    Have raised a complaint to axis bank regarding refund of 4799 which seller has initiated on 12th of sep and axis bank has not yet processed it and whenever i ask they always saying to raise a dispute form to seller, but the seller clearly came with transaction id for the refund and axis bank is not ready to trace the refund

    Please make the refund available in my credit card as soon as possible and dont give lame excuses.

      I have saving account in your bank saw message in flipkart you are providing lifetime free credit card of flipkart axis bank credit card. Today got message
      Thank you for applying for Axis Bank Credit Card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hours
      I am sure you are not going to provide card as this is happening third time with me if you don't want to give card Don't encourage to apply and send query to cibil really you are bad lender bank I must say.

          I paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 9-9-21 with an amount of inr 470/-. Later this order was returned and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no. # 021376on 20-09-21.The Amazon has credited the amt in my bank but bank has not credited in my a/c.However, i have not received the refund from your end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible

            On 20th Sep 2021I have done a payment of Rs.20000 via gpay upi to a beneficiary. The amount got debited from my account which is in icici bank but beneficiary is saying that he did not get the money. I raised a complaint with gpay company and ICICI bank as well but did not get the issue resolve. Please see the below details and help me to get money back asap.

              I have ordered MI Notebook Pro of Rs 59, 999 from Amazon on 10th sept, 2021 and cancelled it on that day. Amazon initiated my refund on 11th sept and tell me to wait for 2-4 business days. On 16th sept they gave me an refund reference number ( RRN) no saying that they have given my refund to the bank. But the bank hasn't gave me the money tillnow.

                  I'm complaining about my refund is not credited in my credit card. The refund is initiated by amazon at 12th September 2021.amount of RS.499. refrence number:-009879. Above details are given to me from Amazon customer service executive and said me the refund problem is from bank . So I want my money refunded in my credit card. please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I am repeatedly following up with axis bank to activate my credit card which I had bought last year for the flipkart sale. They sold the credit card to me but the customer service did not help me to activate it. I have written to them on social media, called and spoke on call with the customer care who in place is now selling me another card and wasted my 35 minutes. I have also written to the regional as well as senior moral officers but there is no response from there also. Now they are sending me a statement of rs 590 for annual charges. They have provided zero service and are demanding annual maintenance charges.

                              I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. My current outstanding of that card is approx 120000. At the time of my good time this card had been offered by Axis bank. But after this My company Adarsh Credit Co operative society went in to under Liquidation. And then came Corona. Almost 2 years i was Jobless. Meanwhile my Home loan EMI was also continue. I tried very hard to keep paying all at least minimum, but now i am not able to pay this more. I want to settle this amount . I can pay 25% of outstanding amount in time settlement on 11th o[censored]pcoming month . More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
                              I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.
