I had tried to recharge my Tata Sky account on 18 December 2021 . The transaction went unsuccessful though amount was deducted from my bank account. Here are the details,

It's been 13 days today and I haven't refunded yet

      Hi,
      Its been 15 days and Ahmedabad technical team is not visiting our place to check the problem. We have continuosly complained to custmoer care regarding the issue, which a settop box is not working. A person came once 15 days back and just left without checking anything. Despite of our continuos request, nobody is comjng to check d device or antenna. Now we are using another set top box and tried to take back our complain for 1st set top box but for that local tech team needs to call us qnd verify that complain cancellation is accepted by them. Still they are not co operatinv and our money is gettong deducted from both of the set top boxes.

      So local tech team from ahmedabad also forces us to get a new connecrion and on the refusal from us they are just avoiding the issue and not sending anyone to check the problem.

      This s an unsolved issue since 15 days and tech t3am is simply not co operating and not lostening to call center executives also.

        I had recharged my Tata Sky Account (ID: [protected]) on 19th Nov 2021 with ₹8082.

        However, we have recently re-located to a new residence, and due to complications of installation of Tata Sky dish with our new interiors, we decided to discontinue the service. As per Tata Sky guidelines, the account can be cancelled at any time and the remaining balance will be couriered back to the subscriber via DD.

        I made my first call on week of 21st November. The customer care executive noted down my request and asked me the reason for discontuination of service. I explained in detail. They raised a ticket, but there was no action or follow-up on this in the next two weeks.

        I called multiple times since then. Each time they raised a new ticket, however, there was no response.

        Then on 19th December 2021, I called again asusual, and this time I decided to note down the Ticket number and ETA details.

        Ticket Number - 3ASFNG8E
        ETA given on 19th Dec - 22nd December.

        I hadn't received any call/update from them asusual, so decided to call again on 23rd. This time they transferred a call to a senior executive, and that person said that he has escalated the issue and they would surely take some action in the next 24 hours.

        It's 30th December now, and I still haven't heard back from them.

        As they are not taking any action, my balance is still getting deducted on a monthly basis. I would only get refund of the pending amount as per their policies. The pending amount will depend on the date when the ticket gets attended and the Tata Sky executive visits to collect the set top box.

            Today i receive a call from Tata Sky customer service, They told ID to ID money transfer is not possible and ask me to contact phone pe where you done the recharge as we are not able to validate the refund as its not done through Tata sky app.

            Please help Phone pe people told contact the service provider and Tata sky people told that contact Phone pe. Where the customer goes. Its very difficult to us.

            As per discussion with phone pay they do not have any process in the system to initate reversal of the transcation once its sucessfull.They told only tata sky people will refund. Today i receive from the escalation team of Phone pay. Now please either you escalate this case to your higher management and initated the refund as earliest.

              Address: Flat No- D2/701, Premia Society, Narhe, Pune-41.

              Worst Service, I was able to see all channels till afternoon 2.00 pm. I saw a message about recharging by today. I recharged my tata sky id - [protected], with INR 200. Suddenly my tv signal fluctuated 2-3 times in the next 30 minutes & I called customer care. Then it worked for a while & then lost signal for 6 hours.
              They ask for unnecessary technician visit, which is paid. This means simply they are wanting service charges different from the regular billing charges. If we are paying INR 400 monthly bills then why other things to maintain the connection are being charged.
              For now, we are raising this complaint don't know at what depth it would be resolved, but definitely, Tata would lose its reputation.

                My Tata sky being service wrong start in our children and immediately call to close I am not active this service but toll free no say service not close before 24 hours and deducted my ac 290/- rupees after you request any 30 day you are close so customer pay advance years pay for package any customer immediately contact but company policy not close this is wrong answer and deducted charges this customer right to pay or not for any service please clear this issue as soon as possible

                  Yes ! Hoping to get some positive help. As per the technician after paying 240 last month and not viewing a single channel (waste of recharge) we again paid 50 as per the technician suggestion and assurance that it will start in 24 hours.                     We were given TATA Binge as promo offer and now we have stopped the use of TATA Binge and have returned the device. Since the device was connected to the TV USB and there was no adapter used/installed. Hence we are being asked forcefully to pay for the adapter and our account is locked/blocked.

                    Having complained about the same through toll free number and emails but still it is not solved. We could feel that we as a customer are being harressed.

Customer care me call karne par kahte hai ki apne koi pack add kiya hai to kabhi kahte hai pack ki rate change ho gaya hai isliye validity kam kar di hai.                             I booked a new Tata sky connection @Rs 1820.00 .The installation is completed.But till now not active by service provider. The technician and customer service demands more Rs 415.00 with no reason, which was not in the advertisement/offer. I already paid the above mentioned amount but there is no response from customer service.

                                      i have got a call from one of your tata sky agent on 13th december that i will get an offer for Rs. 395 recharge monthly for 2 connection, which includes zee cinema zee tv sony set max. But after getting the connection we have not received the desired channel I have been promised. I have called several times the agent, but now he is not picking up the phone. His phone number is [protected]. he told me his name is deep roy. His Whatsapp number is[protected]. I am giving the screen shot of whatsapp chat with him, please see the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

                                        I have applied and paid in advance for a Tata Sky Binge+ connection but as per the technician visited there was massive wiring required to get the connection which not getting possible at my place so I have cancelled and gone ahead with another service provider.
                                        Even after cancelling the application (a week back), I am yet to receive the money refund of INR4999.
                                        I do not find this getting resolved through call centres as I have already tried them twice.
