Over charging of Bills

CESC Bill No. [protected] for the month of October 2014. They charged me for 373 Units whereas my average consumption does not exceed 180 units per month in winters. Also last year in Nov the per units cost is Rs 3 and this year it is Rs 7.7 which is drastically high. Please look into the matter and take necessary action in order to correct the bill and send fresh bill for actual consumption....

Amount Deducted But Did Not Receive Any Confirmation
