it is provided that one month time is allowed to make compliance of the order in letter and spirit of the order passed in the OA. There must be no ‘if and but’ in making compliance of the order of the Tribunal and immediately implementation the same. That both the order sheets letter received by Divisional Railway Manager and Sr. Divisional Personal North Central Railway, Allahabad after that Sr. Divisional Personal North Central Railway, Allahabad given a letter as letter no CS-DPO-CG-CL IV-S-3177 dated 20.01.2011, they mentioned on letter that my date of appointment as 06.11.1969 as an post of Substitute Khalasi which was clearly recorded in service book and earned increment time to time and worked up to 13.09.1972 as regularly and also further period 14.09.1972 to 08.02.1974 marked absent. That when the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad passed the order in OA No. 1341 of 2005 of dated 20.10.2008 than after no any comments or served regarding beyond of Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad order. The Railway Administration only carried out the order which was passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad and contempt order. That I was again to moved mercy application to DRM-N.C.R-Allahabad regarding above letter which was written to me by Sr. DPO-Allahabad. After that Sr. DPO-N.C.R-Allahabad another one letter sent to me as letter no. E-EO-1-D K Chakarvorty-court case-09 dated 25.03.2014 and mentioned on the letter that I was appointed as an post of Casual Labour and worked as part time work from 06.11.1969 to 30.01.1972 in Casual labour and 14.09.1972 to 08.02.1974 out of Railway. The both letter were challenged to Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad by the Railway Administration Sr. DPO-N.C.R-Allahabad and also not implementation the same order upto still date. Sir, we are all governed by Indian Law and we wrights to follow up Indian Panel Court Law and President Law without failure. The Court were supreme power to negotiate any disputed matter and pass the order for implementation, so that anybody government staff were not authorised any comments and challenge on behalf court also cannot ignore their orders any cost which was shown as legal or in-legal case. We are not authorised to challenge to the Hon’able Justice of the judgement, any criticized, or any other legation on behalf of Indian judicial. We are governed by Indian Law Constitution. In Third Pay Commission which was clearly mention in GSR-516-E that on fixation time pay will be 1969 to 1973 i.e 196/- due to same slab and further pay will be raised one step up fixed on 1st Jan’1974 i.e 199/-. So I request to you kindly passed order for re-fixation as per third pay commission my pay will be fixed as on 1st Jan’1974 as 199/- with arrears payment from on 1st Jan 1974. God help you.                                 To, Dated: 18.07.2014 Hon’able Minister of Railway Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, Rail Bhavan, Rafiq Marg, New Delhi. Sub: Application for implementation of Central Administrative Tribunal order of 1341 of 2005 dated 20.10.2008 and contempt order no. 29 of 2010 dt 10.11.2010, but North Central Railway not implementation the same. Respected Sir, With due respect I beg to say that I have submitted some few lines under your kind control for consideration prompt action against Central Administrative Tribunal order and contempt order. That I appeared Central Administrative Tribunal for my service disputed case because Divisional Railway Manager still harassment in 1972. My service was continued regular service from date of appointment as substituted Khallasi dated 06.11.1969. But the Railway Administration by Division were shown my date of appointment as 13.03.1974. In that case I moved so many mercy applications to my higher officer like Divisional Railway Manager and senior Divisional Personal Officer, North Central Railway, Allahabad for correctness of my service record and fixation of my pay since my date of appointment but they were not correctness the same. So that I was went to Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad for decision. That as per Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad passed the order in OA No. 1341 of 2005 of dated 20.10.2008 that in order sheet on para no 10 that I accordingly direct the competent authority to reconsider the case of the applicant with regard to counting his full previous service from 06.11.1969 to 15.12.1974 in the light of letter dated 11.02.1997 and Railway Boards letter no. E-NG-II-2006-SB-8 dated 25.07.2006 produced today and decide the date of appointment of the applicant for all purpose ie qualifying services for retrial benefits, seniority and other consequential benefits admissible to the applicant under rules” and in contempt order no 29 of 2010 dated 10.11.2010 were mentioned that as per OA no. 1341 of 2005 on 20.10.2008 definite finding was given that date of appointment counting full previous service from 06.11.1969 to 16.12.1974 in the light of letter 11.02.1997. They have perused the Judgement of the Tribunal passed in the OA and this point raised and considered and finding order the date of appointment of the applicant shall be 06.11.1969 and not 13.03.1974 and order were quashed in this connection. In the other circumstances deciding the original matter, thus, points cannot be disputed a definite finding in the OA. That in this stage finding recorded above, it is provided that one month time is allowed to make compliance of the order in letter and spirit of the order passed in the OA. There must be no ‘if and but’ in making compliance of the order of the Tribunal and immediately implementation the same. That both the order sheets letter received by Divisional Railway Manager and Sr. Divisional Personal North Central Railway, Allahabad after that Sr. Divisional Personal North Central Railway, Allahabad given a letter as letter no CS-DPO-CG-CL IV-S-3177 dated 20.01.2011, they mentioned on letter that my date of appointment as 06.11.1969 as an post of Substitute Khalasi which was clearly recorded in service book and earned increment time to time and worked up to 13.09.1972 as regularly and also further period 14.09.1972 to 08.02.1974 marked absent. That when the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad passed the order in OA No. 1341 of 2005 of dated 20.10.2008 than after no any comments or served regarding beyond of Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad order. The Railway Administration only carried out the order which was passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad and contempt order. That I was again to moved mercy application to DRM-N.C.R-Allahabad regarding above letter which was written to me by Sr. DPO-Allahabad. After that Sr. DPO-N.C.R-Allahabad another one letter sent to me as letter no. E-EO-1-D K Chakarvorty-court case-09 dated 25.03.2014 and mentioned on the letter that I was appointed as an post of Casual Labour and worked as part time work from 06.11.1969 to 30.01.1972 in Casual labour and 14.09.1972 to 08.02.1974 out of Railway. The both letter were challenged to Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad by the Railway Administration Sr. DPO-N.C.R-Allahabad and also not implementation the same order upto still date. Sir, we are all governed by Indian Law and we wrights to follow up Indian Panel Court Law and President Law without failure. The Court were supreme power to negotiate any disputed matter and pass the order for implementation, so that anybody government staff were not authorised any comments and challenge on behalf court also cannot ignore their orders any cost which was shown as legal or in-legal case. We are not authorised to challenge to the Hon’able Justice of the judgement, any criticized, or any other legation on behalf of Indian judicial. We are governed by Indian Law Constitution.                                 Still no result found up to still date by the DRM/NCR, Allahabad. Hence I will be moved again High Court regarding the same against DRM/NCR/Allahabad.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is the complaint against Indian Railway, We were comming from Jammu to Saharanpur, fromTrain Anand Bihar Jammu Tawi on date15 june 2014, But Train stoped in Ambala (Punjab) and Than announced every passengers have to go Saharanpur and meerut Please left this train because train will not go to Saharanpur and Meerut rout, And Railway department did not arranged any convenced for passengers, and ambala station staf behaviour was not good, staf dit not refund ticket charges, we have faced many problems to reached our station saharanpur. our child became ill and one persion had left exame on this day.We spent More money to reached our station.Every body become mently distrubed and harashment so Sir Please take necessary action against INDIAN RAILWAY and staf.                                     Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket through IRCTC on dated 14/4/2014 with PNR No- [protected] and Transaction ID- [protected]. Total Number of Passengers were 5 out of that only 2 tickets were confirmed and remaining 3 tickets were not confirmed. I filled a PDR but 4 months have gone and Railway has not refunded my money. I have been paying the interest to the Credit Card for last 4 months. I have sent several mails to IRCTC but they are not responding properly. Please justify and refund my money with interest.
