I have given my mobile date,[protected] at service center - [protected] for the repairing heating and software problem of my device GT-I8262 CORE. They want 15 day for repairing, but when we reached for taking mobile they not repaired my mobile. at this day they change software of mobile. but they creating more problem in my mobile by changing unnecessary part I.F.C. of mobile device due to this charging problem created. so they again put my mobile for repairing. i want to change IFC and repair heating problem of my mobile fast. my name is SALAHUDDIN

    Respected sir, I had deposited my cellphone model no-GT-I8552 on date 06/09/2014 for the repair of battery discharging, hang, mic, receiver. There the person ensured me that the mobile will be repaired. And the CCO therof is talking rudely with the customers. This is totally not done, how much leaves should I take from my college? Also I have my own stuff to do. There they are saying that sell your mobile and take the new one. I have only used my device for 3 months Not only me but many customers are facing the same problems. If you know anything about this matter please let me know by contacting me on [protected], [protected]. And also let me know if my money is really going to be wasted, so I can save the further expenses and advertise negatively about your company to others. Hoping a positive reply from you.         Hi, I brought Samsung Refrigerator two months back and due its poor quality its gets compressor is not working at all. Kindly reply to the below mentioned query to provide me a solution. 1. Product Quality : Why and how Samsung is selling such a low quality products in the indian market ... what is it quality parameter. Why consumer has to face so much problem to get it retified. When u r giving a warrant of 10 years ... what u except from the customer to assume that this product is only last for 2 months. 2. Engineer Skills : Before launching any product why not all the repair engineer gets trained on those products. Experience with your repair engineer : 1st he diagnosis the problem as GAS Problem. 2nd time he identify the compressor has been damaged. Now i dont have trust on Samsung nor its product nor i m ready to get it repair.             Hello Sir, I, Mr.Rahul, have buy Samsung Galaxy Core 2 SM-355H Handset from the Shop on 08/09/2014 at Rs. 12000, but currently i heared that the price of such handset is brought down at Rs. 8007 on 18/09/2014. So just want to know why such action has been taken by Samsung and Is there is any policy on which such benefit will also be available for me ? or any refund of such difference Amount should i get?

              Within 6 months of Purchase of Fridge this is the second time I have to contact Samsung. First time I have compliant ( ref no : ” [protected]” ) within 2 months of Purchase of Fridge at that time Water was not coming from Water dispenser at that time Water Pump have to be replaced. Now I was observing from last one months fellow color at bottom of Door initially I ignored then when the yellow patches start to increase suddenly I realized it the paint that is peeling out. Samsung is not using a good parts in fridge they can use a good paint which at-least remains in fridge. Need your urgent attention on this matter. I need the door of the fridge to be replaced immediately OR give back my money. I feel cheated by Samsung.

                Hello, my name is Adv.Dhaval Makwana. i have buy 2 plasama tv from wellknown samsung brand. First was 43 inch, in 2012 and second was Nov., 2013. samsung 43 inch plasma still running smouthlly but, samsung 51 inch plasma looks a hectic choose buy me. First they gave me a plasma tv with some physical dent on it. They hasn't reply me proper. Then on product demo i saw one sharp light coming out center of the display. i complain about this at a moment. They suggest me to wait 2 or 3 days. After 3 days still problem not solved its self, so i complain about this product again and they get this plasma take back. After a approx a month they gave me another. All that harassment i ignored all. Before some days, now this time my tv was starting irregularity of display content. i cant get idea that what's the wrong with this t.v. Every time that happen if i restart my tv the problem disappear. But on 3 days ago on continuing problem, i found my tv looks off but voice still coming. i shut off tv and trying start but it hasn't start. Regarding this problem, AFTER some time i found on right side of the display area bit of crack in internal side. The tv now showing nothing. i complain about this, complain no. [protected]. They tell me that your complain will solve out in 24 hour. Now the real shocking time was come, when two of samsung service boy comes and seen my tv and taking some photo for further process. They said me it was looking like physical damage and it was not in your warranty. They tell me that customer care will call me tomorrow with all details. i wait for it. When i was not at home a call on land line come and said your tv's display penal was damage, and it cost 25000 to repair them. Now, my question and the complain is that without any physical interaction with tv how can i accept that. Nothing was done by us at all. i have CCTV camera at my home and all recording to prove. I buy tv for entertainment but it gives me a harassment. So please solve my complain quickly as possible.

                      I had purchased an 230L Double Door Samsung Refrigerator from Bharat Ekectronics Appliances, Coimbatore on 13/06/2008. The refrigerator stopped working on October 2010 and when I asked the Samsung service center to correct the issue free of cost, they said Compressor is not covered under warranty. Though the compressor had 5years warranty I had paid for the service since I wanted the issue to be fixed fast. Gas refilling was done on that service and the service was done by Asia electronics, an authorised Samsung Service Center. Now within 4years of Gas refilling the compressor again ran out of gas, when I examined the problem I noticed that there is a gas leak due to compressor not fitted correctly. Samsung at the time of purchase has guaranteed that this compressor being of type Hermetic gas refilling is not required during entire lifetime as the unit will be concealed and hence no leakage will happen. I went to Asia electronics again and the response was very poor. I need this to be resolved soon. My mobile number is [protected]. I had all original service bills. Expecting a quick resolution.

                          Reference: 1. Bill No: 2872 dated[protected] of Angel Agencies, Cherthala, Kerala2. Samsung service order no: [protected] I purchased a Samsung 28” LED TV UA 28H 4000 ARL on[protected]. On[protected], the said TV went out showing a spider crack screen. There is no external scratch or crack on the screen. I have reported the complaint as per second reference. The service personnel has taken photograph of the display and then from the Samsung service center Alappuzha, I was informed on telephone that the complaint is not covered under warranty and I have to pay Rs.11k for repair since the damage, they say, is due to some external force. To the best of my knowledge and belief, no external force has been applied to the TV. The damage may be due to thermal expansion or by the hit of some insect like beetle, I am not sure. However it’s not the fault of the customer if the TV is too tender to afford the hit of an insect or vulnerable to thermal expansion . In this circumstance, I request you to repair or replace the above said TV under warranty coverage. Otherwise I will be compelled to approach a court of law to get justice.Expecting a positive response from your part.                             Dear Sir/ Madam, Since I was facing a problem in my Samsung note 3 phone Model No. SM-N9000ZKEINU where my LED indicator light is just stable, as I visited your service centre ZAIN Telecom, Makwane lane Andheri (e) on 09/09/2014 they are giving me a reason of Set Liquid Damage, Not Repairable Under Warranty ([protected]) due to water, whereas I strongly disagree with the remark given by the service centre as I travel by my car wherever I go and there is no way where my phone can be affected by water due to which I am facing this problem, Beside this there is no other issue in the phone, neither with the LCD or any other technical error. As I’m Totally a Samsung Buyer as I have brought so many phones in the past as I trust the brand so much and have even recommended so many of my friends to just buy Samsung phones, I am totally disappointed by the after sale service the service centre is providing by which just by opening the phone they are giving me this stupid reason and are even refusing to accept my phone for repair under my warranty period which is till 10 October 2014. I would request the Samsung Company or any other higher authority to look in this matter and try to get some solution out of it.Kindly take this matter seriously and im accepting a positive response from Samsung India. This is the first mail i had send after that almost 5 to 6 mails i have send and still the company is asking me to pay for it.                               I am very much glad that I stopped 5 people to buy any Samsung Smart Pone. Every body understand how Samsung has very last category products. And service is also worst. Please find following complain text and decide that how Samsung Smart Phones are worst quality phone. When I posted in Samsung Mobile India facebook page I have got lots of positive reply on that. They avoid to buy or they told others not to buy Samsung Smart Phone. Please spread as much as possible. Dear Dhaval, Samsung Smart Phone is very low quality phones and services are also worst quality. I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand phone @[protected]. after 10 - 12 months problem start, automatically restart, hanged, slow, any application using displaying "Not Responding" validation messages. So I decided to repair my phone, repair at "Premium Services @ Swastik Road" They created more problems that not occurs before. Service center banded / raid. So I went to disa service center @ Drive-in Road, I paid 300 bugs for service charge and 350 bugs for data cable. 3 times I did services but I have to take daily lots of screenshots, preparing video files and collecting other proof. Phone was suddenly stops. I can not able to receive calls, dial calls or reject calls, "Contacts are not responding. Do you want to closed it.?" Message can not able to receive, read messages. Many times error occurs "Process system isn't responding" "System UI isn't responding" "TouchWiz isn't responding" Many times applications are displaying "Not Responding" If you check all my mails or screenshots or video files that you can understand, you have wasted your money or time...then you always welcome to buy Samsung Smart Phone. Please find complaint contents. If you feel that Samsung is worst company then you can share others not to buy Samsung Smart Phone. Dear Sir, / Madam, I must not let me down. You already loose your customers, everybody must not buy Samsung Smart Phone at least in my circle as far as your services are concerns. I don't believe on your services now. I have already services 4 times with chargeable basis. I will fight my case in all government bodies until I will get proper justice. I show you as many videos, screenshots and other documents. I am taking lots of screenshots every day. If you are using this phone, you also frustrated. You are telling and advertise wrong thing that "Customer is the best judge and our products are suffering so much test", is it true then why should I have to fight and wasted so much time and efforts for getting justice. It's common sense. Samsung smart phone is the worst quality phones. I was wasted money 18900 /- bugs for buying last category phone and after sales services. I am not only person that effect, that millions of people has recognized their mistakes as far as Samsung smart phones. You don't know your market values of the company and market values of your smart phone market. If you really care that customer is the best judge that you have to understand and believe on my proofs screenshots as well as video files or receipt and job sheet scan copy. You are doing your work. I will do my work how to get justice as far as fraud company and company policy is concerns. Every two or three people think 1000 times before buy Samsung Smart Phone. I will socialize in all social media "Please don't buy Samsung Smart Phone" Sir, / Madam, you don't know power of customer. The same case happened in other company then you won't able to stand between customer. But India It's take time for getting justice of kind of your companies that playing customer feelings, I will wait that my last blood comes out. I also aware that you won't read my mails, you had read or without read you deleted or putting on span folder. Now I will go all other way for getting justice. I will sure that you can understand customer 's feelings later on. In future, you will understand that its time to understand that you are not playing customer's feelings any more. After premium service my phone was not properly working then I was checking my phone to disha services with 300 rs service charge. Nirpama Madam communicated via phone and email and contact me to Mr. Vishal Dham. [Owner of Disha Services]. I re installed new compatible OS of Grand with long discussion of my colleague recommendations. Because He did not believe on me. Mr. Vishal Dham told me that use your phone without memory card for few days, if problem not exists then insert memory card after format. For your kind information, I used my phone without any memory card after purchasing. I came to know that my phone is not working properly [hanged, automatically restart, automatically switch off, contacts blank, messaging blank, android phone internal application error message, outside error messages, etc. at 10th, 11th, and 12th month after purchasing. I already mentions in my previous mail that problem occurs. As far as Mr. Vishal Dham recommendations I used my phone accordingly, but problem is still exists. I had visited to meet Mr Vishal Dham to discussing same problem, now I had taken all screenshots when android phone is not working. In absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, his colleague conducted me and told me that may be some virus issues. So He downloaded Dr. Web Anti-Virus application for android phone, and start scanning whole phone. No virus found. He told me don't waste your time and money for visiting service center, you will take a backup and do reset on phone, there is nothing but same issue application. My friend also used more than I used applications and he is using Samsung Galaxy Core, and his phone is not hanged that my phone. He does not used memory card too. I called to Mr. Vishal Dham regarding latest problem, come at service center and put phone in under observations for two days. How many times I put my phone to service center, I have joined new job before 5 Months, I not able to take a leave for such kind of issues. My boss has been refuse to give leave. As far as my company policy is concerns, I not able to attend call in office hours in case of emergency. But can attend calls during lunch break between 02:00 pm. - 03:00 pm.                                 I bought Note 2 phone, and had some problem with display, it was getting blank sometimes a day, but all other functions were working properly I can attend the call even if the display is blank, so I don't think its the problem with the whole LCD, I went to service station and showed this issue to them, very first thing they did was just find the way in which they can tell me that phone is not under warranty as it was just a 8 months old, they just announced that due to water penetration it would not cover under warranty then I said phone never had a contact with water, then they said it might be because of the humidity in home or office due to Air conditioner (they didn't felt little shy for saying this statement), then they said lets check if it can be fixed by servicing or not, so they kept a phone for 3 days then they said LCD must be replaced (for cost of Rs.6000 as warranty is voided), when I bring the phone to home and charged after then it never started. It was working properly earlier but now I am in the situation that I must pay Rs.6000 to them otherwise my Rs.31000 will not have any value. Right now I am in middle of no where.
                                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                I must not let me down. You already loose your customers, everybody must not buy Samsung Smart Phone at least in my circle as far as your services are concerns.
                                I don't believe on your services now. I have already services 4 times with chargeable basis.
                                I will fight my case in all government bodies until I will get proper justice. I show you as many videos, screenshots and other documents. I am taking lots of screenshots every day. If you are using this phone, you also frustrated.
                                You are telling and advertise wrong thing that "Customer is the best judge and our products are suffering so much test", is it true then why should I have to fight and wasted so much time and efforts for getting justice. It's common sense.
                                Samsung smart phone is the worst quality phones. I was wasted money 18900 /- bugs for buying last category phone and after sales services.
                                I am not only person that effect, that millions of people has recognized their mistakes as far as Samsung smart phones.
                                You don't know your market values of the company and market values of your smart phone market.
                                If you really care that customer is the best judge that you have to understand and believe on my proofs screenshots as well as video files or receipt and job sheet scan copy.
                                You are doing your work. I will do my work how to get justice as far as fraud company and company policy is concerns.
                                Every two or three people think 1000 times before buy Samsung Smart Phone. I will socialize in all social media "Please don't buy Samsung Smart Phone"
                                Sir, / Madam, you don't know power of customer. The same case happened in other company then you won't able to stand between customer. But India It's take time for getting justice of kind of your companies that playing customer feelings,
                                I will wait that my last blood comes out.
                                I also aware that you won't read my mails, you had read or without read you deleted or putting on span folder.
                                Now I will go all other way for getting justice. I will sure that you can understand customer 's feelings later on.
                                In future, you will understand that its time to understand that you are not playing customer's feelings any more. You have to stay in the market.

Please refer to Sawhney Electronics, 2, Mangal Pandey Road, Sadar, Cantt Lucknow bill No 12601 dt 13 Aug 2013 (Photo copy enclosed). 2. I, the undersigned have purchased a Refrigerator of Samsung Company bearing machine No FDAGASL/TL. The door handle of the fridge developed a crack just a few months after the purchase. Being in warranty the company replaced the door for us after necessary coordination and speaking with management at Delhi. 3. To our horror we found the fridge door handle had cracked once again from the very same spot. Since, it was not even an year to the purchase we approached the SAMSUNG helpline and an Engineer checked our fridge on 04 Aug 2014. Since then I have been chasing the SAMSUNG but their lackadaisical approach is astonishing me as I have been a very satisfied owner of Samsung products from a long time. 4. I was given a Ref No – [protected] by some Mr Manjeet. I was given Mr Alis No [protected] and then Mr ANURAG DWIVEDI’s No – [protected]. On my last correspondence I was told that my case is being referred to higher authorities, since then I have heard nothing from the higher authorities. 5. My plea is that the fridge has had a cracked door handle twice within the warranty period, why should I pay for Rs 4000/- (Rupees four thousand only) (which is the cost of the door), since my fridge was still in warranty when the complaint was lodged by me. From the bill, you will find that we purchased a Samsung washing machine and a Samsung LED alongwith the fridge. Both T.V and washing machine are giving us very good service. Since the FRIDGE has a manufacturing defect why is the company shying from getting it replaced. It is obvious that in this case it is not the consumers fault and the company must ensure speedy redressal by getting the fridge door replaced. 3. Keeping in view of above facts, may I use your good office to instruct the proprietor to look into this matter personally and get it repaired properly or be changed by a new piece at the earliest as it reveals that above piece is faulty and is bringing a bad name to the company.                                     (sir me english Nahi janta ) sir, mujhe ek mobile mere dost ne gift kiya usne mujhe memo nahi diya sath me. aap hii bataye memo koun deta hai gift ke sath. company ka 12 month waranty rahata hai par mujhe kaha jaa raha hai ki memo nahi to waranty nahi jabki mobile ka emi no dekhekar hee ye log waranty period check karke hee repair karte hai fir bhi company mujhe haresement kar rahi hai please help me sir.
