This is regarding Service Request number[protected], As my credit card due amount is 29, 962.00 which is due on 9 September 2021 this I was going to pay as soon as my salary is credited to my account which is today. I don't know why my debit card is negative 29.962. I had 28, 000 which I was saving to pay and I was waiting for my salary to be credited so I could clear my due before the due date. Unfortunately, the amount I had is no more with me and also the salary will be no use to me.
I called customer service regarding this first they said it will be credited within 2 working days I waited but my account was still in negative I called them back and this time they said to clear the amount as soon as possible then only you will get your amount back if you don't pay, the salary which is going to credit today will also go on negative and they mentioned to visit the branch and submit the CRF form but I am working and cannot visit the branch during working hours. At this point, I have no other source of income or any saving to pay the due amount requesting you to please assist with my query so I can pay due with my own money which is on negative and my family is going through a financial crisis I don't want to mix this up with things going through with me already
Kindly help me with the money which is stuck in my debit account. As soon as this is resolved I will be able to pay the due before the due date. MATTER URGENT.
