Binge service activated without any kind of knowledge and I had recharged but they didn't give me a fully recharge and offer

In november 2021 we had an issue with the Binge service, they didn't tell me anything for this, without my permission they activate binge service on my account, i didn't use this service and in two months in my account they charge 298.i have a 407 rs plan, i have recharge annually for extra one month offer, i had called to tatasky customer care executive in yesterday,...

Negative balance

I was shown negative balance of 270 rupees why??? And then i recharged 500 rupees and 229 rupees was shown only .. ??? Fraud...

Every time wrong charges are deducted and Don't refund (1347359364)

It is very unfortunate that I am raising a complaint against a reputed Indian Company Tata!!!. In last 1 year they have cheated me several times. Starting by changing my DVR (paid around 12k) in the name o[censored]pgrade. The technician promised me all the functions of DVR is available in the upgraded box Tata Sky Binge+ (paid 2.5k). Since I was busy at the time when technician arrived, I trusted the technician and didn't check the functionalities....

No support from technical team ahmedabad

Its been 15 days and Ahmedabad technical team is not visiting our place to check the problem. We have continuosly complained to custmoer care regarding the issue, which a settop box is not working. A person came once 15 days back and just left without checking anything. Despite of our continuos request, nobody is comjng to check d device or antenna. Now we are using another set top box and tried to take back our complain for 1st...

No Response or Follow-up on Tata Sky Service Request even after a month

I had recharged my Tata Sky Account (ID: [protected]) on 19th Nov 2021 with ₹8082.

However, we have recently re-located to a new residence, and due to complications of installation of Tata Sky dish with our new interiors, we decided to discontinue the service. As per Tata Sky guidelines, the account can be cancelled at any time and the remaining balance will be couriered back to the subscriber via DD.

No Signal Even the account is fully recharged

Worst Service, I was able to see all channels till afternoon 2.00 pm. I saw a message about recharging by today. I recharged my tata sky id - [protected], with INR 200. Suddenly my tv signal fluctuated 2-3 times in the next 30 minutes & I called customer care. Then it worked for a while & then lost signal for 6 hours.
They ask for unnecessary technician visit, which is paid. This means simply they are wanting service charges different...

Service close

My Tata sky being service wrong start in our children and immediately call to close I am not active this service but toll free no say service not close before 24 hours and deducted my ac 290/- rupees after you request any 30 day you are close so customer pay advance years pay for package any customer immediately contact but company policy not close this is wrong answer and deducted charges this customer right to pay or not for any service...

No channels after paying subscription charges

We paid the subscription charges on November 27, 2021. However, we are unable to view any channels on the television. We request you to kindly look into this matter and provide assistance to what action needs to be taken next…

We were given TATA Binge as promo offer and now we have stopped the use of TATA Binge and have returned the device. Since the device was connected to the TV USB and there was no adapter used/installed. Hence we are being asked forcefully to pay for the adapter and our account is locked/blocked.

Having complained about the same through toll free number and emails but still it is not solved. We could feel that we as a customer...

Customer care me call karne par kahte hai ki apne koi pack add kiya hai to kabhi kahte hai pack ki rate change ho gaya hai isliye validity kam kar di hai.
