Internet is not working ftom past 7 days. My ticket no. Is sr[protected].

If we try to call to customer care, call gets automatically disconnected. If we raise complaint through app, they will not resolve or even contact customer but simply close the ticket without resolving the issue.

The nodal officer team is also worst. Whenever you try to call, it always shows busy.

    Have been waiting two weeks for relocation. If relocation not happening, at least let me disconnect?

    Why is it that the customer care number never works? How do complainants get to have their problems resolved is there no means to get the complaint registered? My relocation request for closed, twice! Not once did i get a call back or have any of my emails answered. I wrote to the act appellate authority and still nothing!!

    Unbelievable. Return my money back now!

      I have been contacting since 15 days and no one is responding properly saying they need time.
      I got a bill of amount 4377.8, after adjustements they applied waver and changed to 3777.8.
      I wanted a new revised bill of amount "3777.8" so that i can pay the bill. Because i need to submit the bill to my "office". The bill amount should match the amount i "paid". I have been talking to customer care over phone ([protected]) they say 2 days and extended till now. I need the revised bill of amount 3777.8, so i will pay the bill. I have even messaged them on facebook mailed them, called then no one is responding and they are saying please wait for 2 days.

          I enquired for a broadband connection they said the fesibility avail in my location and promissed to provied connection. They received 6month advance payment rs.7427/-. While on installation they said they dont have an hub in my location. For that i have to provide the space for installing the hub unfortunately we cant able to provide the space because its rental house need to take a permission form the land lord they regret to give the connection. Their hub can able provide only 6 connections. Before they receive the payment they cant explain on instruct anything about this while they face every 6th customer have to face the problem. After happening everything i questioned the executive but he not accept his mistake and continuously do arguments.

            I have placed a new connection request online to act broadband team. One person came for process and i paid for 06 months offer. He said our team will reach you by tomorrow for connection with cable and router. But there is no response.

            I have given complaint to customer care people, they said our team will reach you by tomorrow. But there is no response.

            After two days customer people said we are unable to provide a connection in your area and offered for return money. I have chosen to return my money.

            But no response i have called again to customer care but no use. They said to drop a mail to refund team. I have dropped an email but no response.

            I am calling daily to customer care since one and half month they are saying give 24hrs we solve the issue in 24hrs on priority but no response from 45 days.

            As a common man, 3, 541 rupees is a big amount. Please do the needful for me. Begging you. Solve this problem, please.

              I am act user from 5 years. Past 6-7 months i am complaining every week about connectivity issue. Every time they tell me its resolved but the problem happens again hours after they say the complaint is resolved.

              I want to disconnect the service. When i call them they disconnect my call in between the conversation and never process my disconnection request.

                This is with regard to the ACT subscription that was bought on 28th July, 2018. A full one month payment of Rs.2599 (along with router and installation charges) via the ACT app was made. ACT however, despite showing connection available in app, refused to setup connection in the area. They have not processed the refund either.

                1. If the ACT connection is not available in the area(Prithvi Layout, Whitefield), customer should not even be eligible for payment in the first place. ACT took the money anyway and are committing fraud by not returning it now.

                2. Despite repeated call attempts, ACT employee (Dhanaraj N mail: dhanaraj.[protected]@roi.actcorp.in mob: [protected]) has not reverted about the status of connection or refund.

                3. Over the last 10 months, several calls were made to ACT, which were redirected to several other numbers. Complaint has not been resolved yet.

                Delay of 11 months warrants legal action on the company, which will be taken unless it is processed in full over the next week.

                      Since May 27 th I have had no internet, despite calling every 2 days waiting tirelessly on the phone for the executive to respond . All you hear is I am sorry for your inconvenience followed by days of no internet or cable changing . Now it's been 3 weeks and I get a message saying ' kind gesture from act to waive off rental amount ' with a bill for no internet . No calls either !! This adds to yet another unprofessional handling in a huge list of companies that never delivers or keep their word

                          I started using ACT fibernet since one and half year and there are multiple connectivity issues since then. Recently 4 days back there was an issue with my internet and raised a complaint with them which was never addressed. A ticket was raised just for name sake and no updates were posted on the ticket. I called them multiple times and the only answer that I could hear is about SLA where they assure me that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. I waited for so long and did not get any resolution. When escalated to the floor manager they calls me and promise to get this fixed in a day. It's been two days since they promised on the fix. Today when I call the customer service again they tell me the same old reason of fiber cut issue and SLA of 24 hours. When I asked more in detail about the issue they claim that it is related to technical team and they will arrange a call back. But no response yet

                          Are you taking any measures on your customer service? No one responded correctly. Floor managers promise to call back in 2 hours and never comes back. This happened to me twice. I don't think this is how customer service works

                            It is been more than 6 days ACT stopped providing internet service despite charging. Their customer care centre is not giving reply and making new excuses every time. 5 days back they talked to me last time and promised to restore service within 12 hours. This is a huge cheating that's going on from the company side. My customer id is[protected].
                            Your person visited our house yesterday & told power connection has taken from neighbour house.they have locked the house.he told electrician will attend.
                            just i cant understand why power connection was taken from neighbour house.
                            even after lapse of 10 min.nobody attended the call

                              I am facing issues with the connectivity daily and I have raised request through app several times and till now solution provided and fed up now and planning to change to HATHWAY due to the worst service. To save cost or they are using backup battery for the personal use I beleive and that is why there is no battery in the backup server as well and the speed is also not as per the plan.

                              WORST SERVICE RECEIVED BY ACT.

                                I have paid for a new connection before 10+ days but the installation got delayed as they required for Box fitting. But I am unable to get new internet connection for more than 10 days and no resolution provided till now. Every time when I call customer care they will say we will look into it and get it done by 2 days or you will get a call from our technician but no one is calling. Also I requested for refund but no one is responding to my mail.

                                  Hello, I have submitted multiple requests for cancellation and yet I haven't received any response. I have paid amount 1132 rupees and I would like to get a refund because I haven't used the connection nor do I have any cables setup,

                                  I wanted to use this connection as it was referred to me by my friend. But I'm heading to Singapore to further continue my education as it was a promotion I received unexpectedly. I do not even have wires or any cables setup. It's just that the ACT operator came to my home and received the amount 1132 rupees for the new connection. After two days when the ACT team had come here to setup the cables for the internet, I refused and told them that I had requested for a cancellation. So please do respond to me regarding this issue via phone or mail.

                                    I have raised a request for disconnecting my Actcorp Internet connection last month and the same has been closed on June 2nd/3rd. Before raising the request i was told that i have to send and email or call the customer care for getting the refund after receiving a message saying disconnection completed.

                                    I have sent an email stating the same on 3rd/4th June. I kept sending the reminders on top of it at least 4 times. i have tried to reach customer care more than 3 times.
                                    I was promised on 16th june that i would get a call back within a day. I still did not get any call till now. I have called them again today and their standard response is someone would reply/call me back in a day. They dont have a plan B.
                                    For each call i loose 20mins of time as i am in queue waiting for the customer care rep.

                                    This makes me feel that they would never refund my money back. I feel cheated with this kind of response from the company. This was the specific reason i asked them if they would refund before raising the request.

                                    Now I dont get the service from them nor I got my money back.

                                    I hope this forum would help me get my money back asap.

                                      I have an ACT Fibernet connection[protected] which is not working since 14th June, 2019. A complaint was registered on their app which has had no follow-up from the service provider. Their customer care number keeps ringing without any response. After multiple calls, I got through their customer on 16th June, 2019. I was assured that the connection would be back by 3:00 pm but it was not restored. I called again on 17th June, 2019 and was assured that a technician would visit to check the connection. Till now nobody has come to check the service and customer care of Act Fibernet is unreachable. My husband and I work from home, we have lost 3 days of paid working days because of their negligence. I claim compensation for as many days work that we have collectively lost due to negligence on behalf of ACT Fibernet to the amount of 1500 per day/per head + refund on the monthly bill for as many days that ACT Fibernet has denied us service.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have raised a service Request SR[protected] it has been 5 days since the request for interrupted service was raised.

                                        daily I am being told that the issue will be resolved by end of day but it does not.

                                        trying to contact their customer care team is a nightmare as the call remains on hold for about 12 to 13 mins and at times even gets disconnect.

                                        nodal escalation contacts do not answer the calls being mad to them.

                                        there is no further escalation point for the customer to raise their grievances. Technicians give commitments of resolving eth issue but do not turn up.

                                        How as the company attained the best internet service in India when they don't even meat the minimum requirement of providing proper support to their customers.

                                        Please investigate and resolve.

                                        there are many others customers as myself that are facing a similar issue with their service, not sure how such companies are still having licenses to run their business.
