I had applied for ADUNLTD699 unlimited usage plan, for which the charges are Rs.699 per month. As per this plan, the download speed is 512kbps and i am to get 9000 MB fair usage i.e. after 9000 MB download, my download speed will fluctuate. I have been trying to transfer an existing connection to a new place. Even after sending the scanned document of the rent agreement of the new location and several mails nothing has yet been done. The documents relating to this was sent on 21st of Dec'11. The acknowledgement of the receipt of the document came on 25th of Dec'11.

Tikona Digital Networks are big frauds , they took money and promised to install connection , but neither they install connection nor they refund the money.
They are the big suckers Tikona Noida Sales Head Mr. Anurag is a big fraud maker and is leading the NCR team of tikona.
Mr Mauseen khan who mainly responsible for taking cash from customers by making false promises.

I had placed a request for disconnecting my broadband connection. A refernce number was also generated 1-[protected] by the Nodal Officer on 10th dec 2011. The organisation is so irresponsible that apparently they have mentioned that the customer is not available on the phone when contacted. How conveniently they find excuses to not work. TIKONA SUCKS

Hey guys, pl do not apply for a new broadband connection from TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS.

Its been 3 Days Since installation and the connections is not working. Internet disconnects very frequently. The Engineers and Installation team is also have zero knowledge about the same.

Several Com paints on Phone and Online have no response. Customer Care is of NO USE.

I am frustated with the attitude of Tikona Broadband service.
On 12 th of Nov I had placed a request for disconnection of my services.
More than one month had passed they are not responding to my request.
I am continuosly calling them and sending them mail but they are just delaying the things.
On daily basis they are telling me that your request is on priority, Today you will get a call from our side....

I have applied for the Tikona Broadband connection after paying over Rs. 3300. After installation due to wrong committment by company I have cancelled the connection without using for one day also.

The company has initally told me to refund the amount. However after four month still I have not recevied the money.

Even the nodal officer of company is not replying.

I asked and paid for tikona home broadband connection on 12th Dec 2011 , Rs 1250 to Mr Rahul.
Mr. Rahul promised me , that I would be sent the UserID & password by SMS & Connection would be done by an engineer in 1 day, ie 13-dec 2011.
In the evening of 13-Dec when no SMS & no engineer showed up, I tried to contact Mr Rahul again several times, but he stopped answering my calls.
