This is in connection with the statement for the month of March 09 for CARD NO -[protected]. Th acard has gone out of credit limit in the month of Feb 09 and for that a overlimit charge has been charged on 04/02/2009 and simultaneously on 21/02/2009 once again a overlimit charge is charged though my latest statement shows a credit balance unused of Rs.600.Please do the needful in this issue and reslove the matter.

This is my first interaction with Kotak & hopefully the last. I was sent a offer by ur bank, applied online for Trump Gold Card, submitted all the documents to ur representative against Form no: IOOC527394 on 12/3/10 who visited my residence to collect them. On my earlier querry, I was replied that it takes about 2 months to process & was told to wait. But even after 3 and a half months, there is no response. Professional approcach would have been to intimate the fate of my application at least thru an email.
I understand that my application has been rejected for unspecified reason. IF I am found "credit unworthy" (strange!!) or there is any other (silly??) reason, I must be intimated. IWonder what is the criteria based on which Kotak is seeking clients? Please return my documents immediately. Thank God I never took Kotak Mahindra Holidays Offer seriously & saved myself from more disappointments.

    I am working in Noida in CSC sec -62 campus I got the call of the courier person that at 5:00 i wiil give you the courier as my shift time starts from 5:00 evening but the person didn't wait the leave for the day and didn't gave any of the contact details to the mail room of CSC

    Kindly provide me the credit to my home address whichis E-55, 1st floor tagore garden extn new delhi -10027.

    i recived an sms from kotak credit card on 8th october 2008, my airwaybill.no:[protected].i have not recived till now.if i call to this customer care number 42692028, 42692031, 48089165, there are not picking the call.i have not recevied any call from courier guys but its showing consingee not available.

        Dear Sir

        I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am working for a Clinical Research Institute named Clinical Research Education and Management Academy. A credit card from Kotak Bank sent thru the EXPRESSIT was not at all delivered to me and that has happened twice.
        They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. 3 times I got SMS from them that the document could not be delivered to and so asked me to contact in 2 number[protected]/[protected]. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IF THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
        Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers. But in almost all SMS from EXPRESSIT, they furnish to contact those 2 numbers.
        Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

        I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.

        I am S.Ashok sudhakar, I was informed by Kotak bank that Iam receing the credit card through the SMS to my mobile on 11.09.08 states that the card is despatched by them on 10.09.08 and it will reach me within 4 working days but still noe I didn't receive the card.
        If it is undelivered kindly return it to Kotak bank.

          2 Month back I have applied the card, 1 week back they cal me they will send the card with in 2 days still I have not recived the card
          I have lodged a complaint on 25th Oct 2008 but that is not getting resolved in the 13 days now my payment due date is there So what should I do... I have make an access payment of 2948rs and they didn;t adjusted that amount in my current bill and for that only that request was and they didn;t ablkr to solve that on 13 days so just block my card and dont call me know u ppl are useless fellow.

I was out of city regarding some projects in Kinnore Himachal Pardesh. There was no any way to communicate with bank.             i got a message from kotakbank on[protected] about my credit card as we dispatche your card and you will get within 4 wirking days.i didn't receive at that time. i was called to the customer care number they said your address is wrong, but i asked you people verified my home address and office address.but you people have snet the card to address of mvvnreddy, bollaram road jpn nagar, hyderbad.nobody cannot send any thing to kike this addresses.is it address?this is not a village .this kotak card tieuped with EXPREESIT courier service.this is indias worest courier service.they dint have any cintact number in hyderabad.ther service is tooooooo worest .dont trust the expressit

              My name is Saurabh Singh, my mobile number is [protected] and my complain number is

              I was told that i am going to get a credit card after i apply for Kotak Life Insurance. Now, i have the insurance policy but no credit card has been offered. However, i have submitted all the document required to apply for a credit card. I think i have been cheated by the Kotak Life Insurance, as my free look up period is gone and i can't even cancel the policy. Please take some immediate actions or i will need to take some legal action.

                  I regret to say that though he bank was very good at its customer service approach when it was the time of disbursement of the loan but after sale services are not at all satisfactory.
                  I had the ECS to make the payments for the installments through HDFC bank as I had my salary account with it.In the last one year I have moved to a different company and since then I have been trying to get the information on how to get the ECS moved to my existing salary account which is ICICI Bank.
                  I tried calling the tollfree number [protected] and then was told that I had to l speak to the local branch of the city I am calling from and was given the following numbers[protected] and[protected] and when I tried to call these numbers it took almost 30 mins and several tries to get hold of a live connection then I was told that the call has been routed to the operator and he gave me a number for the Personal Loan division[protected] and when this number was called the person who received the call said that the "MADAM" who was supposed to answer my query has left early at 3:30pm (27/10/2008)and so I will have to call back.
                  It is really a pain to get a small information on how to get the payment account transferred.
                  I tried asking the collection agents also regarding the procedure every time they came to me for collecting the payments and even they were not able to help me.
                  The bank is very prompt in slapping late payment charges but does not show the same efficiency in providing the correct and timely information to the customer.
                  Due to this attitude of the bank I have to make sure every month that the account has sufficient money to honour the check and also had to pay charges of 300/- whenever it did not happen.
                  I want to put forward a request as to why the bank does not have trained staff to provide customers with all the information required timely.

                  Request you to take corrective action and get me some peace of mind.

                  I am bearing a Vodafone connection No [protected], actually i have requested thru your customer care for some new plan proposal on my Post Paid connection since the same is going to expire. Gentelman in customer care informed me that i will get a SMS which i have to reply back to 111, for further activation of plan .
                  Surprisingly i have forwarded the message twice "RP T298ADV" to 111 the message i am reiciving are "SERVER BUSY PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME " Now kindly revert on the following

                  1.Is Vodafone is highly occupied with business at this juncture of time that they are not intrested for serving the customer .
                  2.Rather the message shall appear something like this "WE HAVE NOTED YOUR REQUEST, UNDER PROCESS.How can you reply a customer to call back again .
                  IS THIS IS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WE ARE EXPECTING A COMPANY LIKE VODAFONE.
                  SORRY FOR THE SAME BUT ITS WORST.

                    for which IEC Code is required
                    IEC code application form requires Photo ID from Bank letter head stating we have an account with them
                    We have opened an account with Kotak bank in April 2008

                    When i submitted the form along with my photo was submitted to Mr.Srinivas from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lavelle Road Bangalore, i was informed that i will get it in 7 working days

                    It has been 1.5 months we have been following but all calls/visits to the bank in valin
                    Finally on pushing we have to come to know that bank does not give
                    thereby our opening of business was affected

                      i have applied for a credit card with Kotak Mahindra Bank and they dispatch the credit card thru this irresponsible (Express It) courier( courier dispatched on 16-Sep-08 AWB number : [protected]) some one called me on 20-Sep telling there is a courier and need landmark of my house I explained the same to him nearly 10 min and then he told he is in office today and he will bring it to my home tomrrow but that tomorrow didn't come.After 7 days I got the courier company number who can atleast pick up the phone after great difficulty.
                      I request to take severe action so that atleast some one in furure should not be affected like me

                        I received a SMS alert on 13th October 2008, from KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE DEPARMENT THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS ON ITS WAY VIDE AWB NO [protected] sent by Express IT Courier. The SMS said that I should recieve the same within 4 working days.

                        As the same did not reach me as on 18th October 2008, I went to their Begumpet ( Prakash Nagar )Office at Hyderabad, which also shifted to some other place, without mentioning the place, where they have shifted. Anyhow after I located them, they said that the above said AWB is with their TARNAKA BRANCH and gave their branch no. No one is lifting the phone as on today, i.e.; 20th October 2008 .

                        Hence, I would request the concerned department to do the needful .

                        As the same did not reach me as on 09th december 2008, I went to their indranagar Office at bangalore, they said that the above said AWB as been send back to bank the courier person has never gave a call No one is lifting the phone as on today, i.e.16th dec 2008 .

                        Hence, I would request the concerned department to do the needful .
                        I gave requested for balance transfer on 08 Dec 08 but till 20 dec 08 I did not received my BT though my due date was 16 Dec 08. I got the massage from bank that draft has been despatched on 13 Dec 08 through express IT vide ABw No.[protected].I contacted to express IT and told the urgency of draft but the courier person did not come to my residence for delivery.                           I hold an account with Kotak Mahindra bank, lavelle road Bangalore. Without my concent money is being debited from my acocunt in the Kotak Opportunity fund as SIP . Bank is ot willing to help as they only need time to look into this. On 27 Aug 2008 5000/- Rs debited from my account and on 01/10/2008 1000/- Rs are deducted again for SIP. I have not given any such instruction. But still the money is being deducted from bank. what kind of bank and what banking is this i am clueless. I want to speak to the higher authorities in this regard to know whaat is happeing.

                            Fraudulent misuse of Citibank Credit Card by Kotak Bank Credit Card Sales – Staff.

                            The above subject which is very disheartening to the cold blooded nature of the Kotak Sales Staff who in the pretext of selling the bank card has misused the Citibank Credit Cards of Mr. Noel Collaco ( Victim ) who is my brother. . This incident has traumatized my brother & is undergoing depression due to the incident. We have been moving from pillar to post trying to nab the culprits & frequent rounds to the police station & Citibank officials have only been the routine for this mistake.

                            The prime suspect Mr. Raj ( Kotak Bank Field Officer ) has been contacted on several occasion after the fraud has been reported & is absconding out of Mumbai as per his telephonic conversation with ( Hemant ) name changed to unreveal identity .

                            The main concern & request is to nail the culprit for tarnishing the banks image which should be brought to task on priority which is involving time & monetary stress on the Mr. Noel Collaco ( Victim ) (

                            Case Details

                            Day 1:

                             Mr. Noel Collaco ( Victim ) had been telephonically contacted by the kotak bank officials for credit card which was positively supported & informed to process the necessary formalities in procuring a credit card of the esteemed bank .
                             Kotak bank official Mr. Raj ( Field Officer ) contacted Mr. Noel Collaco ( Victim ) & confirmed a formal meeting outside speez ( Santacruz processing Electronic Export Zone ) – Andheri East as the same is a secured premises & entry within is not permitted .
                             The meeting was initiated with form filling request bearing application no.
                            G –[protected]Rejected on 1st Submission due to lack of documentation) & G –[protected] which was processed (Card yet to be received)
                             During the course of documentation Mr. Raj enquired details of other bank credit cards which would support the application in a strong enforcement as it would be easy to sanction the required limits at the time of credit approvals & in the midst of the discussion requested credit card copies of existing Citibank Card No’s ( [protected] ) / ( [protected] ) along with copies of the last statement on record. The cards were physical verified as a part of KYC norms.
                             The incident was exactly a week to ten days before the official misuse was performed on the internet.

                             Citibank official (Mr Amit Suri) suggested Mr. Noel Collaco ( Victim ) to head away to Air Deccan office to process cancellation of the tickets on priority which in the end was in vain as the booking was validated by Citibank & the passengers have flown. We could only obtain details of the airline passengers & the booking details as part of our own mental torture to investigate the matter further.

                              My name is Bharat Sharma. I am working in media (Star News). My views for Kotak was very good. But the experience I have taken last month changed my view. Before I thought that Kotak was one of the reputed company of India but now for me Kotak is a cheater company. I want to share my experience with you. Last Month I was approached by one of the field executives representing Kotak Mahendra for a personal loan Online DSA (Gurgaon) @ 17% Interest rate.. I submitted all the documents required in the matter of a weeks time what Sadiq (ONLINE DSA Owner) told me.



                              After some day he called me and said that I got approval from Kotak of Rs 200000 for 3 year and rate of interest is 17%. I need a loan of amount 400000 for 5 year but I thought its ok if only 200000 Rs lone has approved. So I informed Sadiq to go ahead. Next day he called me and said pls arrange 7 cheques and sign an ECS Form. I asked Sadiq you are not giving me any document, how much amount of loan have approved, what is rate of interest, loan agreement etc. He replied me that what he told me earlier (200000 RS for 3 year and rate of interest is 17%) will applicable. I thought this is the way how bank work in personal loan. After one week Sadiq told me your loan has disbursed and you will get your loan amount in one or two days. Again I asked to Sadiq pls confirm me rate of interest and processing fee and he answered me that I can trust on him that rate of interest is 17% and when I will get loan amount I will get loan agreement and other documents with that.



                              When I received a cheque of Rs 197053 on 7 june08 (which has dispatched on 2 June 08) than I get to know that the loan amount is Rs 202105, rate of interest is 19.9% and emi is 7500 for 36 month. After that I called up Sadiq he didn't pick my phone than I called Delhi branch but because of Saturday no body received my call. Then I called to call centre, from there I got clear picture that what is the rate of interest on the lone amount which I got. I was so angry but I have no option than wait. Today 9 June I went to your personal bank branch in Delhi. There I met with Shivani (Customer care) and Preeti in sales department both of them told me that I have signed a loan agreement kit. Than I came to know that what is the procedure to take loan from Kotak. Then I told them that I have not signed any loan agreement kit or any offer letter. In Front of me Preeti called Sadiq and take him on loudspeaker there he said that I offered loan to Bharat on 17% and Bharat didn't signed any document. All documents have signed by me ( Sadiq). You know this is a froud case.



                              Preeti told me Sorry for that what done sadiq but this loan of Rs 202105 has been approved at 19% for 36 month that mean per lack emi is 3711 which is again wrong according to 19% reducing but actual calculation says it is that 20% as per amount schedule amort tisation schedule. Again she lies me this is at 19%. I don’t know what the hell she is explaining to me that kotak calculation is different. She wasn’t telling me DSA Name and Address Than Shivani said that we are sorry, we unable to provide you loan on this condition (200000 RS for 3 year and rate of interest is 17% ). This is not the way first u killed some one and than u say sorry boss ho gaya. If this is the way by which you treat a media person than I am very worried for other persons.



                              I am feeling let down and wish I knew who to forward my complain to. Kotak Mahendra seems to be such a big brand name however am surprised why the company is not worried about its goodwill and reputation in the market. If this is how it’s going to go in another six months I will not be surprised if all the people stop interacting or doing business with them. They should understand the importance of good service and the effects of promises undelivered.

                              I really want to know the answer of some of my question

                              I want to know that is this the way by which Kotak doing business?

                              What is your credit department responsibility?

                              How did you disburse a loan amount when I didn't signed any loan agreement as well as sanction letter?

                              I need a justification. If I didn't call to your call centre then you will charged me that rate of interest.

                              I will file a FIR complaint against that DSA. I need address and real name of DSA

                              This is cheating case . I am worried weather the seniors of the company are interested in personal loan division or not.

                              Kotak — Kotak Bank Cheating me

                              I have been called by kotak bank Customer care representative and forced me to take Balance Transfer, for which i need to pay processing fees and i have forgot the processing fee for 15 days and i have paid that after one day and told the kotak customer care for reason of delay in spite of all this kotak have come up by adding interest of 300 rupees for the late payment on the whole they have put 100 rupees extra burden on me and asking me to pay the amount, I would request not to cheat people int his fashion ours is hard owned money and the Customer care of kotak are very arrogant in giving me the answers and i have requested for supervisor she has been cool enough to talk to me however this is not the customer care which kotak is doing

                              Kotak — Fraud selling of surakshit jeevan

                              I have two policy of kotak surakshit jeevan amount Rs 30000/= each dated 22 and 24th nov 2011. Your Delhi branch customer care tell me about this that this is a single investment plan and after 6 month they will return 2 % which is 1200+50 Rs interest for 5 years and after 5 years they return my complete money with bonus. But when I received policy bond I will seen that it is 15 year regular plan and after 15 year I get all my premium back . Then I call your executive they tell me this to wait for 1 month then bond will be corrected by the company. And all the benefits will mention (corrected) in my both bonds. then I wait 1 month but there is no correction or no new bond is issue by your side. After this I contacted that person it will not picking my phone.
                              Sir it is not possible to me that to pay 60000/Rs per year for 15 years. i want to surrender this policy.but kotak teem says that your free look period is over.what should i do.

                                Car loans

                                I have applied for a new car loan in Kotak through a thrid party(Jeba Associates) outsourced by kotak.They promised me to get 80% of the Ex showroom price of the vehicle, So I signed all the documents and a I gave ECS for loan repayment as well. At the time the associate asked me Rs2400 towards the loan proceesing.
                                Unfortunately at the time of releasing my loan amount the Associate (Mr.Wahid) to whom I hand over the documents called...

                                On 15th of August 2008 one of sales executive of Kotak Bank Name Chandan Jha visited my office and offered me to take Credit Card of Kotak Bank so i have given all the relavant doucment to him and applied for Credit Card the Form No. is[protected] than on 15th august 2008 i got a call about verification and on that call i have given all the details than same day i got sms from kotak bank about the confirmation of my application and given application no.[protected] but till now neither i have received my card nor i have the status of my application kindly let me know what is the status

                                  I have submitted all necessary documents along with a cheque of rs 3000 to open a Policy on June'08. Unfortunaely till now there is no information on the processing of the same.My chaque was already cleared before 4 months and money is already debited from my account.my chaque no is 011526 ( HDFC BANK ).I had already talk to customer care for 3 to 4 times regarding this matter but they are not taking seriously..

                                    Help me from poor service of Balclay bank

                                    im bearer of Gold Credit Card The statement i received For the Month of Nov generated on 12-Nov-2008 states My due Amt as Rs. 6741.6

                                    But i haven't made a single transaction by using my card and once a tele callers of Barclay Promoted to me a membership Package stating that its absolutely free and since he said me its free i said ok, and gave my card Number for verification, i haven't received any courier from Barclay, so i left it thinking that its fake, but it was billed now for Rs 6741.6. and im not receiving Any of the Courier but a SMS from barclay says that my statement was delivered, I here by request your Attention on this and clear my Due to Zero.

                                    i have called twice to customer care and mailed twice and addressed many calls from Barclay with my complaint i don't know when this will come to end.atlast now im ready to cancel my card too.
