I dont use this number last 3month because this sim is not working properly. Again and again i complain about this sim but there are no result..     Rs.649.0 online recharge of airtel mobile [protected]; txn id 960297 has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.

    Hello airtel team this transaction i not yet refund 649. Already 15 days ago. But i am not get responose. Pls try to send refund.
    In 12.1.2018 also one failed transaction it's done refund. But this transaction i am not yet money. Pls refund my money to bank. Its said with in 7 working days but 15 days ago. Pls refund my money.

      Team, without my interference my airtel connection seems disconnected and getting "no service" and when i called customer care they asked me to replace sim saying it could have been damaged. So i visited airtel office located in sr nagar on[protected], but they said server was down unable to replace my sim. I left home with no service being provided. Next day on[protected], again i visited airtel office still they are saying some problem with server they can't replace my sim, its been 24hours without having mobile connectivity, who can assist me and compensate for my loss,

          I have deposited rs. 5, 000/- to my airtel payment bank account. Problem is it's showing rs.5000/- balance in my account, and i am not able to use the balance.
          Kyc of the a/c has been completed.
          Whenever i try to transfer or recharge, it's showing error like debit for this account is not allowed.
          I have called customer care so many times, but the problem is not solved yet.
          So please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                    My airtel postpaid [protected] number 3 months ago i was port with idea prepaid, but the airtel postpaid bill was due of amount 104, so my idea prepaid number has been barred in 13 jan2018. Then i paid of pending bill amount on 17jan2018. After i'm given that receipt bill in idea store bagalkot at 27 jan 2018. Next day 28 jan that number was completely deactivated. Why what is the reason? Please reactive my number now!

                    OK but how many times I'm asked irately postpaid customer care and idea prepaid customer care. But they was not respond correctly

                      With reference to the compain no. Cbdmo[protected]. I have been using airtel for almost 15 years but no. Of time i have faced worst customer service and again when i was having 1 gb of data in my account the company has deducted the charge from the main balance and i can't let the company to cheat me again and again.
                      So if company is not able to refund the money than it would be better to port to some other fair company than airtel.

                        I have done recharge wrong number of my own which i had already recharge earlier but i want that recharge that amount in my another number. I recharged my one number of airtel from airtel money account but it didn't ask me any number it continued to recharge my another number which i had recharge earlier. So please help me airtel as well as consumer platform where consumer'll rights are protected according to copre, 1986.

                        I want to recharge my own one Airtel Number [protected] but Airtel money account didn't ask me anything and recharge another number [protected] which is also mine. But I didn't want to recharge it .So, according to COPRA, 1986 my Rights should be protected.

                            Hi, iam dharmeswar chaudang. Iam from assam. Iam a very old custermer of airtel. Our whole family is in airtel. My complaint is that there is no 4g and 3g coverage. What are you doing? I have to port our sim to vodafone and i also bought a jio sim. Because they had given 4g coverage fully in our area. But you did not get any actions after my long complaints. If you do not give me network what can i do? So i request you to please provide our area a good network. My address is no 2 nachani village, p. O.- nachani, district - dibrugarh (Assam). Pin - 786613

                              When I interacted with Airtel customer care executive, he has explained 6 month plan for voice and data. But, Airtel is cheating me by charging monthly for what purpose God knows. Executive told once in six months, so paid once, now they are generate bill every month. I don't understand why they have 6 months plan and again monthly bill. I have call recordings. I don't expect Airtel to stoop down to this level and swindling money from customers in a broad daylight.

                                I do all process of portability and airtel don't complate my port out process complate.i try to contact with custumer care but when i choose for adviser option call will be directly disconnected.
                                Help line [protected] is also not work.
                                In this way how i can take any kind of contact with airtel? And how way i understand exactly what is the problem in portability process?

                                And i do before 15 days portability process start and i take new card of idea before 8 days. But now a days no any kind of progress.
                                Idea say prb is accure by aitel and airtel is not readdy for listen their customers.

                                    I have 4 airtel connections in my home and i feel it is worst network provider in navi mumbai.i complaint regarding these by calling customer care and they accepted there is network issue and it will sort out soon. But from last 3 month i am waiting for soon. They are charging proper bill amount and not giving any discount for bad network.i feel they are just taking money from customer and not giving proper service.

                                      Airtel has never been known to have great customer service, but their new postpaid plans seemed attractive so i made the switch in sept-2017.

                                      Since then, strange things have been happening to my phone.

                                      On or around 27th of every month, since oct, my mobile internet speed dips down to 100kbps.
                                      It displays "4g" in my phone, but i get speeds of 0.01mbps.
                                      I've had this issue repeat every month after this.
                                      Oct-27th, nov-27th, dec-27th, again now jan-27th-2018.
                                      I have complaint id's matching the dates i've mentioned.

                                      Every time i raise a complaint, airtel people say "there is an offer i. D. Mismatch" on my number.

                                      How can the mismatch happen every month yaar?

                                      If you don't wanna give us the data, just don't give it. Playing around like this is such a bad move. Extremely disappointed with airtel mobile.

                                      Today I have recharged my phone for RS 199. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my phone.
                                      I have recharged my cell [protected] by 149 on 28 the morning by 10 30 am
                                      Got the SMS screenshot attached
                                      So for benefit of the recharge not received and my balance of Rs 37 has been consumed .
                                      You are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest
                                      Sir 29/1/18 my airtel number [protected] offer 149 recharge unlimited local std roming call and 1Gb /day for 28days but I received only 300Mb data
                                      Today I have recharged my phone for RS 199 . The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my phone. PL.vetify.
                                      My name ikram Hussain and my airtel PREPARED NO IS [protected]. I HAVE Done RECHARG ABOUT 448 at10.45 AM ON[protected] BUT MY RECHARG HAS NOT DONE YET. I TALK TO MY RETAILER HE SAID ON THE MY SIDE RECHARG HAS DONE AND MY BAL.has cut off. I lost my money and no one take responsibility for this. Please do something ASAP
                                      There is no proper network in my area.I talk to customer care but he is saying that there is 3G network here but it is also not proper .So my request to please fix this problem as soon as possible.
