I have paid passport application fees through razorpay and they have charged rs 3500 rs from me and paid only 2000 to passport office.

My name is Sweety Suresh Gupta and my mail id is sweety.s.[protected]@gmail.com my contact details is [protected].

Please refund 1500 rs amount to my bank else I have to lodge a fir /police complain against this fraud.

                        I ahve been attracted by advertisement and for which i have poaid rupees 849/- on 12/08/2020 through my bank indian overseas bank to upi id: [protected]@hdfcbank. till date the product is not delivered and payment is also not refunded. several complaints ended in vain. no other wayh go excepot to approach consumer court and social media forum.

                                Dear Team Razor Pay

                                I had PREPAID and amount of 2442/- on the 25th. of September2020 ... by Net Banking ... on an online shopping site TJORI.com.
                                Now when I try to contact them I notice the following:
                                1. That their Customer Care Phone numbers do not exist ... when I try to call
                                2. Their email numbers are declared invalid/do not exist when I try to contact them.
                                3. I noticed clearly now that although it says and shared a Razor Payment Received Confirmation it has no Transaction ID details of yours; but only uses your name.
                                4. Also I noticed only now that an endless number of Customer reviews and feedback have complained and marked their site as completely fraudulent with similar cases as mine
                                So I am extremely shocked.
                                Please, please help me retrieve my money.
