I have taken new connection from act broadband service provider on 25th jun 2019, the engineer came and connected the cable it was not worked and they said they will come tomorrow and check, i am continuiely followup with the engineer, they were very least bother about to take the calls and update, the sales executive who came to validate and collect the 1st payment he is very careless guy, i never come across such a guys, he never picked my call & after collecting money they are sending sms that they are busy. I have logged a complaint in act helpdesk, they are also very pathetic, the ivr says all executives are busy, at-least we need to wait 10 mins on the call, even after connecting and talking to them is useless, it is waste of time calling act helpdesk, once i asked them to cancel my connection request and return my money they just disconnected the call. My compliant is still open.
Please suggest how to get my money back from them.
Very very bad support from act, never take act connection.
