Hi team,

ACT broadband my complaint no is #SR[protected] registered under the name Vineeta Tekwani it’s been since May 30th there is no connectivity and customer support is useless and un profession to get this resolved, Now the only option left is to file to consumers court regarding this matter if not resolved at the earliest as my work depends on the connection.

Please this gets resolved as soon as possible...

act internet not working for 4 days

We are not having internet for last 4 days, not able to connect customer care number for existing customer, however raised complaint through app, sms but till now no resolution.

whats surprising is customer care for new connections gets connected easily but for existing customer its going for infinite waiting loop. pretty annoying service.

we will wait for resolution today,...

I have been calling, sending emails and raising tickets to disconnect my ACT connection. It's been 10 days now and I have got no response till now. I talked to a customer care executive and he said he'd get back to me but he didn't. You have your customer care numbers and emails for namesake only. No one responds ever. We're fed up of ACT now. regarding terrible customer service

We installed act fibernet 6 days ago and ever since the payment was done none of the service executives who contacted us regarding the connection responded to our calls. One of them lifted the call and placed the phone aside while we were still speaking. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They called us 5-6 times before the payment...

internet not working from 7 days

Internet not working from 7 days and everyday i call helpdesk they say within 24 hours they will resolve the issue but they have not resolved or nor provided any update.
Helpdesk say they escalated and i am not sure whom they escalated it has been really hard to rely on mobile data for 7 days being a IT proffesional.
None of helpdesk representatives giving proper update. Being a customer we can only cooperate if we are given...

disconnect service

I have raised a request to relocate my connection since 20 days. Absolutely no response from ACT team. The customer care number is never reachable. The local ACT authorities are absolutely not useful. They disconnect calls when tried to follow up. Totally fed up of ACT services.

Please disconnect my connection and refund my amount paid for June 1, 2019 to June 15, 2091. I don't want to spend my hard earned money on such pathetic...

INTERNET NOT WORKING

I have put a complaint 3 days back nobody from ACT has bothered to call or have it rectified. ACT connection has been failing often but this is terrible service.
their customer care number take 15 minutes to connect ( if you are lucky ) else they just disconnect the call. Service is pathetic . The worst if I may...

In the month of May, i had 200GB in my account, i hardly use more than 75 GB but then by the end of may the data was not available in my account, when called they said that it has been completely used, no one other than me uses the WiFi at home...It was hardly a matter of 5 days for the FUP to be reset, and was waiting...in June I have only 100GB and now I see that it says only 52GB is remaining...This is totally not fair and i feel that...

new connection delayed for 12 days and counting

On 27th of May, I applied for new connection and completed the registration process. I was promised a connection within 48hrs but today is 7th of June and I still don't have the connection. Within the span of 12 days, I have called the customer support numerous times but what I got was fake promises. Im really sad and angry about this whole mess. Idk what is taking so much time. I wouldn't suggest ACT Broadband to anyone if they have to suffer...

We raised a request on 30th May 2019 to shift our act fibernet to new location and such a pathetic service we have to call them everyday to check what happened and no one bothers to sort the issue but only false promises someone will come in 1 he 2 hrs they will call they will sort and nothing till today! Such an horrible customer service! Who ever is heading act fibernet for sure is not qualified enough to tc of customer issues! Shame on...

absolutely no response from act fibernet for my grievance

The services of ACT Fibernet had been good until 2018. In 2019 perhaps committed staff have left the organisation, the service level has dropped down to an unbelievable extent. I lodged a complaint for restoration of of internet service in the third week of May 2019. It took one week for them to restore the line. Within two days, again there was a break down and no internet service was available. I lodged a complaint in their so called App....

I want to disconnect the act fibre

Internet is not working from more than 15 days i'm trying to reach customer care # is always busy and also as we are shifting I want to disconnect my act act internet connection, but i couldn't reach any of the customer services since lines always seems to be busy or out of reach.
Please disconnect my act net connection and do not renew and packs without my concern....

internet not coming for last 6 days

ACT is one of the worst internet provider. i am not receiving internet for last 6 days.
a complaint was raised "#SR[protected]" and the expected resolution time was 4 June, 2019 but to no surprise the complaint is still open and nobody has contacted to give an update or to collect information about the issue raised.

When contacting the sales team who sold the network, says that he issue can be raised only on the ACT...

no connection

I have had my connection stop working since 2nd of June, I had lodged a complaint on the App and it said it would be fixed by 3rd. Today is end of 6th and its still not fixed, I called customer case multiple times every time they say "tomorrow" or they just don't pick it up. I have even emailed the Nodal officer 2days to no avail, the escalation email doesn't work either. At this point, I think my only option is to settle this in consumer...

regarding back-up battery in power box of ACT in my home.

I permitted ACT people to keep their power box in my home. the power box contains a back-up batter at least for 1 to 2 hours.
from february-2019 onwards that battery was not working properly. and now it stopped working.

disconnection of act fibernet connection

CT has one of the worst customer care/services. I have requested for the disconnection of my line with ACT on the 29th of May 2019. They called me up and closed the ticket on that day saying the internet connection will get disconnected by 1st of June.
On 3rd June I made a follow up call asking them for the status and after a wait of 30 minutes (i dont know what they are busy with as they are definitely not helping the customers)...

no internet frequent issues in connection

I have taken connection from act and it has been 2 months, every saturday morning the connection goes off and they say it will be resolved in 48 hours. It actually comes back on monday.
