I had lost my no before 15 days(My no-[protected]) but according to ur agent my no is not in my name and they said that i will got my no if I am coverted it into post paid.Because this no is my official no so i agree to them and take new post paid connection and I got my new sim before 7 days but till now my sim is not activated and I am fade up with the service provided by your customer care executive and your local agent.from last one week I called everyone no one is able to solve my problem yet.If this kind of service is provided by your company then no one is going to take your sim.I have another two vodaphone connection and i m going to cancel my all connection soon.

    I had recharge online my net pack i.e. Rs 155 monthly pack 1 GB data on 06-june-2014. Also i got the message from vodafone at 11:43 AM(Thank you for using the vodafone online shop. Your payment transaction ID is MSMP[protected] and you have recharged with Rs. 155.0 eBay India gift voucher code is DUJUCUPBFR.) but the recharge was not successful. There is deduction of Rs. 155 from my account HDFC bank at Vodafone_BD on[protected]:22:13. My net pack is still not activated. I have complainted 2 times on phone but still no action is taken on this.

      i have recharged my cell with 350 and dailed *444*76# for getting the benifit of this 76 rupees pack but after that when i have recharged with rupees 72 for roaming benifets, they canclled my 76 rupess pack and now i have left with only 72 pack.. my 76 rupees got wasted.. i want to claim this.

At that time i have paid 200 extra billed amount after told by your executive. As per information by your executive, with in 60 days my extra remaining balance including security amount (250/-) should be refunded by check. but still i am getting the check of Rs. 200 only.           Hello, My name is Tanvi Chodankar and i hold a vodafone connection since over 10 years. I have subscribed to 2GB 2G data plan and i have been using it since many months now. On 6th June 2014, i started receiving an 'H' sign instead of the usual 'E'. Having seen that i called up the vodafone helpline 198 and corporate helpline 55666 to report this, i received vague and different answers each of the 4 times that i called. I made this call to ensure that no 3G plan is active on my phone as i did not want to be charged un necessarily. One person said that vodafone has auto upgraded all the 3G compatible handsets. I asked several times if i will be charged as per 3G rates as i am getting the H symbol. To this the answer remained that i do not need to worry and i will be charged only as per my active 2G plan. To confirm and re confirm when i called for the 4th time on 7/06/2014, i received an answer saying i will be charged for the 3G data that i have used and vodafone is not responsible. My question to vodafone is, how is vodafone not responsible? I have absolutely NOT made any changed to my handset settings ever since i started using the handset in Feb 2013. The only settings made were the vodafone auto push settings on inserting the sim card. Then how did i suddenly receive 3G network without my knowledge. What if i hadn't reported this matter at all? I would have received a huge bill by the end of the month which you would have harassed my to pay. To end with, i just want to state that i WILL NOT pay the charges if i will be charged for 3G data use in my current bill. Request you to own up to your mistake and not charge me for this 3G data. If i am charged or not given a reversal for this, i will have to cancel all my vodafone connections and escalate this matter high up. Awaiting your response _ Tanvi Chodankar [protected]@gmail.com

            i have been using vodafone sim for a very long time . about 3 weeks back i recharge 195rs one month 3g pack on my number i havent even got my 3g net i keep gettin normal net . i have been to the vodafone store and called customer care like a million times no one seems to help me out in anyway . i don understand why i pay sp much to get no 3g net at all .. i[censored] do not take immdiate action and restore my net i will have no other option than to file a case in the consumer court and also change my sim and i will NOT recommend vodafone to any of my friends or family .. my registration number is [protected]

              I wanted my BSNL number to get portable to Vodafone but the female attendant at Vodafone mini store, Rajpur Chungi, Agra gave me less information which lead to my inconvenience. They should know before they carry on process, should ask every single information related to the same.                 I'm a VODAFONE POSTPAIDD customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/- I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the service provider are playing their Advertisement before my Caller Tune. Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained regarding this in the customer care (198) but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI. As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo of the service provider. So please help me to deactivate this promo from my caller tune. my number is [protected].,

                  I dint activated inter-net and also called few days back to ask all inter-net has to disconnect
                  but now i got 600+ bill still i have 500 cr.limit

                  If i called to customer care they are telling there is a basic gprs is activated in my number
                  I told them to disconnect but giving reason that they have are having technical problum so i have to call them again
                  so they again they charge Rs.1-2

                    Hi, I have a Vodafone Prepaid connection in Bangalore .From today it is telling that my account is suspended. When i called the customer care they asked me to resubmit the address proof documents in Vodafone office.When i visited they asked me to recharge with Rs:22 to fix the issue and no need to submit the documents. But till now issue is not fixed . When i call customer care they are telling me that everything is fine But i cannot make any call or send sms from my number and there is 291 Rs balance.                           Hello, I am vodafone postpaid user(+91 [protected]) since 2005. On a longterm onsite contract on April 15th 2014, I came to US and on 15th April 2014 I have given an online request for international roaming service with a monthly plan of 1499/- and later I got message that International Roaming Service is activated on my mobile. But on a transit when I reached Honkong and there I checked the vodafone service and i see NO NETWORK. And after I reached US, again I checked to see NO SERVICE registered with Vodafone or AT&T(roaming support for Vodafone). As I didn't get any service I sent a mail to Vodafonerelations.[protected]@vodafone.com asking for disconnecting the service. But till today I got two bills where I see adding the Roaming charge for May month and monthly rental charge.                             worst service...last two days my sim not active and my number is [protected]...all customer service number always busy...no proper response at serive center also...so please do needful for this.
                            i got a sim from vodafone vendor named vinoth his no is [protected] i got the sim 2weeks ago but it is not activated yet his sevice is not satisfactory he asked me for ananother proof i gave him but it is not activated so kindly take action on it this is my no [protected]

                            I m Siddhartha ([protected]) and I recently took a vodafone connection. After a few days my sim was deactivated due to some reason, when I contacted the nearest voda centre they told me to pay some deposit and my sim will be activated in no time which I did, its almost 1day and my sim is still not activated. There are still other complaints which are too long to mention.

                            * I have used 2 other services in the past for a long time and never had any problems with them but when i switched to vodafone, in the past 10 days I had made around 10 to 20 calls to customer care, live chat, gone to vodafone store and every thing that can be done and still there is no response from you(vodafone).

                            * This is the worst service one can or cannot offer

                            * Can you please inform me the procedure of getting out of your faithful service, I mean out of vodafone.

                            hi my name is sunny gupta i changed my prepaid connection to postpaid connection for which my verification was done of my home address and everything was fine on initial stage my sim got activated and after that my outgoing was bared and i had one no of my Deepak [protected] he is such a bad employee who dont even pick the calls of customer. PLZ DON'T TAKE ANY SIM OF VODAFONE AS FOR VERIFICATION YOU MAY NEED TO CALL DEEPAK and he is a irresponsible person i am so angry i would have complain on higher authority if i had any thing to whom i can complain my contact is [protected]

                              I have a vodafone postpaid connection [protected]. In the monthly bill for the period 24 April-23 May 2014, I am charged Rs.99/- under an item "download". When I called up the customer care, they said a file has been downloaded named shotformat_dw****** for which Rs.99/- were charged. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. They said it could have been a chargeable item which I may have downloaded from a website. However, I did not download anything that was chargeable to my carrier. I have a 3G datapack of 1gb, and my data limit had not exhausted. They don't even know if this file is a song, a game, a software or a video. I do not understand that if they don't know what I have downloaded, how can they charge me? When I told them that it has to be some error in their system, they simply refused. I tried to log a complaint on 198, but they continuously argued with me and did not log any complaint. I am sure they are over-charging me.

                              No, my complaint has not been resolved and the issue persists. I have not got any details regarding the download that has been charged to me. After talking to 3 customer care executives I can infer that Vodafone intends not to disclose the details of the bill item. I just want to know which site has charged me through my carrier. If it is not you and you do not have the details then to whom would you give the amount billed to me for the download?

                              I had opted for porting from Vodafone. so vodafone is cheating me.

                              If I had downloaded sent me technical details.
                              Vodafone is not giving the technical details that is the main issue which arises suspicion..they say we do not know what this file is and from where u have downloaded it..simply overcharging..
                              I have a vodafone number and charged Rs60/- for download. When I chat with I got the following information.
                              {Puja}Sir as I check you have downloaded the file hello1_tvalls****** for 2 times one on 19/06/14-11:49:54 and another on 25/06/14-21:12:42 which you cost RS 30 and 30 .

                              We assure you that our billing system accurately monitors data usage just the same as Voice and SMS usage. This ensures that you are billed only for the service which you have actually utilized.

                              Any additional downloads (like games/song/wallpapers etc) will be charged as per the product details mentioned along with the data charges.
                              E.g if a wallpaper cost is mentioned as Rs.10, you will be charged Rs.10 along with data charges depending on the download size of the wallpaper.

                              a fake charge of Rs 327/- against downloading of application in " d2c_ndtv_valu", "hello1_tvalls" &
                              "shotformat_dw" are loaded in monthly Bill ( Dec2014) of my postpaid mobile connection [protected].The application have never been down loaded in my mobile and same was checked in my mobile application/downloading system. Couldn't understand how did Vodafone charge in my account which I have never utilized ? I made online complaint to nodal officer UPW through mail .But nodal officer denied to refund /reverse the unusual charges .Before that same type charges were uploaded in my monthly bill and reversed by Vodafone as accepted error .But this time they have denied .I also made complaint to Appellate officer, but reply received from same officer who was Nodal officer, UPW . How this could be possible that both officer will be same ? as per the web content of Vodafone both officers are different.This is completely harassment of customer.
                              Guys same problem with me .I was charged Rs 495 for downloading charges .I have activated my 2G data pack, which is not consumed completely till the end of month .Then how could the charge me any downloading charge .

                              Vodafone done have any good roaming plan so i asked for porting my number to AIRTEL and from the same month the bill is added with download charge .
                              Guy I have received my refund after forwarding complaint to Sec TRAI and Sec. competition commission of India( email can get from their website).After my complaint to TRAI & CCI I got phone call from vodafone that vodafone will adjust amt in next bill after approval of CA.I got refund in next bill.pl forward your complaint to Sec./ joint sec of TRAI & CCI.

                                    I am an employee of ESSAR OIL LTD residing in Essar Township, Jamnagar. Majority of the people out here have Vodafone, since it is the only network that used to catch good signal. For the past two months, everyone out here in Jamnagar and Essar oil (in Vadinar) has been experiencing TERRIBLE network issues as well as internet connectivity problems. This is EXTREMELY IRRITATING for all o[censored]s. We have spoken to the Vodafone Gujarat customer care a couple of times regarding this issue. They however simply said that it is not in their hands. Even the most remote villages have network. We all literally feel like we are living in a jungle. Please look into this issue sincerely as we are all suffering.

                                        Dear Sir, I used ([protected]) Vodafone Sim Since 1 year with same plan, but recently your changed the previous plan without intimation. As per previous plan I used my sim but i received present plan (I think its working previous plan after received bill i was shocked). Please change my plan and process the bill as per previous plan. If your not consider my request i am not able to use your network.. Please consider above the same and do the needful action as soon as possible Dear Sir, My current Plan is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 and without any intimation Vodafone people has changed my current Plan to ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99 which is totally illegal as my billing cycle starts from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. Despite my continuous explanations to Vodafone customer care executives they seem to stick to the same behavior and as per My Bill Dated 25th March My Billing Cycle should be from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. So I requested many times with Vodafone customer care executives to change my plan into my previous plan which is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 & I also requested them to discount the extra amount which was charged to me. After many repeated calls they changed my account into NC_DL_MV_Alankit99, but they didn’t discount the extra amount which was charged to my account unnecessarily and without my knowledge. What I want is the same plan and the extra amount to be discounted from my account. If this is the way Vodafone treats its customer then you can understand how ethical they would be at service... So, I hereby request to kindly take initiative and do the needful.
