Sir/madam,
I have opted for a prepaid internet broadband connection with act internet but since june 16th, 2019 i don't have connectivity and its been already 20 days i am struggling without any service.
The customer service is poor where the customer care number is always busy and need to wait for 30 mins to speak to the so-called officer, who just says "sorry for the inconvenience caused ans we will fix it before eod", on flastraction even i requested them to disconnected the service refunding the money for the day it went down. But they are not supporting me in any way.
This also become a major irritation and stress to me where i have to spend 1 to 2 hours a day to call and follow up them also my official works are interrupted due to there irresponsible service.
