I had hathway fibernet connection a/c no: 11703727*) in chennai. Recently i relocated where hathway service is unavailable. Therefore i wanted to discontinue it. I didnt recharge. I informed it to the customer care people who called me but, i am getting at least 5 calls/day for 3 months (Even now) from customer care who insist me to reactivate it. I had submitted the device and i supposed to call them to return the modem advance. Hathway is hell particularly after discontinuing the service. Dont go for it. You ll end up in big nuisance. Although i requested many times they never stop it and keep irritate me with the support of customer care people. If hathway doesnt have the protocol to file my request/compliant, it is not professional. Hathway! It is really shame on you to write it hear to same me from your customer care. Pls stop calling me!

    Hello team,

    Hathway is not providing me services from the month of february as i have shifted to a new place which is within the city limits and centre of city new bowenpally tarbund cross roads, but hathway has to reply i am in a non-feasible area and they cannot provide services, well i took the services from them they promised me to provide services where i go within the city limits and the modem which they provided i payed for the modem and the executive told me its mine. Where in now i get emails, text messages and calls from hathway says they will put a legal notice on me for not submitting them the modem.

    Why will i do that?

    Refund me a total of amount i payed for your services from the time taken.

    Refund me the money i payed for the modem at the time of purchase and for the month i payed for feb 19 and then not go any services from you.

    Are you guys not capable enough to provide service to me where i live then you guys shut your company and close it?

      I have renew my plan[protected] with the condition of 1st shifting free as i have booked my new house at that time. after 3 months when i request for the shifting they will charge me 300/- rs extra without provide any receipt.

        Dear team,
        This is to inform you that the issue is persisting since august month.
        I have an account number [protected], which is a prepaid connection of hath way with the amount of approx 14000/- per year in advance for 50 mbps speed for 1000 gb data per month.
        I am an honest customer of hathway where within pune i have multiple connections, at my home and in different office premises also.

        Since last month am regularly raising a complaint and escalating this issue. The complaint is getting closed every evening with a comment of the issue resolved successfully.

        Here, since hathway has already taken the amount they are not seriously looking into this issue, according to the site technical supervisor the cable has to be changed otherwise this issue will not get resolved.

        Every day my team members come in the office and raise a request for not working internet, and then someone from technical support team reset the account and it works fine for some time.

        Kindly can i request you to look into this once again?

          I deactivated my account ([protected]) in the month of march using the calling facility and then again sent and email to deactivate the account.
          I am getting spam calls from the company on daily basis.
          I have blocked 100 phone numbers from hathway but they still call me with different numbers.
          In every call i ask them not to call me again but they don't respond.
          I am very frustrated and irritated by this spamming.

            Fed up with hathway spam calling incessantly about twice a day. I used to have a hathway connection for 3 months, but deactivated the services due to lack of speed (The speed was good according to the subscribed plan, just that they didn't have a higher speed plan for my area). Disabled for 6 months now, they call about 2 times a day, sometimes as much as 3. Majority of calls are during work hours and they call using different mobile numbers every time, making it impossible to block the calls (Till date i have blocked more than 25 hathway spam numbers). On each call, i have requested the agent to remove my number from their calling list, but they disconnect the call right away.

              I have returned hathway broadband router 3 or 4 months ago. While returning i was told my account will be deactivated once i receive a confirmation call. I have not yet received any call for confirmation but all promotion calls and messages and its harassment to deal with those hathway agent as they boldly say sir ye calls toh aise chalenge hi and hangs up the call. I wish to remove myself from hathway promotional harassment messages and calls. I have clearified about 100 times to the agents as well as the person who sent technician to pick the router and they don't do anything on the matter. Please hathway technical staff remove my account completely from your database i do not wish to ever opt for a internet provider as you.

              7 days after and still receiving spam calls and messages regarding renewing Hathaway ay account. Proves my point of negligence towards customers, basically nothing was done. Not sharing call details due to privacy concerns but I still received calls from hathway not to address my complaint but to promote offers and renew my account.

                I had inquired about the Hathaway connection and after being informed that they do not provide services in Kengeri area Bangalore I opted for another dealer. This was about 6 months ago but I still keep receiving at least 3 to 5 calls every single day asking me to renew my services. I have lodged a complaint and informed them to remove my number from their list to no use. When they cannot provide services in the area what is the point in harassing with so many calls.

                  My name is srinivasa rao e (Account no. [protected]) residing in santhoshima nagar colony, secunderabad. I paid annual subscription twice in last year: 1st time on 18th may 2018 - rs. 5318.94 and 2nd time on 15th august 2018- rs. 5650/-.

                  I paid twice because your executive called me in aug and told about to expire, so, without checking i paid. Later i found that i paid only in may 2018 and i raised complaint for refund. They confirmed that that it will be activate for 2 years.

                  Last month my account got deactivated and when i raised complaint amrutha from escalation team asked me to pay rs.600/- because our billing team told that there is a pricing difference and if you pay we will activate. And also she confirmed that it will activated for 1 year.

                  Again your team deactivated on 20th october and asking for payment. Again i raised complaint and lakshmi from head office - hyderabad told me even though you paid amount twice our backend team is not accepting for the activation.

                  Daily i am getting calls minimum 4-5, i am telling the entire story and they are saying we will resolve and will get back to you.

                  Till date nobody has resolved. Can you please look into this and resolve at the earliest?

However, in the month of april/may, i have moved out of bangalore for a short term assignment and will return in two months' time to bangalore. However, the hathway representatives are calling me to return the modem or router. I just want to inform them that i want to continue the broadband subscription and have no intention of discontinuing the service.

                      I am writing this with utter disappointment stating how a customer care executive lured out money from me with vague promise of providing appropriate service.

                      I happened to be an old customer, and was eager to renew my account however, i reached out to a person named swaroopa in the no. +91-[protected] as i happened to have received a text some time back with an offer, please refer to the screenshots attached. As per our conversation, when i was assured i'd be provided with the service within hours, i went ahead with the payment. However its been more than 24 hours i haven't received any service more over the person who lured the money out of me has been ignoring my calls and have blocked my contact number for merely reaching out to her and seek an advise to what the update is. I would request your team to kindly check the matter and revert as soon as possible. A customer care executive is supposed to solve issues and not ignore and block a customer after duping and luring out money from them. I am sure hathway as an organisation is ethical enough to not promote such nuisance.

                      Set top box taken for 'repairs', money taken in advance and no show after that.
                      Nodal officer is never helpful
                      Telecallers keep harassing for monthly payments and the service is not available as set top box is with HATHWAY
                      UNABLE TO REACH CONCERNED HATHWAY DEPT FOR CABLE TV SERVICE.

                        I had tried to start a connection in 2017 and paid 2300 rs and because the wiring could not be done, i was told i will get refund. It is almost 3 years now, despite multiple calls and mails, i haven't been given a refund and am spammed daily, multiple times by calls and messages to reactivate my connection. I do not want a hathway connection. Please, if you cant refund the money, at least stop reminding me daily that you are theifs feedback

                        I had asked for hathway broadband connection in february for which payment of 2239rs was done in cash to the local provider. I also received the following message from hathway after payment mosambee mpos sale made at hathway cable and datacom limited for rs 2239.00 card x1101 rrn:[protected] authcode 008438 on[protected]. After waiting for weeks for installation and wiring and multiple calls to the local providers, the local providers informed us that wiring cannot be done. And they said company will refund the amount via cheque. However till date no refund has occurred.

I have explained i'm leaving OUT OF COUNTRY and dont need the connection anymore.Please get the modem back and stop calling.

I had asked your caller executive to remove my number from your list which they/ your team has not been able to do.                                 I had taken hathway connection in 2014 and used the connection till may 2017 after which i shifted my house to another location in bangalore. Hence i informed them and deactivated my connection by paying all my dues leaving the router in my old house. I had informed them to collect the router from the house but no one came to collect. Since then i’m receiving the calls every week at least 2 times from hathway to renew my account. Every time i answered them politely that i have already deactivated my account and i dont need their connection anymore since i have already taken the connection in my new location. This type of calls continued for 8-9 months. After that they would email me saying notification for submission of device - avoid legal issue which i don’t have. I have replied to their email that they can still collect it from my old house but nobody came again to collect it. I have even replied to their mail before one year that i am ready to pay the router price if they are not able to get the router, but there was no reply. Still they have my security deposit. It will compensate the modem price. Even after one and a half years i am receiving email that they would send legal notice unless i submit the modem. This is actually harassment

                                  I shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location and i disconnect my connection and return modem to then but i am getting daily call from hathway to recharge your internet. I have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list but still i am getting lots of calls from hathway.

                                    Being a consumer i am extremely disappointed by the service provided by hathway. I have tried to contact hathway service provider customer service multiple times either they don't receive my calls or they are not ready to listen to me. Even they are forcefully convincing me to take a plan which i am not ready to take although i have already requested them to change my plan scheme at the time of connection only but they are not ready to listen to me.
                                    Kindly look into the matter i am extremely frustrated. Thank you.

                                      Sir, i am from hydrabad ameerpet. I gave money for broadband hathway company. For new connection. His agent received money after that no response when i called him he said that connection will establish till soon after some days when i called him they did not respond my call and when they response said connection will be in the morning, evening, today, and after some days they was saying there is no cable so connection cannot be stablish after that i called him they said we will refund your money back after 15 days.                                       I receive so many messages and promotional call daily from hathway and its been 4 years I have used hathway broadband when I was in Delhi

                                        I m a hathway cable subscriber from a long time... I m staying in mumbra. I m getten very pathatic servies from the service provider ther are charging money without bill... N hathway not doing any thing... Even i called 5-6 times to hathway... To start my connection always they are taking 3 day tat time if i will go to the cable operator ther will start bt they will charge amout without any billl... Plz take some strict action
