    Made the payment for the router and the act lightning plan on june 27th, 2019 but the installation process still hasn't been completed. I have been calling up customer care repeatedly but they haven't been of much help either. Their lines are always busy and you have to stay on hold for at least 30 minutes to actually get in touch with them. One customer care representative actually disconnected the call while i was expressing my concerns.

    I'm repeatedly being told the same thing for more than 9 days. They say they will resolve the issue as soon possible and that the technical team will contact me at the earliest but that never happens. Before making the payment i was told that the installation process would take a maximum of 7 days. Really needed this connection on an urgent basis. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

    Also, there is absolutely no coordination among the different departments. They all say different things and no one really seems to be aware of what the others have said previously. Calling up customer care has become a part of my daily routine. I don't know how much longer it's going to take for the installation to begin. Did not anticipate that the quality of service could be this bad. Who am i supposed to hold accountable for this and what else do i need to do to get a proper response?

      I have raised ticket number SR[protected] for no internet connectivity, Nobody has contacted me or resolved the issue but the ticket has been closed twice. Multiple attempts to reach the customer care executive have failed, as nobody seems to be available or on the line.
      I doubt if customer support even exists for ACT.
      Does ACT have any sense of responsibility towards its customers?

        I have applied for a new internet connection and paid 6 months instant payment on 21st june, he has promised to get the connection within a week max.
        Till now i haven't received any connection.
        I have been calling the specific person (Srikant) who took the payment but he says he is out of station and forwarded me his manager (Irfan) number.
        Every day i have been calling him and most of the time he doesnt lift and when he does he say he will call me back in 10min and doesnt call me back.
        Everytime the manager say he need 2 days time and i have waited also for it or he says he will call me back. But no one does
        Its very irritating for me. I have made a complaint on the custumer care number also but no one calls me back
        Its been 16 days since i have paid for the 6 months package.
        Its a shame for act fibernet for such a irresponsible and careless staff they have.

        Its been a Month (30days) and i didn't get the connection yet...please refund me back my 6 months plan amount which i paid. I will never recommend ACT FIBER at all. Airtel is far better than you guys

          I have taken a new connection in act fibernet on june 23rd and i have paid a sum of Rs.3541 and the dealer said that the connection process will be completed within 10days but till now there's no response from them and i have opted for a full amount refund but they are postponing the date of activation since 27th of june and they are keeping my call on hold if i am making a call to them.so, please take an action regarding this issue inorder to process my refund as early as possible.

            This is hanimi reddy, i have taken act fiber net new connection on 30th june 2019. I have done payment for 6 month at once and installation suppose to be done within 24 hours. But, no one came for installation for past one week. I raised tickets in act customer care team many times but always they are saying with in 24 hours you can receive call from concern person. Again i made a call to customer care team many times, every time they are saying same story. But, no one is responding for installation.

            Please take action against act fiberner team agiaint installation not done ever after one week of receiving payment

                Hi,

                I have requested act team relocation request on 14-may with a ticket no sr[protected], and the representative will address the ticket raised within four working days and never came back, adding to the dismay i have approached the support team and the nodal officer via email and in response the team promised to wait for 15 days to resolve the issue and after the wait for 20 days i have mailed the same to the support team and now they are sorry to say that they cant provide services in the area, such a pity that company claiming so big cannot resolve a relocation request.

                I request the concerned team to disconnect the services as i no longer would like to avail the pathetic services, and refund the amount of the time period of non usage of services.
                I recommend a strict policy to be implemented by dot/trai to make it a mandate to a separate cell/team to address issues like such for such irresponsible isp providers.

                  They are not giving connection from 4days after taking money of 6months plan worth rs.2900. The customer support team is not responding properly and always saying with in 24 hours of time it will be fixed but no action is happens from last 4days. For new connection and for money they visits location with in 1hour but after that no response from them.
                  I'm an existing customer of ACT fibernet, Urapakkam, Chennai and paid my rental 6 months in advance during May19.
                  I wanted to shift the ACT connection to B'lore due to relocation. When contacted I was told to opt for existing connection and take a new connection @ B'lore. And I followed their instructions.
                  I disconnected my Chennai connection on Monday (1st July) and applied for new connection in B'lore. Also paid 6 months advance rent of Rs. 8206 yesterday (5th July 2019) to ACT field agent Shankar ([protected]) during Morning.
                  By evening a technical support guy named Ravi ([protected]) came to visit and informed us right now connection is not possible and he will check the technical feasibility after checking with their FIBER team by today morning 10 am.
                  I updated to Shankar and asked him that why Im getting a feedback from Ravi, inspite of his assurance that we will get connection in a week's time and shared Ravi's number to discuss and sort out. He promised to check and get back to us in 30 mins but didn't.
                  Morning I called Ravi and asked about the feasibility. He replied now it is with Fiber team and he will get back in the evening.
                  Also spoke to Shankar in the morning to update the status. He he'll go to office and update by 12 pm. Since then I'm following up this person but no response.
                  Now Im worried will I get the connection in 1 week as promised by Shankar ?
                  Is this the way you ACT will treat the customers ?
                  Dont their employees have responsibility to respond also inspite of their promises?
                  Just collection of money is sufficient with fake promises and put the customer in dark ?
                  Even the customer care does not connect to any executive, just transfer the line and doesn't connect to anyone. How many ever times I try the response is same. I think the entire office has gone to watch cricket.
                  Expecting the same response what I got when I applied for new connection at Urapakkam, Chennai, I applied here too ( Wilson Garden, Bangalore). But the response is pathetic.
                  If the Chennai team can coordinate and respond promptly even for an outskirt location in Chennai cant the B'lore team work for a main place like Wilson Garden. Guys you've to learn teamwork.

                    I moved from one city to another.in my old city i paid for 6 months for my plan where i got complimentary firestick and router. They asked me to close my account in one city and open a new account in another city. The credits that were pending close to 4500 was never refunded back to my account nor my new act account. Rather they are saying that this would be charged for the firestick and router. When i argued with the nodal officer, they are not ready to refund at all even to my act account. Customer care call never lands to an agent, those idiotic customer care people doesnt even read emails. I never got any email response after 30-40 mins. This is not the best network at all.

                      Sir/madam,

                      I have opted for a prepaid internet broadband connection with act internet but since june 16th, 2019 i don't have connectivity and its been already 20 days i am struggling without any service.

                      The customer service is poor where the customer care number is always busy and need to wait for 30 mins to speak to the so-called officer, who just says "sorry for the inconvenience caused ans we will fix it before eod", on flastraction even i requested them to disconnected the service refunding the money for the day it went down. But they are not supporting me in any way.

                      This also become a major irritation and stress to me where i have to spend 1 to 2 hours a day to call and follow up them also my official works are interrupted due to there irresponsible service.

                        Its been almost 3 weeks since i asked ACT team to cancel my subscription and refund the amount my registered mobile is [protected]
                        everytime i call customer care they give me information like ticket is raised and u will get refund but nothing has happened so far
                        to get the connection they took the payment in one day without properly notifying me about difficulties of installation in my area canara bank colony, nagharabhavi, bangalore 560072
                        and when ask them about that they keep on giving me stories
                        i mean what is this

                            Since june 8th, i have been trying to contact act via email, customer care helpline ([protected], [protected], [protected]), chat, app, etc.
                            There had been no response for over 20 days. Their chat doesn't work. Their app does not address the issue. Trying the helpline number and it is always busy and does not connect or puts me on hold for 20 + mins before any one answers.
                            I initially asked for details about how to use the netflix service that they billed me for. To which there was no information given by call or email. After roughly 20 days (In which there were three days of no internet and no explanation), i got someone on the phone after having tried getting through to an executive and staying on hold for 20 plus minutes. At that point i wanted both my connections cancelled. I have since been getting calls about customer care feedback but no resolution to the actual cancellation issue. I was told by the nodal office that i will receive a call about the refund details (Since i had paid in june for 6 months of service) after the 30th, as it is the date for deactivation. I have still not received an sms, email or any kind of confirmation about the amount or processing of refund. I tried calling the helpline today as well. I was put on hold again in excess of 15 minutes before i got to talk to someone. I was told that only one account has been deactivated and was then about to be transferred to the cancellation department, when the phone was cut. After a cut call, an sms was sent to my registered number asking me to download the app to register a complaint. Once again, the app is useless unless you are checking usage or registering a connectivity complaint. There was no call back even though they had my number to check the status of the connections registered to it. I called back again and same drill all over. Put on hold for 20 mins... Someone answers... Transfers call to the cancellation department... Phone gets cut... Sms to dowload app... No call back. I have had multiple calls from their nodal offices and have had to explain the situation and reasons for cancellations over 6-7 times in detail to 6-7 different people over the last couple of weeks. The amount for both connections put together plus the netflix usage they charged me for without giving any further details is around 14k. Atleast 10-12 "tickets" have been registered and closed over the last 15 days without any kind of information or call back. My account numbers are[protected],[protected]

                            It has been 10 days since both the accounts were supposed to be disconnected. Still no call/sms/email about the status and amount of refund.
                            My parents moved from there current home.. we are trying to disconenct ACT as they are not going to stay there . They have moved with us .. we are still not able to disconnect the ACT

                              I am a loyal customer of act since 4 years and i have been facing the connectivity issues since 6 months very frequently like 5 cases in a month and it requires 2 days to get resolved.
                              Over and above that they have a very worst customer service department they don’t respond properly and if you try calling nodal officer you should spend a time of 1 hour to reach them and suddenly calls get disconnected. They give false promises to the customers this is one of the worst services i have ever seen.
                              They take hell lot of money saying that they provide good service and they don’t provide good service you pay for 30 days and get service for only 20 days it’s a utter loss for customers.
                              Please take proper action against this.

                                I contacted the act fiber customer care for connection shift from moosapet to kukatpally on[protected], till date there is no response from the act, so i went to act office at kphb road no 1 and raise a compliant and they have given me the team leader number and i spoke with him he promised me that today evening i will send the executive, but none of them came and i have been trying to contact the team leader for kukatpally since morning he is not picking my call.

                                I have recently relocated .they have installed wire but not allocating service man .even I tried escalating to nodal officer but I was not able to connect to there number because it is very busy

                                  I have applied for act internet connection at cv raman nagar bangalore and paid installation fee and 1 month broad band charge on 3rd june 2019. Installation team visited the place after one week and told me junction box is not there and they went back. Another team came after a week again and asked me whether they can take power from my socket to power their junction box. I told owner won't allow that and find some other way or let me know if it can't be done. Afrer that there was no communication from act even after repeated emails to customer care.
                                  Worst customer care service.

                                  As of now no broadband connection,
                                  No communication at all,
                                  And no refund.

                                  I have the same issue. They took payment of Rs. 3481 on Jun 14th. They failed to provide the connection after repeated false promises. Now their automated and cut-and-paste email keeps saying 15 days to resolve the issue.

                                    disconnection of my act broadband

                                    I raised ticket for relocation, but there is no service for new connection act team raised new ticket for disconnection, but it's been almost 10 days nobody has tried to reach me for disconnection. Now i vacated my old home. So further i won't pay any bills. For more details please check below ticket details.

                                    I had recharged almost 6.5k for 6mths with 1 month free usage. The internet was most often not working and i had raised ticket more than 6-7 times. I emailed to their helpdesk and have been following up with them since 1 month and i haven't received any update on the refund. I called up to customer service, they asked me to drop an email to their refund team, but vain. I am not sure on the amount that will be refunded to me. I have not received any confirmation from the team.

                                    Waste of my money and time. No timely response to customer and the internet speed is low in my location.

                                    Hoping to receive refund soon.

                                      Hi,
                                      I raised request for shifting broadband connection on 5th may 2019, but it is not finished after daily follow up. I raised request for disconnection on 18th may, they said our finance guy will call you for full and final settlement. It 1st july still i haven't receive any response from this guy.

                                      As I have already paid for monthly bill but you people are contacting me to pay bill for the other 12 days which I don’t need. So it is your responsibility to disconnect the connection after the 1st . Instead of doing that you started asking to pay the bill for 12 days and it is not correct.
