Hi my name is Sunita Saha. Axis bank has informed me that my consolidated charges applied is -6327 rupees which was showing as negative balance on 28th July 2021, I transferred rupees 7020 and it got auto debited from my account and I got an email from Axis bank that my available balance is 693.03 after paying the consolidated charges later I transferred more funds to my axis account and it was working fine until 22nd aug 2021 an amount of...

Error in netbanking

Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank, even though it is registered. Everything like Gpay, Phonepay, works fine but the moment I go for international banking, the message pops up.

I have been receiving all sorts of messages as my mobile number is registered. I even face issues while logging through the customer-id on the axis website. The same message pops "your mobile number is not updated...

Axis Bank Customer Care not working

Axis bank is displaying the following numbers as credit card customer care: [protected]/[protected]. Both numbers are not working. If something goes wrong with my card, I can not get any help from Axis Bank unless I visit a branch. This is definitely not acceptable...

Not closing saving bank account with negative balance

Address:Chamunda Paradise, 505, 5th Floor, Vile Parle East, Koldongri.

I have negative balance as I didn't used the account in 1 year, I gave bank account closure form in Byculla Branch - Axis Bank where I have my account. They are saying clear negative balance & then close the account.
By mistake some people are depositing money in this account & they are deducting amount continosuly & still balance showing negative.

I got debited with 1699 /- without prior notice on Aug 03 2021. And the reason behind complaint is that we closed the account 3 to 4 months back by paying all formalities and dues. But still deducting amount in the name of protection policy is not legal. So please consider above information to resolve the issue and refund my amount....

Credit Card Number not updated

Recently I got a credit card but every time I do an online transaction it shows "Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transaction".

Have talked multiple times to customer executive and each one of them said that your number is registered. Even then it is throwing this error.
Been fed up with this and talking to customer executive who charge heavy amount on call.
Will cancel the credit card if...

They simply convert salary account to normal sb account without notice and deduct huge charges. https://www.consumercomplaints.in kindly help in return of my deducted charges....

Easy Pay transaction failure

I initiated transaction on Govt site via Axis Easy pay.
Transaction was success full at my end and my money got deducted but transaction got failed at Axis Easy Pay end.

I have not got any refund neither Govt site has received any amount.

Home Loan CIBIL - ECS Misc errors

Address:Ahmedabad

Home loan account ***4556 shows two bounces on the years of Sep18 and Dec18. Those are failures from the IDBI bank and communication lies between Axis and IDBI bank. The comment shows as miscellaneous.

I do not have any fund issues for the same.

As those are internal issues and being customers I have not done any mistake on this. Also, I have performed NEFT to clear those payments.

So please update...

Consolidated Charges

Address:C/58, Basement & Ground Floor, Main, Vikas Marg, Preet Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110092

I am a client of your bank since 2015 & hold it as a salary account .But due to this pandemic I lost my job & on 12th 2021 June your bank deduct 600 +Gst charges (Consolidated charges) from my account without any intimation .Is this fair ?.When I called to customer care support they told me you have to maintain atleast 15000/- in your saving account( Salary is not being credited so long so it turned into saving account) which is quite impossible...

Hi,

I am maintaining account with Axis bank for the past 11 years. Observed today as they charge my account every month as consolidated charges. Also huge amount in 500+ multiple times as annual charges is deducted.

Note: This deduction even after maintained the minimum amount for the account....
