I have a kotak synergy account no.[protected].When I opened my account with Kotak securities it iwas told to me that I will get trinity account with kotak and will get ZERO BALANCE account with kotak mahindra bank.but still AQBL charges are levied to me for last quarter APR-JUN 09. NO email or SMS alert was sent. This is cheating and fraud with customer .I condemn this move and request bank to refund the charges.

Dear Sir,
My Salaried account no. is XX0663 in the name of Mohammad Asif Khan in your Kotak Mahindra Bank at Old Rajinder Nagar branch N. Delhi. Without any information it converted into saving account and shows the unnecessary charges.Which hearts me.
So kindly solve this as soon as possible.

    Respected sir, myself piyush from jodhpur and i have done a job in kotak mahindra life insurance from 27may 2009 to 25 june, and as before joining the job i wall told that ill get the 1500 monthly basic and it is fix and and later i was known that this wall all wrong and no salary is 1500 as when i will open the acount on first of the month then only ill get 1500 basic salry as i was played with my sciencierty. by tthe venue manager and one day while attending the meeting the manager whose name is Ankhur called me in bitween the meeting and told to sign a paper as the paper was only 20 percent open he putt some other papers on it and said to sign as it is my joining letter and later on i came to know that that paper was the terms and conditions. so i was totally in the dark and although i worked there and opened 2 acount but the venue manager told that it is not ur deal as it is other advisors deal as he has explained the plans of the policy. so this is not your deal same thing wioth my another deal . kniow they are saying that you will not get any kind of salary. as you have not opened any kind of acount so then i have left the job with proper information to the manager that sir i cannot do this job more as you are lier and then i left from the place.

    Sir know i m requesting you to help me in getting my salary as i was regular in my job only one leave was been taken by me. and thejob timing i was told before joing was that evening 4-8pm and later after 2-4 days they always use to call me at 2pm in day and leave at 9.45pm at night .

    Sir please help me in getting my salary as i was full dedicated to my job.

      I was interested in opening a 3 in one account. The sales guy said based on my employment credentials I am eligible for a free Pro Savings Account along with a trading account and a demat account. First of alll I was not happy in the way he made me fall into his trap. He said that I should first open the SB and Investment account and later link my demat with the SB as by this way I could save processing time. I paid a check of Rs 20750 . I was told that with Rs 20000, the SB account would be opened and 750 were the charges..It took 10 days and later after following up the kit was delivered . I was surprised to find an edge savings account kit (lower version SB account i/o PRo). On asking, the sales guy geve me the slip. I later spoke to the manager and he wanted time!. And that too the NMC is applicable for only 1 year While I was told it is for lifetime by the sales guy. Another point was my account was not at all credited on time wheras the bank had deposited well ahead to utilize the float.The customer care and the branch guys are pathetic each one pointing fingers at one another. i even wrote to Kotak cust greivance cell but witout avail..Out of the amount deposited, there is a debit of 10750 towards kjotak securities...I am unable to see the credit in my sdemat account...I am helpless...Have to contact RBI ombudsmn and lodge a complaint against these buggers

      I am an employee of Kotak Mahindra Bank and I know the reason behind this problem. 1st you are not a relative of the sales guy. He has to meet his targets, as his boss must be saying, I need applications. The sales guy has to sell you some how, otherwise his life will become miserable. Actually the company doesnt know 1 fundamental thing and that is treating employees like assets instead of slaves. Profits will come to the bank once they win the trust of people, private banks become myopic and lose the trust. 2nd Nobody in the bank cares to scratch the other persons back if hez stuck, all run for their own targets and somehow pass their time in the organization and then switch to other organizations with better pay packages. Here there is a huge disconnect between the upper management and the rest, but still Kotak keeps on boasting, they are 10th in employee satisfaction. I mean come on man, you cannot just keep the employee in gunpoint and ask him to say yes to question (are you satisfied with your job?).

        I received a letter from Kotak Bank Safdarjung Branch, wherein, they mentioned that they have received a complaint from Ms. Abhinandini Sharma alleging unauthorized debits from her Account no. [protected] and because i received amount from this account to my saving account in Kotak Bank, Saket Branch, the bank has freezed the debit facility of my account no. [protected]. I have replied to the bank's letter on 7th July. I haven't received the bank's reply yet. kindly take action on my complaints.

        My letter is as below -

        Sub- Your letter with the sub - Complaint received from Ms. Abhinandini Sharma alleging unauthorized debits from her Account no. [protected]

        Dear Sir,

        Please refer to your letter dated 16 June 2009 wherein you have mentioned that Ms. Abhinandini Sharma has alleged unauthorized debits from her Account No. [protected]

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that she herself given me those cheques in my name and she was supposed to give that money to me on that very day as per our mutual commitments and this money was given to her by me in good faith for which she issued those cheques in my favor.

        And Bank is also aware of the following –

        A negotiable instrument means a promissory note, bill of exchange or cheque payable either to order or to bearer. Here the law of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act 1881 is very clear. Once you have issued a cheque in favour of somebody, you are duty bound to pay that amount to drawee. Otherwise, the drawee is free to initiate proceedings against you under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

        I received your letter on 6th July 09 and immediately called Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma and asked her why she did this than she informed me that by mistake she requested for stop payment of those cheques. But, further added that she got those cheques (000005, 000007 and 000008) revoked before presenting to the bank.

        When I was going to deposit those cheques I informed Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma that I am going to deposit those cheques. At that point of time Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma herself admitted in front of me that she has wrongly called the kotak bank and got those cheques stopped and requested for new debit card, cheque book etc., but, she further added to her statement that she will call the bank again and get those cheques revoked which she did on that very day, that is the reason I did not take any action against her that day as I was assured by her that I can deposit the cheques easily without any wrong conception in my mind against her.

        However, just to release herself from the liability towards me she wrongly stated that she lost her cheque book containing all SIGNED CHEQUES. This statement is an ambiguous statement by which she is trying to misguide the bank.

        I was constantly in touch with her when I presented these cheques in bank and she was aware of the fact that I am going to deposit these cheques on that very day. This can be proved as below –

        In your letter you have stated that she had issued instructions for marking stop payment on all the cheques from the cheque book issued to her in respect of her account with your bank. As far as I recollect she has issued one bearer cheque in favor of Robin Taneja which was incashed by him and the cheque no. is 000007 and cheques issued to me was 000005 and 000008. This clarifies that all these three cheques are of same cheque book and when she got these cheques stopped why she got these revoked before our presenting those cheques to the bank and why the bank honoured these cheques.

        When we went to South Ex Branch there was a person (an employee of Kotak Bank named Mr. Arvinder who called up Mr. Kapil (an employee of Kotak Bank - Safdarjung Branch) for the authentication of the bearer cheque # 000007. And in front of me and my brother Mr. Robin Taneja, Mr. Arvinder got the permission from Mr. Kapil and a cash of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- was given to Mr. Robin Taneja at that point of time against that bearer cheque.

        Also this was not for the first time I got money transferred from her account to my account. You can check this in our account’s records that I have received a cheque no. 000001 from her on 6th June 2009 for Rs. 100000/- (before her request of stop payment) and after that on 8th June 2009 I received another Rs. 100000/- via online bank transfer.

        I had a very good relation with Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma that is the reason I gave that money to her and introduced her to Kotak Bank through Mr. Amit Tandon.

        I should further add to my explanation that I am an old customer of Kotak Bank and I had a saving account no. [protected] in safdarjung branch only. Due to some urgent requirement I withdrew all the money from this account and when this money was not used then I asked Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma to open a saving account in Kotak Bank and keep my money in her account for my sake. I thought I will be relieved from tax Liability this way. The witness to it is Mr. Amit Tandon – an employee of Kotak Bank, who was the relationship manager of my account (which was in safdarjung branch). I approached Mr. Amit Tandon to open an account in her name for which Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma herself told Mr. Amit Tandon that she is just like my sister and she will not mind opening an account for keeping my money in her account. This can be proved easily as below –

        While opening her account she mentioned my email id – [protected]@yahoo.com in her account opening form.

        Her husband Mr. Shiv Mangal Sharma only suggested me to open this account in front of Mr. Amit Tandon and assured me that if I will keep that money in her account, I will be free from tax liability.

        If she claims that this is wrong than I would request you to kindly ask her for what reason she gave my email id in her account when she knew that I will receive emails in relation to that account.

        I introduced her to Kotak bank in a good faith but now she has something else in her mind that is the reason she is alleging such wrong statements.

        I would also request you to clear this thing from Mr. Shobhit, an employee of Kotak bank Safdarjung Branch, who is aware of this fact that I was taking care of that account i.e. whatever queries he used to ask and call her, that time Mrs, Abhinandini Sharma used to pass that call on to me

        Due to her bad intentions, she has tried to stop those cheques and tried to keep that money in her possession. However, she forgot the fact that when she will call Kotak Bank for new debit card and new cheque book, bank will send an email to the registered email id. And this happened on 9th and 10th June when I received an email from the bank that the bank has dispatched a new debit card. Then only I came to know that she has requested for stop payments of the cheque book and for new debit card.

        She should also explain if she was using this account why I was receiving all the emails related to that account. I have enclosed some proofs related to the emails received from Kotak Bank related to her account in my email id since beginning.

        I got a new saving account opened in Kotak bank Saket Branch because of very good services given by Mr. Amit Tandon and he was the first relationship manager of my account (in Safdarjung branch). I found him a very efficient person. He is aware of this fact that I had a very good relation with Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma. Infact my lots of other bank’s correspondences used to come at her address. I relied on her this much. I am also enclosing some photographs of mine with her and her family.

        It was very shocking news for me when I came to know that her mind is changing and she is trying to keep that money in her possession which I kept in her account with my utmost faith on her and her family. Everyone has a family friend who is always there with you in your joys and sorrows. She was like that for me. We met each other in Lajpat Nagar and lots of people are aware of our friendship and our family relations. Her 4 year old child still calls me MASSI (MOSI). We were like sisters but this money has corrupted her mind and much strange is that her family is supporting her.

        I worked for three years in the office of Mr. Harish Salve – a senior lawyer and a former solicitor general of India and quite aware of the fact that once the cheque is issued to someone it cannot be stopped by the drawer.

        If she claims that she requested for stop payment for all the cheque books issued to her than why she gave cheque no. 000001 in my name for Rs. 100000/- against which I got funds transferred in my account on 6th June 2009. Why she did not make a call to the Kotak Customer care at that point of time or before that?

        Due to this bad thought and intention Mrs. Abhinandini Sharma is not more trustworthy and she is tried to misguide the bank and alleged wrong statements against bank. What I feel is her state of mind is not perfect. She met me so many times after this incident and my family is in regular contact with her and her family. We wished her on her marriage anniversary on 22nd June and was invited by her for treat. On one hand she is complaining against those transactions and on other hand she is trying to be very kind and polite with me and my family. You will be surprised to know that we are so much in touch with each other that we purchased two identical mobiles for each other from Ambe Electronics in Lajpat Nagar on 5th July 2009.

        When she came to know that I have got my account reopened in your bank (Account No. [protected]) than a bad thought came in her mind but she forgot that this activity of hers will be communicated to me by email.

        What I feel now is that she may further blame on me that she was not aware of the fact that in her account the recorded email id is of garima or she may say that she never gave this email id. I hope bank will be able to answer this query. She filled this email id in her account opening form.

        She may further try to say that she never used her account online than why she didn’t inform the bank at that time when several term deposit accounts were opened online in that account. Whenever we open any term deposit account in our account we receive a receipt of that term deposit account, at our correspondence address, which states the information of that term deposit account in it. As far as I remember 3 term deposit accounts were opened online in that account (# [protected]). It means three correspondences were sent to her address regarding the same. So she can not deny the fact that she was aware of net banking usage of her account.

        I was always impressed by the services of Kotak Bank that is the reason I kept this much balance in my old account at safdarjung branch. But I am disappointed with the kind of letter I have received from Kotak bank. Your bank should check the relationship of the customer with the bank first.

        However, I can understand that bank is simply doing its duties and is bound by certain rules and regulations but every bank is aware of the fact that –

        Once the cheque is issued in favor of anyone it cannot be stopped.
        Only lost / stolen Cheques can be stopped by the bank upon request from the issuer and if by mistake these cheques were stopped than bank has full right to revoke the cheques. And in this case issuer tried to mislead the bank.

        I would suggest the bank to answer and defend itself against her allegations as bank has all the proofs required to prove that her allegations are completely wrong.

        Hope this letter will suffice to your queries. In lieu of the above kindly unfreeze the debit facility of my account as soon as possible.

        I will wait for Bank’s reply on this letter.

        Sir my name is Azam pasha 16764 Sir on[protected] I have given the complaint that from my account 3700 has been deducted from Karnataka bank atm after that I have given the complaint that my money has been deducted from the account in the Karnataka bank atm so please revert my money to my account this was the complaint that I have given In customer care they told that they give my money after 15 days but till know they have not deducted my money in my account I have filled the charge back request form and then also my money is not reverting back so please reply me and solve my problem if not I have to give the complaint to Reserve Bank of India and to Consumer form please do it fast I need money I have some commitments so please revert me in this week only if not I have to go to comsumer form and to Reserve Bank of India to Complaint please reply me fast

          regarding valuation fee and not co-operation of your employee
          Sir,
          I am working with you as a valuer/surveyor in Hardwar (Uttrakhand), On dated[protected] i sent a valuation report of vehicle no. HR38K-7801 (recovery vehicle) with my own bill, but despite of many verbal reminders till date my valuation fee is not sent by you, in this regard when i contacted on telephone to Mr. Dilbag Singh (mobile no.- [protected]) he gave me very strange answer that - "for your fee you did not followup the metter" sir i am very much surprised that when i have already submit my report with fee and after more than 6 month your employee is giving me such type of answer, it is very shamfull for your bank, please explain for what type of followup he want, when i have already submit my report around six month before.

              I SURENDER FOR MY POLICY NO[protected]. (THIS IS MY PURSONAL PROBLUM)
              Sir, I have kotak Flexi plan II (Regular) insurance policy, having policy No. 01290780 for S.A. Rs.75, 000.00 and Client ID : 52031029 with a premium Rs.10, 000.00 . Date of Commencement : 19/9/2008. Now I have to pay the Next premium but neither the agent come to guide me, as how can i and where to pay my next premium. So please help me. Is there any branch office here at Bongaigaon, Assam ?
              Pl refer my policy No.01469638 and client ID 52446651. Asper the proof furnished by me, my date of birth is 26/030/1947 but it was wrongly written as26/03/1949 by the franchise at supela Bhilai in the proposal form.The error was not detected by any suprvisory staff and the policy has been issued with incorrect date.The discrepancy was pointed out through the franchise but the error is not rectified sofor.Pl do the needful and issue revised policy document at your earliest.Action taken be informed on above email address.

                  I am Madhukar, I have created Kotak mahindra bank trio account (Demat + Zero balance saving account) 3 years back in Chennai, At the time of opening account they told that it is a Zero balance saving account (ie. No need to maintain average balance). From the past 2.5 years they didn’t charge any thing, now they charged (on July 1, 2009) 827.25 as Non maintenance charges without prior intimation. We spoke with Kotak bank customer care they told “Need to maintain average amount of Rs.5000 per month”. They didn’t give any proper prior information regarding this charge.

                  Kotak Mahindra Bank — NON MAINTENANCE CHARGES

                  There have been two gross factual violations of my account maintenance by your kotak ADAYAR ,CHENNAI BRANCH
                  1) 4 Wrong debits for Non Maintenance over a period of 18 months ,When I have been assured of the fact that I already have or will be converted into a Zero balance
                  Account. (I have written proof of the fact from KOTAK).
                  I have submitted proofs necessary for this feature at least thrice –once to the person who opened my account –Mr Raj I believe, Mr Rubesch Sunil Kumar And Mr Amlesh .They have all been ignored blatantly.
                  2) Deduction of maintenance charges when I already have more than the minimum balance specified ie 20,000Rs ,my account shows a combined withdrawal MORE than the required amount
                  3)No response from any customer executive regarding this problem though this anomaly has been highlighted so many times.

Sandip Raval told me that u can maintain your account at Rs.0 till but last month bank have charged me N.M.C.and i have told 5 to 6 times to Mr.Sandip raval about it.but after 20 to 25 days goes and he cant replay me about this. my contact no is [protected], [protected]
                  I am Pradeep here. I have this Kotak Bank AC : 0XX2011XX176X8 since Sep 2007. This was given to me as ZERO Balance AC when I opened a Life insurance policy with KOTAK Life Insurance ( Policy # 00XX96X1 ) which is inforce now till Sep 2017.

                  Branch guys in Hyderabad promised me that this Kotak Bank AC will be a ZERO Bal Ac till the same period ( Sep 2017) and I was enjoying the services till June end of the month. Suddenly without any prior notice or information ( No SMS or mail received ), this Kotak Bank AC was turned to a normal AC and I was charged with Non Maintenance charges. I should add here that even when an amount of Rs 100 is tferred from KOTAK Bank, they would send me a SMS or e-mail about the same in the form of Bank Alerts:

                  I feel that this is very unfair to a customer like me who is using your bank services since 2 yrs without any issues.

                  I have already called the Customer care and lodged a Complaint #[protected] Floor Escalation Manager Lalith from MUMBAI) and he promised me that it will be reversed from the branch end as this is a genuine request made by me.

                  Expecting a call back from your end and also the reversal of the amount at the earliest.
                  I have been also charged for non maintaining of AQBL charges
                  At the time of account opening for DEMAT services, it was committed by Kotak that it was a zero balance account, over 2 years back. My a/c no xxxxxxxxx1153x.
                  I find that Rs 827.25 has been debited to my a/c as NON MAINTENANCE CHARGES dt 1.7.2009.
                  This is unjustified. Bank should reverse all such enteries with immediate effect and issue letters to clients to this effect if they intend to do that.

                  You are not alone. Kotak representive recommended a zero balance account when I opened a trading account with Kotak. This was not at all necessary in the two years I have used the trading account. Now, on top of the this you are charged non-maintenance charges.

                  Appears to be a novel way to steal money !!

                  There are better ways to make money for the bank.

                  It is one of the worthless bank I have dellt with who are next to thieves who won't spare any opportunity of cheating customers for the money. GOD knows what sort of pricey maintenance they are doing with charging hefty Non Maintenance Charges of Rs. 800.

                  Same for their good for nothing employees who enjoys the customers losses and their uncalled pain.

                  When you go for cancellation of the account, you will get the reply after ten days informing that the same can not be calcelled as FD linked with the account which you never opted conciously.

                  i have purchase the my home for shukan smile city, and i have pay total payment to builder but builder fruad this case so i have request to kotak bank to release my noc but kotak bank not issue my NOC and all extra payment demand.

                    I have given cheque for kotak mahindra for the due date 07/06/2009, but they have sent me the July statement stating that I have not pay for the last due of June and given late fee of Rs. 500. My June month balance is Rs. 800 and i have given cheque for that, but they are asking Rs. 500 as penalty. This is the worst case of kotak mahindra. Their service is not good. They dont have online facility and their customer care is very worst compared with any other Creidt Card company.

                      I was making a transaction of 1000 rupees on 9 may 2009 from Union bank

                      ATM, Located in Hapur(UP)-245101.I was using the Kotak Mahindra Debit
                      Card for the transaction.
                      After entering all the details like PIN and the Amount machine was

                      ready to give the money and was making noise but suddenly machine goes

                      off and i did not get any money from the ATM, But 1000 rupees were

                      debited from my account.
                      AS it was saturday and the bank was closed i was unable get in touch

                      with union bank on the same day. As i live in delhi hence after that i

                      came back to delhi. After that i called up Kotak Mahindra and raised a

                      concern regarding the same and the 1000 rupees were credited back into

                      my account on 25 may 2009.

                      Then after on 5 june 2009, 1000 rupees were again debited from account,

                      after that i again called back Kotak Mahindra Bank and they
                      said that Union Bank Of India has claimed that the transaction was

                      successful and claimed back 1000 rupees.
                      They said that they can claim any amount only once. and none of those banks are taking care of my concern and
                      Now i am afraid to loose my money.
                      I would be very thankful to you if you can look into the matter and

                      solve or suggest me what to do to get my 1000 rupees bank.
                      Now a days i am afraid using the ATM card.
                      It was only 1000 rupees but what would be my condition if i would be

                      making a transaction of 15000 rupees.

                      can.

                        Dear All,

                        As per subjuct, I, Ashish Mody, Opened zero balance trinity (now they call it 3 in 1 a/c) with kotak mahindra bank, the account opening time Kotak reperntative told me that, this account will be zero balance account for lifetime.
                        But now bank has sent me sms to charged me if my quarterly minimum balance goes below 5000rs.This is bad practise, My usual balance is always quite more then what they require in that bank account, but i didn't like the way they change their policies.
                        Now I'm thinking of closing Kotak Bank a/c as well as my trading a/c with Kotak securities and will start blogging everywhere about Kotak's bad practises, and request everyone to oppoze this kind of practises by closing their account with this bank.
                        I think Kotak bank shouldn't be doing this. When I talk to costomer care and register complaint, they said we have changed our policy and nothing we can do. One customer care representative was complaining that not only your's but employee a/c also they have changed policies and started charging them for debit card, which they din't earlier.

                        I completly agree with this and having similar complaint against KOTAK. I had decided not to have any association whatsoever with Kotak in future and request other customers as well to beware of Kotak Bank and close their accounts with them before they are also cheated in the same way

                          i am a icici bank customer i have went to kotak mahindra atm for cash withdrawl .when i start using the atm of kotak mahindra atm got switced off . when i contacted security guard he says that to save diesel company told us that use UPS of the ATM .

                          when i contacted customer care they are more than they talk to me like i am their slave .

                          now, icici bank deducted 225 rs from my account i want this money back in my account as soon as possible else i move to consumer court

                            I have a INR 21 Lac Home Loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank which is 2 years old. Despite the Home Loans rate dropped by most of the banks to 8% to 9%, bank has kept my Rate of Interest ROI @ 11.75%.

                            Brench of MRTPC Act :
                            Kotak is giving low rate (<11.75%) to new Home Loans customer but not giving the same benefit to existing Home Loans holders. Also to top it up, have kept the Loan Prepayment or Loan transfer penalty @ 2% of the Loan Amount.

                            Hence I feel to be trapped in Kotak.

                            I request you to join my fight and get me justice, by waiving 2% Loan Transfer penalty and restucturing my loan to 9 % Rate of Interest.

                            Same with my Standard Chartered Bank home loan. The interest rate is 13% and though I have completed 5 years they have suddenly introduced 2.5% forclosure penalty. THough I would like to foreclose the loan, I'm stuck because of this penalty.

                              I am using other credit cards from last 6 years...

                              I have started using of Kotak credit card from last march2009

                              Kotak credit card billing system is only for take money from the customer

                              Just example i have made two transations of 50000, 40000 thousand on my card

                              if have not converted 50000 in EMI that was good for me..as I dont have your bank experience I did that mistake..

                              its very simple if i had not converted in to emi total intrest charge on my outstanding (90000) will be 2790 + service tax but now after paying 10000 also and converting in to EMI kotak charged me 3862+ Service tax..
                              It was a very bad experience in my life...
                              I will close my relationship with kotak ASAP and also prevents my friend from this kind of fraud

                              this is the most chindi credit card provided to the customer. They say they provide 10% cashback for every restaurant. When you get the statement, they tell you that the restaurants are not covered under their cashback scheme, hence no cashback is given on those transactions. Clear cheaters trying to cheat customers to use their card showing the cashback bait. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING KOTAK TRUMP GOLD CARD ANYWHERE.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                As I have taken one policy from kotak life Insurance Co of Rs.5000/-(Rs.Five Thousand Only) in quarterly mode.The policy no is 1576810.I don’t have any source of income and will not be able to take the policy .So I put a freelook cancellation request to the company within 15 days[protected]. Please find attachment of acknowledgment for the same showing the cancellation date as 05-05-09. I talked to the customer care department, they are saying that it cannot be cancelled as I have return the true reason of personal financial crisis. Please cancel the policy and refund my amount of Rs.5000/- asap. So that relation with kotak life insurance will not get bitter. I could have write the reason that I am not satisfied with the terms and conditions but I mentioned the reality.

                                  I have registered my M.T.N.L. landline telephone number[protected] for M.T.N.L.'s do-not disturb service, but still I receive unwanted telemarketing calls. The main problem is from Kotak Mahindra, these guys call every alternative day and even on refusing to here them or any of their plans they keep on calling.
                                  This is very annoying, kindly look into this matter also.

                                  It has become very very irritating that despite telling the caller that he/she can not meet my deceased father in whose name the BSNL telephone is, they would call every alternate day or so and disturb us .They have been told in no uncertain terms that I am or my expired father is not interested in your scheme what so ever but nay..they would not budge.You may give them credit for their perseverence but for God's sake do not harrase old men like us.Yesterday he abused my wife at arround 9pm in the filthiest of hindi abuse.The calls are from your Gudgaon office and my telephone is...well I do not want to disclose lest some too smart agent of yours' starts a new game.It will be nice to see the culprit eased out.

                                  I am getting irritating calls by Kotak Mahindra for their different policies.
                                  I'm a computer engineer and got to pick up each and every call for tech. support of my clients. Sometimes I have to work in night shifts also due to which calls during the day are irritating. I have already applied for DND service and made almost 10 complaints to Vodafone. I have even told the call centre guys to delete my name from their list but all in vain. But still the Kotak guys keep me calling from different numbers. I stay in Mumbai and I know where Kotak Mahindra's office is located. Now I am waiting for some action to be taken by TRAI till 24th of March 2010. If no action is taken and the calls keep on coming, I will visit Kotak's office and give them a formal written complaint. If they still do not budge then I am thinking of filing a police complaint against Kotak Mahindra or pulling them in court.
                                  It's high time people like me are suffering and someday Kotak Mahindra has to pack back.

                                  (I cannot put my phone no: over here bcos I am afraid that if some other telemarketing company sees it, I will get another rain of calls to sell their product)

                                    Holder of folio 172407/80. Online purchase was done at their website on 4.06.09 and transaction was accepted successfully with debit of rs 10000 in bank account. But the allotment was not done stating that the amount is less than minimum value. The company so far has not bothered to refund the money and complaint has been lodged. The service is very bad in that the customer care is asking bank statement etc when it is for the AMC to verify such details. The amc Office is inefficient in that they can not even find whether money is recd or not even after a bankl statement is sent to them. When the matter is taken up with Cams they also take up with the Kotak AMC since the money is credited with them.

                                    Please be careful when u transact with such low profile inefficient illiterate customer care of Kotak. They are carried by only the name and do not have any quality.

                                    from last two months my SIP is amount is not deducted from my bank a/c. I try to call on Kotak MF Cuutomer care Center[protected], [protected] but its always busy.
                                    I have called on this no. atleast 20 time (if not more). But it was just a busy.
                                    I also mail them so many time to know what happen to my port folio but even after 5 days I am still waiting. Now on this week end I will go to their office and make a complain about it.
                                    The service from Kotak MF is the worst.

                                    Can some one tell me there is any other way to make official complain about such pathetic service.

                                      After some scanning and study o[censored]LIPs in the market, I took "kotak smart advantage policy" in Feb'08 directly from the company thru their corporate office.
                                      The Policy docs was delivered to me in november '08 after much complaints and followups. Subsequently, I found that the policy was booked for 20 year term without the Limited Premium Payment Option (LPP) which is for minimum 3 years as per the discussion I had with the sales manager from the company. He assured me of the necessary ammendment to the policy docs at the earliest. I had no reason to doubt the integrity of the persons involved as I was dealing directly with the company. I also ended up putting one more policy form myself towards my tax planning and also one each for my two sisters in the same policy. I was also promised of referral benefits as I was told that they were running a scheme. This was probably one of my biggest mistakes. This time the policy was delivered to me in time but they too were for long term and no mention of LPP. I was surprised and decided to visit the office when my mobile calls went unanswered. Upon visit to the office, i came to know from the branch manager that the said employee has been sacked for such unethical behaviour. I wanted to exit the policies but was assured by the manager of full cooperation and help in doing the needful for the policies that I and my sisters have signed up with them. But from December '08 to till date I have been getting only vague replies over phone but not any concrete action. Even my various emails in this regard to the company has not got any response. meanwhile I refused to renew my first policy that i took in Feb'08 unless they modify it as per my requirement. Same with other policies. Failing which i informed that I will have to take legal recourse as there is no other options left for me. Now, the manager has given up on my case and says he can't do much as it is against IRDA norms.

                                      I have decided to go to consumer forum for justice. Request valuable feedback and suggestion for me to proceed against om kotak life insurance company.

                                      Kotak Life Insurance — wrong term and benefit

                                      This is to bring into your notice that one of call center named religare has a process of kotak mahindra life insurance they sell a plan calld KSAP.in which minimum term is 20 yrs as per plan but they pitch it as a 3 yrs plan this is ulip plan and they also commit to customer that the will get rs 88500/- after 3 yrs by paying a premium of rs 45000/- which is not true at all . they misell all benefit of prdut

                                        I am working with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.The salary structure which was told to me and the one which is credited in our a/c is totally different.In the offer letter gratuity amount is shown as the part of our salary which actually is the company's contribution which is different from salary.And the PF is deducted twice, once from the gross amt and other from the net amt.when i asked them for explanation they said that this is how everyones salary slip is.And when i asked for difference between net and gross they were trying to fool me.And without being affected about recession they havent given us any increament.I would be obliged i[censored] can look into this matter deeply.
