I received a SMS alert on 13th October 2008, from KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE DEPARMENT THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS ON ITS WAY VIDE AWB NO [protected] sent by Express IT Courier. The SMS said that I should recieve the same within 4 working days.
As the same did not reach me as on 18th October 2008, I went to their Begumpet ( Prakash Nagar )Office at Hyderabad, which also shifted to some other place, without mentioning the place, where they have shifted. Anyhow after I located them, they said that the above said AWB is with their TARNAKA BRANCH and gave their branch no. No one is lifting the phone as on today, i.e.; 20th October 2008 .
Hence, I would request the concerned department to do the needful .

Kotak Mahindra — fraud
i had got a life insurance policy done by a kotak mahindra bank employee stating that i will have to pay the premium only once and there is a three year lock in period of investment .now on his begging to me for getting two policies done as to he had to get his target completed otherwise he would have been sacked from his job, i paid the premium of one lack for two policies .in between the ending of first term i used to get letters from kotak stating that i will have to pay the premium . i asked that employee and he said that no need to pay any prmium .now when the first term has ended that employee has shifted to another branch and i have got five to six letters stating that if i do not pay my premium then my policy will lapse .i went to kotak branch, wrote e-mails but it came of no help . i dont know about other branches but the branch of kotak mahindra in chandigarh as well in panchkula is a totally fraud one .do not ever ever invest with these people
