My auto-pay request has not been cancelled on phone pe and my money is blocked...

Sir, I have Axis bank account at Vapi (Gujrat) branch with a/c no.: [protected] . On 25/07/2021, I knew that "the a/c balance is Rs.0 Info BRN to ACCT closed in full and final set" from Axis mobile app. This activity have been done without my concern and any intimation please look into this matter .
Request you to help me and refund back my account.
And I dont want this again in future.

Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank, even though it is registered. Everything like Gpay, Phonepay, works fine but the moment I go for international banking, the message pops up.

I have been receiving all sorts of messages as my mobile number is registered. I even face issues while logging through the customer-id on the axis website. The same message pops "your mobile number is not updated...

I have use Axis ATM Machine for withdraw of Rs. 10, 000 cash on 12.08.2021. Amount Rs. 10, 000 debitted from my bank account that time machine was hanged cash not come, card also not come and i waiting 30 to 40 minutes in that Kalpakkam ATM. upto now my amount not return to my account.

recently they charged 780 + 18% taxes in my account without any reason.

I am not using my account for 3 months it shows balance -10064.40.. As per rbi guidelines it is illegal to levy charges on non maintaining of minimum balance. I wont spend my hard earned money for non maintenance. Please resolve the issue and help me close my account....

On 4th August 2021 I visited the Axis bank. Goodwill Square No.17, Dhanori Branch Pune.411015 IFSC :UTIB0004160 for my ac inquiry and cheque book request converted to zero balance so I submitted the Xerox copy of my Aadhar card, but the Branch executive ignored accepting the Aadhar copy but he take my signature on one form. I had doubt so I immediately call customer care & Key Account Manager regarding this issue...

I have a paid Rs. 1, 433.54 debit interest for late payment(june 2021 bill) on july on-time.
Still i get Rs. 889.32 debit interest this month(july 2021 bill).
This is cheating.

And my credit card loan premium amount is increasing month by month. Actually it should reduce....
