My tata sky recharge for subscriber id [protected] was valid until 5/1/22. I recharged my account today 18/1/2022 by logging into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

    Tatasky has frauded me with 304 rupees recharge. Deducted my amount but dint gave service. Foul play. Now neither gpay nor bank or tata sky itself is helping.

    Consumer complaints I have recieved a fraud call from [protected] and they said they called from tata sky, asked me to download easy access and wen I denied they abused me. Can you do something about the data costumers leave on ur website.

      Have relocated to a new address last year and transferred the tata sky connection, but address has not been updated in the account profile. Now to update address in the backend they require 300(connection has already been relocated in 2021). This addiotnal charges on top of re-location charges is robbery in the daylight, service provider has not provided a solution and no update from thier side other than closing the ticket.

              Address: SDPL greens D wing 507, Upalwadi opposite star motors kamptee road Nagpur

              Amount of Rs. 693 was deducted on 12th Jan, 2022 by billdesk but recharge was unsuccessful. This is a Fraud online service. I recommend not to make payments through Billdesk services.

                  I buy the Tata sky settop box from a dealer and made recharge but the company debit the amount of 500 in respect of dish which was not puchased by me. I requested to refund the amount or make a recharge for the same but the company denied that it is non refundable.

                  Now if i am not using the dish of Tata sky then how can the amount can be deducted by them.

                      Travelling in TSRTC BUS which has poor seating facility & no power sockets are working. Took Rs300 against bus ticket.. We travel in Govt Transport to have comfort & safety.. But both are missing here. Travelling from Karimnagar to Secunderabad in a AC BUS

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              We have been using tatasky since 12 years now. In november 2021 we had an issue with the Binge service, they didn't tell me anything for this, without my permission they activate binge service on my account, i didn't use this service and in two months in my account they charge 298.i have a 407 rs plan, i have recharge annually for extra one month offer, i had called to tatasky customer care executive in yesterday, they had told me your balance is 42 rs, so now you need to recharge 4854 rs for annually offer and i had recharge according to that annually offer 4854 rs, so according to that package my annually subscription offer date will expire on at 09/02/2023, but now you can see that my package annually subscription offer expiry date has display on at 15/10/2022. i had called yesterday and today morning and i have to said that tatasky customer care executive extend my date for my recharge i already have done and give me refund or extend time for that binge service that they activate on my system without my permission. I contacted both customer care and the nodal officer and they refused to refund this amount to us. but they didn't give me a solution, he has not submit complaint. they need to extend my account subscription expiry date till march. please help me sir, In my house my parents have simple phone, they know anything about this service .
                              i am a cyber security professionalist and my working schedule is too busy, Since we never used this service we don't know anything about this. they have been stealing my money . my subscription id is [protected] and my name is Rahul Goyal. and my contact no is [protected]. please help me sir and they will refund my payment or extend my package subscription expiry date till march .

Yesterday Tatasky custmer care executive told me please sir install app use that subscription that i didn't subscribe, now you can see that this scam in screenshots, when i have opened zee5 and try to play any movie or webseries, that was not played. And you can see that automatically page has redirect zee5 official website, and that buy plan message has visible.please help me sir to refund my payment.
