    then he says that 5300 rupees for NOC verification after that he is told me 03/09/2021 on that day we are comes in your house for verification.
    then i call me [protected] in this number then they saays that today isn't possible we are submit your NOC paper before 4pm on 03/09/2021 you recieved you joining branch & all total amount .

      On the due date when I try to make axis bank credit card payment their bill desk was showing an error every time. So i made the payment on next day. But axis bank levied about 11500/- as late payment & interest charges. My repeated calls n mails to customer care they refuse to reverse the same even after paying with in grace period.

        Hello team, I am a loyal custoner of your bank and i hold a savings, credir card and a personel loan of your bank. I have been charged ecs bounce charges on my account since jan 2021 and i have been paying the emi by cash. I had contacted mr home branch but the staff told me to pay the carges then only my account will be regularised. So can youhelp me and refund the charges charged of rs 16330.77

        But i am paying my emi on time or before time from last 6-7 months to avoide these charges. Hence i am requesting to remove the extra charges. I will pay the amonts where my emi was bounced. As the account is in lien i paid the emi in cash on time. As i was unaware of there charges.

          I have purchased laptop as on 18.06.2021 through credit card. All amount auto debit from my saving as on 12.07.2021. Next month bank charge EMI processing fee of Rs. 399.61 & GST 71.93 against this item. When I have complaint to customer service center he made sure to me all EMI processing fee refund and reflected in next statement. But next month EMI charges not reversed, interest extra charged even more Rs. 426.98 & GST Rs. 76.86. I also wrote to e-mail to bank but I didn’t get any response from bank.

            I have visited your Nellore branch for changing of Email ID for account correspondence.
            Officer in charge not accepted Digital ID which was accepted all over nation ( including police department, Indian railways, RTO, all banks ) which was mandatory due to Covid pandemic situation.
            It's was ridiculous

              Debit details towards non maintenance of Minimum Account Balance,
              12.06.2021 - 600 Rs,
              18.07.2021 - 93 Rs,
              22.08.2021 - 719 Rs,

              The consolidate charges made for august 2021 is 719 Rs in bank statement, but in notification message 198 Rs is shown. there is no clarity from the bank so far.

              As per RBI norms what amount to be debited for not maintaining MAB? but this bank has said that they will charge 600 rs per month.

              So request you to please do sort it out.

                  I am writing to you with regards to my Savings account maintained with Axis bank.

                  I had opened a salary account with Axis bank which was converted to a regular savings account after my resignation from my company. I have not used the account for almost 3 years now and in June 2021 I received an SMS asking to maintain minimum balance to avoid penal charges.

                  When I inquired, I was shocked to know that the account has a negative balance of 13000. This is against the RBI circular which clearly says that banks should not make the account in negative balance due to levy of charges.

                  Please look into this.

                    This is regarding Service Request number[protected], As my credit card due amount is 29, 962.00 which is due on 9 September 2021 this I was going to pay as soon as my salary is credited to my account which is today. I don't know why my debit card is negative 29.962. I had 28, 000 which I was saving to pay and I was waiting for my salary to be credited so I could clear my due before the due date. Unfortunately, the amount I had is no more with me and also the salary will be no use to me.

                    I called customer service regarding this first they said it will be credited within 2 working days I waited but my account was still in negative I called them back and this time they said to clear the amount as soon as possible then only you will get your amount back if you don't pay, the salary which is going to credit today will also go on negative and they mentioned to visit the branch and submit the CRF form but I am working and cannot visit the branch during working hours. At this point, I have no other source of income or any saving to pay the due amount requesting you to please assist with my query so I can pay due with my own money which is on negative and my family is going through a financial crisis I don't want to mix this up with things going through with me already


                    Kindly help me with the money which is stuck in my debit account. As soon as this is resolved I will be able to pay the due before the due date. MATTER URGENT.

                      इसके अलावा एक्सिस बैंक का क्रेडिट कार्ड आखरी नंबर 6496 और एच् डी एफ सी का कार्ड जिसका आखरी नंबर 1781 हे मुझे शुरुआत में इसकी इ एम् आई देने में कठिनाई नहीं हुई लेकिन अब COVID के कारन में असमर्थ हु इसे भरने में अतः आपसे निवेदन हे के इन लोन से मुक्त करवा दे अगर आप मदद करेंगे तो मेरे ये लोन माफ़ हो जायेंगे क्यूंकि इन कर्जो की वजह से में अपने फ्यूचर पर भी ध्यान नहीं दे पा रहा हु एक्सिस बैंक ने तो मेरे अकाउंट नंबर [protected] को ब्लॉक कर दिए हे और अब मेरे पास इंदौर से देवास जाने का किराया भी नहीं हे मजबूरन दोस्तों से उधर लेना पड़ता हे आपसी निवेदन हे सर के मुझे इन कर्जो से मुक्त करवा दीजिये और हो सके तो मुझे अगर 6 लाख का लोन दिला दे ताकि में इन सब कर्जो से मुक्त हो जाऊ और अपने छोटे से स्टार्ट अप को आगे बड़ा सकू सर

                        Dear sir/ma'am
                        I have recently been charged R.s. 1899 for one assist on 30.08.2021.You have been charging me the same for last 4years. And last year i have contacted axis bank and they give service request and i have cancelled the service. But yesterday same thing happened.
                        And so, I want to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the same amount.

                        On 18th August, 2021 I ordered Noise Colorfit Pulse Smartwatch which price I already paid in advance. The value of this this product was Rs. 2999/-. Due to some reason I cancelled this order on 23rd August, 2021. Amazon showing that Refund Initiated. But till today (1st September, 2021) I don't get any refund (Rs. 2999/-).                           I have serious operation for my leg called embolectomy. because of that im failed to pay EMIs for 3 months. and im not able to go bank to ask relaxation for EMI for my personal loan because of my Health issues. and i told to agents im not able to pay right now because of my operations and helth problem. i sended my health reports throug whatsapp to agents. but still they harassing to pay for EMIs.. i told many time i need 1 month to pay EMI, because im waiting for my PF amount to credit in my Account.

                              Hi,
                              I have sent mail to your mail I'd on last week and I have received any call from you not on mail reply.
                              This is related to my credit card balance is showing wrong amount and on monthly basis I charged EMI transaction amount. Please cancel that EMI request and I have paid my all dues in June before due date after that I have spend almost 28000 amount in July and aug.
                              So I am going to pay that amount before due date that is 7 September and will block my card. I dont want your CC.
                              Kindly check my account and let me know my correct dues. So I can pay and block the card

                                We have corporate/business bank account with axis bank. Bank is deducting IDPMS charges every month without solving it at their end. We have submitted all Bill of entries long time back and we have bank acknowledgements for that.

                                After several emails and phone calls, there is no progress and bank is continuously deducting IDPMS charges every month. Please help us to get out of it as same is going on since March 2020. We can...

                                A sum of Rs.59 has been debited from my axis bank account with name "sign verf charges" at 00:44 on 31st Aug' 21.
                                I don't understand why this was deducted, I did not make any such transaction.
