2.Case - New connection request - Customer executive promised to install in 2 working days - Got a call from the installation guy and told it will take 5 days as BOX is needed. As i wanted in 2 working days and I told i need refund - Then, its been 4 days no call or no communication from any one. All they say is they need approvals. Not sure, if they need to take the approval from Prime minister as it is taking hell lot of time just to give me a proper answer.

    I started using ACT fibernet since one and half year and there are multiple connectivity issues since then. Recently 4 days back there was an issue with my internet and raised a complaint with them which was never addressed. A ticket was raised just for name sake and no updates were posted on the ticket. I called them multiple times and the only answer that I could hear is about SLA where they assure me that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. I waited for so long and did not get any resolution. When escalated to the floor manager they calls me and promise to get this fixed in a day. It's been two days since they promised on the fix. Today when I call the customer service again they tell me the same old reason of fiber cut issue and SLA of 24 hours. When I asked more in detail about the issue they claim that it is related to technical team and they will arrange a call back. But no response yet

    Are you taking any measures on your customer service? No one responded correctly. Floor managers promise to call back in 2 hours and never comes back. This happened to me twice. I don't think this is how customer service works

      It is been more than 6 days ACT stopped providing internet service despite charging. Their customer care centre is not giving reply and making new excuses every time. 5 days back they talked to me last time and promised to restore service within 12 hours. This is a huge cheating that's going on from the company side. My customer id is[protected].
      Your person visited our house yesterday & told power connection has taken from neighbour house.they have locked the house.he told electrician will attend.
      just i cant understand why power connection was taken from neighbour house.
      even after lapse of 10 min.nobody attended the call

        I am facing issues with the connectivity daily and I have raised request through app several times and till now solution provided and fed up now and planning to change to HATHWAY due to the worst service. To save cost or they are using backup battery for the personal use I beleive and that is why there is no battery in the backup server as well and the speed is also not as per the plan.

        WORST SERVICE RECEIVED BY ACT.
        NO PROPER RESPONSE BY ACT TECHNICIAN.

        Hi, I have initiated a cancellation request many times but still Act customer service haven't responded to my query and sending bills month by month for the unused Internet. This is totally frustrating.

          I have paid for a new connection before 10+ days but the installation got delayed as they required for Box fitting. But I am unable to get new internet connection for more than 10 days and no resolution provided till now. Every time when I call customer care they will say we will look into it and get it done by 2 days or you will get a call from our technician but no one is calling. Also I requested for refund but no one is responding to my mail.

            Hello, I have submitted multiple requests for cancellation and yet I haven't received any response. I have paid amount 1132 rupees and I would like to get a refund because I haven't used the connection nor do I have any cables setup,
            Please do take an action regarding this. My phone number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com.
            I wanted to use this connection as it was referred to me by my friend. But I'm heading to Singapore to further continue my education as it was a promotion I received unexpectedly. I do not even have wires or any cables setup. It's just that the ACT operator came to my home and received the amount 1132 rupees for the new connection. After two days when the ACT team had come here to setup the cables for the internet, I refused and told them that I had requested for a cancellation. So please do respond to me regarding this issue via phone or mail.

              I have raised a request for disconnecting my Actcorp Internet connection last month and the same has been closed on June 2nd/3rd. Before raising the request i was told that i have to send and email or call the customer care for getting the refund after receiving a message saying disconnection completed.

              I have sent an email stating the same on 3rd/4th June. I kept sending the reminders on top of it at least 4 times. i have tried to reach customer care more than 3 times.
              I was promised on 16th june that i would get a call back within a day. I still did not get any call till now. I have called them again today and their standard response is someone would reply/call me back in a day. They dont have a plan B.
              For each call i loose 20mins of time as i am in queue waiting for the customer care rep.

              This makes me feel that they would never refund my money back. I feel cheated with this kind of response from the company. This was the specific reason i asked them if they would refund before raising the request.

              Now I dont get the service from them nor I got my money back.

              I hope this forum would help me get my money back asap.

                I have an ACT Fibernet connection[protected] which is not working since 14th June, 2019. A complaint was registered on their app which has had no follow-up from the service provider. Their customer care number keeps ringing without any response. After multiple calls, I got through their customer on 16th June, 2019. I was assured that the connection would be back by 3:00 pm but it was not restored. I called again on 17th June, 2019 and was assured that a technician would visit to check the connection. Till now nobody has come to check the service and customer care of Act Fibernet is unreachable. My husband and I work from home, we have lost 3 days of paid working days because of their negligence. I claim compensation for as many days work that we have collectively lost due to negligence on behalf of ACT Fibernet to the amount of 1500 per day/per head + refund on the monthly bill for as many days that ACT Fibernet has denied us service.

                  Hi,

                  I have raised a service Request SR[protected] it has been 5 days since the request for interrupted service was raised.

                  daily I am being told that the issue will be resolved by end of day but it does not.

                  trying to contact their customer care team is a nightmare as the call remains on hold for about 12 to 13 mins and at times even gets disconnect.

                  nodal escalation contacts do not answer the calls being mad to them.

                  there is no further escalation point for the customer to raise their grievances. Technicians give commitments of resolving eth issue but do not turn up.

                  How as the company attained the best internet service in India when they don't even meat the minimum requirement of providing proper support to their customers.

                  Please investigate and resolve.

                  there are many others customers as myself that are facing a similar issue with their service, not sure how such companies are still having licenses to run their business.

                    I am writing this to highlight the terrible customer care service and issues with the ACT WiFi which have become extremely frequent.
                    Just about two weeks back, there was an issue with the WiFi which took ONE WEEK FOR RESOLUTION.

                    Once again, we're facing issues with connectivity, having exhausted all measures at our end with the router, since the last 24 hours.

                    If the issues have become this frequent, I'd like to terminate services at the earliest. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same and if resolution is not possible within said time limit ( 24 hours from complaint ), I'd like to look at other options for Broadband/ ISPs besides ACT.

                      Requested for disconnection many times and asked for the money back offer they offered (15 days money back) on the 6th day o[censored]sage of internet.i was informed that they would be sending the guy responsible.as they didnt send me one i again put up the complaint after a week.was again informed that i would be getting the check in 15 days and will disconnect the internet service.but still now i havent got any response nor the internet is disconnected. i am using another connection, and hence this ACT broadband is not required at all.now whenever i call the customer care, its busy all the time.lol first time im finding customer care lines are busy this much.must be they are receiving so many complaints.
                      whatever, i want the internet to be disconnected and refund back the installation fee as i am not at all happy with the services.
                      plz dont call me back again saying me to upgrade the plan cos i dont think it worths.

                        I am unable to access internet since 11days and this is very irritating. I am going loose my job because of this issue. I am spending 1000 per day for cabs to go to office due to internet disconnection. How long are you going to take to resolve this issue.                           Tried to reach out on customer care numbers, but those are unreachable.

                          Also followed on mails, there is no update or action.

                          Didn't see this kind of worst support earlier.

                          Very disappointed with Act services.

                              I don't have internet connectivity since 6 days but ACT FIBERNET HYDERABAD not taking any action. I called them several times every time executive committed me to resolve the issue within 24 hours but still it pending. I wanted to disconnect and sent official mail also but no respond yet.. my internet is not working at all now in this situation I won’t pay bill for next month because m not either using internet nor get any mail, text and call from act Fiber net l.. i am not at all able to contact them.. please help me for this issue..

                                    We have been using act fibernet since many years, but never faced an issue like this. I used to have a very good notion about them, but it's been completely changed now by their miserable service.
                                    The internet is not working for us since 25 days. I've been complaining them since then, but they have not taken any action till now.I registered my first complaint on 26/05/2019. Since then I've been calling them every alternate day, but no response. Every time when i call to ask about the status of our complaint they just say it will be resolved in 24 hours. Till now it's been 552 hours, no response. Also without resolving the issue they are just closing our ticket saying that the issue is been resolved, how pathetic !!
                                    Also the technician to whom our ticket was assigned said that there is a problem in the box and he will shift the box to our house. We have agreed even for that, but no response. Also if we call him back he never picks our call.
                                    Never experienced this.
                                    Hope this could be resolved as soon as possible and also the time for which we are not able to access the internet could be adjusted in the bill.

                                    And today a new technician came for the inspection and again says the same thing, will be repaired in a day.
                                    Are you people doing any comedy reality show or what.
                                    If we do the same delay in paying the bill you would immediately cut the connection.
                                    This is ridiculous.

                                      At last after the continuous follow up for almost one month the issue has been resolved. But as the old technician said there is no problem in the box. There is no need of changing the box.

                                        I am from Bangalore and your customer for past 7 years.

                                        My account id is[protected] and internet is not working since 14th June 2019 and I am struggling to get a resolution, I created a ticket and it's being closed without resolution and confirmation, I am having a tough time to get to customer service number as its keeping me for long hold and getting disconnected and I am spending my time for the past 3 days only on this,

                                        The nodal office number is always busy, emails sent to applet office is not being answered, I am not sure what else do to? I had to wake up early today to call up customer service and finally after 15 minutes of wait I could talk to your representative and he said me the issue is resolved, but issue is not resolved and I connect my laptop directly to ethernet and noting works, and I am tired of this loop and wait. If internet works do you think I don't have any other job other than calling you and wait endlessly?

                                        If you cannot resolve the issue can you please terminate my connection so that I can take the connection from some other provider? Internet is very important for me and you are not taking any responsibilities and this is totally unfair business practice.

                                        Please check what is wrong and either resolve the issue or please please disconnect my line so that I don't have to follow up with you.

                                        Please see few attachments to understand how many times the tickets are getting closed without resolving and how many times I need to follow up, and do I need to go through this after paying about 7500 per month to you?

                                        Please take action or I need to go for legal recourse as I do not have any option.
