VI has a cheater in terms of deducting money from customers. I was overseas in UK from mid November to mid January and had activated roaming plan of INR 6999 (Unlimited Incoming calls, 120 minutes of outgoing calls) . Around first week of December i was deducted for incoming calls @ INR 70 Rs per minute and call was cut off after exhausting my balance. After that my clients called up and it was out of coverage.
