WE 4 partners had booked 2 classic rooms with OYO at the hotel ALFA GRAND, near Asalpha metro station, Andheri East Mumbai on 18th July 2022, Booking ID is OJ077462 by paying the full amount of RS 2266. when we get there at the hotel the receptionist asked us to pay RS 1400 additional for getting the room, we spoke to Mr Dilawer to OYO guy over phone several times but he was not able to rectify the same, we were waiting outside the hotel in the rain nearly 2 and half hours and the Oyo guy was talking to other hotels to accommodate us and the attempts are in vain. I handed over the phone to the hotel manager to speak to the oyo guy, he shouted with the OYO guy for not confirming the booking and taking the payment directly from the customer and as per their wish and will and asked that whether he had committed this deal for this amount and the OYO guy had no answers. We had gone for a business deal in Mumbai, after 30 hours of travel, we were very much tired and without even taking a shower and changing our dress, we are not able to attend the meeting with the client, and already we had spent too much time waiting for the room and we were very much late to attend the meeting and the meeting got cancelled because of the negligence from the OYO team. We had to stay another 4 days again in Mumbai to meet the client, for this we had to spent around 20, 000 Rs for the food and accommodation of the 4 people. This is the second time we are having a weird experience from the OYO team, and we had incurred a huge loss because of only reason that we had opted the OYO rooms. Even after 6 days I did not received the refund amount, or even a courtesy call from the
OYO people, and I have all the recordings of the phone calls which I had with each of the OYO executives. If I didn't get my refund by Monday, i will be forced to move legally and will ensure that social media's will cover up the same at the earliest. Expecting an immediate and favorable action from your side.

    I booked oyo rooms on july 8th booking id E4RO4506 owner cancelled my room laat minute. I paid full amount 1028 rupees but amount is not refunded in my accuount in app refund status is showing successful i cant beleive suck a reputated company is cheating like this

      Booking ID : I4J20715
      Booked room in another city. Called manager 1 day before arrival to make sure room is reserved as I was reaching early morning 3 AM.
      Manager assured that the room is confirmed.
      Reached hotel at 3 AM to be told that no room is available. Upon calling OYO customer service was told that they have shifted me to nearby OYO. Took airport cab and reached alternate location to be told that there is no booking and I can do new booking.

      Called customer service again to be told that they cant do anything and will initiate cancellation if I agree.
      Its 1 month I am waiting for refund and no one in customer service is entertaining.

        I haven't got a single refund out of 7 refunds for more than 20 days now. They not even responding now and just sent me a mail saying to wait for 7-14 days. Are you guys for real? How hard is it for you to refund my money? And even in app it shows that there's no refund request.
        No one from Oyo is responding and helping.

          Hi Team - I am writing this email to escalate an issue to OYO team. I have booked OYO rooms in Skylark on the occasion of my vacation to Munnar(booking id: QZDE0972). But, the hotel partner is saying that his account and connection with OYO is suspended, and check-in was denied. hence I am not issued with the allotted rooms. This is totally unacceptable as I have booked the rooms a week ago and even called up the hotel partner even before booking to confirm my allocation of rooms, to which he has confirmed ‘yes’ the booking is available. If it’s in suspended status then why on earth I was able to book slots with the hotel on OYO. This looks like a real scam between OYO and the hotel partner. To know this at the very last minute before check-in is so frustrating and ridiculously spoiling my mood. I have my family with me and I am unable to book any hotel as all are already occupied. I have been trying to reach out to your CUSTOMER care and which is handled by a bunch o[censored]seless bots which displays the same ### messages again and again. Since, OYO is a reputed hotel booking partner and seems like I have misjudged it. I need my booking amount back along, more than money it is the trust that’s broken as I have been a regular CUSTOMER with the OYO. I need my money back and filter out the hotel partners of such profile.

            I complaint against OYO Booking i booked a room.The Hotel owner not give us room he is demands for more money then I talk to oyo customer care they don't provide any room that's not the manner of talking too and overcharged extra money 800 rs for room how this shameful. I am with my family i booked booking with oyo app with full payment and when i call oyo customer care they also no response then i cancelled my booking i have no refund issued by OYO AND zero customer support i lost my 399rs...                   I booked a oyo room via phone call[protected] he told me that there's a hotel named OYO 8678 Golden Nest in versova, near jankidevi public school. he asked me to pay minimum price of 120₹ to confirm booking and i rest i have to pay at hotel. i paid the amount then he told me that he's going to disconnect the call and call me again. i said ok. then i got a email of OYO that my booking is confirmed but when i checked the address i saw its not in versova its in chakala. i cancelled my booking and OYO didn't refunded me money. because they had condition that they will refund only if we cancel before 9 o clock. i called OYO customer care they refused to refund.

                    I booked oyo on 22 july for 1076 rs at 331 oyo townhouse. I made prepaid payment in oyo app. The hotel asked for extra charges so i cancelled the booking and contacted customer care for oyo. They said i will recieve refund within 24 hours. Then i contacted again at night they said i will receive refund in 10 minutes . They just lie to our damn face . Worst service provided by oyo. My booking id is EXK91519. I have still not got refund of my 1076 rs.

                      Oyo play and win claims that you get rs. 2000 Amazon voucher if you stand in the first position in the leaderboard of play and win. So I played and stood first from 16th June to 4th July. But they didn't gave me the 2000 rupees Amazon voucher till date. I feel cheated by them

                              I had booked a room with Oyo for 16th-30th June and did advance payment for all days. I decided to check out on 18th June due to the poor condition of the room and rude behaviour of management.

                              After explaining my issue with the customer service & escalation manager, I was promised a full refund of 18303.71 Rs within 7-14day. (Ticket ID: [protected])

                              It has been more than a month since I have checked out. I've been contacting customer service every week and they just keep extending the 7-14day period.

                                    I had a worst booking experience with OYO Rooms. I have called[protected] and booked a room at the OYO 22421 Indiraj. The sales team told me that room are clean and hygennic. There will be no issue from Hotel and OYO side. I'd rather rename the Sales team to Liar team of OYO.

                                    The customer service asked me to pay advance of Rs.228 via GPay upfront and the balance of Rs.682 at the hotel reception.
                                    I agreed to that. After reaching hotel and show my booking details the receptionist denied to offer me a room at this rate (Rs.910) and asking me to pay Rs.1, 100. The weather was hot and I don't want my wife and mom to struggle in that sunny weather. I paid Rs.1, 100.
                                    Upon check-in in the room I experienced bad ordor, room not clean, bathroom not clean, AC doesn't work, Everywhere patches.
                                    I have gone down and asked the receptionist about this and she (in a rude manner and arrogant attitude) told me that we can't refund money.
                                    I have tried escalating this to OYO customer care and called them many times, but no answer. Finally, I took social media (Twitter) and posted a complaint against the hotel. They told me that they are looking into this and will resolve the problem. But nothing happened. After multiple twits they called me up and telling me in an arrogant manner and rough tone and very rudely that OYO will refund me the extra amount that I paid and had asked me the share photos of the room and then they will release 20% service gratification.
                                    This was total harassment to me, my wife and mom. We had visited Guwahati for a Doctors appointment at Nemcare Hospital and have gone through with all this hazel.
                                    I urge Consumer Count to look into my case and provide resolution as I am not happy with the resolution provided by OYO.
                                    Now, after facing all this I need 10 times of my money from OYO.

                                      I have booked a room in hyderabad OYO FLAGSHIP 75583 Thatipally mansion on June 30 and July 1 2022. The actual amount on OYO is 1297 byt they charged me 3297 by saying standard charges. So i spoke to OYO manager and they said i will get my refund if i a file a complaint with 48 hours of checkout. So i did. And they initiated my refund of rupees 2000 and said i will get my money back in 7-14 working days and its been 20 days. I haven't received any refund from them and everytime i call them there's no proper response and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and more and dis nothing. I need my money back.

                                        Hi have booked oyo room through oyo app and paid complete amount, after reaching at hotel they were saying we cannot give you room because if you book anywhere in oyo and pay online nobody will give you room and it presently started and they denied and told me to call oyo customer care for refund, I called oyo customer care nearly 20 times everytime there helpdesk was saying press 2 for previous menu, only new booking option was open, when I connected via new booking they were saying we will transfer your call to senior as we cannot do anything and again same press 2 and again same voice press 2 for previous menu, It was not going anywhere and I am not getting my money back, its clearly a fraud case...so pathetic and fraud is happening by oyo...booking Id is CZQB4096
