    Dear Sir, I have purchased one LED TV with the following details: Date of Purchase 17.08.2013 Agency Samsung Plaza, Dindayal enterprises(P) Ltd, Gwalior-474009 Bill No SPS13/1213 Price Rs 35000 Model MQWG3PBD306987 UA32F5100ARLXL/N Now the purchase has crossed the 1 year guarantee just one month ago. From 25.9.14 the TV set got out of order and no sound and picture shown after switch on. Immediately I registered a complaint in Samsung Service centre and also intimated to Samsung over phone through all India Tall Free number. Today Technician reported and explained that main panel of the set is damaged completely and need replacement which will cost around Rs 15000. Now I am requesting Samsung Authority to replace my set at free of cost as I am incapable to bear the same after investing Rs 35000 just 1 year back. I am a loyal customer of Samsung product and procured the following items in Samsung Brand since last 2 years..       Sir I buy product in July 2012 exact after expiry of warranty period machine went out of order in August 14. After several calls to your service centre they repaired and bill 7000/. Exactly after three weeks it went again out of order. Till no one came for the same after several calls to your customer care snd service centre. This is Samsung now I am afraid that some parts have been exchanged with otherone because they pressing hard to send it to their service centre. No computerised receipt issued to me.           Dear Sir, This is with reference to above subject, i purchased Samsung S4 phone in the month of Feb.2014 .After 2 month of purchase of phone, screen display stop working so i visited the Prayag Services, Aundh, Pune for Repair .He has done repair of my mobile after 6 days, in between the service provider has done lot of wrong claims but after intervention of Sumsung Executives it got repair .But after few months it again has the issue of Display and Overheating of mobile, so as per my understanding Repair was not done properly by SAMSUNG service provider or he ignored the problem .             I HAD REGISTERED THE COMLAINT ON 1 SEPTEMBER 2014 OF MY SAMSANG TV BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT COMPLAINT HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDED SERIOUSLY.               I am continously visiting the Prayag Services, Aundh, Pune from last Janaurary... But it is doing fraud with the customer as from last january I am continously facing problem in my Samsung Phone... On January I have replaced my Screen and after that on February I was facing problem in the phone as hang up and many issues were there... and at that time they told me that it is due to software so after that if will be resolved, so I have done that... And after that 3 to 4 times they continously doing the same... But on last Monday I surrender my phone to them and told them it is not software problem please check hardware and let me know... Yesterday they told me that your phone is now working fine, there was an issue in Tag switch and now it is replaced ... (Don't know whether they replaced the switch or just telling lie...) and how they tested the phone... Then Today when I cheked my phone, the status is same as what it was on Monday... Even after three days, there is no progress... Today also I came to know that they are changing the screen with the other phone and not replacing with the new screen, So I doubt whether for my screen also they have done the same... Please check with these Service center as I have already spent about 10000 on my phone till now... And till the time of purchasing i.e. 18th October, I am continuously getting lot of issues in my phone till now... and this is not accepted by such a huge branch Samsung... On Janurary 2013, they replaced my whole PCB and at that time only I told that even in 3 month if I am facing this hardware issue, then what will happen in the future at that time your Customer Care told me that no you will not get any issue in future... But I am getting lot of issues... Please guide me what to do now... as I am fed up now...

                I had purchased a refrigerator ( Model No. RT36 HDRZ - 345 litrs) on 17.09.2014 from Reliance Retail limited, Axis Mall, New Town, Kolkata . The fridge was delivered on 18.09.2014. It had been installed by a mechanic from the retail outlet on 19.09.2014. Since then, no cooling had been there inside the fridge nor there was any ice formation. I had registered a complaint with the dealer with no result. On 23 09.2014 I made a call to your toll free number to register . The customer service representative was briefed thoroughly in this respect.THey had asked to refer the matter o the dealer. Accordingly, I had gone to the outlet to submit a written complaint which had refused to acknowledge. My questions to you are following : (1) If I receive a defective fridge from the outset, who is going to replace the same and when ? ( 2). Why a complaint is not to be acknowledged by your distrbutor/ agent? (3 ) Who is going to pay me charges for the "Deficiencies in services.? 2. Please therefore arrange to supply me a new fridge of the same model within 7 days or pay my money back with interest. Sankar Mitra

                          Hi, we bought the samsung air conditioner last year and it stopped cooling.when we called on customer care, they sent someone who said the coolant leaked and had to be refilled.The service was chrged.Within a few months, same thing happened again, and again they charged us after repairing.This is the third time now it leaked last week and when we called the customer care centre, they talked very very rudely.I don't understand the type of service u people provide.I am going to the consumer court if the issue isnt revolved after this.Pleae do something ASAP.The number is [protected].

                            This is to in form you that after i bought you Samsung phone, I am greatly disappointed with it. I had to give the phone to your customer center at-least 6 times in 6 months. I faced different issues such as charging issue, network issue, hardware issues, headphone-speaker issue just within 8 months. Is this what you provide to the customers- this is the default demanding piece that your center is also saying. I want replacement of my phone before my one year warranty expires, else I will raise this issue to media and court to claim it professionally. I am also disappointed with the service center response towards my reports. I had asked several times that i want service report receipts but they are not giving it and saying that you will get online and when i call or check online they say take from service center. This is a serious harassment to consumes like me and i feel it to report it. I told many times to replace my piece but got very bad response from your company center. I want new piece before my warranty expires.

                              Dear Customer complaint Head, First the details of my mobile are as follows:- Samsung galaxy core duos i-8262 IMEI NO- [protected] Secondly, mobile is still under warranty as not a year old. Now day before yesterday i.e on 22/9/14 while charging, mobile stopped working. I went to your nearest Service Centre at Borivali (East), Mumbai on 23/9/14 who checked the cell phone and uploaded software and handed over to me saying the problem has been rectified and the phone is working as usual. The service centre charged me Rs. 225/. On charging again the phone again stopped working. Today on 24/9/14, I went again and told about the problem being unresolved. This time they said that the motherboard is damaged and refused to rectify or change though the phone is still under the warranty cover. This is really shocking, unethical and unwarranted for. Henceforth, please get the problem resolved on priority as this is the only cell phone I have.                                       I want to bring to your kind notice about quality of your product. In 2012, I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV. It developed a defect with in ¾ months. It was diagnosed as ‘panel defective’. After plenty of correspondence and telephone calls, your organization agreed to change the set. On my request it was agreed to refund the amount as now I wanted to buy a bigger LED set.
                                      Since, I had lot of faith in Samsung products; I again went in to buy Samsung TV. A 40 inches LED TV was purchased on 11 Nov 12 (from Jumbo Electronics Corpn, Ltd, Noida 201303). Details of TV, purchase and scanned copy of bill are attached. TV developed similar defect and complaint was registered with your Call Centre. Complaint No. [protected] dated 14 Aug refers. It has been diagnosed by your engineer ‘Panel needs to be changed’. It is going to cost me appx Rs 17000/-, which I cannot afford as its no fault of mine.
                                      I am amazed that your products developing faults in such a short time do not go well for your reputation. I would hate to take social media & other routes for this complaint as I hope my complaint will receive your sympathetic & humanitarian attention.
                                      You are requested to change the panel without any charges or Replace the Set with a New one as your Reputation is more importantthan Company rules…

                                        i would like to pay your attention that i submitted my mobile (samsung galaxy trend GT-7392, IMEI-[protected]) at Sai electronics samsung service center, new awas vikas calony delhi road saharanpur, on dated 1st september 2014. My mobile touch was not working, it approximately 22 days after service center give my mobile back but its touch is not working properly event after service and another fault also made by service center that my mobile is not downloading any file from interenet and not give proper interenet browsing speed. sir i am mently disturbed due to service center fault . sir i want my mobile money back .
