        I was appling online passport and while making payment i was charged rs. 2499/- through razor pay gateway.
        As the renewal charges are only 1500/-
        I was charged rs 999/- extra

        Kindly return the excess amount.

          Dear Razorpay,

          I had made a transaction of INR. 596/- on 26 October 2020 via your payment gateway on website SareeDzire.com

          I have attached screenshot the payment ID of successful payment recieved from your email ID

          Though the payment was successful i have not received any confirmation from the seller.

          I tried contacting their customer care but the phone is switched off and therefore had sent them an email which they have not replied yet.

          I am unable to know if they would send me the product or not. It looks like a suspicious activity as the purchase was done of SareeDzire.com payment is shown successful towards TheSmartRabbit

          I tried registering complaint on your website support section but the submission is getting failed as the payment ID received from your email is not accepted om your site.

          I humbly request you to take a not of this mail on high alert basis and process for a refund as the website is using your payment gateway.

              They send me a mail in which they said that due to risk your settlement has been put on hold and my 12000 rs which was stored in razorpay Balance which should be settled has been put on hold by which my business going in loss plz help me

              these are not alone. Razorpay is a fraud and collecting money by capturing money of Merchant.
              Please do not use their Payment Gateway.

                  I purchase unacademy bank classes. Our transactions was successful to my account but unacademy says our subscription is faild so yet I couldn't attend the classes there said that my amount was refund to my account but the amount since not reached my account.

                            I have applied for re issue of passport online using www.indiapassportseva.in on 15.10.2020. I paid Rs 2999 using Razorpay to the party for Tatkal on 15 th October. Got reply mails and messages and Order Id 96958035 with a message that the executive will call me. Now I understand that this is a fake site.
                            I request Razorpay to take immediate action to reimburse the amount back to me.

                                    1. On 4th oct i made a transaction of Rs 68999/- to Furper.com vis razorpay.
                                    2. On 6th furper told me that product not available so i told him to refund. But furper was not able to refund me using razorpay gateway. He took another week.
                                    3. So i raised dispute in razorpay site on 14 oct. After 2 days razorpay deducted the amount from furper's account and informed the merchant that they will refund the amount.
                                    4. Today is 20 oct and i am continously writing greviances in their site but no action has been taken.
                                    Kindly help
