This is with regard to the ACT subscription that was bought on 28th July, 2018. A full one month payment of Rs.2599 (along with router and installation charges) via the ACT app was made. ACT however, despite showing connection available in app, refused to setup connection in the area. They have not processed the refund either.
1. If the ACT connection is not available in the area(Prithvi Layout, Whitefield), customer should not even be eligible for payment in the first place. ACT took the money anyway and are committing fraud by not returning it now.
2. Despite repeated call attempts, ACT employee (Dhanaraj N mail: dhanaraj.[protected]@roi.actcorp.in mob: [protected]) has not reverted about the status of connection or refund.
3. Over the last 10 months, several calls were made to ACT, which were redirected to several other numbers. Complaint has not been resolved yet.
Delay of 11 months warrants legal action on the company, which will be taken unless it is processed in full over the next week.
