I'm recharging Tata sky DTH but worngly payment to Tata sky com(billdeskbqr.tatasky@hdfcbank) this address so I am very very sorry. Please sir help me and refund my money this transaction wrongly pay you.

Payment failed and refund

Applied for new tata sky hd connection in tata sky official website and payment done through online. Amount got deducted but there is no confirmation on my request....

Set Top box hang issue

Last 3 months my set top box not responding to remote signal at specific time(7 pm to 10pm) every day. Raised service request and paid for their service visit(175rs). Technician visited and claimed box need to be replaced. Agreed and replaced new set top box and paid for new box(350 rs). After couple of days of replacement same issue occurred (set top box not responding to remote at specific time). Again raised a complaint and technician...

I have paid 300 through gpay for tata sky recharge money deducted from account but not added to my tata sky balance

I tried to recharge my tata sky with rupees 300 through G-pay on 3 rd may 2021 and 300 rs deducted from my hdfc account but balance is not added to tata sky.i have called tata sky customer care as well they said contact to G-pay. I have contacted G-pay as well they said transaction successfully completed and find is transferred to biller desk. I have not received my paid money nor balance in my tata sky account....

I'm complaining about problem related to set top box.

My screen goes blank and nothing works and also sometimes when it set top box works normally it has a lagging issue like when I press button it works little late....

It's been updating from past 5 hours and it never completes. After reaching 45-50% it starts from 0% again. Kindly resolve it....

I done recharge of 505 on 1 may 2021 on tata sky I'd ( [protected]) but my tata sky I'd is ( [protected])...

I did 400 rupees recharge today. Transaction successful and money deducted from my account. But recharge didn't occur and my tata sky account is still deactivated. Please resolve this issue today....

I did a recharge of 400 rupees today. Transaction was successful, money deducted from my account and transferred to tatasky, but my account is still deactivated. Can you please resolve this issue today...

Set top box connection

On 22.04.21, I had made a transaction for a new connection with tata sky of RS 1651.00 via NetBanking sbi. The payment went through from sbi but tatasky page wouldn't load neither did I get confirmation of the payment except from sbi.
Now Tatasky are refuting claims saying payment has not been received by them.I provided my bank statement which clearly shows deduction. Now they have asked for billdesk I'd, since I didn't receive confirmation,...
