I had booked a room with Oyo for 16th-30th June and did advance payment for all days. I decided to check out on 18th June due to the poor condition of the room and rude behaviour of management.

After explaining my issue with the customer service & escalation manager, I was promised a full refund of 18303.71 Rs within 7-14day. (Ticket ID: [protected])

It has been more than a month since I have checked out. I've been contacting customer service every week and they just keep extending the 7-14day period.

Please resolve this issue.

    Haven't got a single refund out of 4 refunds initiation for more than 21 days now. They not even responding now and just sent me a mail saying to wait for 7-14 days. Are you guys for real? How hard is it for you to refund my money?
    No one from Oyo is responding and helping.

        I had a worst booking experience with OYO Rooms. I have called[protected] and booked a room at the OYO 22421 Indiraj. The sales team told me that room are clean and hygennic. There will be no issue from Hotel and OYO side. I'd rather rename the Sales team to Liar team of OYO.

        The customer service asked me to pay advance of Rs.228 via GPay upfront and the balance of Rs.682 at the hotel reception.
        I agreed to that. After reaching hotel and show my booking details the receptionist denied to offer me a room at this rate (Rs.910) and asking me to pay Rs.1, 100. The weather was hot and I don't want my wife and mom to struggle in that sunny weather. I paid Rs.1, 100.
        Upon check-in in the room I experienced bad ordor, room not clean, bathroom not clean, AC doesn't work, Everywhere patches.
        I have gone down and asked the receptionist about this and she (in a rude manner and arrogant attitude) told me that we can't refund money.
        I have tried escalating this to OYO customer care and called them many times, but no answer. Finally, I took social media (Twitter) and posted a complaint against the hotel. They told me that they are looking into this and will resolve the problem. But nothing happened. After multiple twits they called me up and telling me in an arrogant manner and rough tone and very rudely that OYO will refund me the extra amount that I paid and had asked me the share photos of the room and then they will release 20% service gratification.
        This was total harassment to me, my wife and mom. We had visited Guwahati for a Doctors appointment at Nemcare Hospital and have gone through with all this hazel.
        I urge Consumer Count to look into my case and provide resolution as I am not happy with the resolution provided by OYO.
        Now, after facing all this I need 10 times of my money from OYO.

          I have booked a room in hyderabad OYO FLAGSHIP 75583 Thatipally mansion on June 30 and July 1 2022. The actual amount on OYO is 1297 byt they charged me 3297 by saying standard charges. So i spoke to OYO manager and they said i will get my refund if i a file a complaint with 48 hours of checkout. So i did. And they initiated my refund of rupees 2000 and said i will get my money back in 7-14 working days and its been 20 days. I haven't received any refund from them and everytime i call them there's no proper response and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and more and dis nothing. I need my money back.

            Hi have booked oyo room through oyo app and paid complete amount, after reaching at hotel they were saying we cannot give you room because if you book anywhere in oyo and pay online nobody will give you room and it presently started and they denied and told me to call oyo customer care for refund, I called oyo customer care nearly 20 times everytime there helpdesk was saying press 2 for previous menu, only new booking option was open, when I connected via new booking they were saying we will transfer your call to senior as we cannot do anything and again same press 2 and again same voice press 2 for previous menu, It was not going anywhere and I am not getting my money back, its clearly a fraud case...so pathetic and fraud is happening by oyo...booking Id is CZQB4096

              This is Vijendra Rawat from bareilly, UP. On 13 Jul 2022 I had made a booking on Oyo Hotel Berry BTUI5435, over call with one of your executive and paid Rs 4516 for which I was told that i[censored] cancel it u will get 100 % refund after that i received the hotel info and reception number when I called on reception they said that the rooms are not available. Same thing conveyed to your executive and he said he will cancel the booking and full refund will be given to you.He canceled the booking and after some hours i received only Rs 2903. Thereafter to lodge a complain i called oyo more then 20 times but I could not able to reach the complain department
              bcz my booking had already canceled. Every time I called oyo some executives talked rudely some put me on hold for 45 min. Every time same thing was happening some even said that we have lodged ur compain and u will receive mail for which more then 10 days has passed and i have not got and info on this matter
              I have tried my all efforts trying to contact the customer support team but get nothing in return. I have done every possible effort that a normal person can do.
              So finally here is my booking details
              Booking I'd - BTUI5435
              With all due respect I beg for my refund of worth RS 1613
              It is not about the amount money i can easily forget that but the wastage of my time, mental stress, rude behaviour by executives, not assisting with anything, putting on hold for atleast 1 hour. Hung up of calls.
              I have noted down every executive names with whom I had talked
              I have consulted my lawyer and going to put case for the same.
              As a descend person this is the last msg i writing if i did not get the solution for the same.
              I will continue with action from my side

                I had a certain booking using OYO app on 16th July where 1410/- rs was deducted f om my account and due to some technical glitch they say the hotel was not booked
                Again I had to pay the same amount - now they say they only received the money once.
                Kindly help in this case
                And also I see a lot of other people have faced the same issue. Can you fix this please

                    I have Booked Room & Made Full payment in Advance on 14th July.

                    But i got call on 21st July to cancel the booking - MY Hotel Room was booked from 23th to 24th July - 2 Rooms.

                    I am calling to customer care - i got reply that APP is not working and Rate was not updated. So now price has been raised - you need to rebook hotel with new price and cancel current booking.

                    Its OYO mistake - they need to check before confirmation.

                        I booked an oyo hotel named Townhouse 1000 indian hotel on the night of 16th and made the advance payment of 1141 RS on oyo app. I traveled to that hotel at 12:30 of night and the hotel reception simply rejected entry saying to that that they do not have any bookin with my name. I showed them all proof of payment and booking confirmation msg but he simply said i'll not allow entry no matter what i say. He said you have paid to oyo then talk to them do not disturb me in middle of night.
                        I made 2-3 call to oyo but there was no response.

                        I was with my partner in middle of night and hearing all this was an awkward experience i couldn't tolerate.

                        Finally i had to book some other hotel paying double the Money.

                        Now i need the refund but that wouldn't be sufficient for what i suffered in middle of night, i need proper clarification from oyo team why did this happen and how would you make sure this does not happen again with any customer.
                        Further, i have decided not to use oyo until i get proper compensation because there are many other such platform for hotel booking who provide better services and taking care of their customers very well

                                I booked a room in oyo 28415 Resort garden Retreat on 20 jul with booking id RAER7763. The booking at the hotel directed to pay ₹617 first nd rest of the amount later. Upon pavement through google pay to the oyo apps it said that the money got deducted but in the official oyo app it showed payment failed so to avoid the confusion we tried calling customer care several time but there was no response so we cancelled the booking and requested a refund. Upon cancellation it showed the money got successfully transferred but it's not been credited yet to my bank account. Oyo kindly stop fooling your customers like this. Absolutely worst service from your side no help Or any assistance even from the customer care.

                                  OYO property owner asking additional money

                                  I have booked OYO on 19 july 2022 and when i reached hotel for checkin, owner was asking me for more money. Even i have done partial payment he says i didnt received any payment and when i cancelled my booking due to him OYO didnt gave me full refund.

                                    We had booked a hotel (Capital O 88025 BLOOMS STAY INN) on Oyo rooms a month ago and the booking was confirmed. The booking id is H10N3427. 2 days before the booking day again we contacted customer care and they confirmed that the booking is confirmed with (Capital O 88025 BLOOMS STAY INN). I have attached the chat history in this complaint. The sole purpose of booking this hotel was for its proximity to the metro station as we had to use the metro for our very important official work. On the day of our stay when we reached the hotel, the hotel denied any booking, and when we called customer care no one is picking and calls are getting dropped. When we checked back our booking on their portal, it was showing a new hotel (Capital O 88025 BLOOMS STAY INN) which was far away from the metro station. It caused a lot of difficulties in my plan as I have to stay for 5 days for our important office work.

                                      I booked a hotel on 28th June, but at the time of Check in the hotel said you have to pay for extra, other than the app is showing and directly contacted oyo rooms, they said at time of checkout just pay extra and take the bill from hotel and oyo will refund the amount, I did the same and followed the steps, but now it’s been 22 days but no amount has been refunded to me, In the mail the support wrote it will be reflect in 7-14 days.
