.booking id-YLGL4608
i have booked Oyo room from 28th June to 3rd July, 2022.so after checked in to the said residency the property owner said that the tariff was incorrect shown to us due to technical glitches of Oyo.I have to pay 1000 Rs extra at the time of check out.200 rs per day extra for 5 days.And i have called Oyo customer care at that time they have asked me to check in by paying full amount for the day as i have already paid advance amount n after that I did not like the room at all .so on the next day i have checked out.oyo promised me to refund the rest of the paid amount for the 4 days.multille times cled.raised request .and all.issue I'd received.invoice recieved after check out but payment not received yet.npt even initiated.such harrasment.
Please let me know the updates

    I booked an Oyo ( details. - booking id - HKR75850 hotel name - Panchvati Residency paid INR 1087 ) through an agent & paid online. When i reached the location the hotel denied us the booking & told us to contact oyo for a resolution or refund. We contacted Oyo then where another agent told us that we will get a refund for this one as he will cancel the booking & he helped us with booking another one for which we paid 1654 INR ( details - Lalsai residency, Booking ID - Z5GH7869 )

    When we reached this new booked hotel, the same thing happened with us and the hotel denied us the booking & told us to contact OYO for resolution. No the situation is we have paid INR 2741 to OYO for advance booking for which the booking desk were hyperactive in sending payment links & when we tried to contact OYO for refund or the issue with hotel, there is no one picking our calls from the last three hours we are standing on a road with luggage.

    We were denied checkin because the hotel owners didn't get any booking & we are not able to contact any human at OYO for solving this issue and atleast provide us our money back.

      I had one booking for that i had already paid online while booking, after reaching hotel they charged extra for room and after check out they charged for breakfast but in my booking breakfast was complementary.
      i mailed the same thing to Oyo with payment proof after that they crossed verified the same many times after that the decided to refund my extra money which had been charged by hotel in wrong way. They said the amount will be sent within 7 to 14 days in your bank account. today is 17th day and they are not responding my mails and calls as well.

        Hello -

        I cancelled my booking with oyo rooms and have a refund pending in the amount of rs 1106/-

        The status on oyo says that the refund is successful but i haven’t received any money in my bank account. Tried calling their customer service but the ivr machine simply hangs up after saying your refund is complete.

        My booking details are -

        Booking id: XVB81402
        Check-in - 25th July 2020
        Check-out - 28th July 2022
        Booking status - cancelled

        Please help.

        After continuous call to their customer care number, I was left with no hope as they kept transferring my call to service line which was just some bullshit ivr speaking again and again. My money got credited after 4 days

          I have booked a hotel for 15th July to 17th July but later got message from Oyo that room is not available. I got message that we shall get full refund. But, i only got a mere refund.           booked and paid online for the stay at collection O compact green view but was denied check in saying that they no longer accept payment via OYO as online booking is cheaper and isn't profitable to them. They denied giving the room even though I had paid at the time of booking only and no such thing was mentioned then. The manager instead of being helping, talked inappropriately with us. I thereby request you to kindly refund me my amount as there was no fault of mine in between the misunderstanding of Hotel and OYO.

            Address: Townhouse 715 Hotel DJ Grand in Tirupati

            I have done a room booking through Booking.com via Confirmation no. [protected]. I am really shocked to see your mail dated 13th July to my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com that you have sent a request for rating my stay at Townhouse 715 Hotel DJ Grand in Tirupati where I have not stayed. But I have paid 50% advance i.e. Rs.4, 118/- on 5th July through my HDFC credit card for two rooms for two days (i.e. from 8th July to 10th July). As I got a mail from Booking.com on 25th June that the booking will be confirmed if I pay part 50% or full 100% payment before reaching at hotel, so I paid 50% payment. I tried to contact many times to the property, but all in vain. Finally I reached at Tirupati on 8th July with my parents and started calling OYO call center to understand whether my booking is confirmed or not and also to understand the land mark of the said hotel where booking is done. However I came to know that the property is sold out from your customer care person and I didn't have any choice to move another hotel without help of OYO or Booking.com.

            You didn't have any courtesy to refund my money and sending me this type of mail for rating you without providing any service to your customer. Now I understand that how your organization is working without knowing ground reality.

            Please arrange to send me back my money with interest as I took pain while I was carrying my parents from one hotel to another in Tirupati during rainy season.

              I'd booked a hotel, but when I reached the premises, the electricity phase was out and I was asked to find another hotel. The OYO customer care assisted me in finding the nearest hotel and asked me to pay 2100 /- extra and assured that this amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. I also have a written confirmation from them via their official email ID and also have the phone recording. PLEASE have them refund me my money, as this breaks trust and is a very unfair and unjust practice.

              My OYO Booked ID is Y6UG8893 in case you need it for reference, and [protected]@oyosupport.com was their Official email ID, where all communication pertaining to the refunds happened.

              Yes, I have finally received the refund, but I am never trusting you guys again. Your customer care guys are even worse, they used to put me on hold eternally everytime I tried to register my grievance. Anyway, THANK YOU consumercomplaints.in. If it wasn't for you guys, I never would've received my money back from these scoundrels.

                Hello my name is Akash Demani, I had booked a room on 4th july from oyo room application oyo townhouse 601 in hyderabad.
                I had booked a hotel room from 13th July 2022 to 15th July 2022, but when I called at the hotel, the hotel manager refused to check in and asked for extra money when I said that I will complain then the manager said that do whatever you want to do.

                    I placed a booking at oyo on 15th july 2022 for 2 nights but at the time of payment which I made through paytm it got credited to oyo's merchant but not showing in oyo app ..I called 100 times to customer support none of them helped ...my transaction is successful..

                        I had checked in to the property on 15th july 2022. I was denied check in using the oyo app. Instead I had to pay the amount using UPI. Therefore I had to cancel the booking from app. Since it was not my fault, I need the full refund of amount. booking Id VY9Z1510

                          I booked and paid online for the stay at OYO 82788 Hotel knight view but was denied check in saying that they no longer accept payment via OYO as online booking is cheaper and isn't profitable to them. They denied giving the room even though I had paid at the time of booking only and no such thing was mentioned then. The manager instead of being helping, talked inappropriately with us and even when we made him talk with the customer care for getting a room as it was available, he completely denied and talked inappropriately with them as well even after knowing that it was a non refundable booking of amount ₹499. I thereby request you to kindly refund me my amount as there was no fault of mine in between the misunderstanding of Hotel and OYO.

                              I booked and paid online for the stay at OYO 78404 DS guest house but was denied check in saying that they no longer accept payment via OYO as online booking is cheaper and isn't profitable to them. They denied giving the room even though I had paid at the time of booking only and no such thing was mentioned then.                                 I have booked a oyo in Ranchi for 30 june -1 july. Booking id - L66I7409
                                Amount -1416
                                The hotel charged me extra Rs500 and they promised me to refund it in 7-14 days
                                Now It's already been 15 days.. Neither they provided me my refund. Nor they are accepting call in their so called helpline..
                                Oyo did not provide me refund
                                and no reference number. So I can't contact my bank.
                                Please help me to get my refund.

                                  I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 15th july 2022 with transaction amount of 436/- (436 from Paytm payments banks from Paytm ). I cancelled the booking on the same date (15th july 2022) due to some reason and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo for the bank reference number so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank. After confirming with the bank mentioning the transaction the bank says we have already updated your transactions but your biller has not initiated the refund. I asked oyo again for telling them that there is no issue from the bank side. Kindly initiate the refund but the response from oyo is same that your bank reference number is so and so and to talk with your bank. I am fed of calling oyo and Paytm again and again without any worthy results.

                                    I booked an Oyo hotel and paid online after that when I reached hotel the person at reception charged me 600 extra and said you will get this money in Oyo wallet ...since I paid online I can't cancel as I won't get refund and now I had to pay 600 extra it's wrong strategy ...you are cheating your costumers ...and the money I got in Oyo wallet is of no use as it shows this money is not applicable on this property likewise...so Oyo fooled me and charged 600 extra ...very disappointed ...and you people give us no option to contact you ...very intelligent idea of yours ...now don't reply on this complain as hello Savita we tried to call you but didn't connected kindly give another number please bcoz all your tactics are very transparent now ...thank you ...no hope of justice

                                      I Mr.Sani Pandit booked two room on 12 July 2022 at Capital O 14174 Good Luck Residency Hotel, House no 110 Hatigaon Bhetapara Road Guwahati Assam with booking Id#VJ648024 with advance payment of Rs. 1331. Later on the Hotel owner canceled my booking stating too less amount to be booked. I then called the oyo call center, on the same date they assured me that they have processed a refund from their end. But I have not received any refund no the oyo app is showing any refund status. I TRIED CALLING MANY THIMES TO OYO showing busy busy past 3 days.

                                        On 11 th of July I Booked A Oyo with booking id DVJS6311 in my number[protected], When I approached the oyo for check in I was denied check in as the hotel owner said that the tarriff is not acceptable and i wad in roads and when I demanded a refund, i was only given 50 INR, I had a lot of losses that night and the following day because of oyo, oyo needs to compensate and give my money back
