I am act user from 5 years. Past 6-7 months i am complaining every week about connectivity issue. Every time they tell me its resolved but the problem happens again hours after they say the complaint is resolved.

This is with regard to the ACT subscription that was bought on 28th July, 2018. A full one month payment of Rs.2599 (along with router and installation charges) via the ACT app was made. ACT however, despite showing connection available in app, refused to setup connection in the area. They have not processed the refund either.

internet connectivity issue not addressed

isp stopped providing service despite payment

refund after disconnection

I have raised a request for disconnecting my Actcorp Internet connection last month and the same has been closed on June 2nd/3rd.
