Tikona Broadband-- The worst Amongst all-- Worst Customer service --Worst Experience

Hi,
I am a Tikona Broadband user. As I could not take Airtel connection hence I have opted for Tikona.
But i must say about my experience with them is till now the worst one.

This is 3rd time I have complained regarding my internet connection is not working.
And when i called up to their customer service which is a toll free number they are saying if you want to disconnect let us know we will do that. They are so rude on call to their customers. I don't know how these guys are still in business at Bangalore.

I called up their customer executive several times to send some body to home so that he can check what is the problem with my internet connection.
But till now they have not done anything.
And also there is no improvement in my internet connectivity.
Like me my wife is also working in IT. And we do work from frequently.
But due to these careless mentalty of TIKONA people we are suffering like anything. They are not only careless but they are cheat, rude, one bunch of nonsense people.

We are ready to pay for their engineers visit but than too they don't come. I have requested and Called several times to their call centre. But to no avail. Every time they will give a false promise that the executive will come but that never happens. It's been 3 days since I don't have internet connectivity at Home.

Now I want to disconnect my internet connection from TIKONA. If nothing is available than I will go for Data card of any service provider But No TIKONA. I am really frustrated and harassed by them.
I just want to get my money back.

Guys who stays in beetween Marathalli Bridge to Kundalahalli I request them never to go For TIKONA. Better u take AIRTEL Data card.

Tikona — Slow Broadband Connection

Dear Sir,
I took a broadband connection from Tikona Digital Networks on 23rd Jan 2010.According to the plan i was promised a speed of 600 kbps but i am not getting a speed more than 150 kbps.Repeated complaints to the company's customer care had no effect on them. Also they have taken an advance payment for the current month.Just after two days of taking the connection the speed dropped to the above mentioned figure and since then no further response from the company has been recieved to entertain the complaint.

I request that my money should be returned as i don't want to continue the internet connection with this company.For proofs and evidences please contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com

iam using tikona broadband internet in marathahalli. internet very low in these location it is just 200kbps. myplan is 2mbps unlimited plan.at the starting of the connection they tell that speed fluxuating between 1mbbs to 2mbbs after the limit . but today i will gwt 200kbbs. it is worst network i have seen. iam giving the complent they tell that there is contention ratio 1:50 . so you will get speed between 64kbps to 2mbps.

so dont take new connection of tikona . we will defenatly suffer .

    I am writing this email with full confidence that you can help out to improve the quality service of Tikona customer care.

    I have written multiple emails to [protected]@tikona.com about my issues but haven't got any response.

    Below is the sequence of events happened which made me so dissatisfied that I will never look on to purchase or recommend any Tikona service in future.

    1) I tried to provide my cell number online to check service availability.
    2) Raja- sales executive Tikona, nagpur called me and confirmed that there is 100% possibility/feasibility at my home in Nagpur for Tikona service
    3) I immediately issues a check of Rs. 1147/- to Raja with confidence that Tikona is a good brand name and also he wanted to accomplish his monthly targets
    4) After a constant follow up for a week time some technical people came and informed me that this connection is not feasible and you will get your refund back in 7 days.
    5) After 15 days when I tried to contact Tikona customer care number registered on the website[protected]. Executive named Mr. Farukh Shekh came on the cal and he misbehaved during the call( I recommend to barge tha call of 21st Feb between 3.30 Pm to 3.50 PM). I wanted to complain about his misbehavior and requested to pass the phone to any superior or floor manager which he completely denied.
    6) I called back again and Ms. Supriya Salkar recevied the call and being the frined/colleague on the same floor she also didn't pass the call to any superior by saying "Sab aadhe ek gante ke liye bahar he". I could hear from the backed when somebody called' Gaaliya deke, warning deke phone kaat de".

    I would like to have questions for you. Do you really think after such experiences should I have a good word of mouth for your services. You as a responsible head of customer quality head would like to take any actions against such cases to improve the future services?

    If yes, please at least respond back on this email by letting me know the date when should I expect my payment back?
    My Registration form number provided after collecting cheque was: [protected]. However I was never provided any other userId or account number.

On 3 Aug 2011 I have applied for Tikona ULNTD799 plan and paid installation charges to sales guy, but the installation guy told me that there is no feasibility at my place, so I raised disconnection request. I wasn’t expecting the refund to come to me on time, but to my surprise after 30 days I got my refund cheque. I wish my location was feasible, hope it would be in future as I have good review about their network speed.

      I was looking for an ISP to provide me quality services and since there are not a whole lot of service providers in Trichy, so I had only a handful of options as far ISP’s go. One of my friends suggested that I go in for a Tikona broadband connection. I took his advice and bought a Tikona connection, and I am so glad that I listened to my friend and did not go in for the local ISP, because not only did I get quality services but also got free antivirus as an add-on. I am so glad that it saved me from the pain of buying an antivirus. Tikona rocks!

        Sir,

        I called Tikona Broadband for an internet connection. For which I paid Rs 1100 on January 29. The installing guy came on Feb 04 but due to network problem in my area he mentioned no feasibility in his report. After which I called Tikona Broadband to refund my money. But they are taking so much time for refunding. According to their terms and conditions, in cases of no feasibility they have written refunding time as 15 working days which means that I should have got my money back by this time but they are telling me that I will get my money back in 2nd week of March only. So I want consumer forum to teach such companies a lesson.

          As per your complaint for slow speed issue, we have gone through the, and as per update from our team there is usage of 7.570 GB and hence according Plan and Policy the speed will drop down after Fair usage, for your plan it was 3 GB.           I am using TIKONA DIGITEL NETWORK from 15th July and i wanted to disconnect my network for the exam purpose. so i contact to tikona digital network service center from 3rd October onwards till today but they did not close my tikona network.when 1st time I contact them they said to me that your your request service is progress and our person contact you, and ask some details after that he will disconnect your network within 10 days.
          After 10 days when there was no feedback regarding the disconnection of network, So i tried to contact them again this time some other person attended my call and when i asked him about the process going on, contacted person said to me that we can not disconnect your network because we did not receive any mail from your side,so please do the mail to [protected]@tikona.in from your registered email-id than your connection will be closed within a 10 days.so i sent a mail to tikona digital network from my registered email-id.
          more than 10 days passed but still there was no reply from them, so i again called, contacted person said that we received your mail but did not get any confirmation call from your side that's why we refused your disconnect request.Please do the same process again and give us a confirmation call than we will disconnect your network within 10 days.
          Again I sent a mail and also gave a confirmation call,when i called them again than,contacted person said that you will get a call from our in-charge person within 24 hours and he will disconnect your network.I waited for 3 more days but still there was no reply from them.Again I called to customer care and this time they said me that due to some inconvenience your mail was not processed further. So please go through all above process again.
          From 3rd October 2011 onwards, i am trying to disconnect my account but still my account is not disconnected today date:13th December. They regularly sending me the Internet bill every month.i also tried other way that i am not paying the bill amount from two months because i think if i am not paying the bill amount perhaps they will disconnect my network.
          Strictly i said to customer care that i will not pay any bill amount while they will not disconnect my network.
          When my network closed than i will give a payment amount to our person who disconnected my Internet.

          CONCLUSION:Please any how close my tikona network otherwise they will not disconnect my network and send a monthly bill regularly Sir i can not paid huge amount. the monthly amount is nearly 740 Rs. Please Help me sir.

          I am totally FRUSTRATED. They are HARASSING me for the DISCONNECTION of INTERNET
          I am getting regular calls from your collection department, which is not acceptable to me, I have already told numerous times to your customer care department on calls and mails that I am really being harrased by your services from the very first day of your company and during this tenure till date, most of the time TIKONA CONNECTION WAS NOT WORKING!!

          and I am also complaining on customer care number as well that from last 3 days your third class TKONA CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING and thus I really have to say that your company CHEATED AND MENTALLY HARRASED ME ..now for this reason I want all my monew back and DO NOT WANT THIS CONNECTION TO BE ACTIVATED WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT.

          TIKONA HAS ALSO CHEATED ME EATING ALL MY MONEY OF 1257 WITH MINIMAL SERVICE, SO I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT UNDER INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM
          with this mail being sent, for futher enquiry on collection of money and any continuation of internet service from tikona (which is still not working) as formally I do not want this pathetic connection and want all my money back.

The customer care executives were really courteous and assured me that the problem would be resolved within 2 days. And within 2 days, the Tikona guys came over to my place and resolved the issue and also apologized for the connectivity issue. I am really proud to be a Tikona customer."

          I have already registered a complaint. I even saw an update of Tikona that they will get back to me shortly. Yes they did. I got a call from a lawyer - Number ([protected]) asking me to to come to delhi court since i did not pay 2000 rupees for Tikona bill. I got my connection in Feb and wanted to use VOIP to call my family. I was not able to do so they told me to buy static worth 1000 rupees.
          It never worked.. I moved to a new house and called tikona to transfer connections. The technician came and installed it but he said Static cannot be transfered. I called the customer service somewhere in Mhahape and they kept on hanging up on me. I finally got a person who was talking with me and he told me to visit a branch to pay in sector 2. Please check the address, its a dispensary and that doctor does not take payments.. I am ok fighting the case but want the citizens of India not to use Tikona since they are the biggest Fraud. I will fight for my rights since they are cheaters

          I am in Chennai and made the mistake of taking a Tikona broadband last week. It is over a week now and the connection does not work. The salesperson was there on the same day of the call with the installation person. They grabbed Rs 4000 and thereafter put some wires from my terrace and claimed that the connection was 'installed' and would work when 'head office' received the money. However no such thing happened. Repeated calls to the installer made him pass the buck to the company saying it was a 'system problem' and would be rectified shortly. Customer care keeps repeating 'Will be fixed in 24 hours' They refuse to refund the money. Beware of these frauds and save your money

            I had taken the Tikona BroadBand connection on 27th of jan (User Name [protected]). they had taken the installation charges and advance rental. they promised 2mbps speed till 6 gb and later 256 kbps. i had never recieved a downloading speed higher than 12 kbps. Condition is that i am not able to do the chatting on gmail. forget about watching any video on youtube.
            when I complained regarding this, no one turned up. on three continous complaints i received a call from them, but they said speed is ok, their speed test shows so. My question is what enduser has to do with the speed test. I need speed If I am not getting the speed then what is the use. To make the matter worst they promised to send a technician to resolve it, i waited for him, but no one turned up, spoiling my weekend. Now today I again recieved the call from the customer care and then she started from scratch. and these people keep on arguing that speed test is ok. I really feel like cheated. Please do help me to get my money back.

            I do agree that speed will go down. and as per plan it should be 256 kbps. Just answer the below question now in yes or no format.

            1) Does 256 kbps is too slow that one buffering of a song in youtube take more than 30 min.,
            2) Does 256 kbps is too slow that sometimes that chatting option in gmail gets disabled saying speed is too slow to support chatting.
            3) Does 256 kbps is too slow that if two sites are open then opening 3rd site will frustrate you so much that you wish to scream at Tikona and finally shut down the system.
            4) Does 256 kbps is too slow that an attempt to download 100 MB of data shows remaining time as 2-3 hrs and after 30 mins, it is closed due to time out error.


            if the answer to above question id YES than thanks a ton to your valuable services and if the answer is NO then thanks for finally understanding my problem. and I even know the reply that you people are going to give you.

            then answer is yes. i did several of time. it shows more than 256 Kbps but still I am facing the above 4 problems.

            SO MY DEAR FRIEND, its like a deadlock, their are now few probablities that i can understand.

            1) You people do not understand English.
            2) You people are trained with 3 answers only.
            a) " Can you please test the Tikona Speed Test "
            b) "Sir. Speed test is ok, as per your plan you had already used more than 10 GB of data, so now speed will be 256 only".
            c) "we will send a test Engineer

            But the outcome is no one turns up, neither the issue gets resolved. Only the same shameless replies. Please confirm if my above 4 problems can be rectified with the 256 Kbps speed or not.

            If not i would like to discontinue with Tikona and demanding my installation fees back.

            Hi Akhil,

            I agree with you. Even if your speed is 256kbps you should get at least 25-30kbps( ideally 32kbps -256/8 ). With this speed you should be able to download 80-90Mbs in an hour (ideally 112.5Mb (32 X 60 X 60)/1024). And this should be sufficient to Gmail chat. I'm not sure about YouTube song although.
            Still I will suggest to get used to these things. as we are proud citizens of India. Aren't we ..?
            (Which is 20 years behind in technology.)
            My speed should be 2mb and now it's below 256kb and is not stable . my user id is [protected] do something at once i need speed

                My self Yogendra Trivedi and tikona user id is [protected]. Last 20 days i am facing slow speed issue, i logged so many complaint and already 4 time engineer visited my house to rectify the problem but still issue remain same. Top of that they disconnect the service yesterday and when I called customer care they told me that 9 Feb I raised for disconnection request . I mailed for disconnection on 9th Feb as they are not able to rectify the problem.But next day i got call from tech team that they are working on issue and if they are not able to resolve the issue they will disconnect and also they give one verification call before disconnection. But this is really very sad that one side your technician come my house to resolve the issue and other side you disconnect without giving any call or verification.

                If They are incompatible to solve the issue, in frustration any customer will say to disconnect , i am facing the same issue from last 20 days. Its your duty to call me and inform that when you are going to disconnect the service. But this is the worst service i am seeing that first you are not resolving the issue and second suddenly disconnected the service.

                I already send 30 mail form my (trivedi.[protected]@gmail.com) related to my concerns.

                  My complaint is regarding to the fake and false commitments from Tikona sales persons, Mr. AMOD NAGAR (City lead,pune) NILESH BAGADE(S.M.,karve nagar,pune), UMESH (Executive-karve nagar, pune).I got false commitment related to the Tikona wireless Broadband of 750 kbps plan (ADUNLTD 899) by the sales team.
                  I was told that in this plan i can run 4 systems in 1600 rupees amount but after 2 months i came to know that only 2 systems can be run and for the installation i have to pay additional 1500 rupees.
                  The thing is that in Tikona no one is taking the responsibility of solving my problems even the city sales head AMOD NAGAR is running from the issues.Tikona organization is not even releasing my money,they are saying that usages money will be deducted, but why should i pay the usages money, when i did not submit my documents then how can i log in and why Tikona allow me to use the internet.
                  Tikona killed my 4 months time and i want to get back my complete 1600 rupees. Why should i bear the mistake done by Tikona team.

                  I want to discuss a serious issue threat on the internet even your company's reputation. When i did not submit any valid documents(i.e. driving licence or PAN) so how you people created my user id. And user id is created after my withdrawing complaint to customer care.If you are doing these kind of mechanism so i am sorry any unauthorised mail will be conveyed and Tikona organization can come under a big danger.

                  tikona wireless broadband — Internet connection

                  I am Praveen.v and i have taken tikona broadband connection on 9-3-2012. My user name is [protected]. The worst service and response i have seen in my life is from tikona only. I explained to sales person everything about my necessities i need about the plan on day before they gave connection to my flat. Next day they gave connection to my flat and i brought my own wireless router for which they said to arrange my own engineer. They did not even check whether Internet connection was working. In my flat i am having 6 PC's totally of my friends for which they said we can connect all. Then we called to customer care for which they said we can use only three PC's. Then again i called to customer care to complain about the technician service and their sales service for which they disconnected twice. I am not satisfied with their service and response. Their sales person do not know properly about the plan and gave us false news. They have taken 1800 rs advance and i do not want this connection any more. I need my money back. I recommend others not to take tikona broadband which is the worst i have seen. please look after this complaint as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected]

                    I would like to share my worst experience in Tikona internet services in Bangalore.


                    I have seen a advertisement about Tikona in K.R.Puram, bangalore. I have called them to identify the feasibality in K.R.Puram. They came in next day to my house to check and they told, we have a feasibality (50%), so you have to choose ur plan and pay now itself so that we can register ur name and install guy will come tomorrow itself. I got happy and paid 12K and got receipt. now the story begins here, we have waited 2 days, nobody called up. so we have called them to check, they told like we don't have feasibality in K.R.Puram Bangalore side. then we don't know what to do, he told me to apply for refund that amount. after that we have called customer care same many times and all the times are busy, no respond and I have called that guy who has taken amount from myself. he told me to call customer care and i told that, i am not able to get it, then he gave me another no in bangalore office. they have told me to call customer care to get this done.. like this back and forth happened so many times..by this time 1 month is over and no money refunded back.. so please beaware on these fraud Inetrnet services.. that too in Bangalore..

                      I have taken Broadband connection on 31-Dec-2011.


                      On 31-Dec-2011 I contacted Mr Ajeet (Mobile no: [protected]) for the connection. He said that he is the Tikonaemployee and he will send the representative by today.


                      2 persons came in to my home. They explained me the plan and filled up a form and charged rs 1200/- for the connection. They also offered me to give 500/- discount that will be adjusted in the 2 consecutive months.


                      I paid 1200/- and took the connection. The Mobile no is : [protected].


                      They also promised that 1 representative from the Installation team will come and will install it.


                      I followed up with them and called them multiple times but nobody is picking up the phone.


                      On 03-Jan-2012 I also contacted at Appellate Authority[protected] and was communicated that it ill get installed by 05-Jan-2012

                      But that was finally installed on 06-Jan-2012.

                      SInce then I was continously facing the issues in the Tikona service. The speed was very slow and infrequesnt. For some time in is 512 KBPS and at some other time it was not even 1 KBPS.

                      One day my Internet device was stolen from the roof. I made the complaint to Tikona and nobody was responding what to do. After multiple reminders someone called me and suggested to give a FIR copy. I send the FIR copy and after some days some engineer came and installed the device.

                      But there was still problem in the speed.

                      Tikona also sent me the bill which was including some charges for the extra browsing. How I can do extra browsing when I have not used the connection for 10 days out of a month. As per me there should not be any extra amount.

                      Then I made the request to get it disconnected. But no positive response from their side.

                      I just want to get this connection disconnected and dont want to pay any bill.

                      If possible also want to get my loss of 10000/- done due to these pathetic services.

                      I have made all the communications by mail so can slso provide the mails to support the above stated information.

                        Hello Everyone, below mail chain is self-explanatory (start reading from bottom to up); I am sharing this with you all so that people get a fair view of what type of service this company provides.

                        Please think twice to go for Tikona Internet services. My issues are still not resolved and there are no responses from their office instead they call me for payment and every time i have to tell them the entire story. It's really frustrating and harassing.

                        I used to get 2 call reminders daily when the payment became due also even your executive came to my door asking for payment. Why the same kind of action doesnt come from your end when the requests are generated from customer's end??

                        Hi,

                        My name is Deepak and my tikona username is [protected]. A couple of weeks ago on 12th November, 2011 I had been approached by a tikona representative Ms. Neetu at my residence and I enquired for various plans.

                        I wanted to have an unlimited usage plan and she offered me to have plan 449 She briefed me about the plan as;

                        1. It has unlimited usage with a speed of 2MBPS. However the speed of 2MBPS once 3GB usage will be reduced to 150kbps
                        2. Under this plan the user can connect multiple PCs (upto 8) without any extra cost however the speed could be slow because of simultaneous use. No extra charges will be applicable if I access through router at my residential desktop and simultaneously on my laptop through Wi-Fi at out of home.
                        3. The installation will be at free of cost.
                        4. I will have to make a cash payment of rs. 1047/- and there won’t be any charges for two months to be paid by user. And after 2 months the bill amount will be rs.250 only for subsequent six months. And that the installation will be done very next day.

                        Listening to above benefits suitable to my requirement I immediately made a cash payment on 12th November itself in the late evening. Nonetheless I had to face many issues after that as below;

                        a) In spite of the above promises it took your engineer a week’s time to visit for installation after a rigorous follow up. However the billing period started from 12th Nov itself. And everytime they would say that they will come in 1hr or so.
                        b) Anyhow the installation was done and I could access internet smoothly for sometime when the month end came and I saw tikona’s invoice online dated about 26th Nov. which had imposed Installation charges of rs. 500/- on me and excess usage charges about rs.160/-. Whereas I had only used about 1250MB as per your invoice and I believe it was unlimited usage plan.
                        c) Subsequent to the vague charges issue I noticed my internet speed was down to 57kbps (checked as per tikona’s speed checker) I called Ms. Neetu and she advised me to dial tikona’s Customer care number. I was on long hold on tikona’s customer care when finally someone picked up and revealed to me the facts of plan 449 stating that the representative gave wrong information about plan. I tried to call back Ms. Neetu but to no vain.
                        d) Now I have this internet speed which I used not more than a month and its speed is 60kbps for which I paid huge amount. Does this make any sense??
                        e) Till date these issues are as is. I would want to get a compensation or refund for misrepresentation and wrong information supplied to me.

                        I would kindly request you to look into this matter with your local division of tikona office and fix the issues at the earliest.

                          Every day you (TIKONA BROADBAND) are changing the strategy to grab the money from me???????

                          I have requested for cancellation to your customer care via phone on 05-Jan-2012 and sent the mail request on 18-Jan-2012. But today(10-Feb-2012) when i called your customer care they are simply saying that i requested only on 03-Feb-2012.

                          This is completely CHEATING from the Tikona Broadband

                          How many days will you take to disconnect the connection??????????????

                          Daily i am calling the customer care they are saying the same that (it is still in Process) - What PROCESS you are doing there???

                          Is it will take more than 1-month to disconnect a connection.?????

                          I never see in my life this kind of POOR and FRAUD company

                          Please go through the attachment of the screenshots as the possible proof for my complaint.

                          NOW WHO WILL HELP ME OUT.

                              With regards to my user ID [protected] I am facing problems with connection termination.


                              I had placed a termination request with your customer care executive on 30th October 2011.


                              After placing the request I have paid Oct-Nov and Nov - Dec 2011 bills.


                              Oct- Nov 2011 bill amount was adjusted against Rs 1500/- paid for wifi installation; as the technician did not install the wifi due to low network signal, post which I place request for termination.


                              Nov - Dec 2011 bill amount of Rs 520.81 was generated. I paid Rs 521 on 30th Dec 2011 and was assured by the customer care that no more bills will be generated since the connection is terminated.


                              I asked for an engineer to come and collect the instrument on 30th Dec 2011 but till date no one has come.


                              Now I have been sent a bill of Rs 1615/- (file attached). Why???


                              We get at-least 5-6 calls a day for payment of bill.


                              Why should I pay when in your systems it shows that connection termination request has been placed on 30th October 2011 and all dues have been paid on 30th December 2011.


                              I demand an explanation and immediate resolution to this problem.


                              Tikona has been the worst ISP experience ever for me and be rest assured there are no referrals going out for your services.

                                Hi,

                                My user ID is [protected] Name: Shodan D'Souza and am a user of Tikona Digital Networks since more than 2 years.

                                Tikona has been wrongly charging me on my bills since the month of July. The error first happened when 2 bills were issued for the month of July

                                26/07/11 to 29/07/2011 for rupees 644.59 charged for just 3 days and again
                                26/07/11 to 26/08/2011 for rupees 644.59.

                                I immediately called up the call center and spoke with them and was assured that this error will be rectified in the next bill. When next bill arrived I was shocked to see that that amount for 3 days was carried forwarded to the next bill with a late payment charge and then I spoke with customer care who said I will get a call back in 2 hours but I never got a call back so I called back and asked for a senior supervisor called Kiran who gave me reference number[protected]and assured me he will make the necessary adjustment and apologized to me for the billing mistake and when the next month bill arrive I was shocked again as there was a late payment fee charged again and again I was told by customer care that I will get a call back in 2 hours but no call back was done.
                                I am sad to say none of their call center executives are equipped to resolve customer complaints and they keep telling lies that I will get a call back from a supervisor but no one is bothered to call back the customer. I was very upset and I called up and asked for a supervisor, the advisor was reluctant to transfer call to a supervisor and finally after waiting on the line for 15 minutes I got a supervisor, I don't remember his name but he also gave me false assurance that next month this will be rectified and assured me that the late payment fee will be waived.

                                On 26th Nov another bill was issued and so was the Dec 26th bill and to my amazement nothing has been rectified except for a credit of late payment fee for Rs 26.11for last bill given by the supervisor (reference complaint no 1-[protected]) and he had assured me that since I pay before the due date online I will get the benefit of rs 15 rebate which I am not getting since 3 months due to this billing error from their end. This amount of Rs 644.59 is being carried forward each month.

                                Now I am fed up as Jan 26th Bill is issued and same issue persists, I sent so many complaint emails to them and today I spoke with 2 advisors Prasad and sanjay Chavan and both promised me their supervisors Manohar and Lakhan will call me but no one calls me and no one is interested to resolve my complaint. The most pathetic service I have ever received in my life. Can a serious complaint be lodged against them.                                   This is with regards to the disconnection request that I had placed on 23rd Nov 2011 with Tikona broadband in Pune, Maharashtra. Till date my request has not been entertained by them. Everytime I call the customercare, i get a reply from them that within 48hrs I will get a call from the disconnection department but nothing happens. I wrote a mail to [protected]@tikona.in but that too was of no help. I even escalated by sending mail directly to nodal.[protected]@tikona.in but still no response.

                                  The interesting part it that now they have send me a bill which is till 15 Jan 2012 although I raised the request for disconnection on 23rd Nov 2011 and have not been using the services since 22nd Nov 2011.

                                  Request you to please help me in this regard. Below are my Tikona broad band details:

                                  the selfishness is only reason for thr irregularities and cheating by the various corporates and agencies. So try to fight agaist
                                  any kind of the illegal, illegitimate and crime which is facing by you and happens infront of you.

                                  please make sure that you have any relevent witness like email or message or letter which request to stop your connection...
                                  if yes dont pay money. and file case against them in consumer redressal forum and ask compensation for mental worries.

                                  and if you disconnected the connection due to the slow speed you can also file a suit against them

                                    I have applied ([protected]) for the new connection for which Mr. Vinay (Sales exe id no:[protected] from Bhandup (W), mobile no: [protected] had come to me for filling my form on

                                    9th Dec 2011. While filling the form I was assured by him that I just have to pay Rs.1500/- for yearly subscription of your Wi-Fi service.

                                    Further I was also assured that the connection will be activated in 2 days.

                                    When I called him yesterday on the above mentioned mobile no. He informed me that I have to pay an additional Rs.1000/- in order to get the connection activated. When I

                                      Hello,

                                      I took the connection Jan 8th 2011 (Username [protected]). The sales agent of Tikona Mr Satish Yadav had said that there will not be any problem with the connection and I will be able to use the wireless router (Belkin) that I have to surf the internet without any problem.

                                      It has been over 2 weeks now and I am still not being able to use my connection. The mails from my outlook is not going and my wif fi phone is not getting connected as well. I have called up Tikona several times to get this problem resolved and no one has been able to fix this. Every time I call up I get a new response, someone says I need a fixed IP which as was not told to me about when I took the connection and for which I need to pay another Rs 1000 and then someone says I don't need a fixed IP and it should work fine. Then again when i call up Tikona they say i need a wi fi subscription and then someone says i don't need any additional subscription.

                                      The sales agent has also now disappeared first he said he is getting the problem resolved and now now news of him. I guess he played his role of perfect salesman which is talk big and make false promises so that sale can happen and then disappear. When he picks up the phone he says I will give you my boss's number please talk to him.

                                      I guess Tikona is just making false promises to sell connections and once they get the first month subscription they don't want to do anything. Their team consists of incompetent technicians who doesn't know what they are doing and this is my first experience where every technician with whom i spoke contradicts the other and none of them were consistent,

                                      Best part is when I wrote to the nodal ofificer till date there is no acknowledgement from him / her and nothing about the problem that I am facing.

                                      Please help me to get a refund of my subscription of Rs 2250 and cancel the same as I am really not intersted in using Tikona anymore.

                                        I had connection 1st week of Jan 2012 and when i discussed they promised 2mbps unlimited, but after installation i never seen 2mbps till today. When ever i called customer service always busy and they says there is technical problem. Worst customer support i ever seen in my 15 years service. It is just cheating the public saying unlimited broad band connection, so please dont go for Tikona connection in Bangalore Madiwal area. 69

                                        Hi, I registered on Tikona on 19 may 2015 and then from 24 may 2015 i t is not working it shows unidentified network and the service of Tikona is veryyyy poor I from 24 complaining about it and engineer comes on 30 may and today is 5 June the problem is not solved please take some action to solve my problem
