I bought a Samsung TV from Croma Ahmedabad (24.08.14) and they delivered the product almost immediately. However, it seemed I have to wait for 'Samsung Technichians' to come and set it up for me. Same common problem of Panel.. Translucent Bar on top left of the screen.. Twist the screen/Press top left of panel, the Bar vanishes for some time.. It looks to be a minor circuit issue, cant Samsung fix it with a spare? charge of Rs 1000 should be nominal.. Service engineer charge Rs 27000 for new panel, 70% of new TV cost, Costlier than the market rate of depreciated 2 year old TV.. Should I get a replacement TV? Samsung?...
