We have a plan which offers speed of 50 Mbps for 10 GB per month and then unlimited usage at speed of 512 kbps. But, last month data usage shows that we have somehow used our 10 GB and hence the speed was downgraded. When approached your kandivali (w) service centre, we were informed that our new month starts from 13th November, so the speed will be restored after that. But, since than our speed has been the same and it is hardly even 512 kbps as simple webpages like Gmail can’t be loaded and can’t load the speedtest webpage so as to check the speed. From that day we have visited kandivali (w) service centre on several occasions regarding our problem but still the same has not been resolved. Now yesterday i.e. 29th November, 2014, I contacted your customer care and put up an official complaint regarding the same around 11 in the morning and after that I contacted them 3-4 times, as my problem was still not resolved and every time they said it will be done by end of the day. Since my problem was not solved, I again called at around 10 in the night, when Mr. Rahul Wankhede answered the call and assured me that my problem now will be resolved tomorrow i.e. on Sunday. But, was not ready to give the assurance on email. So, I requested him to transfer my call to senior person, but he was not ready to do the same & gave reasons such as the senior person will give the same answer, the person is busy and not available. But, on my repeated demand, he told me that he will transfer the call. But after putting my call on hold for almost half an hour, he disconnected the call. So, I called up again and some other person transferred my call after a bit delay to Mr. Afsar, the floor supervisor. And, after explaining my problem again to him he gave me the same answer, but it will be done on Monday, because the concerned team is not available before that and again was not ready to give the assurance on email. Moreover, when I threatened to disconnect my service due to such a bad customer care, he was happy to do the same. So, this gives me idea that you don’t care about customers or retaining very old customers. But, still I am writing you this, hoping that my issues will be resolved on urgent basis without any further delay. So, please give answers to my below mentioned queries: 1. When will my connection speed will be restored to the tariff plan of 50mbps & why there is so much avoidance and delay in the same? 2. Why the customer care people gives the false assurances repeatedly? 3. If both your junior and senior staff are not going to help the customer to resolve there query and give the same answers to the customers, then what is the purpose of senior management and adding an extra layer in the hierarchy? 4. What about the harassment and problems faced by us from your end due to downgrade of our speed for such a long period & uselessness of your customer care officers?

    Respected Sir, With great regret, i wish to inform you that my Hathway cable TV has not been available to me for last 3 weeks. I have been contacting the operator multiple times everyday but started ignoring my calls. Mr Nagraj has confirmed that he will get the connection from this Monday but no changes. When i turn on, i see the display as "Please call your cable operator/hathway office to subscribe to this channel 4". i am getting this error message on all the channels. I dropped into their office Universal Cable Operators in Chinappa Garden but they said they dont operate where i am located. But in the bil pay card records, this is the office address printed. I am not sure what needs to be done and would appreciate if you could assist to get the cable fixed.       I live in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. Hathway Broadband Sales staff came to my residence scores of time to take their company connection for Broadband. They gave pamphlets showing that the company would give 50 mbps speed uninterrupted connection. Based on their false promises I have taken Hathway Broadband Internet connection on 28.04.2014 paying advance money of Rs.1, 000/- plus 3 months advance subscription of nearly Rs.2, 900/- for the months of May, June and July 2014. Problem started from day 1 with speed not more than 2 to 2.5 mpbs and frequent disconnection. Such a big company does not have Toll free phone no. and Helpline[protected]the only contact no. for the entire city) to get connected takes about 10 to 15 minutes and the Helpdesk person gives his helplessness. The technician visits your house and does something and your connection gets restored after many hours. The beauty is they have a particular speed testing website OOKLA SPEED TEST that shows 50 mbps speed. But I have checked up with various websites the speed does not exceed 2 to 2.5 mbps. Hathway company says only their test website is correct.I have referred the matter to various technical people outside and they confirmed that Hathway speed test is bogus and any speed from any website the variation should not be -/+ 3 to 4%. The Nodal Officer Mr.Rajgopal never receives my phone calls. I have sent several SMS, and email complains but to no avail. I have submitted internet speed screen prints taken from various web sites. But he does not reply. Now the speed has become very little and their technician visited my house during this week and found even Hathway speed test is not going beyond 3 mbps and all the other tests are even less than 3mbps. He has also sent the Screen prints to the company. Now Rajgopal has run away and an equally dumb nodal office one Mr.Mahesh has taken his place. I have sent the screen prints several times and messages to him also. Finally I have requested the company to return my advance of nearly Rs.1, 000/-, wifi router deposit of Rs.1, 000 and 3 months subscription Nov.14 to Jan.15 of Rs.2900/- so that I can come out of this hell. I am doing online Share trading and incurred heavy financial loss due to the internet interruption during business hours. I have also expressed that I shall be taking legal action but the so called NODAL OFFICER does not bother for anything. Can any reader from Bangalore join with me as I am filing a case in the Consumer Court at Bangalore. I have TO GET REFUND OF MY MONEY OF ABOUT RS.5000/- and compensation for my losses, mental agony and frustration. The company should have been named rightfully as HATH DHEY BROADBAND COMPANY.

          One week before, we paid 3100 Rs for Hathway Broadband in Pune Kothrud Area and they gave us 1217009 of Acc. No.. But still not start, After that we called more than 10 time to customer care of hathway, they also not respond properly some said its line problem some said its new connection problem.Every time they give diff-diff answer. we are very upset for our new connection of hathway in pune kothrud side.

              Hathway internet is not working since 21st Nov afternoon. It is still not working as on 24th Nov 9pm. Have made several calls regarding this to Hathway and they have claimed that the entire area (HSR Layout, Bangalore) is facing this technical issue and the issue will be fixed in 4, 2, 1 hours - assurances given at different calls. However, the issue still persists even after 3 days. Worse, they have themselves closed 4 complaints without any action[protected], 11252961, 11257259, 11254713. Talking to the customer center has been a horrible experience- Syed, Mohammad and a supervisor Swapna. Mohammad bluntly refused to register complaint or to transfer the call to the supervisor. Tremendous mental agony.

                Hathway is the biggest Fraud Company and they dont have their processes and work foce in place. They gave me an internet connection and when I shifted my house they didnt shift the internet connection even though I am in the same locality. Compaint number[protected]no Action) I placed a complaint on 20sept 2014 and till date there is not a single call or communication from them. They asked me during registering the complaint that I should go and submit the residence proof and Shifting charges which I did, still they have not communicated anything. Now I have asked them to disconnect the account (Dicsonnection compaint 1125032) But still no action. Is this how consumers are dealt with in this country? Please take swift action against them. as there are many who face problems like me. But the company doesnt say anything keeps us in the dark and takes illegal money without delivering goods.

                  im belong to Rammurthynagar in bangalore.my hathway id is 1072255.when i got hathway for for few months the internet was too good.and from past few weeks internet is not at all working even if i call hathway cust. care there's nobody to pick up call n i wasted almost 200rs just to tell my problem to them.its final warning for hathway, one you solve my problem or just payback my money back which i have paid for 3 months.if you dont solve this problem by tomorrow morning im gonna complaint it to consumer court.

                      I have applied for new broadband connection with Hathway broadband. Bill # : 19611. There is a guy, Mr.Anil (Mobile # : [protected]) collected ICICI bank cheque for Rs 3595 from me on 08/11/2014 with out validating whether the connection point is possible or not at my street (Chikka hanumnada reddy cross road, Dodda banaswadi, bangalore-83). After this no response from them. I have called head office and the same guy. No response. After three day HO team told to contact the area manager Mr.Kumar (Mobile # [protected]). He was asking one more day to validate the signal. Then they never called back. I tried again and they told signal is week in the lcoation. I have asked for money refund and they committed on[protected]. But again no response. I tried calling them multiple time but no response. Seems like they are collecting money for they business investments from public. Even after 12 days no response from the Hathway team. The service is pathetic. Mentally irritated and not able to get the broadband connection / Money back.

                        hi my name is koteswara rao ravi my a/c no is1144778, I WAS CAL YOUR CAL CENTER SINCE 4 DAYS ABOUT MY PROBLEM, 2days back one person will come &fix the modem but my problem is not solved again i will call back several times about my problem every time your executive say that it is solved with in 1hr, i will cal several times nearly 5times on yesterday, but no response at night I found that cable wire is cut, your technician is not able to find out this simple problem that is technician's efficiency.If you solve my problem immeadiatly or disconnect my connection and repay the amount, which I eligible the amount.                           I have account with Hathway and my Account ID is 347894. As per their record my account got deactivated on 17-Nov-14 so I went to nearby cyber cafe to make an online payment. I got shocked when I saw that their payment gateway page is not working, I have called up their customer care team and they advised to make cash payment. On 18-Nov-14 I have paid the amount online and fortunately this time their site was working. I have informed about my payment to them on 18-Nov-14 at 04:00 PM as I got confirmation from my bank by that time. They make a commitment saying your account will be activated in next 4 hours after you make a payment. I have checked for connection at around 18-Nov-14 at 10:00 PM (6 hours after making payment) and it was not working. I have called up customer care again at 18-Nov-14 at 10:05 PM and now they are saying that it's still not reflecting in their account and advised me that I should have made cash payment instead as that is faster than online one (It's very funny in today's online world still cash payment is faster than online payment and that too for Internet provider). It’s irritating and after making repeated calls and I asked them to raise this ticket to highest level (Ticket No.:[protected] they have not bothered and still today 21-Nov-14 at 11:00:00 AM I don't have an Internet connection. If I calculate exact time after making an online payment till now it's 67 hours against their commitment of 4 hours.

                            This is Customer from Kalyan (west), my account Number is 896274 registered with the name of MAGAN PATIL. Few days ago I have contacted to nearby Hathway office regarding change in our broadband plan (Our on going plan is Ultra 600 Half Yearly prepd UnL. and we have already paid for it and we want to change it to New Broadway) so they told me to contact a call center and raise a request for this.so I did and I raised a request 11164453 and they told me that you will get a phone call from our technical team within 24 hours. But after 24 hours as well I didn't get a call from any one so I followed up with them and they told me that we have re raised your request and forwarding it to technical team so again i waited for 1 day and then also i didn't get any reply from anyone. now today I called in call center ask them regarding this they are simply telling that we will re-raise a ticket and you will definitely get a call from our team and limit is that when I called in our near by office in kalyan and I told them that as we are very old customers of yours ten also you are giving us very poor service if this will remain the same then we have to change service then rudely they told me that you can change it now as well just submit your router to office. Is this your Quality Service?is this your user's satisfaction? Neither your call centre guys are taking any action on it nor your office workers.At the time of a payment your workers comes to our home for receiving cash and checks but at the time of the query no one is responding.                               My Receipt no 100297 issued by kishore. Neither the company is installing the broadband nor refunding the amount which i have paid. Kishore ([protected]) is not even responding to calls for last 3 weeks seems like he ran away taking my money. When i called Hathway office they told me to get the payment from their local partners, when i contacted SAI COMUNICATIONS they informed me they have not received any money from HATHWAY. When i contacted HATHWAY again THEY ABUSED ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO CALL AGAIN FOR YOUR MONEY. WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO HANDLE AND WE DONT HAVE TIME TO TAKE YOUR REQUEST.                               got a call from this number [protected] for refund of my money. He wanted my card number so that he can transfer the amount when i was forwarding him my number he disconnected the call. tried calling him many times but didnt respond seems its just a trap

                                I am facing this problem with Hathway Thane wagle estate, from one month now Every days there is no connectivity or frequently disconnection problem. Every time the complaint lodged the customer care executive provides a complaint no. and says that it will be attended by the engineer but still we face same problem after few days. I really want hathway to solve the problem with their servers with Immediate effect. Awaiting your kind reply for the same. resister no. is 902***1147 i will surely switch my connection other broadband.

                                    hi.. We bought a new Hathaway connection and everything went fine the first month and after that everything was downhill. The rubbish network and the horrendous service. We upgraded 3 times on the wrong account emailed them however they didn't bother reversing the amount. We then got our plan upgraded by paying 1790 which offers 15 GB with 50MBPS and 1 MB speed after that but staying true to the Hathaway style they cannot live upto their name. We have not logged in for weeks and today neither do we get speed nor the website gets downloaded. We called the Customer service number more like increase your blood pressure and talk to duffers. We spoke to pawan technically challenged and an imbisal. Then further to another valuable memeber FAWAD shaikh who really was like a child crying fowl. Didnt understand the query didnt help me log on using the router and didnt bother assisting us. 0 customer service skills and rubbish attitude. I want to sue them for cheating us and taking money because they send me a bill for 700 some change when all was meant to be taken care of when we upgraded our plan. Need help in lodging a complait A/C- 1170999

                                      1. Right from day one after taking the connection, I am not getting the committed internet speed of 50mbps, not even 5 Mbps. 2. It is just one month since I have taken connection and almost every alternate day I am forced to make a complaint with regard to interrupted services. 3. In the last one month I have made more than 15 complaints and my last complaint was registered yesterday with reference no: 11202526 dt.15.11.2014 and it is more than 24 hours, it has not been resolved. 4. I am disappointed and extremely frustrated with Hathway's service.
