I have been trying to return 18 items purchased through Ajio.com where Delhivery courier is the service provider.But purposely they are cancelling my return requests.I sent them multiple emails but they do not reply...

Courier undelivered

I have a return pickup fir warrenty on 11 nov. And its reached destination city by 16 november, Now its been 19 days without any delivery attempts.
I have raised complaints several times, every time they ask me to wait for 2 days. After that no updates. This keeps going on. Plese help

Local delhivery courier holds package and talks rudely

For this tracking number[protected], I checked the tracking on the delivery website and the product is at my nearest delivery facility for 3 days. The delivery facility in my city holds the package for a week and then automatically returns it.

To make sure that the package is not returned, I called the local delivery office and the guy on the other end talked rudely and when I asked why they are not delivering it, he said...

I need a refund coz i have paid the amount 2 times... firstly i paid through gpay ..bt yr agent said it is nt credited to ur account so i gave him cash but.its debited frm my account and...google pay officials...confirmed that amount ia successfully transacted to ur account...

I am keep getting your order on the Way this is your pin pin.. But they never call us and delivery our products because they Ignore customers. No proper contact number or no proper response from delhivery. They are all auto bot message system. Hi,

The shipment reached to Thane on 13th November and it gone to Vashi whereas the pincode mentioned in the delivery address is 421301 which is for Vashi and this is not happening for the 1st time.

Need the delivery asap....

Not able to provide to the point service..

Recently I placed an order on Hopscotch which I was told to get the delivery on time. On 20th November the first delivery was expected whose tracking ID is[protected] on website Delhivery. On november 1st i got a delivery from amzon through delhivery. It was a COD order but i paid through my bank account upi and it failed and the agent told me the payment is failed i should pay him by cash. But the amount is taken from my account. My product arrived to my nearest hub 14 days ago but yet I didn't receive my delivery. I complaint through emails, delhivery whatsapp number, but no solution. Fake delivery status updated on their website, on 16th November as - delivery attempted. But nobody came to deliver from 6th November. Very worst service...

Courier boy was very rude

Delivery complaint
Behaviour of the delivery boy was really bad. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I asked him to come forward for my order and he denied, even argued with me. Kindly work on your staff. Either change the staff or provide them proper training regarding how to talk to customer. I would say i got the worst delivery service. Please do work on it.
