On shifting of residence from Kothrud Pune to Bavadhan Pune, Hathway did not shift my connection saying that area is no service area, (No provision of internet in that area). I had paid six months of advance fees to hathway, They neither provided internet in my new location nor refunded the amount.

    Respected sir/mam,
    We are using hathway for 3 weeks. Before installation, we asked to set an internal connection to our flat. But your team members set the outer connection. I have complained so many times to the local technicians (Suresh, [protected]). They are so irresponsible. We are facing a problem with the outer connection of the hathway net from the owner of our flat. So please kindly take immediate action to resolve my issue.

      I’m not a hathaway customer. Some one had wrongly tagged my mobile number to his hathaway account and the service id is 31102019w802746. I’m get anonymous calls from hathaway customer care regularly. I have told them many time to change and tag the right contact number. But those illiterate # not even listening my words. The customer care rep name is sowmiya. Please delete my contact number and tag it with right person.

        I took a hathway connection on the 6th of october, and the plan that was displayed on my dashboard said that it would provide 50mbps, and after exhaustion of 200 gb, the speed would be 5mbps. After a week, i saw that my data had exhausted, and my speed was barely 1 mbps. When i contacted the customer service, they told me that my plan was 50 mbps, and post fup, it would be 1 mbps. I even took a screenshot of the dashboard and have emailed it to them, but i haven't heard from them since.

          This is regarding hathway tv operator who is not responding once card balance is off.
          The service is not quick, customer friendly i decided to leave this hathway connection and switch for other. I tried many to to connect from last week no one is giving a solution it was just a matter of card recharge.
          Request you to take prompt action against it.

          Please provide rules and policy regarding installation and recharge a card so according to that some action can be taken by you to your service operator.

          I have renewed my one year connection plan but I am transferring to pune but Hathaway is able to transfer connection to pune as well as they are no refund as well.

            I have raised a cancellation request with hathway so many times still they keep calling me everyday asking for re-connection with offer. I have told so many time to this people to disconnect and not to call. They keep on calling me every day. Irritating me daily. I need to have this addressed. The account# [protected].

                Hi team,
                I took a new connection on 07th october 2019 and the promise was to complete the installation next day which didn't happen and was completed on 10th october 2019.
                From day 1, i am having speed issues. I told the technician guy to give me a proper router for a good speed. I was lied about the performance. Till this date the issue is not resolved and i am still facing issues. I spoke to installation team lead, manager, customer support, technical support and billing team. They are not willing to give me a good router for a proper speed at my home.

                For past whole month, there is no resolution to my request and i am not getting any proper assistance from the team. Please assist.

                  I am customer of hathway since almost one year. One week back i just shifted to new place which is same area where i was took connection. Now they are not providing services. Reason they are saying it is not feasible place but i dont understand why it is not feasible when i was shifted same location. I requested them to provide services even they are not refunding money also and importantly they are deleting tokens which i was generated without any intimation.                     Hello i have a pre-paid hathway internet connection my customer id is [protected], i e-mailed and called hathway several times to discontinue my internet service and account, but they havent done it yet. It's been more than 1 week i have been calling them and sending them emails to discontinue and terminate my account and also told them to come collect the wifi-router from my residence.
                    But no action is taken till now to disconnect my account, but they are still spam messaging and calling me to renew my internet plan even though i have several times called and e-mailed then to discontinue the internet services and my account.
                    Therefore i am doing a consumer complaint about hathway internet broadband so they can disconnect my account as soon as possible and take their wifi router from my residence at the earliest.

                    I have attached the proofs of e-mails and the spam messages iam still getting, i have sent them

                      Hi, it's been almost 9 months i'm using hathway with platinum bimonthly plan in bangalore. Recently when i shifted to my new residence, i requested the team to provide the connection there, however the hathway team fooled me in all aspects. The team had sent the executive and collected the modem and after that, they haven't given the connection and also didn't refund the money which i paid, rs:2122/- when i enquired they mentioned they won't be able to serve in my new residence as it comes under non-feasible area it seems.
                      Prior to collecting the modem, i got assurance from the executive that the company will refund the amount for my unused days (Close to 48 days). However, after returning the modem, they just closed the ticket without any refund. I have reached the bangalore, appellate intimated my concern with proofs and even he just closed the ticket without any intervention. Overall pathetic experience from the hathway team and they are not at all bothered as far as refund request is concerned. Hoping for a resolution from here.

                          I have renewed my account for 3 months in aug 2019 and next renewal is due nov 2019. But my account is terminated in between. After constant follow ups, i m fed up of calling people. The issue is not resolved and my account is still in terminated status.

                          The customer service is pathetic and everyday i get a commitment that i will get a call from technician and issue will be resolved. But its now a week almost and it is still unresolved.

                            I'm a hathway customer and i'm facing network issues past 1 month, i have been calling the customer care 3 times every week but they are saying they will solve the issue in 24 hours. But even after several days the issue is not getting solved, i even asked the customer care for the refund but they hanged up the call in the middle.
                            This is the worst service i have experienced ever, sometimes even if my internet is working o would get a speed of 2-5kbps (25mbps is what they claim). I want an immediate solution to the problem or else i want a complete refund

                                I've been receiving non stop calls from hathway service providers regarding new schemes and offers inspite of informing that i have opted out of the service and deactivated my account due to shift of residence.
                                (Note: my account number is no longer in existence and this has been verified)

                                These calls are extremely harassing as iv been receiving more than 3 calls in a day from different numbers each time.
                                Fed up of repeating the same thing to each caller.
                                Please update your database and see to it that customers who have opted out of your service do not receive any calls in the future!

                                  This is to inform that i have made a request for two android set top box vide hathway receipt no
                                  47624 dated 24th july and the total amount was pad was 3186/- x 2 numbers.

                                  I was promised that the set top box shall be provided and the activation shall be made within three days, unfortunately its almost 90 days from the date of payment, haven't received the connection.

                                  Have tweeted to their handle and also sent a message to their compliance officer, total silence.

                                  I have asked for a refund due to non compliance of set top android box,

                                  There is a total silence from the service provider..

                                  In view of the above, i would want my refund immediately.

                                    There is an incorrect billing amount of rupees 1577 reflecting on my hathway broadband account # [protected]

                                    I have informed the hathway team about it through multiple calls and emails but still there is no proper resolution, and they are not even giving the reason behind that amount of 1577, despite am paying my monthly bills without fail they have applied that incorrect billing

                                    All i got the response was to manually edit and enter my monthly billing every month, this is not the way to provide the resolution. I need that amount of 1577 to be removed. Please refer the attached jpg copy for the email chain history where there is no reply at all

                                      Hi team,

                                      A payment of ₹943 was made on 18th oct'19 towards hathway broadband account renewal on their app. The app showed unsuccessful payment and hence i tried again. It showed unsuccessful once again. I called the hathway team and the rep asked me to pay again through paytm for immediate activation which i declined because amount was deducted twice from my account already. The broadband account was activated later. I have requested refund of duplicate payment owing to their app's misleading information. The request id is still in progress under the ticket number: 18102019m604024

                                      Will wait 5-7 business days and update once resolved. Thanks to all who are helping to resolve this.
                                      Hathway internet is the worst internet i have ever seen in my life. THEY have took the payment of 1767 for three months its been 4 days i have paid the payment but till now the activation is not done they are just saying by today evenings it will be done

                                        Till today no amy response get by gtpl team and also no any technician visit. How poor service provide by you? Today dt: 22/10/2019 at 12:22 am midnight till my net is not working properly and still my below complain is not resolved... Please take this matter on top most priority and resolve it immediately.

                                        Please find below snapshot for my speed status as i got only 9.59 mbps against my 40 mbps plan. Which is totally poor service by gtpl.

                                        Cc trai seek your support to resolve issue from such poor services providers. Please intervene.
                                        Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have made request to shift my connection from previous address location to my current location on 3rd November. But they have not shifted my connection till now. I have made all my efforts such as call, mail etc. I have also paid the shifting charge of ₹560.
