Hi team,
I had raised a complaint against my broadband payment issue. No one has responded and they are closing the complaints without consult me.
Actually broadband plan is 2522rs for 3+1 month and it has got expired on 28th nov 2019. I got the message for renew the plan for 3053rs for 3+1 month free and i had made the payment for 3053 and that plan has contains 150mbps speed and 3+1 month offer.
But the hathway team has activated the old plan which has 2522rs plan.
I need my new plan for 4 momths.
I am trying to call, mail them no one has responded till now from 5days.

    So i am getting daily calls from hathway with regards to taking their connection. I had asked them to disconnect my connection in april 2019 and now it is november and they still haven't disconnected. All dues were paid but in the month of august i received a court order that i didn't return their router and modem and i am to respond to that. I called hathway and asked them about it and they told me i can pay a fine of 2, 500 and it'll be settled for a mistake which was not mine. I asked them to cancel the connection months back and also asked them to take the modem and router back as i was staying at a rented house in shantinagar. They never came to collect the router and modem even after making multiple calls so i gad no choice but to leave my rented house as it was my last day there and left the place and now after receiving this mail i still paid them 2500 rupees and instead of permanently disconnecting my account they have renewd my account with some pack and even after calling them multiple times to tell them to update the payment made for fine, they haven't done anything either. They do call me everyday on a daily basis just to harass me by offering their plans or by asking me to renew my connection. Please do something against such scammers who spoil our country.

    They haven't closed my connection yet which i requested in the month on April and all dies have been paid but they still call me on a daily basis to irritate me.

      I am hathway customer. Hathway is providing poor internet connection and frequently disconnects though the plan opted is the highspeed one (Rs 931 per month). Raised complaint multiple times to hathway but they closed tickets immediately without providing any service. Please refer attached screenshot. Please take strict action as this may be the fifth complaint of mine in your forum. If possible check their account and put huge fine.

        They said it'l active 8'o clock i the evening (26/11/2019), and installed at 5' o clock. I've paid the money, after that that guy not answering phone's. I complained on their help line number 27th mrng, they said that "it'll active by 1' o clock our activation team will call you", again i phoned help line at 2:30 pm on 27th they said it'l take 3-4days time.
        They are making fake promises to the customers.

          I have been receiving harassing calls, sms & mails from hathway internet from the past 10 months. I had a prepaid broadband plan from hathway which i recharged in october'2018 and the plan was active till jan'2019. However, since we had to relocate to another place, i requested hathway team to transfer my active connection to the city i am moving in, but they said it is not possible. So, i asked them to disconnect my services without even asking for refund of the remaining period for which i will not be using their service. I had called them multiple times before my relocation and sent them mail as per instructions provided by customer care. But till the date i was in bangalore, there was no reply/call back or any response to collect their modem or complete any formalities for disconnection.
          I kept waiting but there was no response from them until january 2019. They started calling, messaging & mailing me multiple times a day as due date for plan renewal was approaching.in spite of explaining them each time, that i will not be able to renew their plan, they have been harassing me till date. Recently, i also got an email from hathway stating that they will initiate legal action against me as i have not returned their modem. How am i supposed to return their modem now, when i have shifted to another city and left that house 1 year ago. I did not bother to carry along the modem/router with me as i felt when the company themselves is not interested, then why should i be worried about the modem.
          I have attached the mail screenshot that i had sent to bangalore hathway customer care before my relocation requesting them to send executive to my home to complete disconnection formalities and collect modem/router, etc.
          Till date these shameless people are calling/messaging me every day to recharge my connection. Also, they are threatening me that they will take legal action against me if i do not return their modem/pay for the loss. They have even updated my complaint stating that i have agreed to pay for the lost modem. This is totally false, i have never agreed to pay for the lost modem as i did not lose it, it's them who did not respond on time and did not collect it from my residence.

          Please help me in getting relief from the continuous mental torture from these people.

I have informed all the persons calling me that i do not have any hathway connection so please un-register but they dont understand and keep calling very frequently. I am fed up of this.

                  Hi,

                  I have stopped using hathway broadband and did not renew it. I want to disconnect broadband service and my account number is [protected].

                  Issue is that i keep on getting calls to renew my connection and i have already informed them to close my account and stop calling me. But i receive calls daily which is irritating and causing discomfort.

                  I have also raised a complaint regarding this with hathway, ticket number is 25112019m231160. But no response regarding this ticket.

                  If i keep receiving calls, i would legally deal this issue with a consumer case on court and demanding for compensation.

                        Payment has been taken on 23rd nov and i was promised that installation will be done in 24hrs. It is now already 48hrs and still they have not done the job and not responding. Even after multiple follow ups agent guy is not picking up calls and not updating the status. The agent does not know the status at all and the same has happened to my friend. Problem is with the agent guy who is not taking the responsibility

                          Harhway is the biggest cheater who loot people and dont show up.
                          Hello. My customer id is [protected]. I got a call from hathway renention team +[protected]‬ claiming that i would get 3 + 1 months offer for 1463 if i renue my account. She pursuaded me calling me 10 times everyday for 10 days. I told her i would make the payment at the time of installation. She said only when payment is done installation happens in next 3 hours. I believed and paid for the bill she generated. From that moment she stopped picking the call and its been 4 days no installation person showed up. When i called hathway customer service they said i paid for 2 months plans and they kept on telling me that they will rise the ticket. Tickets have been raised so far and till date i have not got any installation done nor they responded positively. The lady picks up other calls thinking new customer. Worst service and never go with them. They will cheat as its their motto. Dont fall for offers.in return they sent me a legal notice to submit the device. I dont know how government is allow such unethical businesses to run in country. Its a disgrace to country

                            I had the misfortune of trying out a hathway connection some months ago. Here's what happened:

                            1. A sleezy man conned me by taking money upfront and installing a tattered old modem for the service. The range he promised initially was 15m. The actual range turned out to be 3m. Yes, three meters!

                            2. The connection never worked. It was a three-month long connection, and it didn't work for even one day. Called that sleezy man once tried to get him to fix it. He didn't bother to get this fixed.

                            3. That's when the hathway telecalling team started chasing me on call & sms. A minimum of 1 call and 2 sms in one day (Sometimes as many as 4 calls and 8 sms in one day). They wanted to understand why i had chosen to not renew the connection (Basically just wanted to me to renew with some nonsense deal)

                            4. I kept requesting them to stop calling me and pick the modem up from my place and let me be. None of that happened for 2 months, when one day they decided to show up and pick the modem up.

                            5. And not so surprisingly, the harassment continues. I still get 2-3 calls and 2-3 messages in a day. I request the executives to put my number in the do-not-disturb link but nothing changes.

                              On the 25th of october 2019, i paid my bill to broadband bill to hathway broadband. I ended up paying twice because at the first attempt, the company's payment gateway said that the payment failed.
                              On raising a ticket for refund of the extra amount, i had the ticket closed without receiving any refund. I even called and spoke to the billing department on 9th november and they said that the refund has been initiated again and i would have the amount in 10 days. It's been more than 15 days since the complaint but i still haven't received any refund. I even contacted them via email and their social media channel but they haven't responded.

                                  On 16th november hathway technician mr ruben from fraser town, bangalore office (Phone[protected]) had taken my cable set top box for replacement along with rs 500 and has not replaced the device yet. It has been more than 6days and counting.
                                  There no urgency shown to get the problem fixed and the attitude towards the same is extremely disappointing. Repeated calls to ruben has not created any urgency. I expect better from a professional working at hathway.

                                  Hathway Staff continue to break promises to replace the set top box. Keep saying 'in half an hour' to every phone I make. Still no call from them or any improvement in the situation. No cable tv for nearly a week.
                                  They are in a hurry to make me pay for monthly subscription and make calls for the same.
                                  They have to pay me compensation for the loss of days due to incompetency.

                                    I was using hathway broadband since 2017 and due to their pathetic service i had to discontinue the service and moved to another service provider since last 8 months. From the day i discontinued hathway i have been getting 10-15 calls everyday from hathway asking to recharge, reason for discontinued etc. I have explained the details many times and they have assured me to remove by number from thier database. Nowadays the situation is evenmore worst and getting frequent calls which is really disturbing. Even while sleeping they are calling and torturing. Can you please help to get rid of getting calls from hathway?
                                    I am ready to move legally if there is no other way to stop this. I am in a situation where i am ready to change my number due to hathway torture

                                      legal action

                                      I was using Hathway Internet last year in Mumbai. I was staying in a rented apartment. So before moving out, I had requested hathway to close the connection and collect their device they had installed. They didn't care to do so. I left the apartment in a month and didn't carry the device along with me. Now after so many times discussing this same story on call, I have received a mail for legal action is which is,

                                      Hi, i'm frm hyd

                                      I called to hathway customer for renewal of bill payment. I asked him about limited plan for 6 months. He advised me to pay bill amount of rs 2174 for 220gb/mo upto 6months. So i paid the amount online. It is showing me as 3months package with unlimited.
                                      Again i called to cust. Care now they are telling to pay 2700 for 6 months plan
