Hello there

I received sms from kotak mahindra bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1217 without my concern on date:23/10/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

      This is to inform you that. I have taken a credit card protection plan from you (Oneassist consumer solution) on 24/10/2019 as one of the hdfc official agent recommended me to take this plan. I am requesting you to please deactivate this plan as soon as possible and refund my full money that has been deducted from account. I haven't use your security service. So please look at my problem.           Dear team,
          My phone's claim was registered on 26/09/2019. Today the entire one is mounted and by calling on 25/10/2019, i am told that there are no parts at the repair center 15/10/2019 i call every day to ask what happened to my phone, i am told that your phone repairs are being completed by 25/10/2019. This is a matter of total mixing. Oneassist is driving me crazy.
          Return the phone you hit but there are as many repair amounts as that phone (Which will be the payment of that phone, you will find the authorized repair center).
          So that i will be able to repair the authorized service center as much as the invoice amount will be paid to you
          I do not want anything from them, the damages of my time in which people have been demolished and the full payment of the hit phone will fill the team of oneassist. If these people do not do this then i will lug these logo feet legal actions. And how will the value of loss.

            I received a call from icici or oneassist, i don't know, regarding oneassist plan for all dbit and credit cards. After that rs. 1399 has been debited from my credit card ending with credit card no. 7004 on 30/09/2019 without my consent on behalf of oneassist.
            So cancel the oneassist plan and refundthe amount as soon as possible.

              Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank my card number ending with 4991and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                  I want to discontinue services from oneassist for card protection. My relationship number with oneassist is 5548965. I don't want to pay 1399 for their service. Their mobile application is not working on my phone and i have not been able to use their service at all. Therefore i have no intention of 1399/- getting deducted from my icici credit card account. Please deactivate my service from oneassist.

                    One assist mfee activated without my consent
                    I'm using hdfc credit card. I got a message that an amount of 1899/- was debited from my credit card without my permission.

                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899/- this amount includes 1899 for one assist. I am charged fee for not being able to pay this amount which is not acceptable. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount.

                          I'm continuously calling to your customer care support, but not even my single call is being answered. My laptop insurance date is expired and i have called them many times even before the expiry date. But each and every time they put my call on hold to transfer it to their renewal department. And my call is put on hold for 20 -25 minutes. And no response is being given from your side.

                              Please cancel my one assist membership, relationship number - 795390.
                              Please cancel it right away. I have tried reaching out to you on numerous occasions.

                              Please cancel the subscription, or else will have to move and cancel my credit card.

                              I have been paying the fees for so many years now. I am willing to take the risk caused due to fraudulent activities.

                              My id no.[protected] valid upto 3/10/20. Do not renewal after expires.
                              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5100 without my concern on date:08/10/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                                Hi,

                                I am an HDFC Bank Customer with Cust. Id:[protected] and Name: Prakash Gupta. On 10/10/2019 my Credit Card was debited with Rs. 1399 without my consent. Even I never opted for the product and didn't receive any phone calls or messages for the confirmation of the same. The Credit Card last four-digit is 0348. Please deactivate the service and refund the amount debited to my credit card asap.

                                Please deactivate my one assist plan
                                Already my money was debited credit card please refund my money,
                                An amount of Rs 1899 was deducted from my ICICI Account on 3rd October 2019under transaction detail Si oneast.This is a fradulent act as I am not aware of any such plan and have not activated any such plan.
                                I want deactivation of the plan and refund of my money as soon as possible.

                                    I was charged with rs. 1399/- on my icici credit card on 11 october 2019. I got a call from the bank explaining one assist and after that they automatically activated the plan without confirming with me. My one assist relationship id is 8771701. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount processed on my credit card. I do not want any protection plans and do not want to opt in future as well. My registered phone number is [protected].

                                    I wanted to close my OneAssist account.
                                    There is no possible way to contact the team, the number on their website is also not meant for incomming calls.
                                    I dont want to continue with OneAssist Service.

                                      Last year i cancelled my wallet protection service and rs. 300 refunded. But still this year this service renewed and rs. 1899 debited from a/c without any warning message.
                                      I spoke to customer care representative and under stood that last year this service was not cancelled and discounted rs. 300. And mail-id was wrongly updated in profile [protected]@rediffemail.com instead of [protected]@rediffmail.com. For this i didn't receive any message via mail.

                                      I cheated by your representative last year and this year also i charged rs. 1899.

                                        My mobile came under his(Rikshawwala) tire on date 25 september 2019 arround 2:pm after hitting the auto at the time of crossing the road and due to which the screen of Mobble damagged. That time i was shocked and forgot about to my mobile, but when he gone then i saw my mobile ant it was damagged.
