Due to unavailable of your payment center where I have residing since 2011( city pin code 721101) I have not make my policy payment timely hence my policy gone under lapsed. After several follow-up with your call center I have make my payment through online & submitted PHS form at Kharagpore Branch on 18th Sep 2013 but till the date already 7 days gone there are no such improvement of my policy has been reflected in my portal.
