I have been levied 600 of charges by bank i have a limit of 30k transation which is graded up to 2 lakhs .Then why the charges are made and this is tooo much from bank to charge frequently.

    Last month axis bank deducted Rs. 1740/- and now they deducted Rs.2594/-, Almost Rs. 4300/- in just 2 months without any prior notice. When I try to connect with support for a complaint executive asks me to call in morning. WHAT THE HELL is happening here, seems the bank does not need customers. I want my money back. if you have already deduced money last month then what was the purpose of deducting the 2.5k this month.

      I had a salary account from Axis bank since 2011 in 2015 I left the company where I had this account and in between where i used to have transaction here and there. Post which recently i had negative balance of Rs 250 and it was showing in account and I cleared this balance which was shown. Post which I made last month Rs 10 k and another 10k deposit in account and balance was clear till sep 25 and on 25 th same day I made deposit of rs 40k as saving but on 26 sep in my account bank has debited rs 11k as consolidate charges. Please help me to get my hard earned saving money back. Otherwise I will not trust our Indian bank anymore to do the transaction. Will quit any of the saving on the bank.

        Amount to be credited is 549
        Date of transaction:8sept 2021
        On 8th of sept I order an item from Amazon worth 549 order I'd is[protected] due to some issues I have to return the item so the Amazon initiated refund from there side and given me an expected date of refund to be credited as 16th of sept but still as on 26 th of sept the amount is not credited to my account after contacting the Amazon team they said contact your bank and quote the following refund reference number-number-026398.

          Dear sir,
          I have a savings account with Axis Bank in burdwan brunch(city tower)a/c no[protected].Since more than twelve years. I have a complain about my balance. I was really shock to see Rs.2832 reducted as consolidated charge dated[protected] on my account without any prior intimation. No proper response from customer service on this . I am scared that how can they reduct money from my account without any prior notice.can you please help me to sort out this matter. Please return whole amount without any delay. please looking into this matter. Do the needful as soon as possible.

            My account was debited by some google ads, ecom pur, but i haven't intiated any of the transaction how can money will be debited without any message or otp by using card also we can otp but here in my case i haven't get any of it simply money was debited how can the bank security was very weak in this case.

            I need bank to do something about my issue.

              Cash Deposited in ATM machine but money not credited to account

              Sir,
              On 23rd September 2021 evening I tried to deposit Rs 40000 into my Axis Bank savings account No. [protected] through an Axis Bank ATM machine attached to Guwahati Kahilipara Branch but though the cash was accepted by the machine and when I pressed the confirm deposit button after few seconds the machine displayed that transaction timed out.               I have paid my credit card bill rs.23462 on 24th august and money debited from my account but it was not reflected in my credit card. After complaining I got refund on 18th september. So remove the late payment fee from my credit card bill. Please resolve the issue asap.

                Sir,
                I had want to withdraw money from Axis Bank account on 27/08/2021 the money debited but cash not received from atm . Amount was detucted twice from account but I had got only one time refund .I complaint to Axis Bank but they had not taken any action till now.

                  I have ordered an item worth Rs.5028 (Order#[protected] on 9th September 20021 from amazon and return the product due to some reason on 10th September, 2021. Amazon has successfully processed the refund on 11th September 2021 with Refund Reference Number (RRN): 002252. But till today, (ie. 24th September). The money was not refunded to my bank account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I could not reach customer care for this issue and the local bank could not do anything about this!

                    I called so many times for use my redeem points and block my one of axis bank credit card but there is no proper response. Last call I spoke one of the phone banker they my card is not showing

                    Today I called couple of time in the morning they said sever is bussy. They always asking to call back and finally they said I am not axis bank card holder. They disconnected my call with out any notification

                    My card number end with 4624 (neo card )

                    Please take necessary action

                    19th Sep - I called for block my creditcard they said need to pay full amount.

                    22nd Sep - I paid full amount and called customer care question about my redeem points use and can't access website. It is not allowing. they said wait for 24hrs then only you can use your redeem points and then block card

                    24th Sep 10.57 AM - I Called. They said server is not working asked me to call in next one hours

                    24th Sep 11.15 AM - I called. They said again server is not working asked me to call in next 2 hours

                    24th Sep 12.58 PM - I called. They said again server is not working asked me to call in next 2 hours

                    24th Sep 06.16 PM - I called and asked about I can't use my redeem points. Now phone banker is telling you have sent email for this. I very Disappointed after 4 to 5 call they asking me to send email. I questioned why guys not said in first call for this when I rais they complaint. No reply from him. Finally he said I will take request it should take 5 working days for fix this issue. Worst case I very Disappointed for this kind of service and disconnected my without any notice.

                    24th Sep 06.37 PM - another phone banker attend my call they said your not a axis credit card customer. Your credit card is not showing and connected to other girl. She not listen my words. She not allow me to speak and transferred my call to manager. Finally not one attend my call.

                        Have raised a complaint to axis bank regarding refund of 4799 which seller has initiated on 12th of sep and axis bank has not yet processed it and whenever i ask they always saying to raise a dispute form to seller, but the seller clearly came with transaction id for the refund and axis bank is not ready to trace the refund

                        Please make the refund available in my credit card as soon as possible and dont give lame excuses.

                              I paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 9-9-21 with an amount of inr 470/-. Later this order was returned and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no. # 021376on 20-09-21.The Amazon has credited the amt in my bank but bank has not credited in my a/c.However, i have not received the refund from your end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible

                                On 20th Sep 2021I have done a payment of Rs.20000 via gpay upi to a beneficiary. The amount got debited from my account which is in icici bank but beneficiary is saying that he did not get the money. I raised a complaint with gpay company and ICICI bank as well but did not get the issue resolve. Please see the below details and help me to get money back asap.
