    I had placed a order of shoes on 6th march order no so93994319 on 17th march they are refunding the amount saying the product is out ofstock. But after checking the product is available online. It means they must be misusing the funds of so many consumers and then after 15 days refunding the amount. Had a talk with so many people in helpline but are unable to help me.
    Since it was my daughter's birthday had requested them on 9th march to send it to me by 15th but they said it's in process. If they didn't have it in stock they should have told me that time only.
    After cancelling they said you place a order if it's available then i asked what if you repeat the same thing again.
    I guess their management is improper or they are misusing the funds

      Please cancel my order as I am not available when the order is to be delivered.
      The order is showing that it has only been confirmed till now. So please look into this and cancel the order before shipping. This will ensure that your resources are also not wasted.
      Also add a cancel option in orders itself. This will facilitate all the users of your website.

          I had ordered for four passport covers out of which i got two and two were not available at your end coz of colours not available, and I got my credit amount of 5.06 us dollars as refund against those two in shape of pay freeze which i am not able to use . Kindly revert back that when and how can i use the same. Its been almost two days since that amount is shown as pay freeze.

            I have returned a product and they have refunded my money on 1st feb'19. But it is showing tat i have withdrawn the money through paytm on 6th mar'19, but i have not done. I called the cust. Care, they are trlling i hv withdrawn to paytm no.[protected], which is not my number. They are not ready to give me any proof. They are rude. I am telling them tat i feel it is been hacked, y should i claim if i have withdrawn. I am not leaving this isdue, otherwise i wl escalate in to mr. Vincent lou ceo. Pls resolve it asap.

              My order no. So91614109. I have cancelled the order but this was a paid order and the refund my is still not reflected to mu bank account. I have called many times to club factory and chat with their agents. I also shared my bank account statement of last 20 days. No amount of refund has been credited to it.. Club factory agents just fooling their customers. Very embarrassing from club factory and this is so much harassing me. Please do the needful.

The product order date is 16 feb 2019 and delivery date is 6th march, and it's 11th march but the product is not delivered yet.in order tracking info the order despatched date in my area is 7th march but the delivery date is 6th march, you make me fool.                       Ordered No SO86994068 an item on27/01/2019. i opened the app and saw that my order has been cancelled by club factory itself and there is no explanation about it. Also it is showing that the money has been refunded to me the way i used while making payment for the purchased product... Till now the payment was not credit my account.
                      I have not received my order till now

                              Post 10 days of order placement, 3 out of 5 items ordered were cancelled by club factory, claiming that the order / items unavailable. I made full order payment in advance through net banking. The amount in inr for 3 items cancelled in inr = 2476.06, while at refund time, they are only giving the amount back in inr = 2446.27.

                              Why i have to bear the losses for the order placed, payment made but cancelled by club factory only and that too they informed me after 10 days of order placement.

                                Iam residing at chumukedima, dimapur and there is a delivery boy who said his name is Sunjay. This delivery boy is the most obnoxious and rude person i ever talked to, and he always insists on us coming and taking our orders from his proposed location instead of him delivering it to us. By the way iv been ordering stuffs from Club factory many times now and i have to say the items are good but due to this ill mannered boy who also talks very impolitely, im having second thoughts on making further orders.
