Okay, the thing is i'am running out of fup from past 2 months and i've never experienced this before and then i have started observing my data usage in the app which displayed 2.57 gb data left at 28th june 11:30 and immediately went to bed and i'm sure no other device is connected and woke up to see 0 gb left and this happened with my friend as well and i change passwords regularly, and earlier i could see all data usage with minute to minute,...

Internet service got stopped since 24th jun 2019, no update even i spoken to customer care several times.

Customer care is big useless, untrained, brainless people are there. Whatever the issue they just say with in 24hrs it will be resolved but never done.

Fed up with their responses and careless answers. I paid for 1 year subscription in may 2019 and now i would like to take my money back.

It is highly impossible to reach acts customer care and nodal officer number is a big waste. Automated machines give the same answer and customer care show busy for very long time (Out of customer patience limit) calls get auto

Facing connectivity issues ever since i moved to my new house. It is near sarjapur road, central jail road. Every time, they are closing the issue as resolved without actually resolving it. So i got this act fibrenet connection on the eve of 23rd june. The plan is 500 gb data on a 100 mbps speed over a wired connection and up to 50 mbps over wireless on 2.4 ghz freq. So on 23rd from 7 pm to 12 pm they showed that i used almost 33 gb of data which is impossible, it must have been bw 10 to 12 gb i checked data usage on every device. Act fibernet service is worst in the internet, they have taken more than 10days to resolve of internet not working last 20 days back and no one responses properly and resolving issue. I've changed to new apartment within same local area region just 3 km away.
Raised request for shifting connection to new address thru act app. No response from act. I've six months package out of which 1 month completely wasted. Don't know how many more days they will waste.

Am raising the complain again as there is still no response from the act team bangalore.
When there is an issue from the tech side same has to be updated to the customer too.
We do not tell that everthing is perfect every hour or second,
But does it take more than a month to solve a issue?

I have been waiting for my password since 20hours.
The service man told me that you will get password instantly.
It's a bad experience from you guys.

Internet is not working ftom past 7 days. My ticket no. Is sr[protected].

If we try to call to customer care, call gets automatically disconnected. If we raise complaint through app, they will not resolve or even contact customer but simply close the ticket without resolving the issue.

The nodal officer team is also worst. Whenever you try to call, it always shows busy.

I enquired for a broadband connection they said the fesibility avail in my location and promissed to provied connection. They received 6month advance payment rs.7427/-. While on installation they said they dont have an hub in my location. For that i have to provide the space for installing the hub unfortunately we cant able to provide the space because its rental house need to take a permission form the land lord they regret to give the connection....

I have placed a new connection request online to act broadband team. One person came for process and i paid for 06 months offer. He said our team will reach you by tomorrow for connection with cable and router. But there is no response.
