I took a hathway connection on the 6th of october, and the plan that was displayed on my dashboard said that it would provide 50mbps, and after exhaustion of 200 gb, the speed would be 5mbps. After a week, i saw that my data had exhausted, and my speed was barely 1 mbps. When i contacted the customer service, they told me that my plan was 50 mbps, and post fup, it would be 1 mbps. I even took a screenshot of the dashboard and have emailed it to them, but i haven't heard from them since.

band connection of Hathway at Flat No.501, Ektha Basil Heights, Jubilee Gardens, Kondapur-500084. My broadband is not working for last 4 days. Yesterday over telephone I made acomplaint. The person who received phone did not send me the complaint number. It is not attended in 24 hours.
