arasment due to not resolving slow speed issue from last 20 days and now dissconect service without informing me

My complaint is regarding to the fake and false commitments from Tikona sales persons, Mr. AMOD NAGAR (City lead,pune) NILESH BAGADE(S.M.,karve nagar,pune), UMESH (Executive-karve nagar, pune).I got false commitment related to the Tikona wireless Broadband of 750 kbps plan (ADUNLTD 899) by the sales team.

I would like to share my worst experience in Tikona internet services in Bangalore.


I have seen a advertisement about Tikona in K.R.Puram, bangalore. I have called them to identify the feasibality in K.R.Puram. They came in next day to my house to check and they told, we have a feasibality (50%), so you have to choose ur plan and pay now itself so that we can register ur name and install guy will come tomorrow itself....

Tikona Broadband Problem not Resolved

Hi,


I have taken Broadband connection on 31-Dec-2011.


On 31-Dec-2011 I contacted Mr Ajeet (Mobile no: [protected]) for the connection. He said that he is the Tikonaemployee and he will send the representative by today.


2 persons came in to my home. They explained me the plan and filled up a form and charged rs 1200/- for the connection. They also offered me to give 500/-...

Pathetic service & false promises

Connection Termination

Billing Error not getting rectified

Tikona has been wrongly charging me on my bills since the month of July. The error first happened when 2 bills were issued for the month of July

Tikona disconnection request

This is with regards to the disconnection request that I had placed on 23rd Nov 2011 with Tikona broadband in Pune, Maharashtra. Till date my request has not been entertained by them. Everytime I call the customercare, i get a reply from them that within 48hrs I will get a call from the disconnection department but nothing happens. I had connection 1st week of Jan 2012 and when i discussed they promised 2mbps unlimited, but after installation i never seen 2mbps till today. When ever i called customer service always busy and they says there is technical problem. Worst customer support i ever seen in my 15 years service. I have subscribed for a Tikona Wi max connection on 30th Nov 2011.
After taking the complete payment, installation guy came next day and said that there is no coverage and connection cannot be given.

As they cannot provide a connection, I requested for a refund of my payment. They told it will take 30 days to get the refund.

technical fault in broadband connection

I gave tikona broadband connection at my home on 17/12/2011 by paying Rs.1200. Right from the first day i could not connect to the internet. It shows some service error. I used to call the tikona customer service center daily, whenever i call them my internet will get connected. But after sometime the problem will persist. Giving wrong information and keeping my advance money as deposit

Tikona Internet provider took advance amount of Rs.600 for changing my broadband plan. They said that this amount will be adjusted in the next bill but now they are saying that this amount has been kept as security deposit and will only be used when I discontinue the broadband connection.

This statement is given by the tikona employee is wrong and they should adjust this amount in the next bill, rather than keeping this amount...
