I am very much glad that I stopped 5 people to buy any Samsung Smart Pone. Every body understand how Samsung has very last category products. And service is also worst. Please find following complain text and decide that how Samsung Smart Phones are worst quality phone. When I posted in Samsung Mobile India facebook page I have got lots of positive reply on that. They avoid to buy or they told others not to buy Samsung Smart Phone. Please spread as much as possible. Dear Dhaval, Samsung Smart Phone is very low quality phones and services are also worst quality. I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand phone @[protected]. after 10 - 12 months problem start, automatically restart, hanged, slow, any application using displaying "Not Responding" validation messages. So I decided to repair my phone, repair at "Premium Services @ Swastik Road" They created more problems that not occurs before. Service center banded / raid. So I went to disa service center @ Drive-in Road, I paid 300 bugs for service charge and 350 bugs for data cable. 3 times I did services but I have to take daily lots of screenshots, preparing video files and collecting other proof. Phone was suddenly stops. I can not able to receive calls, dial calls or reject calls, "Contacts are not responding. Do you want to closed it.?" Message can not able to receive, read messages. Many times error occurs "Process system isn't responding" "System UI isn't responding" "TouchWiz isn't responding" Many times applications are displaying "Not Responding" If you check all my mails or screenshots or video files that you can understand, you have wasted your money or time...then you always welcome to buy Samsung Smart Phone. Please find complaint contents. If you feel that Samsung is worst company then you can share others not to buy Samsung Smart Phone. Dear Sir, / Madam, I must not let me down. You already loose your customers, everybody must not buy Samsung Smart Phone at least in my circle as far as your services are concerns. I don't believe on your services now. I have already services 4 times with chargeable basis. I will fight my case in all government bodies until I will get proper justice. I show you as many videos, screenshots and other documents. I am taking lots of screenshots every day. If you are using this phone, you also frustrated. You are telling and advertise wrong thing that "Customer is the best judge and our products are suffering so much test", is it true then why should I have to fight and wasted so much time and efforts for getting justice. It's common sense. Samsung smart phone is the worst quality phones. I was wasted money 18900 /- bugs for buying last category phone and after sales services. I am not only person that effect, that millions of people has recognized their mistakes as far as Samsung smart phones. You don't know your market values of the company and market values of your smart phone market. If you really care that customer is the best judge that you have to understand and believe on my proofs screenshots as well as video files or receipt and job sheet scan copy. You are doing your work. I will do my work how to get justice as far as fraud company and company policy is concerns. Every two or three people think 1000 times before buy Samsung Smart Phone. I will socialize in all social media "Please don't buy Samsung Smart Phone" Sir, / Madam, you don't know power of customer. The same case happened in other company then you won't able to stand between customer. But India It's take time for getting justice of kind of your companies that playing customer feelings, I will wait that my last blood comes out. I also aware that you won't read my mails, you had read or without read you deleted or putting on span folder. Now I will go all other way for getting justice. I will sure that you can understand customer 's feelings later on. In future, you will understand that its time to understand that you are not playing customer's feelings any more. I have complaint at samsung support portal. at 18th May, 2014, 05:00 pm, 11:00 pm, and 15th June, 2014 and 23rd June 2014 I file complaint in consumer court for justice. I mailed same latter to samsung web portal contact us page. I mail to general enquires, technical support, and email to ceo's office. Miss Nirupama Singh [Senior Executive - Customer Experience Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd called me, go to disha service center and meet Mr. Vishal Dham [Service Center Onwer], joined conference call for solving my problem. At[protected], Mr. Vishal Dham reinstalled OS [Jelly Bean 4.2.2] and inform me that don't use any memory card and check how phone works. I mailed same issues regarding phone is not working proper. Phone is very slow and hanged. Many time error occurs, "Process System isn't responding", "TouchWiz Home isn't responding", "Unfortunately, Dual Clock (analogue) has stopped" [Roaming - Mumbai], "Viber isn't responding", "Facebook isn't responding", "WhatsApp isn't responding", "Outlook.com isn't responding", and "Google Play Store isn't responding" Current Problem [25th July, 2014 - 01st August, 2014] Not able to attend a call only black screen is displaying having 85% battery, Not workinbg middle button for activating screen. I have to step out battery and reinsert battery at that situation work better. I went to service center for recheck my mobile but in absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, one of colleague told me that you have to reinstall OS after you will take backup. May be virus issue phone worked slowly. He installed antivirus and scan my whole phone, but unable to found single virus file. At what situation my phone works as normal phone works? How many times I have to waste my valuable time and money for everything get normal? I called Mr. Vishal Dham [[protected] - Samsung Customer Support Center ([protected]@contactus.samsung.com) given by nirupama singh - Senior Executive - Customer Experience Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd mailed dated 23rd June, 2014], he told me that give me another two days more for under observation. How many time I have to put my phone to under observation? We believe Samsung that very good company, but as a result what customer get make foolish and after within one year, after one year, or after one and half year phone is not working proper. If phone is working properly and repaired properly then I must not complaint to anybody. Every time I went for phone service center and wasting of time. Many time error occurs, "Process System isn't responding", "TouchWiz Home isn't responding", "Unfortunately, Dual Clock (analogue) has stopped" [Roaming - Mumbai], Sometimes all applications isn’t responding messages are displaying. "Google Play Store isn't responding" Current Problem [25th July, 2014 - 01st August, 2014] Not able to attend a call only black screen is displaying having 85% battery, Not working middle button for activating screen. I have to step out battery and reinsert battery at that situation work better. I went to service center for recheck my mobile but in absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, one of colleague told me that you have to reinstall OS after you will take backup. May be virus issue phone worked slowly. He installed antivirus and scan my whole phone, but unable to found single virus file. At what situation my phone works as normal phone works? How many times I have to waste my valuable time and money for everything gets normal? Mr. Vishal Dham told me that give me another two days more for under observation.     I bought Note 2 phone, and had some problem with display, it was getting blank sometimes a day, but all other functions were working properly I can attend the call even if the display is blank, so I don't think its the problem with the whole LCD, I went to service station and showed this issue to them, very first thing they did was just find the way in which they can tell me that phone is not under warranty as it was just a 8 months old, they just announced that due to water penetration it would not cover under warranty then I said phone never had a contact with water, then they said it might be because of the humidity in home or office due to Air conditioner (they didn't felt little shy for saying this statement), then they said lets check if it can be fixed by servicing or not, so they kept a phone for 3 days then they said LCD must be replaced (for cost of Rs.6000 as warranty is voided), when I bring the phone to home and charged after then it never started. It was working properly earlier but now I am in the situation that I must pay Rs.6000 to them otherwise my Rs.31000 will not have any value. Right now I am in middle of no where.

    I must not let me down. You already loose your customers, everybody must not buy Samsung Smart Phone at least in my circle as far as your services are concerns.
    I don't believe on your services now. I have already services 4 times with chargeable basis.
    I will fight my case in all government bodies until I will get proper justice. I show you as many videos, screenshots and other documents. I am taking lots of screenshots every day. If you are using this phone, you also frustrated.
    You are telling and advertise wrong thing that "Customer is the best judge and our products are suffering so much test", is it true then why should I have to fight and wasted so much time and efforts for getting justice. It's common sense.
    Samsung smart phone is the worst quality phones. I was wasted money 18900 /- bugs for buying last category phone and after sales services.
    I am not only person that effect, that millions of people has recognized their mistakes as far as Samsung smart phones.
    You don't know your market values of the company and market values of your smart phone market.
    If you really care that customer is the best judge that you have to understand and believe on my proofs screenshots as well as video files or receipt and job sheet scan copy.
    You are doing your work. I will do my work how to get justice as far as fraud company and company policy is concerns.
    Every two or three people think 1000 times before buy Samsung Smart Phone. I will socialize in all social media "Please don't buy Samsung Smart Phone"
    Sir, / Madam, you don't know power of customer. The same case happened in other company then you won't able to stand between customer. But India It's take time for getting justice of kind of your companies that playing customer feelings,
    I will wait that my last blood comes out.
    I also aware that you won't read my mails, you had read or without read you deleted or putting on span folder.
    Now I will go all other way for getting justice. I will sure that you can understand customer 's feelings later on.
    In future, you will understand that its time to understand that you are not playing customer's feelings any more. You have to stay in the market.

Please refer to Sawhney Electronics, 2, Mangal Pandey Road, Sadar, Cantt Lucknow bill No 12601 dt 13 Aug 2013 (Photo copy enclosed). 2. I, the undersigned have purchased a Refrigerator of Samsung Company bearing machine No FDAGASL/TL. The door handle of the fridge developed a crack just a few months after the purchase. Being in warranty the company replaced the door for us after necessary coordination and speaking with management at Delhi. 3. To our horror we found the fridge door handle had cracked once again from the very same spot. Since, it was not even an year to the purchase we approached the SAMSUNG helpline and an Engineer checked our fridge on 04 Aug 2014. Since then I have been chasing the SAMSUNG but their lackadaisical approach is astonishing me as I have been a very satisfied owner of Samsung products from a long time. 4. I was given a Ref No – [protected] by some Mr Manjeet. I was given Mr Alis No [protected] and then Mr ANURAG DWIVEDI’s No – [protected]. On my last correspondence I was told that my case is being referred to higher authorities, since then I have heard nothing from the higher authorities. 5. My plea is that the fridge has had a cracked door handle twice within the warranty period, why should I pay for Rs 4000/- (Rupees four thousand only) (which is the cost of the door), since my fridge was still in warranty when the complaint was lodged by me. From the bill, you will find that we purchased a Samsung washing machine and a Samsung LED alongwith the fridge. Both T.V and washing machine are giving us very good service. Since the FRIDGE has a manufacturing defect why is the company shying from getting it replaced. It is obvious that in this case it is not the consumers fault and the company must ensure speedy redressal by getting the fridge door replaced. 3. Keeping in view of above facts, may I use your good office to instruct the proprietor to look into this matter personally and get it repaired properly or be changed by a new piece at the earliest as it reveals that above piece is faulty and is bringing a bad name to the company.               I have got a Samsung NOTE 8 (GT-N5100) phone which I purchased in Riyadh last year. It's not charging although it shows it plugged up and under battery settings it says it's charging. It is about 10 months old, and I think it is still under warranty. I took it to the local authorized service center "Samsung Mobile Service Centre Kadapa (address : 2/1109, Pushpagiri School Building Complex, Kotha Reddy Women College, Nagarajpet City : Kadapa Andhra Pradesh, India), where the service person bluntly rejected to listen or take a look at the device giving an excuse that they will not handle any phones/note purchased abroad even though it is in warranty. I would like to know then what is International warranty for? I want the concerned authorities to take necessary action against such service centers, and provide me an alternative for the service.

From day one it is giving cooling adjustment problem. After lot of complaint to the dealer and the customer care two times the mechanic came and attended but the problem still persist in addition to this after attending the problem one more problem activated that is beep alarm which was functioning when fridge door opens for a longer time. They are not being able to identify the actual problem. The mechanic is now telling to change the sensor. We have purchased lots of electronic items of Samsung make but we had not faced such manufacturing problem. It is requested to kindly get the fridge replaced with the new one as I have purchased it recently and we do not want any replacement of electronic items such as sensors, Electronic knobs etc. Here I want to inform you that I am working in Trinetra Cement Ltd. and we use to purchase lot of electronic items for our unit, if the quality of service is not good and prompt how we as a corporate sector will convince to purchase the Samsung brand items.                   I have purchase a Samsung Note 2 mobile in Poorvika last dewali. First issue starter after using it for two months, as it was shutdown and never turned On. I took it to poorvika and they took almost 1 week to repair it. Same issue reoccur again now... I lost my original bill so I need help to get the duplicate copy to repair my mobile...                       I have visited Samsung mobile care, RAMPUR to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going mother board. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. in this time my mobile warranty period. they might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual problem of mobile of this model .
                      Now more than 15 days to get my mobile phone repaired and handover in discharge position to me. but after charging mobileand using problem not solved . This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
                      I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay Rs. 14000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

Due to power surge in our area last week, its PCB got damaged and now Samsung Sevice Center is charging Rs. 5250/- to repair the same. I have purchased the refigerator at around Rs. 24500/- and the servicing for mere PCB is 5250/- (PCB- Rs. 3500 + other component (part name not told by the service person on telephone) 1500/- + Rs.250/- service charges.) This kind of service charges are really not expected by samsung. Please reply me for the same

                          I, Bratati Dhar Choudhury have lodged 1st complain on 22nd july 2014, at your cutomer Care. The service centre at guwahati, ulubari-781007 visited my place on 24th july. The service engineer checked the 2ton AC and told me that censor is not working, he will replace it whenever the part is available. On14th August the gentleman came and changed the censor and he was paid Rs.800.0 for the bill he charged on the pad of the Samsung Customer Service Record Car but still it is not working. I have called him many times over phone on his personal No.[protected] given by him but he did not bother to visit my place till date.                             Dear Sirs, I purchased a small Flat coloured TV during 2006. Recently I found that after playing it for half an hour (1/2 hrs) video goes off and white strip is coming on the screen for few moments and again display is coming normal and again this is happening after 5/6 minutes interval. I contacted your authorized service center in our locality and took the TV set against one receipt and told me that they will inform me about the service required and cost of the same. But they did not inform me and I started contacting them (service agency). They first told that TV CRT got damaged and need to be replaced which may cost Rs 3500(approx). When I told it is nothing with that CRT but seems to me due to some capacitor problem, immediately they changed the version and said yes it seems some circuit problem and may cost less within Rs.2000. But from that time they are not giving any clear cut statement about the fault of my TV and Cost of repair and it seems to me that I am going to be cheated. IM Anil from palakollu, westgodavari distict, Andhra pradesh. we bought a Samsung frize model RT32CDUX1/XTL/2012 in september 2012, upto now its working good, but sunddenly its gets stop working. i.e not getting cooling.. we made a compliant at our local shop, where we bought this frize, they asked our details, phone no etc & told me that they will book a compliant online. Concerned person will reach you & solve your problem in 2 or 3 days, but still todoy nobody came to me.. We call to that shop owner so many times, they are telling, we raise the ticket, what can we do. its very problem to us without frize. Being a big brand samsung, mnc .                                 I had lodged a repair/service request regarding propeller not rotating for my Samsung Top load washing machine well over a month ago (on 2nd August 2014). My machine has not yet been repaired till date 12th September 2014. Regarding the issue I have been constantly calling the service center ever since the complaint was lodged. I get overconfident answers saying that my machine will be repaired by tomorrow. That's precisely what they have told me each day since 2nd August 2014. They seem to have no tracking of whether there was an engineer visit, is the required part available, when can the customer expect a repair (no real date allocated), and whether the customer should be serviced on priority basis due to delay in service. And making a false promise to the customer though ignorant themselves if the repair can be really completed or not due to availability/unavailability of resources, the service center keeps telling over-confidently that tomorrow the service will be provided. Moreover, multiple repair requests have been logged by them, and all but the present one have the status as "repair completed". I wonder how they assume that the repair is completed when I did not sign any document saying so.

                                Guys. Anyone reading this comment I will suggest you from the bottom of my hear that please never ever buy a samsung product... It may be a very big company but just check their service and customer care, it is worst. The products are good but service is pathetic if there is need of actual part replacement. No one will respond from service centre side. They assume that a repair has been completed and then don't send any engineer again. I have been following up very patiently since more than a month. (2 August 2014 to 13th August 2014 ) and still there is no repair. Please guys never ever buy a samsung product no matter how appealing it is. Sorry Samsung I dont hate you but I just can't trust you ever again. Just want to save the innocent future customers from the horrible after sales service. Very very pathetic...

                                The customer care people have standard set dialogues saying "I will try my best to help you", "I regret the inconvenience caused", "You will get the repair tomorrow, 100 percent". And omg these words are so nice, but remember these are just words cause they really don't regret any inconvenience; I believe Samsung enjoys harassing the customer.

                                  My Samsung Mobile, Model Number DT S dous 7582 was repaired by Samsung Service Center 3 times. Than I complained to Samsung Customer Care and talked to senior person(complaint number - [protected]), he asked me to trust him submit my phone again to service center and he talked himself with the service center person. I did the same but the problem still existed. I send an email to samsung website I got call from there the executive took me and the service center person on conference and the thing was finalised as " I have to resubmit my phone to service center but they wont do anything and it will be sent to Samsung Technical department for its correction ". But after submitting when queried about status they replied that the technical person of service center is out on training ans his sign is required for sending your phone to Samsung Technical Department so wait for 2 more days. But after a week of submitting the phone when called to service center I got reply that they solved it by themselves and you can take your phone back. The first 4 times of repairing they were unable to solve and after all the complaints they still doing same thing. No value of customer problem. No value of the promises done to the customers by Samsung Service Center or The Samsung Customer Support. as they promised me that they will check the status by themselves and I don't have to worry each time I complained.                                     My 5yrs old TV is not working from past 1 month. I have booked a complaint. My complaint number is [protected]. Customer care team is offering only 35% of the total value of the TV as parts are not available with SAMSUG. Parts are not available, this is SAMSUNG problem then why should I suffer? If you can’t rectify the problem in my TV then I want a re placement TV. Because I can’t afford a30K TV. I need a immediate solution for this.

                                      We have purchased a Samsung split AC (Model : AR18HC3TYURNNA & Serial No : 0318PPCF300018D) in April 2014 and from starting when ever we switch on the AC it omits a foul smell. We have raised around 6-7 complaints. Various Samsung Engineer came to my place and sprayed various high intensity spray. However there was no impact then they took my AC to service center and changed Coil of my AC still same issue persists. When we requested for refund or replacement they started making various excuses and are not providing me replacement or refund or any solution.
