I took a hathway connection on the 6th of october, and the plan that was displayed on my dashboard said that it would provide 50mbps, and after exhaustion of 200 gb, the speed would be 5mbps. Cable connection not working since 2 days even after several complaints. This is a new connection, combo for cable and internet. 3 months of advance money has been taken but the cable is not working. I have made several complaints but no one is helping.
