Hi,

I had activated ECS facility for Tikona on my Bank Account. However, Tikona didnt activated the ECS for 2 months and i had to pay late payment charges for not paying the bill on time as i was expecting direct ECS clearance. When i called the customer care to enquire about the ECS, they said that Tikona has not yet started the ECS facility on their consumers account. As soon as the services start, they will inform.
The very next month, i was surprised to see that my bank has charged me 500 rupees for ECS failure due to insufficient funds. This ECS was for Tikona. I called the customer service and asked them about it, they persisted that ECS is not yet active for any of their consumers. When i showed them the proof of ECS failure and bank charges they said that i must complaint about this to the nodal.[protected]@tikona.in.

I did complaint about this to nodal.[protected]@tikona.in but no one responded. I asked them to disconnect my lines forever as tikona is a cheat. What tikona did after this is even bigger scam. They went into my bank account again and got the ECS clearance for my upcoming bill. Both ECS were on different dates. Which means that Tikona has unlawfully taken 2 dates clearance on my bank account. Now i have paid 3 months bill to Tikona and bank charges of 500 too.

Kindly look into this matter and help me to get justice.

    I have requested for re-installation of my connection to my new flat on 31 Dec 11. And I got request to send the Scan Copy of my New address proof, which has been send to [protected]@tikona.in on 31st Dec 11. I also got the Service request no:[protected]. They didnt bother provide me the service in the stipulated time frame of 7days. On 8th Jan 12 I have requested for Cancellation or suspension of my account through email & call & got service request no>[protected] & I got the email stating that my account has been suspended from [protected]@tikona.com & they stated that I have to return CPE within 7 days after their executive will contact me. since now no one from Tikona has been contacted and not even my connection cancelled. that means they are using my connection to gain rent (as it prorata base) and purposely not solving it.
    again i called their customer care toll free no.[protected] & trying to know the exact status of my 2 complaints with the both service request number but they informed me that their representative will contact me to my phone on this regards & till now no one has been contacted me.

      I have subscribed for a Tikona Wi max connection on 30th Nov 2011.
      After taking the complete payment, installation guy came next day and said that there is no coverage and connection cannot be given.

      As they cannot provide a connection, I requested for a refund of my payment. They told it will take 30 days to get the refund.
      When I am checking today 11th Jan 2012, they now say that it will take 20 working days more.

      1. They did not check coverage before suggesting for a connection.
      2. They collected the complete one month charges as advance payment before confirming the service availability. Rs. 500 more as installation charges.
      3. When requested for refund, the customer care person spoke very rude and told that it will take one month.
      4. I waited for more than a month for my money which is paid for service which i never got.
      5. When I call now on 11th Jan 2012 for status, they say it will take 20 more working days for settlement.

      THE WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered.
      On the other hand, I am very happy that I did not get the connection. Other wise, I cannot imagine what kind of technical service I would have got.

        had applied for a broadband connection about a week back ,they gave the connection but within 24 hours the connection became faulty and i was not able to connect to net,called up customer care about a million times and every time they gave assurance that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours and some engineer of theirs will visit my place but nothing happened .its over 6 days now since i had registered my complaint but no proper response has been received yet from Tikona Chennai team.As i am a new user i had to pay first month's rent in advance with the installation chares(1500) ,and the whole money is just lost for nothing .Hence its not a good idea to think of Tikona connection in Chennai.

        I am writing this mail with deep frustration and worry.

        Every day you are changing the strategy to grab the money from me???????

        I have requested for cancellation to your customer care via phone on 05-Jan-2012 and sent the mail request on 18-Jan-2012. But today(10-Feb-2012) when i called your customer care they are simply saying that i requested only on 03-Feb-2012.

        This is completely CHEATING from the Tikona Broadband

        How many days will you take to disconnect the connection??????????????

        Daily i am calling the customer care they are saying the same that (it is still in Process) - What PROCESS you are doing there???

        is it will take more than 1-month to disconnect a connection.????

        I never see in my life this kind of POOR and FRAUD company



        NOW WHO WILL HELP ME OUT.

          i have paid Rs.1250 for the connection of tikona broadband after seeing the DEMO. till now they have not respond to me properly . after taking the money, the technical as well as installation team says that i don't have my rental prove. without the prove they can't provide me connection . why the demo person didn't said so before he collect money from me? now even when i call, they tell lie saying that they will reach by that time or they have reach near and never turn up or just reject my number, especially the demo person.

            I gave tikona broadband connection at my home on 17/12/2011 by paying Rs.1200. Right from the first day i could not connect to the internet. It shows some service error. I used to call the tikona customer service center daily, whenever i call them my internet will get connected. But after sometime the problem will persist. And also their customer service timing is only till 11.00pm. so I could not call them in late night.

            I booked a call for the service engineer, he came to my home on 6/1/12. Internet was working for some time after he went. Again the problem started. Iam vexed and confused and dont know what to do. My money has gone.. Pls help me in this..

              Tikona Internet provider took advance amount of Rs.600 for changing my broadband plan. They said that this amount will be adjusted in the next bill but now they are saying that this amount has been kept as security deposit and will only be used when I discontinue the broadband connection.

              This statement is given by the tikona employee is wrong and they should adjust this amount in the next bill, rather than keeping this amount as a deposit.

              Deposit should have been taken at the time of connection and not somewhere in the middle. This is cheating from tikona side and hence they should stop doing such things.

              Broadband internet plan deposit — My deposit money not received

              I had given Rs.750/rupees seven hundred only under ReceiptNo.[protected]date24/07/2009VVN235096 at customer-service centre
              Vithal udoygnagar on 15/04/2009for the use of internet broadband unlimited plan, I used it only for one monthAugust2009only.They do not require any deposit for any broadband internet homeplan.
              So after August2009 they have no moral or legal right to keep my deposit money with them.
              So I submitted their original ReceiptNo.[protected] at customer-service centre
              Vithal udoygnagar on 15/04/2009 to forward to account officer at Anand 388001 to receive my deposit amount held by them illegally and without any reason whatsoever.
              Since then I have not received any confirmation of mymoney held by them illegally.
              I request you to take up the matter with them and help me to receive back my money held by them illegally.

                I had applied for ADUNLTD699 unlimited usage plan, for which the charges are Rs.699 per month. As per this plan, the download speed is 512kbps and i am to get 9000 MB fair usage i.e. after 9000 MB download, my download speed will fluctuate. I was to pay Rs.1,322 which included installation charges (Rs.500) + Plan Charges (Rs.699) + service tax. here is the link for their tariff plans http://www.tikona.in/for-homes-wireless-broadband-tariff-plans-Pune

                The broadband activation date on the bill is mentioned as 16th December 2011 and yet the first bill that i have received is dated from 13th December to 25th December 2011.

                I paid Rs. 1500 in cash, to round up the amount as the sales person assured me that the excess amount will be adjusted in future bills. I have a receipt for this.

                On the 26th December 2011, I received my first bill which charges me Rs. 699 for the usage plan that I had applied for and then again charges me Rs.233 for the same plan. The bill also shows my total usage as 320 Mb and states that 309 Mb is free usage while the remaining 11 Mb is chargeable. I had applied for Unlimited Usage plan, hence I shouldn't be charged for any of the usage.

                Moreover, the total billed amount is show as Rs.1554 meaning i have to pay Rs.54 more. Whenever I call Tikona Care for billing inquiry, my call is redirected to the Technical Dept. which states that they cannot help me as the issue is regarding billing. But I am NEVER directed to the concerned dept. and thus my problem regarding billing is never resolved.

                I can scan and send the copies of the payment receipt, current bill as well as all the e-mail correspondence so far in this regard.

                    I am Revanth Reddy G, I have applied for Tikona broadband connection on 17th of December 2011 by making full payment, But till date i haven't received any username/password or connection from them, when ever i call them they say as per our system only 400RS is been reflecting but we had made the full payment on the same date and even have the payment receipt.

                    We have called them 100 times, and even raised an complaint (1-[protected]), but we haven't received any response from them.

                    The issue had been going on for over 2 week now, and I have been speaking to Tikona technicians almost everyday. Each time I am given a different excuse for the issue (the location of the device needs to be changed on the roof, device on the roof is broken, there is inerfearence, we need more wiring etc). But there is absolutely no follow through.

                    I am told that a senior technician will visit and no one visits. I am given a phone number of a technician and he never picks up his phone.Over the last 2 days, their customer service number is just not working. I try to send them an e-mail, and it says that there is a domain issue with this address. Then I get a message saying that if I dont pay my bill, extra charges will be levied. How do they expect me to go online to make a payment, without any Internet. I have to say BSNL services were much better. DO NOT BOTHER WITH TIKONA ! Because they do not bother with you.

                      I took a broadband connection(Tikona id: [protected]) a few months back when I moved to a new address. I already had a wireless router and wanted to set it up with Tikona. About a month back I called the customer support and inquired about the wireless, they said a router has to be bought from them (what a misleading crap!) which costed around Rs.1600 (mere waste). I paid and called the customer support, they said WiFi will be active within 24-48 hrs at their end and a service engineer will come and provide the router (another crap from which only one computer can be connected, either my laptop or desktop and not both, in case both desktop and laptop is to be used, I had to buy a hub, eve though one is wi-fi ) and configure it, I and my wife work between 10:00 and 21:00 hrs so, I wanted them to come before or after that or on weekends, which by itself got delayed (Earlier I had Airtel who was much flexible on timing). Some time later I got the router, since I use Linux I wanted it to be configured for it which the engineer struggled, finally I managed to cofigure in his presence and it worked. The next day the wi-fi didn't work, since I will be away for about a week, I thought I will come back check it again and call the service engineer who provided the router. He wanted me to call the customer care which I did about a week later as I was away from home, the IVRS said the expected wait time is 5 mins, 4 min after an interval of 10 min each and sometime in the middle the call gets disconnected. Finally I could to talk to an engineer about a month later, he said my wi-fi is not activated, I was routed to another customer care rep to confirm this, who finally said it will be activated in next 24-48 hrs. Two days later I called them to confirm activation, then again said they will active in next 24-48 hrs. Some how I called and got confirmed that it is activated at their end, but still I couldn't connect. The engineer said some crap setting wifi on my OS which he reads from some material I guess. No one turned up at the site to fix this issue yet, let them take the wifi router in the same condition and pay me back the money. My kind advice, "never trust this service provider, they make false promises and misguide you", tell to your friends or those who were about to be cheated by them. Go for other options when you have one.

                          I PURCHASED TIKONA BROADBAND CONNECTION ( USER ID NUMBER- [protected]) ON 23/11/2011. ITS SALESMAN TOOK MY TWO WIFI ROUTERS FOR REPAIRING. NOW HE IS NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS AND WHENEVER CALLING FROM NEW NUMBER SAYING THAT I DONT KNOW YOU.I CALLED HIM NEAR ABOT 50 TIMES. IN ADDTION SALESPERSON CLAIMED 2MBPS SPEED AND MAX BILL 999. POLICIES WERE NOT CLEARED, SERVICE IS POOR GIVING LESS THAN 300KBPS SPEED. WHEN CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE 3-4 TIMES, EMAILED THEM NOBODY RESPONDED BY VISITING SITE. BILL GENERATED WAS NEAR ABOUT 1800/- AT THE END OF 1ST MONTH. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME AFTER 3 MONTHS AS PER SALES MAN. BILL AMOUNT I DONT KNOW HOW THEY GENERATED. VERY FRUSTRATED EXPERIENCE, DISGUSTING SERVICE AND UNTRAINED SALESMAN. WE CAN NOT TRUST TIKONA SALES MAN AS ALREADY MANY PEOPLE EXPERIENCING A THEFT OF MODEMS, TELECOM WARES BY LYING WITH CUSTOMERS.                             Hi.

                            This is Sanjay Kumar Nayak. I'm staying in yeswanthpur, Bangalore. My tikona internet connection user ID is: [protected].

                            I had taken the tikona new connection on 23-December-2011. I had paid the amount of Rs.1100 to take the tikona new connection on 20-December-2011. The agent name is Nagraj and his mobile number is [protected]. Let me first explain all the issues one after another.

                            My first issue is the agent form tikona new connection (Nagraj mobno:[protected]) said the installation for the new connection will be done within the 24 hours from the time of first payment of Rs1100. But for me it took around 96 hours to got the installation completed.

                            Second issue is as follows, I have paid Rs1100 to take the new connection for tikona, but the guy(Nagraj mobno:[protected]) only paid Rs.1000 to the company and I have still a due amount of Rs.96.00.

                            Third issue is that Nagraj said I will get a downloading speed of 2 mb/s, but I'm getting maximum of 20 kb/s.

                            Fourth issue is that I have a bill amount of Rs. 1096 for the Billing Period of 21-Dec-2011 to 25-Dec-2011. I don't understand why I have to pay Rs. 1096 for only using the internet connection for 2 days.

                            Fifth issue is in this way, I'm having the issue with the internet connection form 27-Dec-20011 to till date. The LAN icon is displaying a yellow exclamation mark with the error as "no or limited connection" in the system tray of the computer.

                            I'm using the connection for only 6 days and this is the amount of issues I'm facing. This is the worst service I have ever used in my whole life. This is really a very very very bad experience o[censored]sing the internet connection provided by tikona in Bangalore.

                            Please take some necessary action to resolve all the above mentioned issues. For this act of your kindness I will be very much grateful to you.

                              Recently I took the boradband connection from Tikona.
                              After logging In I got to know that the mail Id they had subimitted is wrong and I requested customer care to correct the same.

                              After that I communicated the same to the Nodal Officer as well as the Apellate Authority but it seems they are deef.

                              I don't thing in the coming days Tikoan will be able to sustain in this Market with Market leader like Reliance and Airtel with such a bad cutomer service.

                              Tikona doesn't care for customers at all, as a end user i have complaint so many times and they have shown absolutely no concern towards the customers pain.

                              supervisors are never available, everytime you ask for supervisor they are busy talking to other customers, i wonder how many complaints they get that all the time supervisors are busy taking escalations.

                              their engineer wroks between 10 am to 7 pm so if there is a issue which needs engineers intervention then to get the issue fixed i have to either go late to work or take leave as the engineet will come as per his convinience.
                              there is no option of rating in minus or zero so had to give 1
                              Hello sir/madam I am mr.vijay living in Delhi has subscribed the tikona Internet service believing to get a good and satisfied Internet service.My token user id was [protected].since one month the Internet service was so bad even I negotiated so many times with the token customer care.EveryTime they are assuring me that they will send an engineer to resolve my service issue but no one did.since one month aim making calls every day but nothing happened good.The Internet plan was 210 gob but I am not able to use more than 50 gob.I even asked many token users and came to know that all are facing the same problem.I asked them to curb the connection and pleased them to pay back my advance but they are giving false promises with out rectifying the problem.they actually made me impatient all the time when I asked for the payback of my advance.we are paying appx 2000 per month which I fell not worthy. Please look at this issue and make them accountable to the subscribers.

                                Tikona Digital Networks are big frauds , they took money and promised to install connection , but neither they install connection nor they refund the money.
                                They are the big suckers Tikona Noida Sales Head Mr. Anurag is a big fraud maker and is leading the NCR team of tikona.
                                Mr Mauseen khan who mainly responsible for taking cash from customers by making false promises.

                                They will soon see the results of the service they are providing.

                                It is humble request to all people that please first get your connection installed and then only pay money. Airtel and some other good providers charges money only after installing the connection.

                                Dear Madam/ Sir,

                                I have joined a new job in New Delhi on 04.01.10 and had applied for a wireless broad band internet connection from Tikona at my home on 05.01.10. I had paid the money and fulfilled all the official obligations. The company had sent installation engineers and they completed installation at my residence on 09.01.10. I opted for the 300 kbps unlimited plan @ Rs. 499.00 per month. However the engineers could not confirm any internet connectivity on the day itself and left saying that it would soon be ok and I will be able to get internet connectivity. Accordingly, I mentioned clearly on the job sheet/ service report that installation was done but there is no connectivity.
                                Since then I have not been able to get any internet connectivity. I have lodged several complaints and 3 times various service engineers have visited my residence saying that it will soon be ok or they will install some device named 'Nano' to ensure that I will get internet connection. However the device also has not reached me and whenever I call customer care, I get the response that Nano is not available with the Company at the moment. The company has not provided me any service since 05.01.10 and also has harassed me by sending or promising to send service engineers who would solve the problem for the last one month. Now they have sent a bill stating that I have used around 45 MB of data and charging Rs. 438.00. I feel the company is fraud and legal action needs to be taken and I should be duly compensated for the harassment & inconvenience caused so far.

                                The payment of bills in tikona is ridiculous.They want us to reach their office for paying bills. Or we have to make online payments itseems. How do people without credit cards will pay online ?
                                The collection executives will never come to our home. But they ll make calls to make payment to avoid disconnection of service.The service i dont like at all. Initially they told that 300Kbps speed @ rs 499, but from the next month onwards they charged Rs 800. When i asked about that, there was no response from neither the customer care nor the service person. When i called the sales person who sold me the connection after brain washing me told that he had quit the job and he doesnt cares about that.

                                Dear all M using tikona for last 2month, , I have 599 plan and unlimited download, speed is 36kbps download speed, and 2mbps for 200 mb download every month..                                 Never use tikona .They are cheats and frauds, they will send you bills for the services which they never provided. I am a victim of fraud and harassment by tikona
                                I paid advance Rs.500/- against installation to "fraud-kona". The installation boy (Don't tell him engineer bcaz they are school failed) came and made some magics and registered the ID. Then said due to signal problem, he will bring other type (tower or something) next day and do the installation. This happened 6 months back. No body came for 15 days. I called the "Customer fear" (don't say care).. somebody assured within 48 hours the problem would be resolved. 480 hours passed. Again 24 hours time. 240 hours passed. 54 hours time set. 540 hours passed. At last i asked them to take back the garbage kept as installation item in my house but not installed. They said somebody will come and return my advance and take back the items. Again months passed. Hope to get year pass. No response.

                                However, the prompt work from this fraud people is sending the bill and reminding through SMS for paying the bill. I am quite surprised when something is not done and i have not used it, how i am getting the accumulated bill. I conveyed this to toll free. Said it will be resolved. Now the accumulated amount is Rs.3, 000/- (including charges for late fee) Hope to get 1 lakh as accumulated charge in another 2 or 3 months.

                                TIKONA WIBRO Digital Network - Very BAD service provider — Billing and Device

                                Kindly note that :- My user id is [protected]. i have already 10 to 15 times complaint to customer care but no resolve the major problem.

                                Problem no 1 - Billing - i am on leave from March 7th to 15th April 2011 (from Delhi to Orissa) but generate the bill high amount of Rs. 530.25/-.why? i have not use the internet. The service request no is - 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]

                                Problem No - 2 - Device - Any team member of at Rajori Garden, New Delhi has taken device without information from 16th April to date... As per my building friends (rented) He said told that i have take the device for 1 to 2 hour (device taken time 30pm to 5pm) for any new connection and connect it on evening but no any body not connect the device on till. I confirm from customer my device (Same MAC Address) provided to any new user. The service request no is 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]

                                Tikona Digital Network Delhi-nCr — They don't bother about customers complaints

                                I am using this Tikona internet connection from last 2 months. I filed a complaint for wi-fi device about 25 days back. I haven't get any call from Tikona care. I called customer care for many times, and each time they file a complaint, give complaint no to me and simply say "It solve within 48 hrs". I sent email to there technical deptt. But no output of my complaint.
                                I must say very poor service, no mercy or care to customers problems. They don't even call you back. They just know to file a complaint and give you complaint no. Nothing else..
                                I had agreed upon FMC1499 plan with Tikona's Sales Executive, Subash Kumar on 8th May,2011. I had also issued him a cheque worth Rs. 2205 as per plan subscription amount.

                                They withdrew the money from my account on 10th May, 2011. He had told me that installation would be done next day only i.e. 9th May,2011.
                                But he did not come for the installation. I called another Tikona Sales Executive, Jitender Kumar. He answered my call just once, assuring me of looking into the matter. But then he never picked up my phone again.

                                I have the receipt of the payment with me. My application number is [protected] as per receipt.
                                I have also registered a complaint at their customer care, complaint ID: 1-[protected].

                                I have attached a scanned copy of authority letter from my bank ICICI, which shows the details of the withdrawal from my account, by their Sales Executive 'Jitender Kumar'.

                                Hi guys, I am Vishal from New Delhi, I have been a Tikona customer for almost 9 months now. I really don’t understand why people keep flaming them online, I am very happy with their services and till date I have had no issues with the connectivity or the customer support. I really feel all these baseless rumors are being spread by their rivals to hit Tikona’s credibility in the market. I am a happy Tikona customer and whenever I say that, there are always people screaming foul play. But the reality is that I am happy that I went in for Tikona and it really doesn’t matter what others think.

                                SUBJECT: Last year 2012 on may we get tikona internet service we chosse 6 month plan and paid 6 months money at begining of may and upto july we got internet services by tikona from july 1st onwards tikona internet service completly closes internet services in our city .We paid 6 months money and get only 2 months services so we want 4 months as a refund.But tikona officers canot give any information on refund upto now.

                                I got a call from[protected] saying i am advocate calling from Delhi and i am filling case against you on behalf of Tikona. I am he she was lying as he was not even able to talk properly neither in english nor in hindi. I am sure this is some kind of department or you can say fraud run by tikona network provider as i have seen multiple cases on this forum only. Would request you please check in details like number registered on whose name, Whose is calling etc. And penalize them with heavy amount as they would have already cheated 1000 of consumers. Please find below the details.

                                I was using the tikon internet service two years ago and due to their bad service and customer care response, I have disconnected. I gave the disconnect request at Nov 2011 and still they send me the bills till Jan 2012. No body came to my home to collect modems et all.

                                This is serious breach of Indian law where in doing fraud taking name of top most judiciary system fearlessly. I would request consumer complaints team to forward this to department of Legal affairs or LAW ministry to investigate in details and found guilty penalize them with heavy amount and ban them to provide service in INDIA as they have PAN India presence and might impact million consumers and will set examples for others to do such things.

                                I am just another very unsatisfied customer of this pathetic service by Tikona. My decision to opt Tikona Broadband and has made my life miserable ever since I got it installed. To add up to the grief I had made payment in advance for 3 months and fighting with customer care people for connectivity. As no proper response received from "Tikona Care", I requested for deactivation and refund in 2 weeks after installation. It's very hard getting through their line (minimum 20 tries required for one successful phone call), mostly it is kept on hold for 20 mins and the call gets disconnected! The deactivation request I raised was not actioned promptly, every customer care executive is trying to convince me to continue the service (which I undoubtedly want to). After numerous phone calls and fighting with them to process my deactivation request, they asked me to wait for 72 hrs and another 72 hrs after that, I kept following them up for few days. I waited and waited, called them again, one executive says there is no deactivation request at all from your end! I was bitterly shocked, asked him for an explanation, he said he ll escalate it right away. Kept calling them for one month after that, got no response at all. Called their other numbers, all I get to hear is my request is under progress and I have to wait!
                                Please help me get a recovery of Rs.2800 that I paid them inviting nothing but trouble and fraud.

                                  This is to complaint about the way and sysytem Tikona agent and customer care treating and making them fool by robing and making a bloddy joke out of the customer, on 18th Dec 2011 there was an agent name Mr Akash from tikona cell number [protected] who came to my Apartment in the morning at 10.00 clock for a demo with a engineer and gave me a demo for the same and insisted me to pay Rs 1673/- in cash to avail the service on the same day by evening with installation the agent left without giving any receipt. After that he did not revert back for three days and whenever i tried calling him he did not answer or call back, now in meantime i spoke to Tikona Customer care and i was transfered to the engineer helpdesk the executive on the other end was very polite and explain me that i canoot get the installatioin done on the same day and gave me very proper guidance very correctly and asked me to call back again and speak to an agent which i did and he also was very polite and helpful and promised me that the installatio will be done on the next day on the 20th dec 2011 Tuesday.

                                  On the next day on tuesday i received a call from an engineer who came and installed the connection with a wired router on which he told me that he was not aware of the router issue and he was told to take a wire router and do the installation and at the same time i called the agent Akash and spoke to him on conference with the engineer for the issue he promised me that everything was under control and he will be coming with the wifi router on the second day and do the installation befor 12.00 clock and again i tried reacing him on his cell which was unavailable, again i called the customer helpline the executive was explained about the issue and transfered the line to the supervisor the resolution was given to me that the wifi router would be install on the second day again when i did not get any revert i called back the helpline nuber on Friday 23rd dec 2011 the customer care was absolutely adamant that he cannot do anything and transfered the line after sometime to a Supervisor name Shraddha shweta who was not ready to to give me any resolution but yes could argue only and very easily told me that i can disconnect my connection if i need too and disconnected the line now again when i called there was an exective who again would not understand about my problem but definately couldnot tranfer the line to the same lady and after my several verbal conversation after puting me on hold for 5 time he transfered the connection to a supervisor name Abhishekh who was kind enough not to argue an listen to my issue who promised me to call back after checking the matter.

                                  PS - GOD I FEEL LIKE I AM AN WHO IS READY TO PAY FOR A SERVICE AND LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO ARE PAID BY MY SERVICE MONEY TO GIVE ME SERVICE THANK YOU AKASH , YOGESH, BHUSAN AND SHWETA SHRADDHA TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT I AM AN THANK YOU FOR THE EFFORTS.

                                  Hi ! I stay in Kanjur Marg. I experienced the same thing while taking a new connection - this Dec'11. Was promised a wifi connection but the installation engineer wasn't aware of this. He called up the sales guy - Ajay, who promised me that he would arrange for the wifi connection the next day itself.
                                  I have spoken to his so called manager - Uma Raul as well the so called nodal officer - Vijay Ahire also, but my problem remains the same. The call centre told me that I will have to shell out Rs. 1500/- for the wifi connection, which I refused.
                                  I went to their registered office at Bhandup - but could not meet any senior person there. The nodal officer now says he cant do anything further and that I can lodge a police complaint against Ajay, if I so wish.

                                  I think all at Tikona are out to deceive the people and sell new connection by false promises and commitments. Even a mail to their appellate authority is not responded to.They are worse that the road side shop guy - at least he tries to resolve any issue - within his limited means. these guys are not interested in addressing any complaints of the customers. I wonder if the owner is also of the same mentality - which explains the culture down the line.

                                    I am not getting the speed as per my plan.I have bought Rs 849.00 plan to get good speed and as was told that you will get 2MBPS till 9 GB of data download and after that ill get 512 kbps flat speed but my speed fluctuates between 20-50 kbps. I have called their customer care many times either they say your issue will get resolved within few hours or they disconnect my call.I seems that they are making fools of their customer by promising and not living upto that promise Moreover their speed test are just a delusion ,Speed test says my speed is 2000kbps and in reality my speed comes around 30-50 kbps.

                                      I had placed a request for disconnecting my broadband connection. A refernce number was also generated 1-[protected] by the Nodal Officer on 10th dec 2011. The organisation is so irresponsible that apparently they have mentioned that the customer is not available on the phone when contacted. How conveniently they find excuses to not work. And then they keep on sending bills, followed by recovery agents et al. It is really pathetic. Although the technical problem in this connection hasbeen for over a month,and even after repeated compalints, nobody has rectified it. But the bill has been sent on time.

                                      I do not understand, am I supposed to pay this bill for not providing me services or for giving me services?

                                        I' using tikona post paid fixed monthly rental plan.
                                        I pay bill amount before last date every month, but they are keep accumulating my bills as I have not paid.
                                        Next month bill I'm getting accumulated amount with late payment fees!!.
                                        It is happening for more than six months. Each month I need to call customer care and correct.
                                        Even I had mailed the nodal officer last month but it keeps repeating.
