For new internet connection, I have paid the amount 3550 for 6 months package to ACT Fibernet sales executive.
Installation has not been done after 15 days of the payment.
The sales executive is not picking the call and no response after the payment.
Customer care, Nodal Executive or any other person is available on the contact numbers they specified on the website.

I am really frustrated with Act-Fibernet policy that "first payment then only the connection", its really a horrible and disgusting policy.

The Act Fibernet should be taken or payment should be done only when the connection has established successfully.

    Hello ACT

    It has been a troublesome journey with ACT in the past few months now. I had raised multiple tickets in the last 2-3 months and yet the issue still persists. Everytime I call the customer services to discuss about this, they simply state that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. I call your CS department only after the ETA that is mentioned in the notification I receive post raising a ticket.

    Very recently I had called and I wanted to cancel the connection as I had faced the same issue again. The only response that I got from your CS department was that they would ensure that this issue would not occur again and if it does, they will cancel the connection.

    On June 11 late night I had raised a ticket and I got a message stating that the issue would be resolved by June 12 9pm. I got a call yesterday (morning) i.e. June 12th from your technical team housed in Banjara Hills. The person who called me told that a technician would come to my house by 5:30pm and resolve the issue. I waited patiently but in vain.

    I posted a message on FB too on your page (ACT Fibernet) and no one bothered to respond there either.
    Today morning one technician had arrived and checked everything possible but could not find the root cause. He asked for a laptop which I didn't have unfortunately. However, as a technician, it is expected that he carries a laptop of his own too. Coming the issue, he mentioned that the box is fine and he suspected that there could be an issue with the router. My question to him was, if that was the case, then why are the people in the same apartment not able to access internet? He didn't have an answer to that.

    Your team was known for providing world class experience to their customers but now you seem to be more like a sinking ship. Wake up before you disappear as there are many competitors in the market. Hello...

    BTW, the phone numbers mentioned in the message I received from your technical team does not work either. Now you can imagine to what levels your company has gone down to.

      I called customer care but they are not responding. Every time i call the call is not being connected to any executive. I have already through act mobile aap for disconnection as I am shifting to kolkata on 15.06.2019. The request no. Is SR[protected].
      Further I have already surrendered the registered mobile number. please act terminate my account.

        I have been requesting ACT to remove the junction box from my house. Also as of this month, I have also decided to terminate my ACT connection. I have raised 3 cases (earliest being on Oct 2018), and made more than 30 calls with no response whatsoever. I have also mailed every contact mentioned in their FAQ -
        nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in,
        helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in and
        appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in and no action has been taken. 8 months of delay in servicing a request is unacceptable and also not responding to calls/mails is worst consumer service. Please help in resolving this issue.

        I would like to terminate my ACT connection and also have the junction box removed.

          I would like to disconnect internet services with immediate effect. Not getting any response from support team on this.

          There is no option in the App to request for disconnection/nor response from customer support team.

          Will not pay any late fees for lack of response from ACT support team

And I was told I will get a connection the next day, till today nobody has called or visited the residence for connection, I am in urgent need of the connection, and I was given wrong information that I will get the connection the very next day... If this is the case, kindly give me a compensation and return back my money. person Venkat subbiah([protected]) has taken the payment.Please react to this message on urgent basis as I will atleast get a connection from other broadbands.

                I raised a request to downgrade my plan, it is 1 month and they have forced me to pay the same ampunt this month. Unable to connect with Customer care services. Bad service.!!. They have closed the request even without resolving it. There are 2 numbers for customer service and I have not been Able to reach them for last 2 days.
                I hv paid for new connection on 28.5.2019 and they assured that connection will be given in 3 days. Although 10 days over they have not installed the connection. There was no response from the to our numerous calls we are not interested in their service. I request you to help us get our money refund.

                  We had a terrible experience when we shifted to a new location. It has been 10 days we are chasing the team for updates. ACT has a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals who are not even curteous towards customers. Executives dont pick up the calls and never respond to messages, even the nodal officer is a mere puppet.                     My name is Rajesh Kumar and I stay in Hyderabad. I raised a complaint on "internet not working" with ACT Fibernet on 9th June vide request number SR[protected]. It has been now 4 days since that request was raised and it is very disappointing that even after 4 days I have had no resolution to the problem. The worst part is that there has been no update from ACT on the request on when will the issue get resolved. Moreover when I try to call up their customer care number at: [protected], [protected], [protected] the first number is always coming busy and the last two numbers are non -existing. My question to ACT team is with such callous attitude how can they portray themselves as BEING PROFESSIONAL. I consider this to be every unprofessional and keeping the customer at ransom, since the customer is at your mercy by not being able to connect with anyone nor anyone from the company bothering to call up the customer to let the customer what the issue is and how much more time will it take since I live in a housing society where there are other people also using ACT services and there services are working fine. Just because a customer is an individual does not mean that ACT team can take issue / complaint raised so casually. I would appreciate if the ACT team behaves more professionally and get my issue resolved else I will certainly be forced to move to another service provider.

                      Hi,

                      Please refer to ticket #SR[protected] where we have stated that our internet is not working.

                      We had given a request on 4th of June and the request mentioned that the service would resume by 5th June in the morning before 10 am. To solve this request 3 days were taken but since then we have had to reopen the ticket more than 3 times due to frequent disconnection of service.

                      More importantly, no person has called to verify if the service is working and we just get messages that the ticket has been closed.

                      On asking for refund, we have received multiple messages that Rs. 0 has been credited into our account due to the company's issue whereas the customer care clearly told me that refund will be given on pro-rate basis.

At the time of taking connection he told by next day end of the day it will be done. But still no resolution, I called to customers care but no use, I just told them to update one thing in form but it's been 2 days but no update, even customer care doesn't have proper information.

                            I paid Rs 7500 (reference number: 2382577) on 19/05/19 for new connection. Team told me that it is not feasible so l will get the refund and i received a mail for the same. Till now i have not received my money back. customer service and Nodal officer are not replying me on my mails. I am tired of waiting. Whenever I call customer service or Nodal officer their number is busy. It been a month and I don't see my money coming back.I don't even know what to do apart from going to consumer court for all the trouble that I went through because of these people. Their sales guy who false promises me about the new connection even though it was not feasible is not even attending my calls. His name is Nutan([protected]).

                              Respected Sir, ISP provider ACT Fibernet has conducted fraudulent business with me. I paid the firm around Rs. 9000 upfront for connection and broadband charges for 6 months. Post taking the money, the company and its sales executives have refused to provide an update on the installation status even though their guarantee is 2 business days. I have tried contacting the below officers from ACT Fibernet 1. NODAL AUTHORITY 2. APPELLATE AUTHORITY 3. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER All of them are ignoring my calls/mails. The company has now gone ahead and blocked my registered number from their helpline so none of my calls are getting routed to the customer care. I cant reach out to them to even get an update on the situation. Ive tried all forums like Twitter and Facebook - they are ignoring me and my request for refunds. At this point Im being subjected to great mental harassment as the firm has technically taken my money and refuses to give it back or provide their service in a timely manner. I have registered multiple complaints but they are not responding to me. Im afraid my hard earned money is lost in this scam.

                                  I have been constantly following up customer care and there is no response. I have asked them to change the plan to 425 and they did not. For upgrading the plan there is an option but there is no option to downgrade the plan. Please do it immediately. I did not find any difference in speed after i upgraded my plan.

This is the message I am getting when trying to login to my ACT account and I couldn’t work today because of this issue… My Username is :[protected]. Kindly solve it asap or I would be forced to resign next month since I am having network issue on a daily basis in addition to that!

                                      ACT marketing person promised the internet broadband connection would be setup in 24-48 hours and this was the sole reason I paid the complete Amount(Rs 3750/-) of 3 months on 1st June 2019, I tried to reach out to them plenty of times in last 10 days but could not reach to their customer care as its always busy .

                                      Only today I got the call from staff after escalation but nothing happened as staff did not have any clue on the junction box.
                                      request to setup the connection immediately or refund me soon so that I can try other available options

                                        It’s been a week since a ticket was raised for no internet connectivity (Region -Srinagar, Bangalore South; Ticket ref - SR[protected]. There is no proper response on when it will be resolved. The customer care is never reachable and always busy!

                                        I have suffered in my work life due to this. There was an emergency and I had to do a work from home for a week as I was advised not to travel. This issue has resulted in me not fulfilling my work responsibilities leading to productivity loss.

                                        I wish to take a legal procedure against the company.
