Sir,

On[protected] one assist services had charged rs 1399 without asking my permision. I had already said them to cancel and deactivate my plan but stiil they charge money from my account without my permission, plz deactivate and refund my money. I just don't want the plan and please cancel my plan a for my axis bank debitt card ending with 2332 and refund my money asap., i don't want to spend money on all these things.

    Rs1899 deducted from my hdfc credit card with out authorisations.
    This must be refunded immediately.
    Further i have cancelled my hdfc credit card and your service to be deactivated for me.
    This is 2ed year money is deducted from credit card with out authorisations as if it's their rights.
    Rs1899 deducted in july 2019 need to be refunded with out any excuse.

      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Hi,
        I got a message from icici bank that 1399 is deducted for one assist on 31st oct 2019.
        I have not authorised this subscription.

        One assist had called me to explain about the offer. They did not ask me if i want the offer. I did not confirm them that i need this offer.

        Still they have deducted this amount and activated the plan. Please cancel the plan and refund the amount.

          I received sms from axis bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 30/10/2019. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind of charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on and, but they not cancelling the servicing.

          Please deactivate and refund my money asap

            I don't remember your representative mentioning that your services cost me that much money (Rs.1899/-). I assumed it was part of the bank's services. You need to come up with more efficient ways to carry out your plans. The act of deducting the money without requesting for authorization comes off as a bad move from your part. I want to deactivate this service and would like a refund at the earliest.

                        Dear team,
                        My phone's claim was registered on 26/09/2019. Today the entire one is mounted and by calling on 25/10/2019, i am told that there are no parts at the repair center 15/10/2019 i call every day to ask what happened to my phone, i am told that your phone repairs are being completed by 25/10/2019. This is a matter of total mixing. Oneassist is driving me crazy.
                        Return the phone you hit but there are as many repair amounts as that phone (Which will be the payment of that phone, you will find the authorized repair center).
                        So that i will be able to repair the authorized service center as much as the invoice amount will be paid to you
                        I do not want anything from them, the damages of my time in which people have been demolished and the full payment of the hit phone will fill the team of oneassist. If these people do not do this then i will lug these logo feet legal actions. And how will the value of loss.

                          I received a call from icici or oneassist, i don't know, regarding oneassist plan for all dbit and credit cards. After that rs. 1399 has been debited from my credit card ending with credit card no. 7004 on 30/09/2019 without my consent on behalf of oneassist.
                          So cancel the oneassist plan and refundthe amount as soon as possible.

                            Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank my card number ending with 4991and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6999. Without my concern on date:19/10/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299

                                  One assist mfee activated without my consent
                                  I'm using hdfc credit card. I got a message that an amount of 1899/- was debited from my credit card without my permission.

                                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899/- this amount includes 1899 for one assist. I am charged fee for not being able to pay this amount which is not acceptable. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount.
