I have a blue member of club mahindra holidays. I was tortured with countless calls to pay the yearly maintenance fee of 50 K and was forced unnecessary to avail their services. When I finally did after paying requested amount, I booked a resort in Goa 2 weeks in advance, still my waiting never got cleared. On consulting the aacount manager, he fooled me for days that booking will get cleared, as the days of the holiday approached, they still did not have any answer to booking confirmation on top of that no other alternatives were provided to me. We are two girls travelling alone, when for alternate resort they provided me with the options of paid accomodation outside mahindra club. On my genuine question of discounted price or no price (since we already paid heavy maintainence fee along with the membership fee) the account manager replied " WHO'S FAULT IS IT? IS IT MY FAULT ? TAKE A HIGHER MEMBERSHIP RED OR PURPLE"
If the blue membership members are treated this low...I see no point in investing into these clubs. heavily dissapointed. Flight tickets, approved holidays, birthday trip plans all gone down the drain. THANKS CLUB MAHINDRA

    Dear club Mahindra
    I have upgraded my Gozest classic membership into blue studio 25 years membership and paid 198617rs Of difference amount in Kumbhalgarh resort on 15 July 2021 but I was not informed about additional annual charges to be paid every year of rs 17386. If I have to pay it every year then I am not interested to upgrade. so request you to refund my upgrade amount of rs 198617.

      We are pretty fed up as outsiders get better preference over members who have spent lacs of rupees and company denies each time have recorded evidence of the same...trying for lonavla tried 30 days ahead when it opens up but agent says its full... corruption all the way

        You have marked my previous complaint as solved but it's not solved the company has not intiated my refund till now

        I have written many many mails starting from 27 September 2021 and everything in detail in 28 September email and till now talked to Mr Rahul and Mr Varun of sales team and Mr Gaurav and Mr Naveen Chopra ( cancellation head ). I told everyone to cancel my membership and refund my money.
        Till now every person has confirmed that your membership will be cancelled but till now I have not received in writing about confirmation of cancellation and after this how many days will it take to get my refund

        Please clear all this and initiate my refund as I am unable to understand why so much delay is going on and I requested earlier also that I don't want to continue my membership and cancel the same on urgent basis

        Please look into the matter and do the needful to refund my money as I have cancelled the membership and informed you within 10 days to cancel my membership and Mr Naveen Chopra said please till 1 October for cancellation procedure to be done

        Now you are kindly requested to cancel the same and refund my money

          Rudely talked

          I salaam shaikh member of your Mahindra club, I want to complain regarding your employee. I got a call from your side few days ago regarding my ASF and many offers I told them that I’ll see if it suitable to my choice he told me contact with his senior and call me later. Then on 4th October 11:45am I got a call from your employee and he was talking very rudely to me. I am member of yours from 8 years and always has good impression of yours...

            I has taken membership of club Mahindra on 17 September 2021, In the name o[censored]day Handa ( membership ID 2955880) they make false promises on international travel, they told I can travel anywhere international of there list but after full payment was made they said you can only travel aisan countries and rest all countries are for there member who take 25 years membership and now I have informed about cancellation of membership and refund within 10 days of payment than they are trying to delay my refund.
            Please help me in cancellation of membership and refund of my amount paid which 113603 which paid via credit card.

              Being mahimdra holiday as a brand name listed in both the stock exchanges, I can never imagine any of your staff could behave in such an unethical, shameless manner.
              Myself gaurav kumar have been called from your end several times to attend the promotional event organised by mahindra holiday at hotel ' the Clark varanasi, UP.
              I managed the time from my busy schedule and attended the seminar on 26.09.2021 with my family. However during explanatiion Mr. Vaibhav pandey started using loose talk, like I know if you won't take today you will never take you are here only for tea and coffee. Due to money your are not taking and making other excuse.etc.
              Even I'm asking you how you will feel when any one will behave you like this.
              I could not imagine that even a reputed company employee how can talk like this that too in service sector.
              Now I understood why such a big name showing loss in every quarter it's Because of such kind of your staff, remove them surely company fortune will be changed.
              Any how I need justice from your end,

                I have enrolled club Mahindra membership on[protected] for 10 year blue studio but due to some conditions which was different from brief by sales person and mail received from club Mahindra I have mailed club Mahindra for cancellation of my membership on[protected] to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

                But till date no satisfactory reply received from your side.

                  Am Amritpal singh (membership I’d: 2956526) am not satisfied with ur membership according what actually things are not upto the mark. As far as concern with the staff members everyone has not the same conversation or sealing so what we r confused around not to continue the membership even it’s the wastage of time and money .why should we pay huge amount and after this no fruitful benifits discount they provide. They offer (club M SELECT CARD ) for benifits but there is no as such benifits for customer it is useless wastage of money.

                    Had to send them a legal notice to get them to agree.
                    After agreeing settled only 2/3 points from their own communication appended below.
                    I settled my dues on the basis of this written confirmation to resolve.
                    Have called them a few times since then, lot of discussion, explaining and promises but no action.

                    They promise, I pay, use their facilities but no completion to resolution agreement.

                    This is with reference to the telephonic call we had with you today, we hereby confirm to extend your Holiday Start Date from 1.4.08 to the current date along with extension of special offer validity period in following manner as a gesture of goodwill:-

                    1. 3 week RCI international Holiday valid unto 30.6.2011

                    2. One week Club Mahindra Resorts valid unto 30.6.2010

                    3. Three Nights/Four Days Club Mahindra Resort valid up to 30.6.2011

                    4. Issue of Fresh Food Voucher of Rs. 10000/- against the return of Food Voucher issued already.

                    5. Cash back of Rs. 5000/- under HFRP scheme.

                        I had taken my Club Mahindra Membership in 2004 on EMI and same has been fully paid on time. However to my surprise I have been debited a sum of Rs.3164.75 as GST difference payable. When I have completed my payment in 2006 itself on schedule much much before GST came in, how can I be charged GST difference. Please reverse the same.

                          Hello,
                          i have more than 5 weeks for holiday pending (ie: 3 weeks in current inventory & rest are over lapsed due to not using it)

                          but now when i am trying to book a holiday with my family its not allowing me to book dates until I clear my current ASP ie: 2021.

                          My complain is just that why are they not allowing me to book as i already have my previous weeks pending.

                          If I don't have any inventory left & try to book without paying the ASP, then it is very ethical to not let me book the holidays.

                          I request to Consumer of India to look into the matter & help me to book my pending holidays.

                            I have applied for Membership on 10th September 2021 and due to personal reasons I have requested to cancel my membership on 11th September 2021 itself. I was informed that I will receive a call from cancellation team with 48 hours of my request, but did not receive any such calls till now. When I contacted customer support on 13th September regarding the same they said I need to wait another 48 hours since my last call. Which is not acceptable. Now I am hesitant to call and check on my cancelation request status since they might start 48 countdown again.

                            I kindly request CM customer support team to look in to this matter with priority and take necessary actions to cancel my membership and initiate refund.

                              I have given due for the year 20-21 and 21-22, through my account, and my manager (club Mahindra) offered me to pay in installments of
                              17530 and 9900×3-installments which I have paid, 17530 and 9900 in club Mahindra account and 19800 in Divyangna Dhaka account, icici bank, as she told that club site is not working, I pay cash and receipt of this will be send to you, instead of receipt she mailed me on official mail, payment received, , now no response from club Mahindra as employ Divyangna has left club Mahindra, she offered for payment 50000 refferal points, 3000 food voucher, 6 complementary nights, please solve this matter urgently, I have mailed it already on club Mahindra e mail account, but no solution till date

                              I am unable to book my holidays, due to this reason as my asf shows due, i have cheated by club mahindra relationship manager, Pritam Pura delhi Branch, Divyangna Dhaka she open new membership on my id, instead of paying asf dues, this was fraud done to me, New Membership is on the name of Sonia Gupta id no.2924897 without my knowledge membership was created, and id of my wife was used and someone else mobile no. was given as contact number even that person does not that her mobile is used as contact number, in the name of club mahindra fraud is going on, please solve this matter on urgent basis

                                I have call from club mahindra for presentation .I go with my wife presentation as well as good but they guys me not tell me all term and conditions for membership plan. I got membership and come to my home. I check about club mahindra membership plan on internet and I find lot off terms and conditions that important but I don't know. I feel cheat. So I want to cancal my membership and refund my money. So send cancaletion mail on gozest.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com on 7-9-21 and I also call help line number for cancaletion representative told me 24 to 48 hours you have call back for our team for cancaletion but at that time no response for them

                                    I am club mahindra member since 2011 vide membership number 1864939 under I bed room Red and on my last visit to KANATAL their marketing team misguided me and encouraged me to convert it to Purple Studio by paying extra amount which I paid but to our utter surprise when we came to know the exact position it was not upgradation but degradation as earlier we were eligible to book Two STU in any season except purple but now we can not book two even in red season. We immediately wrote to clube Mahindra team and send reminders but even after 15 days there is no reply and on talking to customer care we were told that it can not be done. Such attitude/behavior/ethic was never expected from such a reputed company. If they will not revert my membership to previous one and refund the money paid back with in 7-10 days I will move in the consumer Forum ( Perhaps company does not know the rights of consumer and do not wants to refund the money charged by misleading)

                                      i am sunil.S club mahindra member ship id 2954416. 30.08.2021 miss. Kavitha called me and ask 02.09.201 atted a conversation in hotel hashsix coimbatore and collect free gift voucher of club mahindra for the reason celibrating 25th anniversory of club mahindra. Me and my mrs kituthika will atted the conversation in mr parthipan . He asked 3 years club mahindra membership at rs.32708.00 this is 30% of total membership amount after 3 year you intersted you will pay balance 70% amount will pay and membership extended for 25 years otherwise you enjoy holidays for 3 years in this membership. And ask you join (rs.32708.00 3 years) today (02.09.2021) you will get rs.18000.00 gift voucher for purchase gold in kalyan jellers and rs.4000.00 food voucher if pay amound hdfc credit card you will get adittional gift voucher for rs.2000.00 . I am pay amount rs.32708.00 at hdfc credit card. Today morning (03.09.21) i have recived one message from club mahindra every mount 7th you will pay emi amunt in auto debit i am asking this to mr. Parthiban what is this and he replied you will not panik i will manage that you do not pay anay emi amount for 3 years you intersted after 3 years pay the emi and extended the membership for 25 years. This is true...? or false..? . This is false means you will cancell my membership and refund my amount rs.32708.00. My sb account no: [protected]
