1. 5th July to 5th August => 3915.73
2. 5th August to 5th September => 3090.48

Total: 7006.21 due on 23 September 2014.

I am a very old customer of Vodafone but the mentioned amount is too high as per my usage.

    Hi, My Mobile number is XXXXXXX, This mail is regarding the extra charges in my billing amount, There is some extra charges of data pack include in my bill of Jul-Sep 2014. My net plan is of1GB/ 250 rs. I have consumed only 1020 MB data of my net pack in all the billing cycle from july till date . Three to four month back After my Internet pack was over, I received a call from vodafone care that if I recharge within a certain period of time I will get extra benefits. If I recharge for 450 rs having 2000MB. But I did not opted for that plan. How can I guys active that plan without informing me. I am sorry to say but you guys provide the worst service with poor management. I hadn’t make any call or email regarding this plan. I thought 250 rs plan is running in my phone. Kindly let me know or give me the valid reason why you had changed the plan without my permission. Or give me the message or email send by me regarding changing the plan from 1000MB to 2000MB. Let me know all the details ASAP.

      Hi, Mobile number:[protected] Name: Meenu Rani This mail is regarding the extra charges in my billing amount. There is some extra charges of data pack include in my bill of Jul-Aug, 2014. My net plan is of1GB/ 125 rs. I have consumed only 1020 MB data of my net pack in billing cycle as per i received a message from custom care on 16 Aug 2014 at 6:34pm(refer to attached screenshot of message received).. After 16 Aug, i did not use my net pack. When i contact with custom care they said that i have get charged on data consumption on 15 and 16 Aug 2014 but how it could be possible if i have already some data remains in my account. Please look at this issue. i have already visited the vodafone store located at sector 50, Noida, 2 times and discuss this matter with them.But yet i did not receive any update regarding this. I have already send this mail to customcare at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 16 sept 2014. but did not reciece anyupdate on this.         I am a regular customer of vodafone and regulary using net services provide by vodafone on my mobile.. yesterday my net pack was end so today i recharge it again with INR 195. Usualy everymonth i got unlimited 2GB data bt today i got only 1280 Mb data. So here my complaint is that they didnt give me information of that data plan changes anyhow. When i called to customer care on 198 they told me that we give info to shopkeepers you shoulld ask him about that plan but since i am in roaming how could i know about that plan. My complaint is that jus to make customer fool all comunicating companies do not ptovide info through SMS. Pls found a solution for my complaint

        This is not very first chance, its happens most of the times . Vodafone didnt ever informd me about future plans changes. They jus believ in to make customer fool for their selfness
        I hv submitted current and alternate number on given link but yet there is no information regarding my complaints

            Dear Concern, Greetings! We are using Vodafone for more than 3 years on 3 Mobile numbers with Corporate Plan on Vodafone Network. Recently we have been charged heavily on one of my number[protected] INR for 24 Minutes) which we have not made for the month of August. As we have spoken to executives and got the reply that they will get back to us, but without intimating, they have disconnected the connection. Kindly register this issue and help us in this.               The worst Internet Provider... Arun Karthick-[protected] I am a regular 2G mobile Internet user.After my Internet pack was over last month, I received a call from vodafone care that if I recharge within a certain period of time I will get extra benefits. Usually if I recharge with pack199-I will be having unlimited Internet/with Speed of 80kbps for first 2GB. But they stated that if I recharge for the same amount within the prescribed days, I will be able to access unlimited Internet/80kbps for first 3GB. My Internet pack ends by September 20, still I am unable to access the Internet with a proper speed and as well I haven't received that extra 1GB. I registered a complaint on 14th September but still they haven't resolved the problem. The customer care executive stated that I have used lesser amount of MB. I enquired her whether the additional 1GB is added or not.She stated that still its not added. The customer care executive assured me that she will resolve the problem within 24 Hours, but by now its nearly 5 days, still the problem is not resolved. Now my Internet pack is up to over still the issues are not solved. If I try to check my Internet usage Its not displaying the right content.It is showing some unwanted contents. *111# Press 6 Press 2. Usually this how I check the Internet balance, but this is not working properly. The worst Internet ever...

                Hello I found I have wrongly charged an amount of Rs 1308.50 for Roaming Charges for my number [protected]. All this while Roaming promo of 75 was active in this number for the past 4-5 bill cycles. I didn't gave any request to deactivate the promo plan on [protected], then how it got deactivated and I have been charged? Rather I gave request to deactivate Roaming promo on [protected] which was not deactivated even after requesting several times. I want my Roaming charges to be withdrawn otherwise I will have to switch to other network. Thanks Pratik

                  I m a vodafone user. Earlier i was not facing any problem regarding the internet speed. But now when i am facing the problem this vodafone customer care is ignoring my complaint. I called up custmer care and when i said i am facing problem regarding 3G speed they diverted my call. When i calculated the speed it was only 0.63 mbps downloading speed. Please stop using this crap i suggest other custmer and yes vodafone it is serious issue in a city like ahmedabad u will definitely loose ur custmer. Ur services are getting worst. I have also attached a photo pprproof.

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am, I converted my AIRTEL no. [protected] to Vodafone five days back, on 17.09.2014 i got a sms regarding negative verification, i called customer care they said that your address is not located by agent. First of all, I was using a postpaid connection of airtel on this number on same address & that's for last 2 year's and before 2 year i was using this number in vodafone for 3 more years, So i was using this number for more than 5-6 years as a postpaid number. This number is very important for me, I can not afford an Hour of disconnection on this number. And i submitted my passport copy as an address proof, So how can it is not possible to locate the address if a passport has been issued to that address. and this is a well known place in Ghaziabad (NCR) and i have a landline no. ([protected]) and many other government address proof for the address (like Bank passbook, Voter ID, Bills etc) for the given address. I think that verification agents and vodafone fooling me, because no one came at my home for verification. Please look into matter. now my outgoing barred and It is very difficult for me to contact any one as this is my very old number. I need a proper answer for this that why do not vodafone get my address verified first then port my number. Who will pay for this I have to make many important call today. But I was unable because of vodafone. And i have to make call from other sources which costed me more than 800 Rs. Thanks & Regards Shivendra Kaura

                        My plan is 299 monthly rental with 700MB 3G data and after that it will be 2G unlimited. I have been charged in my Aug and Sep-2014 bill for 2 applications which is Wapvilla and d2c NDTV ( Rs 49 and 99 respectively) Cust care told me that I have downloaded a paid application hence the charges. I have complete record of all the applications in my phone and I am sure that there is no such application in my phone. Charges billed were not correct. Please help Regards, Bikram

                              This is the mail i sent to 'vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' Thu[protected]:52 PM - I have Complaints regarding 3 things. (Number [protected]) 1. The 3G pack of 250 rs, when giving the promotion for this 2 months back, I was informed its for two months ( July and august 2014 ), but the august month bill indicated its reduced rate is been removed and I have to pay 250 Full amount where I have promised 150 per month. 2. The Do not Disturb service has been requested by my side on July 20 th, I was informed it will get activated within 7 days, I reconfirmed the same on 27th and when I started getting unwanted calls and sms again, I have complained about the same and I was complaining all day from 28 to 4th Sept. Yesterday I got call from the Vodafone support saying the issue has been looked into. But Today when I checked the status of the issue, I was informed the DND service is not activated / the request is not registered in my number. - As I already described, I had requested for the DND on 20th July, by sending START 0 to 1909. And I had reconfirmed multiple times to make sure its progressing. - Where did I missed in the process of activating the DND service. o The Customer care has informed me of the status as “THE DND IS NOT ACTIVATED” in my account. WTH ?? o Why my request get “NOT ACTIVATED” o If I have finished all process to star DND why it is not communicated to me by the customer care even after calling multiple times ..?? 3. The Customer care Executive I spoken today – “Rahul Nadugeri” was unwilling to take complaint against the same … ?? – if you are not going to take complaints, why 198 service centre is kept ? a. This guy is not ready to listen to what customer is saying and not willing to file a complaint for which I have called, and asking me to goto Vodafone care personally . Then why he is getting salary ?? This is not the kind of Support, not at least the service I expected from Vodafone. I want explanation for why I was communicated of a promotion for 2 months when its for only 1 month ? I want explanation why my DND request was rejected and I was informed in such late time.? I want to ask if your 198 complaint number is not ready to accept and register complaints why is it for ? Hope to get a timely and accurate support from Vodafone. Thanks, Arjun -- After that i send another mail, checking what is happening, Mon[protected]:45 PM Are you not checking details ..? I was given the 155 offer only for 1 month … in which 2 bills have you given my 155 promotional offer ..? You can check the 3 months bill of my number, June 2014, July 2014, August 2014, ( Hope Your Data Base is having those ). And I am still receiving the Unwanted SMS from numbers (telemarketing / any other) then how is DND activated ..?? Regarding those some of numbers, I have already given complaints ( I believe that complaint is not registered as im seeing your customer care is doing really cheap job of just not reporting any complaints). And one more thing, Is Your SLA is to reply to customer queries by this late ..? after rechecking of your response thrice ?? why is mail not replied to my last mail sent checking where is your response ..?? I raised complaints from 21st July, and today iam receiving first response.. !!! Hope This gets resolved within my billing due date, Otherwise, I believe I also not am not obliged to pay the bill on time, and in that case you have zero rights to charge me for late Bill payments. Really Worst service. - No reponse till now -- The worst service i ever had, -- Switching the operator.

And one more thing, Is Your SLA is to reply tocustomer queries by this late ..? afterrechecking of your response thrice ?? whyis mail not replied to my last mail sent checking where is your response ..?? I raised complaints from 21st July, and today iamreceiving first response.. !!! Hope This gets resolved within my billing due date, Otherwise, I believe I also not am not obliged to pay thebill on time, and in that case you have zero rights to charge me for late Billpayments. -- Still no response on these.. -- I am switching the operator.

                                  Hi Team, This is Girish, Today Morning 10 o clock i called to 198, Mr . Krishna is attended the call, i asked about my deduction but they respond irrespectively, I told tel me the reason reason for deduction, than he answer irrespectively, I told think has customer around 60 deducted how you are react they i am not bother about money, i have 4 your experience just cut the call like, why you are recruiting this type of people, this is only you are given the training, What r doing team leader and backend team, just send to home this type of people they are not having common scence how to speak customer, i want the answer from your end immediatley .

                                    Dear Consumer Actually i am having chennai based sim card. Now recently I was moved to Karnataka. So that i recharged my mobile with national roaming plan Rs 76. but even incoming calls received, the amount has been deducted from my main balance. The plan is not applied to my number anyway.                                     No VODAFONE responding since i made my complaint.
                                    My request to vodafone is revoke my initiall balance and apply this plan for me. Now i have used the mobile in banagalore and hosur location. so that the plan has not been applied consumed my main account balance should be back to my account.

                                      I RECHARGED FOR MY DATA CARD NO [protected] ON SEP16 FOR 1GB 3G DATA AT RS 195/-. THE DATA USAGE IS REDUCED FAST AND BALANCE DEBITED. REPEATED MAILS SENT TO VODAFONE. BUT THE PROBLEM STILL NOT RECTIFIED. AND THE 1GB DATA BALANCE IS REDUCING FASTER WITHOUT USAGE. HOPE PROBLEM ADDRESSED. SENT MAILS TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE WITH CONTACT NUMBER.BUT NO RESPONSE YET

                                        I had vodafone gujarat postpaid cug & 2 months back i have ported in airtel..since 2 months i have been using airtel. But today my aiRtel services are stopped..they gave the reason that despite i have not paid last bill..Actually i have in advance Paid 250-300 rs. but after it i Have not received last bill by message, email or print..& On calling to vodafone, they are telling my bill is 2200rs...this is not at all possible.my bill could be maximum 500 ...i didnt use that card much...how can they charge this much & how can they stop my airtel service without notice..i want prompt action.
