We received october 14 bill against consumer no [protected], Calculating total unit 139 for Meter Reading "previous 2409" but "Present reading" is not showing (***). Now practically the Meter reading is 2421 on 24.11.14 i.e. the total unit can not be more than 12. But today 23/11/2014 meter reading is showing as 10535. So requesting to generate new bill after proper meter reading for the above mentioned consumer number.

            My meter number is 5034773..My meter was installed in a wrong place by the engineer who came to install..Now its been 2 months still it is in the same place and those person's are saying that they could only relocate after the issuance of the first bill..The bill is not coming also..I am not being able to shift to the house because of your misconduct..Kindly fix it as soon as possible.You are doing monopoly business in west bengal, but you are not supposed to harras people like that..                     I have paid a bill for consumer no. [protected] (common meter of our flat) amounting to Rs. 1379.49 from my ICICI Bank Net Banking on 22.11.2014 at around 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, the E-receipt has not been generated but the amount has been debited from my bank account. Transaction reference no. is BIL/[protected]. Please make sure that the amount has been credited to the above consumer no.. Otherwise investigate properly and do the needful and issue me the e-receipt at my email [protected]@rediffmail.com or credit the amount back to my bank account, i[censored]nsuccessful so that I can make the payment again...
                    Paid ₹ 2720 for july 2019 on 12 august 2019 at 20:30hrs via SBI debit card through Billdesk, amount debited from my account, but no acknowledgement receipt generated by CESC.                         CESC Bill No. [protected] for the month of October 2014. They charged me for 373 Units whereas my average consumption does not exceed 180 units per month in winters. Also last year in Nov the per units cost is Rs 3 and this year it is Rs 7.7 which is drastically high. Please look into the matter and take necessary action in order to correct the bill and send fresh bill for actual consumption.

                          Please find the details below My CESC customer Id : [protected] My Bill No : [protected] My Consumer No : [protected] I have received my latest bill of Oct, 2014 on 29th Oct asking for an amount of 1800 INR. Last month we had very restricted use to the electricity because of the fact that it showed ab normal trend in billing for the last 4-5 months and was in upper side while comparing to last year's Unit readings for the same time. In all the months from May to Oct it has become almost Double. See the trend in units last year 223(May) ... 208(Jun) ... 139(Jul) ... 121( Aug)... 156(Sep)... 135(Oct) This year 394(May)... 307(Jun) ... 273(Jul) ... 203(Aug) ...310(Sep) ...268(Oct) Last Month we did not opt for A/C service and used limited utilities to pin point the issue. Can my case be checked ( billing issue/meter reading issue/ functional issue of the meter box ) and correct action be taken. I am going to log a separate complaint to CESC customer care over phone.                             Monopoly does not mean extortion. Please note that I have not received my bill and now receipt a disconnection notice stating " You have neglected to pay your bill..." It seems you have neglected to send the bill properly and ensure its receipt. I have been over charged by Rs. 4000/- total dues 2307.10 for sept'14. Total bill sent is Rs. 6300/-. i.e. current month bill for is for appox Rs. 4000/-. I do not have such high bills, especially with when I am running brand new Hitachi A/c. Explain the last date of calibration of meter, methodology of calibration, provision to check meter from external agencies, methodology of meter reading and most important reasons for such high bills.                                     I would like to inform you that one of the Poles, No. 159/16 is placed just in front of our premises but the problem
                                    is that one Angle and wire has been placed such a way that some portion of that Angle and Wire has come inside
                                    our Premises.

                                    It didn't create any problem earlier but some new construction is going on in our premises now and for this reason the above said Pole, Angle and Wire is Obstructing the Construction and there can be any MISHAP at any point of time while the Construction Worker is doing their work.


                                    Therefore, I do request you to immediately inspect the site and do the needful.

                                        i am COLONEL A BANERJEE residing in house address 12/1, BHATTACHARJEE PARA LANE, KOLKATA- 700036. I stay on the first floor while the ground floor is locked and vacant since past 6 years.I have separate meter for both the floors.Till SEPTEMBER 2014 I was paying the desired minimum bill as metered by CESC for the ground floor. The details can be checked from records. But the bill of OCTOBER 2014 shows the amount to be paid as Rs 1040 with due date as 25/11/2024. My CONSUMER NO. [protected], and CUSTOMER ID [protected]. The bill no. is [protected]. From 0 Units it has jumped to 172 units which is incorrect and needs clarification. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest please.

                                        From your above bill it appears that your meter inspector has wrongly noted the reading as 3994 instead of 3924. Since we were present during meter reading we too noted the reading. The aftermath is a huge billing having higher rated billing for the extra units noted wrongly. Please look into the matter and help us to get justice.
