From last 10 days i am facing issue by using internet connection
I have raised a complaint at 9th of this month problem solved & after 2 days same problem raised
Again i had raised a complaint at same problem to customer team on online booking also they told it will be solved with in 24 hours but no body resolved
& Telling same process of 24hrs time
At last i asked how many days & times ur telling 24hrs they told ur act fiber cable connection is problem so it is taking time
By local act teem for telling correct information on complaint they r taking nearly 10 days
What sir what a good support act team
At last 6 months before also same problem we faced of my act internet

After raised complaint s to act after 15 days they told ur router input pin is complaint so change ur router to new piece i asked why it is not working
The local ACT TEEM TOLD A GOOD CINEMA STORY they told it was damaged
For STORM DISTURBANCE IN SKY SO IT WAS DAMAGED & LAST THEY TAKE AMOUNT & CHANANGE A NEW ROUTER
NOW ALSO TAKING LONG TIME
TODAY WE RECEIVED A SMS OF MY COMPLAINT UR COMPLAINT TICKET IS CLOSED
BY NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM HOW IT WAS CLOSED
WHO TOLD TO CLOSED MY COMPLAINT NO BODY ASKED ME UR COMPLAINT IS SOLVED OR NOT

We received a sms ur complaint is resolved
But ACT internet access is not opening / Browsing
But our complaint is closed

    I have applied for Act connection in May.Although i have paid installation fees and money for my connection, The connection is still not available in my area is what the team informs me and then they advise as to some sales Team will contact. It's been 2 month now and 22 Mail chain with ACT helpdesk and Nodal officer. They just reply team is looking into it and nothing happens. This is same thing happening again and again and ACT is not refunding money

      I had requested for the disconnection of the act service that i had registered a/c[protected] but still they didn’t took any actions on it and they are sending the monthly bills to me till now and bombading with a lot of messages regarding the same. I had paid the bill last month too without availing any service and they are expecting the same from me for every month

        I took act fibernet connection (6 months plan) out of which the connection has not worked for alomost a month. It's been 5 months that we have face very slow internet, but now it has almost stopped working completely and the customer care service is the worst that i have seen in my life. They don't even come on call let alone resolution. But, when you call the sales support they will immediately take the call and fool you into taking the connection, they only have packeges of months because they know very well that nobody is going to opt for it again after the pathetic service they provide. They fool you into taking the connection and run away with your money. It's a very very dishonest and treacherous company. With the worst service i have ever come across. Please beware.

          We have the act junction box installed in our apartment and electricity charges for the same have not been paid or settled since 18 months. Upon repeated calls and complaints, there is no proper response or action taken. Kindly assist possible. There is no proper bill generated since first installation as they very well know the locations where the junction box is installed.

            I took Act fiber net connection in the month of August 2017 and used it for 2 years. And my account id:[protected].

            Now I shifted to my new house on 1st July 2019.

            Before shifting, on 30th June 2019 I raised a request for relocation and they confirmed the feasibility on the same day. But till now (12th July 2019 5:47 pm) they didn't respond and resolved my issue.

            From 30th June, daily I am calling to customer care number ([protected]) to follow up on this but nothing progressed.

            Now instead of responding to relocation request, they suspended my account for not paying the bill for the month of July. Because of suspension now I can't track my customer care tickets.

            I am very much dependent on the internet to do my day job and I explained the same thing to the customer care representative every time when I called them. I lost some of my freelance jobs for not responding on time.

            I have done everything to reach act team and to solve my issue. Nothing helped me and now I am raising a complaint against this.

            I am trying to downgrade my plan and know about some very weird and stupid bibllings but never able to reach them.

            Last month told them to discontinue until we are back from vacation, they said "okay" but never deactivated.

            I want them to resolve my case asap.
            I live in Bachupally, Hyderabad. I am using the ACT fibernet connection and the
            internet outage from 5 days, raised the ticket on the same day. Till now no resolution on the issue. Every day calling to customer care, getting the same answer that to day it will be completed and no other action from ACT.

              I am utterly disappointed with the way act is handling the disconnection process.
              First of all, without my consent, my plan was continued beyond expiration date of the previous plan and now forcing me to pay the bill. While i still finally agreed to pay, they are not ready to show me the usage statistics and randomly saying i have used 60gb which is not possible.
              They are billing me for something i did not ask for and did not use. The customer care keeps calling and harassing about bill payment. Everytime a new person calls and i have to repeat the same thing again.

              My plan ended on may31st, 2019. But i was unaware of the date as it was a 6months plan, i thought once the plan is done, they will disconnect if i don't renew, so nowhere i mentioned to them that i wanted to continue their connection. On june 6th, 2019 i realized that the plan had expired and on the same day sent them an email for disconnection. On june7th, 2019, i switched to a different provider and physically disconnected act's modem. I got a reply to my email on june11th, and now they are charging me for that.
              It is not my problem that the customer care is so slow in responding to emails. And moreover there cannot be usage beyond 7th june, as i have physically disconnected the modem.

              When i try to explain this to the billing department, they are very rude and keep calling and disturbing all day.

                Firstly, it takes an average 20 mins of wait time to speak to a customer service personnel at any time of day. If you try to channel to raise a complaint, there are only two categories of complaints possible - Internet not working and Router config. So any other issue or additional info has to go call centre only. Even at the call centre, one these two issues can be logged externally. All the times I had waited and called issues were logged incorrectly. I know because the next I call, the person has no clue what the current issue is.
                Coming to the actual issue, I had switched to a plan with a free router and I was told that the was placed on priority and would reach me in 4 days. i called back on the fifth day, the response was that there was no commitment given to deliver it in 4 days and they would only try. Then I asked for a date for which they can give a 'commitment'. I was given the next day as the deadline post which it will get escalated. As I started to expect from ACT, the commitment was not met and so I raised a router issue on the app. I got a callback a day later and after I explained the full story, I was told that the issue will be resolved in 4 hrs. 3 days later, I receive a call from the technician if I am still facing Internet problems and that my complaint was assigned as 'Internet not working'. I persisted and gave one last try after 4 days and once again was given a commitment of 4 hrs resolution. The supervisor was also not ready to take my call. You guessed it right - I am writing this on the 7th day of that complaint and it is still open.

                    Whenever i raise an internet connectivity related complaints, i get a message/mail saying that it will be resolved in 24 hrs. But, it never happened. They always take more than 2-3 days to resolve the issue. And the frequency of the network disconnected issue is very often and they seem not to be care about it. It effects my work from home plans.
                    I hope they change behavior and be more responsible.

                      I have requested for new connection on may-16th and i have paid for 1 month subscription cost around 700 (Sales man asked me to pay and take connection for 1 year) and the sales man said like will fix the connection in 3 days. Later i started calling them everyday for 2 to 3 times and they reply me every time like they will arrange technician or executive for connection fitting, but they did not. The same thing happening from the day 1 to till date, still no response from the team. Worst thing is, sales man is also not responding the calls. Even i have visited act office in kukatpally on 24th afternoon, i met one team lead, he said like he will take this case and fix the connection in 1 day and it's now 3 days. No response from team lead also. I have asked for refund my money they said for refund it will take 15 days. For fixing they said 3 days and for refund they are taking 15days. As i have waited for 12 days and how can i wait for my refund for 15 days again. For giving new connection they are taking 12+ days time, how act is no 1 internet service provide in the city.. Which is not at all good

                      Finally, i have asked for refund on may-23rd (Approximately) and contacted to airtel for new connections and they did in 3hrs and till now there is no issue with them.

                      The refund request was taken on may 23rd and they said it will be processed in 15 days. It's been close to 2 moths and no action from them. And in this period iam calling them for status, they say like will check with billing team and ask me to hold the call for some time, and i will be on hold for more then 10 min the the call will disconnect automatically. Like this i am almost facing mental tension to talk to the customer care people for my refund. So, even today i called them for 2 times and of no use.

                      I request you to please take an action on this act fibernet, hyderabad. And please do needful and punish them on late processing for new connections and as well as refund request also.

                        I straight away bring to your the management notice that one of the customer service executive women don't know how to speak with the customer and meanwhile putting my call on hold and asking same details again and again .if she is not in a position to handle customer's call and directing me to complaint to anyone in your office.

                        My question is straight forward to all the ACT leadership, if you people doesn't know how to handle customers call and provide necessary resolution. Why customer service number provided to complaint.

                        I am using this ACT connection from 2010, never experienced the call which handled by one of your customer service executive women. I request you to refund my money back asap.

                          After facing a horryfying experience in service delivery for the entire month of june 2019, i had requested to disconnect my connection to your team which they so promptly obliged to.
                          I was assured that the refunds team will be calling me back within 24 hrs of the disconnection request.
                          Considering that this is already 10 days now and i still havent recieved any communication from act, i am agains raising this issue with you.

                          I had renewd my connection for 6 months in the month of may 2019 and act failed to deliver service nearly entire month of june. This has lead to multiple interruptions andd issues of delivery of my work. Also, i had to bear the financial burden of getting another connection.

                          At this juncture i only ask to be redunded the money for the remaining months, since you are not providing any service and the terminiation of the service clearly was a result of a sub optimal service delivery and customer service.

                            Kashish chopra having registered mobile no.98*1234 want to discontinue your services and want you to refund my connection fee of ₹5303 for 100 mbps plan for 7 months. As per you sales executive mr. Raju and from customer care i was promised that if a customer is not satisfied with the services they can file refund within 1 month and 100% money will be refunded. My connection was started at 26th june 2019 and since then i have raised more than 7-8 complaints and none of them were entertained properly by you team my internet was down for almost 3 days from 26 june 2019 till 10th july 2019 and all the complaints are resolved as per you customer care agents convenience. And then i filled the disconnection request with ticket number sr[protected] on 3rd july 2019 and it is already 10th july 2019 and i have not recieved any response from your so i again called to raise my complaint for the connection disconnection and my refund on 10th of july 2019 and they provided me with the same ticket no sr[protected] and i have not yet recieved and response till now. Kindly look into the matter and disconnect my connection and refund my money at the soonest and do not force me to take this matter to consumers court as that will not add to the goodwill of your company.

                              I paid rs. 4378 on june 3rd 2019. At the time of paying the amount, the sales person said, connection would be provided in 48 hours. But till now i did not receive connection from act people. Meanwhile i raised a refund request and its been 20 days over, still i did not receive my amount and no one called me for account details. No progress or calls are being done. I need the refund to be processed asap.

                                I have paid 6985 rs for new internet connection on may 2019. But they were unable to give new connection at my location and they said they will give refund.

                                I am waiting for my refund amount. Called so many times to customer care and they says you will get refund in 24hs. But i am not getting refund from last 2 months.

                                After raising the ticket, i have not got any call. It had been two months now, no progress or calls are being done. I need the refund to be processed asap.

                                  I am an act customer for 5 years. I have recently placed a request area relocation and took a six month plan and paid an advance payment of rs 8205/-.
                                  When last time on the call with customer executive, she told me "pay the amount 8205/- now and i am immediately raising a request for new router and connection relocation". And after that i just received the sr closer email. Meanwhile i have already paid the amount.

                                  Post that i have been following up with act customer care since then. There is no response from you even after repeated emails.

                                  I have still not yet received any call from act.
                                  From my side i am unable to reach customer care with helpdesk phone numbers from last 3 days. Call is automatically disconnecting after being on waiting for 15 mins. Tried multiple times.

                                  Please let us know what is the problem with act customer service, why i am not receiving any call from your side though i have made the payment on 4th of july.

                                    I have told them that i want to disconnect their service last month by clearing all their bills its been 11 days i have got no response in fact a person called me saying that do i have speed issues i told him the complaint is regarding disconnection he said okay and hung up the call later i tried numerous times to call up the customer care they made me wait till 10 to 13 minutes always and disconnected my call automatically and i get messages to upgrade my plan and my bill for the current month is generated they have their server box also connected in my house when told them to shift that since i will not be using their service they told that it will be taken care but they had no proceeding since then both my complaints were given on the same day previous month.

                                      I had raised act broadband connection request with act on the 26th june and the payment was made through lazypay. After once day act called me to mention it was not feasible to get a connection and on the same day the refund request was initiated. Initiated emails and included their nodal officer in the email trail to refund the amount to the original mode of payment. I was told it will be processed in a day or two, but no measure has been taken and i am repeatedly getting reminders from lazy pay to clear the dues and threatening me this will impact my credit score. I have made several calls to act and their customer service is worst than third grade service. None of the agents including supervisors were not able to provide the solution till date.

                                        I'm supposed to get free router and one month free rental for paying six months plan. Act customer service informed me that i will get router within 5 days, it's been 14 days and yet to get it.
