      1. On 4th oct i made a transaction of Rs 68999/- to Furper.com vis razorpay.
      2. On 6th furper told me that product not available so i told him to refund. But furper was not able to refund me using razorpay gateway. He took another week.
      3. So i raised dispute in razorpay site on 14 oct. After 2 days razorpay deducted the amount from furper's account and informed the merchant that they will refund the amount.
      4. Today is 20 oct and i am continously writing greviances in their site but no action has been taken.

              Got Refund email from Razorpay on 10th October. Checked transaction and it said it will be processed by 19th October. Today (18th October) it says that transaction already processed. But no amount is credited in the my bank.

              Yes, that is what the Transaction checker on your website says. It has been 10 days but balance isn't credited. I used my debit card so refund should be complete within 5-7 days at maximum.
              Please see to it.
              I've never faced this kind of situation with any other Gateways.
