Dear Sir/Madam,

I am N.Madhavan Mob No [protected], I am a Home Loan Account Holder From Axis Bank Home loan Account Number PHR[protected].

I am Transferred My Home loan From KVB to Axis Bank and My EMI Started from 10.04.2016,

Last Many Years I have paid my Home Loan Emi Dues timely, After Covid 19 also I am trying to make the payment Timely, Currently dues is only 3 Months Pending, I repeatedly Talking with Your Bank Executive.

Even after Continues discussion with your Executives, Peoples are coming to my Home and Threatening only ladies at Home,

Which is not at all Acceptable,

In This Pandemic situation, I am Requested Bank executive that Reduce my Monthly EMI and Increase the Tenure,

There is No Response from side so far And No response from your side,

Even after all discussion, Bank Peoples are Coming and Threatening when Only Ladies are at Home,

If Possible It's my Sincere Request Please Decrease my EMI Rs 25000.00 to Rs 18000.00 accordingly Increase my Tenure,

Kindly Look Into this matter seriously,

Send mails to there PNO & NODEL Officer, But there is no Responce from them.

    I submit all my document for account ending 4071 in axis branch Vijay nagar indore and then they approved that there will be no deduction but still they deduct the amount and mark LIEN on my account now who going to solve this query.

      Hi I am shweta
      I have savings account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 850 rupees and then 590 rupees then before that 246 rps and gst 44 rps then again other charges from my account written as consolidated charges and dr charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

      Worst services is provided by axis bank to customer. Firstly it was about my credit card that they said after giving 5000 amount of cancellation for emi your card will be closed then I called them but they did not receive and after some days again I found 70 rps charges more I mean what is the problem with the service I paid that money too but still my credit card is not disclosed and they are not attending calls just waiting and waiting

      During account opening they dont tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service.. I really feel that its better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in private bank like axis bank.
      It’s a worst bank seriously,

      And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and yesterday again my account is debited with 590.
      I want my money back as soon as possible.

      Return it back instantly

      First you people deducted 850 rupees then after you deducted 590 rupees, and every year I mean what the hell is this..??? Do you think this money is free for you to deduct. We have to do hardwork then we are getting money and you are just taking it away. What the hell with this bank

      I just want to refund my money back in my account instantly.
      And if you don’t refund then i will close my account.

          Sub: Request to lodge FIR against the Fraudster who cheated and defrauded the complainant by diverting funds from State bank of India’s account to Axis Bank Account to someone else’s account.

          4. Unknown Fraudster who cheated complainant in connivance with Axis Bank’s officials.
          Sub: Offence of Cheating and fraud and credited amount in Rajneesh Madhok’s Account of Axis Bank, whereas the complainant Rajneesh Madhok has no account in Axis Bank. Whereas the Complainant is maintaining account No. xxxxxxx9618 with State Bank of India.

          Sir,
          1. It is being brought to your kind notice that under Sections 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 467 (Forgery of valuable security, will etc), 468 (Forgery for purpose of cheating, 471 (using as genuine a forged document), and 34( Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
          2. That the said Fraudster has defrauded the complainant by transferring funds from Mobile Number : [protected] by fraudulently opening account in Axis Bank in connivance with the Bank officials without verification of the KYC documents. The reason of getting the funds transferred in Axis Bank is on the basis of fraudulent activities conducted by the frauduster who got the funds transferred in Axis Bank whereas Rajneesh Madhok complaiant has not having account with Axis Bank. The transfer of funds in another’s account can not be possible without the proximity of the bank’s staff and through Cyber crime these activities got accomplished.
          3. That the amount has been credited in Axis Bank’s Account. Whereas the complainant has been maintaining the Account No. xxxxxxx9618 with State Bank of India.
          4. That the funds can not be transferred to any other’s account without the proximity of Bank’s staff. The amount of ₹320/- has been credited in Axis Bank Account of someone else is a criminal conspiracy to commit and offence with Section 120B IPC: Punishment of criminal conspiracy.—
          (1) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death, 2[imprisonment for life] or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards, shall, where no express provision is made in this Code for the punishment of such a conspiracy, be punished in the same manner as if he had abetted such offence.
          5. That police investigation is required in the matter that when the complainant has never operated the account in Axis Bank then how the funds got transferred in Axis Bank’s account and not in the name of Complainant whose Mobile Number [protected] has been linked to the account. How the said Mobile Number got attached with Axis Bank’s Account. The alleged Cash received by the Fraudster with the name of complainant without entrance of KYC documents in the AXIS Bank Account is a matter of debate due to the complicity of the Bank officials with the Fraudster and so the fraudster should be booked.
          6. That the Complaint kindly be registered and challan kindly be presented and charges kindly be framed against the accused. The offence is triable by the Honourable Magistrate of Phagwara, so this complaint is being registered at City Police Station Phagwra to lodge FIR against the accused persons involving AXIS Bank, HDFC Bank, Google Pay with whose proximity the frauds are being conducted.
          7. That the fraud got conduted without furnishing the Evidences like Aadhar Card which is mandatory to the link Bank account with the said bank. How Axis Bank got the said account linked with the account number of fraudster.
          8. That the Faudster has played the fraud upon the complainant by forging documents of Aadhar card that is why that account got linked with Axis Bank account of Complaiant where the complainant has never operated the account. So on the basis of forged documents Axis Bank would have linked the Mobile Number of complainant [protected] in someone else’s account.
          9. That Axis Bank is hereby guilty and would be summoned to produce the unimpeachable documents in the competent court regarding the identity of the account holder with name and Phone number by which the said Phone number had been linked with the Account of Axis bank by the Frauduster.
          10. That Axis Bank is being requested with serving of this complaint to provide the copy of documents supplied by the Account holder who had opened in the account in your bank in the name of Rajneesh Madhok whose account got linked with Phone numner [protected] and the documentary evidences of the Aadhar Card or any other document supplied in the bank and the name and designation of the authority who verified those documents. On which date that account got opened, name of witness who submitted the introduction in that account with name and address of the introducer.
          11. That list of witnesses those are involved in this fraudulent transaction kindly be submitted to the complainant and name and address of the persons in whose account the said amount got credited be provided so that the list of witnesses can be submitted in the Court for summoning the accused and witnesses.
          12. That the complete documents on record kindly be submitted to the complainant so the nexus of fraudulent persons can be unearthed and recovery from the accused persons can be made and modus operendi of the accused can be brought in the knowledge of Administration.

            Axis Bank- Dr Card Annual Charges

            Hi,

            Today your bank deducted Rs.354 with a remark about "Dr Card Charges annual" but when I bought this card it came with a 0annual fee charge. Now your bank is deducting the money.
            I have saved a lot of money in your bank account, have too many FDs, kindly don't force us to close the account because within every 2-3 months, I face this issue.

            Please waive off the charges i.e., 354 and would kindly request...

              Axis bank never notify me before regarding the payment of credit card which linked with my account.
              Today when I installed the app then I noticed that the payment of credit card (new join fee-1500) become 3500;INR.

              this is a huge ammount for me. And I never get call or message from Axis bank for this.

              So I request please cancel my late fee of cradit card, for which I never get call or message from the bank. Even I never received any hard copy of Statement for this.

              So please cancel my late fee, I will pay only cradit card payment ( for new credit card)

              Even I never use this card before..this is new credit card fee.. And I never get any call from bank..so I am not going to pay any late fee .. please consider this complain seriously.

                      then he says that 5300 rupees for NOC verification after that he is told me 03/09/2021 on that day we are comes in your house for verification.
                      then i call me [protected] in this number then they saays that today isn't possible we are submit your NOC paper before 4pm on 03/09/2021 you recieved you joining branch & all total amount .

                        On the due date when I try to make axis bank credit card payment their bill desk was showing an error every time. So i made the payment on next day. But axis bank levied about 11500/- as late payment & interest charges. My repeated calls n mails to customer care they refuse to reverse the same even after paying with in grace period.

                          Hello team, I am a loyal custoner of your bank and i hold a savings, credir card and a personel loan of your bank. I will pay the amonts where my emi was bounced. As the account is in lien i paid the emi in cash on time. As i was unaware of there charges.

                            I have purchased laptop as on 18.06.2021 through credit card. All amount auto debit from my saving as on 12.07.2021. Next month bank charge EMI processing fee of Rs. 399.61 & GST 71.93 against this item. When I have complaint to customer service center he made sure to me all EMI processing fee refund and reflected in next statement. But next month EMI charges not reversed, interest extra charged even more Rs. 426.98 & GST Rs. 76.86. I also wrote to e-mail to bank but I didn’t get any response from bank.

                              I have visited your Nellore branch for changing of Email ID for account correspondence.
                              Officer in charge not accepted Digital ID which was accepted all over nation ( including police department, Indian railways, RTO, all banks ) which was mandatory due to Covid pandemic situation.
                              It's was ridiculous

                                Debit details towards non maintenance of Minimum Account Balance,
                                12.06.2021 - 600 Rs,
                                18.07.2021 - 93 Rs,
                                22.08.2021 - 719 Rs,

                                The consolidate charges made for august 2021 is 719 Rs in bank statement, but in notification message 198 Rs is shown. there is no clarity from the bank so far.

                                As per RBI norms what amount to be debited for not maintaining MAB? but this bank has said that they will charge 600 rs per month.

                                So request you to please do sort it out.
