I ahve been attracted by advertisement and for which i have poaid rupees 849/- on 12/08/2020 through my bank indian overseas bank to upi id: [protected]@hdfcbank. till date the product is not delivered and payment is also not refunded. several complaints ended in vain. no other wayh go excepot to approach consumer court and social media forum.
The transanction id is[protected]. i need refund and also the merchant details for filing...

This is regarding the order I had placed in Navinaa.com on the 24th of September, order number :1700, 1707.
We had a total of 2000rs payments through Razorpay.This website no more exists.What happened to our money now? Facebook had displayed advertisements of this website which gave us the genuineness of it.Please help with this order. Refund our money back....
