Hi,

I am an HDFC Bank Customer with Cust. Id:[protected] and Name: Prakash Gupta. On 10/10/2019 my Credit Card was debited with Rs. 1399 without my consent. Even I never opted for the product and didn't receive any phone calls or messages for the confirmation of the same. The Credit Card last four-digit is 0348. Please deactivate the service and refund the amount debited to my credit card asap....

On tuesday 1 october 2019 at 11:55 am amount of rs. 1899 is deducted from my account. I don't know why.
I never asked icici & one assist to subscribe/activate the plan.

I was charged with rs. 1399/- on my icici credit card on 11 october 2019. I got a call from the bank explaining one assist and after that they automatically activated the plan without confirming with me. My one assist relationship id is 8771701. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount processed on my credit card. I do not want any protection plans and do not want to opt in future as well. my wallet protection service renewed wrongly

refund of fraudulent deduction of money from account

An amount of rs 1899 was deducted from my icici account on 3rd october 2019under transaction detail si oneast. This is a fradulent act as i am not aware of any such plan and have not activated any such plan.
I have not activated any planeand if its active than i want deactivation of the plan and refund of my money as soon as possible.

I had taken the plan for my 4 home appliances, in the year 2018, i raised the complaint about my ref in the month of oct 2018 against complaint number 3645921 engg visited at my place and found duct of ref is defective which need to be replaced. On 06th nov my complaint has been closed as mentioned remark that part is not available with brand and refund to be processed as per norms, but till date i didn't get any amount...

refund of money deducted from account without my knowledge

An amount of rs 1899 has been deducted from my icici bank account under the transaction detail of si oneast without my permission. I want a total refund of the money as soon as possible as the deduction is fradulent
I am totally unaware of any activation of such plan and if it is activated in my account than deactivate the plan and refund my money....

Yesterday without my permission money 1899 rs has been deducted from my account and i have came to know that one assist plan has been renewed without my knowledge, when i received call from one assist they have told me that before renewal they would inform us but now money has been deducted directly i don't need the one assist service anymore.
