I ordered a mobile (VIRO 4G SMARTPHONE (NITRO BLUE, 4GB RAM, 64GB STORAGE)) through the online platform, quikshop, and the price of which Rs-2499/- was made through my SBI credit card on 02/09/2020 My order is confirmed field no 1224 for Rs-2499/- (Raz*Neeraj Traders, East Delhi India)
But the phone not yet received and also no any further information received in this connection .I, there for request you take steps to issue the ordered to phone otherwise the amount of Rs 2499/- may be refunded to me at the earliest
