Updated by Vallabh Kamat We have reason to believe that some insider at Razorpay is hand-in-glove with fraudsters, for the following reasons:-
After the complaint was forwarded by you to Razorpay on 10/10/2020, we received a call from fraudster( Mobile no [protected] on 11/10/2020 at 17.20 pm), claiming to be calling from Razorpay customer service. He referred to this complaint, and said that Razorpay will refund the amount, provided I download QS app and share Control number of my mobile to him, which I immediately realised as another fraud. On questioning him, he started abusing in chaste Hindi and disconnected the phone.
I hold razorpay responsible for leaking my complaints to fraudsters. If suitable explanation is not provided by razorpay, I will make this information public on social media.

Ticket id-4492847
Thanks for direct response. Please find the latest whatsapp message from fraudster ( from Sahil ? mobile no[protected], which is attached. He is asking me to withdraw complaint (and enable refund ??) by sending the draft provided by email to [protected]@razorpay.com, [protected]@razorpay.com
As i refuse to deal with fraudsters, I have not given him any such complaint closure confirmation. I want Razorpay to complete investigation fast and refund money back to my credit cards as soon as possible. This will save hundreds of other people falling prey to this scam.
As a responsible corporate body, I expect razorpay to report your such vendors to police/ online fraud investigation agencies.
