Incorrect Billing

I had applied for ADUNLTD699 unlimited usage plan, for which the charges are Rs.699 per month. As per this plan, the download speed is 512kbps and i am to get 9000 MB fair usage i.e. after 9000 MB download, my download speed will fluctuate. Transfer of Connection to new location

I have been trying to transfer an existing connection to a new place. Even after sending the scanned document of the rent agreement of the new location and several mails nothing has yet been done. TIKONA SUCKS

Hey guys, pl do not apply for a new broadband connection from TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS.

Its been 3 Days Since installation and the connections is not working. Internet disconnects very frequently. The Engineers and Installation team is also have zero knowledge about the same.

Several Com paints on Phone and Online have no response. Customer Care is of NO USE.

Frustrated with disconnection process

I am frustated with the attitude of Tikona Broadband service.
On 12 th of Nov I had placed a request for disconnection of my services.
More than one month had passed they are not responding to my request.
I am continuosly calling them and sending them mail but they are just delaying the things.

Unscrupulous & Unethical treatment of customers by Tikona broadband

I asked and paid for tikona home broadband connection on 12th Dec 2011 , Rs 1250 to Mr Rahul.
Mr. Rahul promised me , that I would be sent the UserID & password by SMS & Connection would be done by an engineer in 1 day, ie 13-dec 2011.
In the evening of 13-Dec when no SMS & no engineer showed up, I tried to contact Mr Rahul again several times, but he stopped answering my calls.
