I ported from BSNL into Airtel on 9 October 2021. The prepaid SIM Airtel provided at the time of porting has still not been activated. I have consequently been without a phone connection for over 40 days. The less said about this derisory state of affairs the better. I am using this forum as a last resort, seeing as Airtel have failed to resolve the matter for a long time, now.

      Company is continuously increasing the price of plan like Rs 49 plan is discontinued now Rs 79 plan is increased to Rs99 but there is still so many issues related to network. I'm very disappointed with all this. These are extremely expensive for many of the middle class persons and as they are limited for 22 or 28 days that means we have to recharge the number for every month and if the talktime is not used then it's wasted. Which makes it more uncomfortable and expensive. So stop increasing price and start increasing validity and quality of the product otherwise I've no choice rather than porting the number or discontinue the use of your network.

        I have recharged twice Airtel number for Rs. 219 on 18th Oct 2021 and received an SMS saying that the transaction was unsuccessful and if amount is deducted, it will be refunded within 7-10 days, and an order ID for future reference. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but the mobile number is not recharged.

        Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

        As per email communication with bank, they require a confirmation from Airtel that they had not received that amount twice on 18th Oct. I have tried reaching out to the Airtel customer care through email and call. But no update.

        Please help me to get my refund.

          Not getting Incoming calls

          Recently I port out my number from Jio to Airtel Kolkata. After activation of my sim and recharge properly, My incoming call service is stopped. When someone trying to call me they are getting network busy all the time, everywhere. They are giving me 10 days resolution while I am already missing official calls. Kindly look into this matter....

          Hi,
          Airtel Broadband is not working since November 11nth, 2021. It has been 12 days since the internet is down. Daily new engineers are coming in, and no proper response or reply after seeing the issue, even the ticket is open. Attached screenshot

          Raised concern with nodal officers, they promised to get back in 48 hours which has not happened yet, attached screenshot

          12 days, my work has been severely affected due to this.

          Trying to reach customer care number and it says, your ticket is already open and will be addressed.

          I am not ready to pay the bill for such a service where I have been affected.

            My airtel DTH I'd [protected] was recharged two times through BHIM upi on 20th Nov 2021 but failed. Amount deducted from my bank a/c but not returned back till now.
            Transaction id[protected] for rs 200 and transaction I'd[protected] for rs 100. Please return back my amount.

                I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of my no., i was using paytm, they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that
                “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”

                  We are applied 5th November for shifting our Airtel PRI connection to our new office building from existing.

                  They register our application and give a reply mail, where they mentioned that they have to done the job within 11th November 2021. and they gave a ref. no for the same which is SR[protected].

                  Today 22nd November, but neither they reply our mail nor finish the job!!

                  And they send full month rental bill against that connection, whereas we couldn't use the service half of month.

                    Hello,
                    My name is Sankalp Srivastava and my airtel number is [protected]. My plan got ended on 19 nov so I wanted to do a recharge. For that I wanted to add money in my airtel wallet and use that to pay for recharge. The problem is that when i added Money for the first time the transaction failed but money was debited from my account. It showed on screen that transaction failed and money will be refunded back in 24 hours . I failed to take the screen shot of that page and i couldn't find it anywhere. Now as i have to make phone calls I made the recharge again to Airtel wallet and used it to recharge my number.
                    So in short I added the money in airtel wallet two times with google pay upi as mode of payment. The first time money was debited from my account but showed failed and didn't add in my wallet. As i needed urgent recharge so i made the payment again to add money to my wallet so again 598₹ was debited.
                    You can see in the mini bank statement provided.
                    The transaction for which my wallet showed money was

                    The transaction that failed and Money was debited by didn't showed in my account is

                    I need refund for the this transaction. As it got failed so it should get back to my account. Please check into it.

                    The money in the wallet was used to do the recharge and I am not talking about it. The one that got failed the first time, i need information on that.

                    If you need any more proof i would love to corporate with bank statement and more.

                    Please help me out here. The amount is not a small that I can leave it.

                          Xstream Fiber

                          My xstream fiber connection is not working for the past 6 days. Ive tried reaching out to Airtel by all possible means ( email, nodal officer, phone, social media ) . Nobody responded and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Everytime i call customer care im told that the issue will be resolved in a day but nothing is done. I keep raising service requests but they are closed without resolution.

                          I've been using my Airtel number for the last two years. I took it personally by visiting an Airtel store in Hyderabad, Telangana circle. I submitted all required documents, id proof with etc. It was taken as a postpaid connection, after two months o[censored]sage I converted it into prepaid at the store itself. It was verified and I could use it.

                          Now after two years, I'm getting message that my documents are invalid and SIM has been blocked or not provisioned.

                          I visited a nearby Airtel store, but they say they are unable to find any details and I need to visit the store from where I first took the SIM. I left Hyderabad 2 years ago and for this I am unable go to Hyderabad. It's very disappointing to have this experience.

                            I have registered a complain with Airtel but the tech (Jagdeesh) assigned to me always makes me do the troubleshooting steps via phone, when I ask him to come down he always gives me his convenient time, and from last 45 days my internet is working absolutely bogus.

                              Hi,

                              I've been using my Airtel number for the last few years in UAE. Mostly I use it for my banking message purposes when I'm here and whenever I visit India, I used to enable it to use it during my trip.

                              The SIM what I own was working fine for incoming messages and calls until the beginning of this year. And, it stopped working and I'm worried as I'd need it to be working on my upcoming India trip for various purposes starting from Airport (e.g. Arogya sethu, taxi booking etc.).

                              Can you please enable it as I have already tested with iPhone and few varieties of Android and no luck so far?

                              Please communicate to my email ID as soon as it's enabled. It's really stressful that we do not have any easily available customer support from UAE and no replies to emails as well. I'll have to change my SIM to another service provider if it continues.

                                  Whenever i try through the airtel app is says there is no issue found but i am unable to use internet .
                                  On 16/11/2021 i raised a complaint with airtel through customer care and they said there is an outrage in my location and will be resolved in 4 hrs on the same day but no use
                                  After regular follow up nothing worked a engineer called from egmore chennai and he said by mistake it was assigned to him and he closed the complaint without my consent. After which i had also mailed to airtel customer care E Mail ids for which they never bother to reply .
                                  Today on 19/11/2021 again i called to customer care they still say there is an outrage in my location and they will assign an engineer .

                                  Very shamed of airtel as for billing related mails they send so much mails and communications but when it comes for service they never bother.
