ACT Fibernet Complaints & Reviews

I am act user from 5 years. Past 6-7 months i am complaining every week about connectivity issue. Every time they tell me its resolved but the problem happens again hours after they say the complaint is resolved.

I want to disconnect the service. When i call them they disconnect my call in between the conversation and never process my disconnection request....

This is with regard to the ACT subscription that was bought on 28th July, 2018. A full one month payment of Rs.2599 (along with router and installation charges) via the ACT app was made. ACT however, despite showing connection available in app, refused to setup connection in the area. They have not processed the refund either.

Last 7 days my internet is disconnected. I am unable to reach customer care or nodal office phone number( number is always busy, customer care number disconnected after 10 mins), emails are unanswered. I am writing this to highlight the terrible customer care service and issues with the ACT WiFi which have become extremely frequent.
Just about two weeks back, there was an issue with the WiFi which took ONE WEEK FOR RESOLUTION.

I am unable to access internet since 11days and this is very irritating. I am going loose my job because of this issue. I had been trying to contact their customer care through TOll-Free, email and Support Portal regarding my billing renewal. It was never successful, except that they only keep sending reminders without a support.

I would like to bring it to public attention on the service levels of ACT Fibernet and it is high time as I see lots of posts, complaints concerning their service

I don't have internet connectivity since 6 days but ACT FIBERNET HYDERABAD not taking any action. I called them several times every time executive committed me to resolve the issue within 24 hours but still it pending.
