I have converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid. At the time of conversion company done it immeiately after a weak my sim has been blocked. When I asked with company they told me due to non verification your sim has blocked. Again they send for reverification and again they are unable to verify.

I am a subscriber of airtel prepaid . From 4 year. Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as VAS. But I have never asked for this service. I opened a message, it said "Congratulations on selecting Hello Tunes"!!! - I checked my account balance Rs.45/- was deducted immediately. After much hassle and emails I got the balance restored. Airtel is using low down deception to cheat customers.
