I had deposited one chq received from IT depratment bearing No.862550, dtd.16.07.09 of Rs.6660.00 at your Patna Boring Road Branch on 30.07.09.

It was returned by the clearing house twice by ststing " Wrong delivery" / "Not drawn on us'

We had prolong discussion with the officers at the bank premises and they had given the excuse of wrong instrument.

After long proceeding and consequent & several folowup with IT dept we had redeposited the same chq. to your Exhibition Road Branch, Patna on 5.09.09.

The same chq. was credited on the same day & the amount credited to my A/c.

We request a serious intervention from the concerend authority to stop such practices in branches like this where the officers are not experienced enough to deal such cases.

    I had worked with hbl global pvt ltd for more than 1year.from March 2008 to Feb 2009 but I got offer letter in May 31, 2008.& I have'nt got my incentives for the month of jan and feb 2009. but I got a letter from company of due balance which is no meaning to overdue although I have worked extra time in the company but there was a bad managing from Mukesh Goyal ( R M ) .. therefore many executives & Team Leader left there in the team mentioned. and now i am asking for my p.f account no.& incentives
    but they are not responding me.and
    my code was ------S28670.
    kindly consider it.

      This is an event of today morning (10.45 Am). I visited HDFC Bank – Derabassi (Punjab) for deposit Rs. 15000 in my saving account. My account is registered with HDFC Bank Sector-8 ,Panchkula. The Teller Refused to Deposit the money and reasoned that it’s not my home branch. I request to deposit the same because I am working in Derabassi. He again refused and introduced me to Personal Banker. She explained that my account is only related to my loan tractions hence we can’t deposit your money. This answer was not acceptable to me. I have discussed more, she refused. I request to give me the Cell no. of Branch Manager because he was not available in Bank, this request again refused.

      Earlier I was submitted my deposits many times other than my Home Branch, I have not faced any problem. Particularly this happened twice with your Derabassi branch.
      I want to know reason behind this. Please note that my account is not a loan purpose account. Is there some new regulation released by HDFC in regard this? If yes then why not regulations circulated to users.

Today i face a similar problem where my parents who live Erode(400kms from Chennai) wanted to deposit a sum of Rs 5000 to my account but their request was rejected citing a reason that my mine is a salary account and can deposit money only from my Home branch(perungudi). i dont understand this because there was several transaction like this was made succesfully earlier and the last such transaction happened in January 2010. When i enquired the customer care, they give me the same reason saying mine is a salary account and as per RBI norms i cant have that facility.

      i want to make a complaint on this and i am not being directed properly by the bank employees. how can i take it further?

The reason for leaving the job is our manager Mr. AJAY TIWARI is harassing me and using abusive language specific to me and also not providing me appointment letter.           Dear Sir

          This is to complain you that i have got a credit card from HDFC bank no [protected]. I was making regular payment but in the month of July i could not deposit because i was out of station & not in position to deposit the amt.after that in the month of August 09 i made a payment of Rs.2620/- on 12/8/09 & again Rs 4300/- & again Rs 130/- in the month of August. My due date of payment is 26th of the month.I got threatning calls from bank abusing like anything on my friends mobile no. [protected] insulting me in August 09.After that i personally visited bank & lodged a complain to Bank;s collection manager Mr Ashish,he assured me not to give any call in fututr regarding this but after few days 4 persons visited my previous residence inquiring me from my then neighbours, they reported me on the same day.
          I again called to Mr Ashish for the same but he denied to send anyone,after 2/3 days again 2 persons visited that premise & threatened, I again raised this issue with bank but they again denied.

          Today on 10/9/09 evening two persons again visited my previous residence & threatened to my then neighbours regarding me as they reported to me over phone.

          Now please take the issue at your earliest & do the needful & oblige.

            hi sir,
            I am Harish Kumar Sharma. I had taken a Credit Card from hdfc bank 1 years ago. when i get the credit card, after 15 day's i recieved call from hdfc bank for mediclaim. they told me you get the free madiclaim policy with this credit card. but when i get the statment for this credit card for that month, they withdraw Rs. 3500/- from my credit card account. then i call to the bank and said them to cancel my credit card & mediclaim policy. but they don't excepted this, & they told me you clear this amount of rs. 3500/- then they will close this things. but i had never paid this thats why my outstanding ammount was increased to 12000/-
            then after some months a person with name Mr. sanjeev Vohra call to my father & told them that he is a advocate & he has a case of mine & if i will not paid the minimum amount of 6000 he will process the case in court. then I talk to him & told that I still not recived mediclaim policy paper & about the bank. but he was not ready to listen anything. then I decided to settlement of this issue & i have done the settlement of rs.6000/- with HDFC bank but they had already sent my name to CIBIL record as a defaulter of credit card.
            & also i had clear all outstanding dues & also bank lose. I had gave total rs.6000/- for this issue to HDFC bank. but they do not get agree to remove my name from CIBIL record. they said, we will give you the NDL (No Dues Letter) to me. but that is not applicable for Loan. they need the CIBIL record.
            now you tell me what i will do at this stage, & I still not recived mediclaim policy papers. now i want that they remove my name from CIBIL record & return my policy money .

            please help me i am in serios trouble

            Dear Ravi Thakur,

            You have "settled" the card in 2007, which indicates that there were certain issues like non payment or delayed payment or settlement of accounts through negotiation. If you have used your card, then you should have made the payments on time and in full. If what i understand is right, then you have been a defaulter with that bank and your "past" records will be with the bank and cibil.

              Dear Sir, my self juned baliwala and i have worked as a NR-COEX, in HDFC BANK LTD,Navrangpura Ahmedabad since 8th may 2008 till 8th may 2009, my empoyee code is 60849, i have resigned on 8th may 2009 but till the date i have not recieved my F&F and salary of 1st april to 8th may, after 4 months of my resignation from the services.

                Sir, I am Ashok Kumar. I had taken two wheeler loan from Rohtak, Haryana branch. My loan account no. is 2444564. I had made full and final payment on 27.08.2008 at Rohtak branch vide recepit no. 11356083. I go to Rohtak baranch 50 times, they did not given any answer for NOC and said you have to go Panipat branch for NOC. When I approach to Panipat branch, they said that you have to go Karnal branch for NOC. One year is passed. Where is my original NOC, no branch know. I had made complaint to three times to customer service of HDFC bank. I am not receiving any response from that also. What should I do for collection of my NOC. Where I have to go ie which branch. Please suggest me for appropriate action. HDFC bank is harrassing me.

                Hi,

                I purchased a 2nd hand bike. I have got all the papers from the original owner, but its been some time and when i went to RTO to get the bike transferred on my name they said that i have to present a NOC as the bike was on loan. I tried contacting the owner but now they have either left the city or have shifted to a new location.

                How can i get the NOC? is there a way i can still get my bike transferred on my name?

                  Dear Sir,

                  My Loan account no is 13093480, I had bought a Honda Civic in April 2008 which was financed by HDFC Bank.The EMI was debited through ECS.Recently I approached the bank for foreclosure & they said they charge a whopping 5%....which was unbelievable.Again this was never mentioned when i approached the bank for loan.I have never defaulted on the payments & have been paying the EMI on time as per the schedule & this is what we get for being a loyal customer.

                  I have approached the bank for a waiver by 2-3% but they have refused.

                  After going through the series of complaints It seems a practice being followed by the bank to dupe their customers of hard earned money.

                  Kindly do not approach HDFC Bank for Car Loans, other banks offer much better customer service & work towards customer retention....unfortunately HDFC bank does not bother neither care for its customers.....

                  I had similar experience and I do recommend not to go for HDFC loans
                  i do have the same experience with my used car, but the process for loan is hasless, keeping dis in our mind we do approach thats where they loot your pocket...

                  HDFC Bank CAR Loan is really a painful criteria for Foreclosure. They are asking 5 % Charges after being a loyal customer for more than 2 years.

                  HDFC Bank Car Loan - Pre-payment charges — Pre-payment charges

                  I had taken a Car Loan some 2 and 1/2 years back with a tenure of 5 years from HDFC Bank. Now when i want to pre-pay the balance amount it is asking for pre-payment penalty @ 3% which is shoking.

                  In case of House Loans, there is no pre-payment penalty then why on this............................

                  Hello All !
                  The HDFC carloan preclosure charges is now 6.9% and not 5%. Exactly after one year was over on my carloan with prompt repayment, wanted to close and approached them. I was told it will take 2 to 3 days for their system to account the last installment they received today and turned me down. I have to pay interest for the 2 to 3 days or more when I actually pay it. They want to grab our money in all possible sources. Government do not regulate these kind of cheating on innocent consumers.
                  I had similar experience and I do recommend not to go for HDFC loans.Any Solution ??

                  I have car loan with HDFC bank and for a pre closure, they are charging me 6% !!!
                  This is coming up to the same amount I borrowed from the bank after paying 7 months of EMI!!!

                  This was never communicated to us while awailing loan...
                  This is robbery!!
                  HDFC bank is charging 5% as prepayment penalty but also refraining you from interest rate of 11-12% so what's the problem ?

                  Its better to pay 5% then 11%.

                  Private banks charge you penalty because you are paying them before time. they have projection of money for next 5 years but your are breaking that projection by prepaying that amount. also they are helpful in providing loan.

                  If you go to govt bank then they will ask you for 10-15 document, stamp papers, verification, physical presende in branch etc.. but private bank gives you all benefit at your door step.

                  So you have to pay for that benefit !!!


                  Restaurant mein 2000 ka dinner kar ke 50-100 rs waiter ko tip de sakte ho par bank ko nahi !!!
                  I had taken car loan from HDFC bank 20 months back. Now I went for foreclosure of my loan amount for which they have levied a penalty of 5.62% of the left out principal amount which comes to around Rs38000/- in my case. This prepayment penalty was not at all discussed during the disbursement of loan . In spite of repeated attempts for waiving of the some portion of the penalty, HDFC refused to do so. Never ever go to HDFC for any loan. They are cheaters...They are cheaters...SBI is definitely a better option even though they have cumbersome procedures

                  Please take in Writing from HDFC that they will charge a fee on Foreclosure. If they give, take the writing and file a complaint to Banking Ombudsman of RBI. (as per RBI regulation there should be no penalty on foreclosure Floating rate loans (Car and home both). Also file one RTI against HDFC regarding Real Foreclosure they are charging.

                  i agree to the point... NEVER EVER GO TO HDFC FOR ANY KIND OF LOAN ... IT SEEMS THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND...                   HDFC & ICICI bank sucks big time guys... i am going through the same problem and they are not ready to compromise. They have part payment facility but in that facility it says that u can only pay part payment in every six month that too NOT more than 25% of your principle amount. HDFC bank is a big !
                  I have taken car loan from HDFC (so called Bank rather big lootere) of 3.5 lac in 2011 and now i want repay despite only 8 EMI's are outstanding. I was shocked to hear 3% foreclosure charges. I was never mentioned at the time of taking loan. They have told me that if you after 3 year of loan, there will be no foreclosure charges. In fact when i called their cust. care, he took care of me by talking rudely.

                  HDFC is BIG CHEET...PLS NVR GO FOR IT..
                  I have taken car loan from HDFC of 6 lac in 2012 and now i want repay . I was shocked to hear 3% foreclosure charges. They have told me that if you after 2 year of loan, there will be no foreclosure charges. when i asked HDFC Bank executive for Written proof of 0% Pre-Payment charges he told me that nothing to keep in written bank will take care when you go for Pre-Payment.
                  Even i took auto loan from HDFC (also a case of mis selling).. Now after 18 months we want to prepay part of it which they say is restricted to 25% of the outstanding amount BUT again on that they are charging 5.70% pre payment penalty.
                  They are least co operative with re schedulement (they are saying that re schedulement not possible even though the agreeement say its possible...

                  NEVER GO FOR HDFC BANK...

                  how can I know my car loan is floating or fixed rate?
                  Recently I closed my auto loan after 1 yr . I really surprised to se that Hdfc bank charging 6.87% on outstanding principal. BIG [protected]@. This is my 4th auto loan from hdfc, previous they charge only 2 or 3%. Hdfc never mention that they will charge 6.87% intrest. I make many complaints but they dont respect customer, they not ready to listen customer, after this incident Im closing all my ccard and saving account and medical insurance from hdfc
                  You may write to banking ombudsman, in case there is no redressal of the grievance. I have also a similar case of car loan emi, as the error was due to HDFC bank and they tried to deduct penalty of Rs 700 from my account, even I always deposit EMI account on last day of every month.

                  Banking Ombudsman [1] is a quasi judicial authority functioning under India's Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006, and the authority was created pursuant to a decision made by the Government of India to enable resolution of complaints of customers of banks relating to certain services rendered by the banks. The Banking Ombudsman Scheme was first introduced in India in 1995, and was revised in 2002. The current scheme became operative from 1 January 2006, and replaced and superseded the banking Ombudsman Scheme 2002. From 2002 until 2006, around 36, 000 complaints have been dealt by the Banking Ombudsmen.

                  This is not a preferable bank for loan or transaction

                  I have saving account No. [protected], at HDFC Bank, MILLERGANJ, Ludhiana. Bank regularly debited ISAQMC CHARGES & AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS monthly & quarterly basis. At the time of opening account bank open the account with 0 balance. Now they are regularly debited the charges. Kindly look the matter and arrange to reverse the charges.

                  Even I took Loan from HDFC bank and while taking loan they told foreclosure charges will be 0% and Processing fee Rs.999/-. But when i went to close my personal after 15 months, they asked 4.6% foreclosure payments extra charges. Which is shocked for me.These guys are really interested into taking money from you.Either they should say everything clear to customer or don't give loan at all.But don't commit anything wrong to customer.

                  If everyone is saying this matter, then someone has to look into this.Anyone from consumer court.

                  HDFC must look into this or at least while they give confirmation call while disbursing the amount, they should be clear to customer.

                  I work for corporate & also a credit card customer. As per their norms, a existing customer will get rebate of .5 to 1 percent & also lesser interest rate for corporate people. It was assured by the bank personnel who processed my loan. He assured me of 14.5% interest rate. After taking loan I received welcome letter & repayment schedule also and nowhere they mentioned about interest rate, later I came to know they are charging 16%. When asked about this with the person who processed my loan, he told that due to some mistake by the back end office people I have charged 16%. No body is ready to accept & correct the same.

                  I have taken car loan from HDFC of 2.5 lac in 2017(7 months old) and my vehicle submerged in the recent flood.now it is declared as scrap by the Insurance company.I was forced to do a forclosure and I was shocked to hear 8% foreclosure charges. I was never mentioned at the time of taking loan.I am still to get the welcome kit as they say.I have been running pillar to post to get to speak to someone from their bank for wavier.Have sent mails after mails but no-one has called me yet.The moment you enquire for a loan they reach your door step with the best behavior but when the customer has an issue the people are all sitting else where.the customer care are the worst behaved. They not debited the amount after a week they debited from my bank account. In this where is my fault. Now they send sms outstanding amount fees rs 649.00 for each loan after 15 days .                   HDFC Auto Loan is pathetic, full of money oriented tactics. They cheat the customers openly, I am also one among you who want to close the account but has to step back due to the higher foreclosure charges. I had been told there are no foreclosure charges at the time of selling their pathetic auto loan product. I had clearly an specifically mentioned about my plans to close the loan after one year after the loan from first EMI due date. This was politely acknowledged and extended false information. Lessons learnt from this experience that do not believe any sales executive. Please take your time, read out the documents carefully and then go ahead. Please avoid HDFC auto loan. Comments / Feedback have been posted from so many years but HDFC Auto loan department has ignored the customer painful experiences.

                      I have a trading account in HDFCSEC and i forgot my password.
                      First thing is there is no way to reset the password online... we have to wait for more than 10 days to get the password.
                      Second thing is there is a charge to reset the password. Which company is asking any charge for resetting the password.
                      Third thing there are so many hidden cost which was not conveyed when we opened the account but now its coming up...

                        Dear sir/madam

                        I am having saving account with hdfc bank since very long. I am using net banking facility also. 10 days back while i was checking my account in net banking, i saw some thing mentioned about gold debit card. At this by mistakely i cliked and the very next moment i received the message that your gold card will be issued within 7 days. Also mentioned that there will be annual charges of rs.500/-.
                        As i had cliked mistekely so i immediately sent the message thru mail also that kindly do not issue the gold debit card, i had called there customer service also but from there i had not received the satisfactory reply and so i contacted the alkapuri branch, baroda. From there also i had not received the satisfactory reply. They told that they do not know such scheme, you will have to contact phone banking only which i had already contacted. I had contacted the bank regarding not issuing the card and also inform them not to deduct the charges as i am not interested in gold debit card. But then also they have deducted the charges and also issued the card. When contacted again they told that it will not reverse and you have to use the card for atleast 1 year. It can be cancelled only after 1 year.

                        So my request is to look into the matter and arrange to reverse the charges which the bank has deducted.

                        My account is with hdfc bank, alkapuri branch, baroda.

                          HDFC credit card department is filled with cheaters & fraudulent people. Just avoid HDFC credit cards. I was contacted multiple times by Banu(Ph:[protected] from HDFC Bangalore and incessantly offered me HDFC credit card. She said she is offering me credit card based on my loan approval amount & said she has all the necessary documents except a copy of PAN card. She offered me a Gold credit card with 5% cash back on total monthly bill & Platinum credit card with 10% cash back on total monthly bill. She said there are absolutely no restrictions & the card can be used anywhere and on anything. On their website when I couldn't find the Platinum card with the features what Banu explained, I asked if she is sure about that 10% cash back & she confidently said yes. Finally I agreed to go for it. She sent marketing executive to my office who collected the PAN card copy & took my signature on the application form. The next day I spoke to Banu & confirmed that she has sent the form for processing to their credit card division in Madras. She said it will be getting a verification call in a day or two & it would take 20 days to receive the card. I did not receive any verification call. After 20 days when I did not hear from HDFC at all, I tried contacting Banu continuously for 2 weeks & no one picks up the call. Finally when she picked up the call & said she will ask her colleague to give me a verification call right in presence of her, which never happened. Later I when I contacted Banu again she repeated the same about verification call. Finally I got frustrated with her & reached her manager. He had no clue about this whole thing but figured out that my card was rejected because my company is not listed. How can HDFC be so negligent? Before offering me a credit card when HDFC had all my documents in advance including my salary slip which states which company I work for. I requested the manager to give me the application number so that I can raise a grievance. He said he will call me the next day but in vain. That shows how much customer focus he is. Finally I spoke to a person from verification team who said they can still process my credit card purely on my salary but not relating to loan amount. He asked me what card I had applied for. When I explained him what Banu had explained about the 10% cash back Platinum card, to my surprise this guy said that they do not have such kind of card at all. He setup a conference call & brought Banu on the call to understand the card that was offered to me. Here comes the shocker...Banu straight away said that she did not talk about 10% cash back card at all. She simply denied that she had offered me this card. This is sheer cheating. All that they are interested is to somehow dump a credit card by mentioning false features. This happened to my colleague too from some other HDFC person. People like Banu do not care for customer satisfaction & has spoiled the image of HDFC. Neither the HDFC management nor her managers take this seriously & they themselves are careless. Now with this kind of system how would anyone be interested to become a customer of HDFC? Beware of HDFC & just stay away from them! Do not get into this trap.

                                I tried withdrawing money from the HDFC ATM at Bangalore (Coles Park Branch) today. I did so with my Vijaya Bank Debit Card. There was an error displayed on the screen when I tried withdrawing money " Processing Temporarily Suspended".I tried withdrawing around Rs7000 twice and both times got the same error.                                 HDFC Bank — Amount get deducted without receiving the cash from ATM,

                                This is for your kind information that I am having a salary account from HDFC Bank, i was tried to withdraw cash of 2000/- from HDFC Bank ATM Ambattur branch five days back, but i haven't received the amount from ATM, but when i checked the next time the amount got deducted from my account, The same day itself i made a complaint to HDFC Bank, they given complaint no as reference and told me that it will be resolved within 48 hours, But today is the fifth day after making complaint its more than 100 hours, patiently i called them again for getting help about this matter, now they were saying that it will take 11 working days. I am scared and wondered is this the service they are giving to the customers. when there is any mistake from our customer end they will charge huge interests and if the same thing happening from the bank end, they are simply delaying the time as they require. This is not fair enough from the banking sectors. If a person is in emergeny and he is not having money in this kind of worst situations, what can he do... he need to wait for 11 days.. Please take necessary actions against this.. still i am waiting for the banks response.

                                I have been approached by the Branch Manager for conversion of my normal Debit card in to Gold Debit card. I was informed about the annual charges of Rs.500 and the delivery of new card will take 7 days.

                                After submission of my application, my old debit card got blocked and I got message that a new card has been delivered through Express IT courier.

                                It was more than 20 days and I am yet to receive my new card. I made several calls to HDFC helpdesk (they dont even have toll free number, we have to make local call and stay on line and pay for their IVR messages and advertisements), but no one cared about my complaint.

                                I called the west marredpally brach and the person whom I spoke was rude and asked me to visit the branch (I made 2 visits much before this call on same request) and they cant entertain any phone service.

                                I am totally disappointed with the customer service of HDFC and truly surprised to see such a poor response from a largest bank.

                                I used Axis bank ATM to withdraw money from ICICI Bank Debit Card on May 24, 2009 at 21:10. I requested for Rs. 25, 000 but ATM disbursed 15, 500. I am chasing ICICI bank for this since one month to refund 9500 but no result. Now i do not see any option to get my money back. I have physical witness who are there at the time with me. Please advise if some action can be taken agianst them.

                                Salary savings Account — cash deposited in ATM not reflecting in my account.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                This is RAM CHANDRA PAL, is your customer and i am accessing my salary savings account in dalhousi square branch, kolkata. I had deposited 6000 ruppees in the same branch ATM in the evening near about after 4.30 pm on 30th july, 2009.My account no.is-[protected].
                                Yet I am unable to withdrawl my that deposited money and as of now am in out side of kolkata.Even I tried so many times to contact in the bank nd same branch as well as but i didn't get any positive responce.They all are esclating desk to another desk but inspite of disolve my problem they are creating another hassles.Now am totally pished up with this type of service.

                                Standard chartered Bank/HDFC Bank — Bank ATM shows transaction of 10000 but money has not been recieved by me

                                I intended to make a withdrawal of Rs. 10000 at HDFC bank ATM on 1st August 2009 in Jaipur. My account is of Standard chartered Bank. Money did not come out of the machine but my account has been deducted by Rs. 10000. I made a complaint to Standard chartered Bank but still my 10000 is not back to my account. Bank says there was a server problem and it may take 12 days.

                                I am in a deep trouble what should I do what is my fault. My cheques are due for clearance from this account.

                                HDFC Bank — atm cash problem

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am an HDFC account holder and my account number is [protected]/ branch Tirupur.I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs, 20, 000 from your ATM ATTACHED TO YOUR KUMARAN ROAD BRANCH on 17th june 2009,
                                Atually the amount (20, 000)was debited from my account but the ATM machine did not dispense any cash.
                                I had registered acomplaint immediately to the call centre and I was given the reference number (CHN030372),
                                I was told that this problem would be solved immediately but there was no action taken.After 15 days I had to call again for the same reason and I was given the new reference number(CHN033343).
                                It is one month now and there is no response still.I ve also given the filled cash back form last month .
                                This is not the service standard expected from a corporate Bank.This issue can get serious as you have caused me a lot of inconvenience.
                                Request your kindself to solve this issue as soon as posible.

                                On 30 june 09 at 4.00 pm evening time, I had tried to withdraw Rs 3000 and Rs 6000 from IDBI bank ATM, Located at infront of Shivaji Statchu, panjarapoala, malegaon but both time I got the messege " Transaction denied dut to network problem".& On 17 tn july 09 at 5.00 pm evening time, I had tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from SBI bank ATM, Located at SBI Corner, Camp road malegaon but I got the messege " Transaction denied dut to network problem".& all of the time i have didn't recive amount.
                                But when I have taken the mini statement total Rs 3000 and Rs 6000 and Rs 5000 was deducted from my a/c.That means total Rs 14000/- was deducted from my a/c without having money in my hand.

                                HDFC — amount not recieved from the atm

                                On August 4th,2009 I went to the HDFC bank ATM at Valencia,Mangalore to withdraw cash using my Syndicate Bank Debit card but after entering all the details for withdrawing an amount of Rs.200, the same was not received from the ATM machine. After going through the balance, the amount was deducted from the account. Till now i did not receive it. The same thing happened again on September 8th,2009 while withdrawing an amount of Rs.200 at the same branch. Please see into this issue and kindly help me out.

                                I used my hdfc debit card in canara bank atm at arekere(bangalore) I tried to withdraw 700/- rupees. I got the transcation bill mentioned that "TRANSCATION DECLINED" "UNABLE TO PROCESS".It hapened on 01.09.09...And when i checked my balance its been dedected from my a/c.I went to canara bank arekere branch and met branch manager and asked about the issue.That gentleman told me that canara bank ATMs are being outsourced so canara bank is not responsible for any issue happens with the ATM..And he added this issue is happening from the last APRIL and he can't help me . (I dont understand why they kept their name in the ATM untill they are not responsible).I faced this difficulty in canara ATM only from other ATM I got the money on the same day . However it was debited two times, actual billing amt. is Rs.3971/- but they done wrong process through my Debit Card.

                                According to their Cash settelment reports says only one amount had credited i.e. Rs.3971/-.

                                Dear Sir

                                Reference my Savings Bank Account [protected] with ONGC ONSHORE TERM COP URAN branch of SBI.
                                1. Withdrawn RS 20000 at 2216 hrs on 11/30/09 from ATM ID S1AN00030034 Mount Marry
                                Bandra West vide TXN No. 6378.
                                2. Withdrawn Rs 6000 again at 2218 hrs from same ATM on same date 11/30/09
                                Balance shown was not correct vide TXN No. 6379.
                                3. Took mini statement ( TXN No. 6380) which showed two erroneous entries

                                a) Withdrawal entries for Rs 20000 shown twice in place of actual withdrawal once only.

                                b) Date of withdrawal of Rs 6000 shown as 12/01/09 in place of actual 11/30/09.

                                Hence the difference in balance amount which was less by Rs 20000 informed my bank mentioned above on 12/01/09 in written and copies of ATM slips and requests to do the correction by crediting Rs 20000 back to my account at the earliest.

                                Complaint was lodged on internet site Customer Services of State Bank of India with ticket no.448830 still status pending till date.

                                Till date my problem is not solved. Request for help.

                                Note : I wish to bring to your notice a serious issue with ATM.

                                I am HDFC account holder and my A/c No. is [protected] with( CC-31, COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, NARAINA IND AREA, PHASE I ... New Delhi ) branch. I used my HDFC debit card to withdraw Rs. 7000/- from CITI Bank ATM, ( F-12, Kalkaji, New Delhi -19 ) on 9th Feb, 2010. A bad exprience i have gathered. The ATM machine did not dispence any cash and thus i have not received any cash from CITI Bank ATM. But my account is showing that Rs.7000/- has been debited from my Account.
                                I have complained to my HDFC branch with proper documentation i, e transaction slip etc. but branch has not still initiated about the matter in my favour.Citi Banlk is not responding about this matter.
                                I need money immediately as it my salary money and i am out of cash right now.

                                HDFC Bank — ATM PROBLEM

                                Dear Sir,
                                Myself Rajpal Umesh working with Billabong High International School as an admin personnel. Our school is having a big setup of salary accounts as well as school accounts with HDFC bank.
                                On 8.2.2010 at 18:19 I visited HDFC ATM at Sangam Cross Road, Baroda. I had given a command to withdraw 3200/- but received Rs.2700/- only. As an immediate action I called the security guard and told him about the problem. Then at that time only without coming out from the ATM I lodged a complaint about it vide complaint no. AHD 017785 and also took the signature of security guard. Copy attached for your ready reference.
                                After few days I got a call from service center mentioning that they cannot repay me my 500 Rs. which i got less in the ATM and after mentioning about my taking signature from the security guard, they told me to contact the local office.
                                When I reached local HDFC main branch, Alkapuri there was noone, neither the coordinator nor the manager. I spoke to Mr. Jaimin assistant to ATM coordinator Niraj.
                                After meeting Jaimin, I called again in the bank and spoke to Niraj 3 times. After all I was compelled to speak to the Manager.
                                I am sorry to say the manager replied "THE SECURITY GUARD IS ONLY TO SEE THAT NOONE IS TAKING AWAY ATM MACHINE" and we cannot go by his words.

                                on 22 July, 10,000 rupees were debited from my account and i never used my card and has not swiped my card anywhere, then how come the card shows 10,000 rupees withdrawn from the ATM.

                                this is a major mistake from HDFC side.

                                I with drew Rs 15000./on 4 Aug 2010 from canara bank ATM located in SHANKER Nagar branch new delhi 110051,but I was surprised to see that one note of Rs 100 came out along with Rs 500 notes ,so in all 28 notes of Rs 500 came out and 6 notes of Rs 100 came out ,totalling Rs 14600.
                                I had made a complaint in the branch also at the very moment.they called on phone the person from whom they are not outsourcing the filling of ATMS.he told that remaing Rs 400/ will be reaching ,in a day or two,but 15 days have past there is no response from either the SHANKER NAGAR branch or the outsourced people
                                So Sir please look into the matter and try to get me the remaining Rs 400 /.

                                Generally people shout loud when there is a problem, When it is resolved, they don't take pain to clean up the things. A Written complaint with the concerned bank Authorities is all needed providing all the details of the transaction for their purusal.

                                This is an occassional technical problem and often gets reconsiled when the bank makes a count against debit entries and cash dispersal.

                                Using another bank's ATMs makes the issue more complex to resolve but in which case the complaint should be promptly filed with both the bank authorities and followed up.

                                If its not been effected, or no action is taken in reasonable time, an FIR with Police should help.

                                Vijaya Bank ATM withdrawal — less money received

                                I entered 5000 for withdrawal at Vijaya Bank , HSR Layout branch ATM on2ndJune'2011 in the morning ATM ID - SVN 140501 , using ICICI bank debit card No. .. xxxx xxxx xxxx 0552 but received 4500 ( eight pieces of Rs500 and five pieces of Rs100) , kindly check your side and credit to my account.

                                On 04/09/11 at 20:45 I have withdrawn amount of Rs. 10000/- from tamilnadu mech. Bank tiruvarur.. Due to delay in collection of Money the amount of Rs. 10000/- (Ten thousand only) has been taken back by the ATM machine..

                                I have complained by telephone to the customer care regarding to the problem. On 05/09/11. The Complaint Number is 236500.

                                I complained and enquired from the tamilnadu mech bank regarding to the same problem, after enquiry of the ATM amount balance, they found the complaint is correct and they suggested me to complaint to the HDFC bank, then only my amount of Rs. 100000/- (Ten thousand only)

                                Please verify the problem as soon as possible and do needful. Your kind help and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

                                I have open a saving bank account in HDFC Indore from Rs.11, 000 in vijay nagar branch.As per the executive there will be no deduction in charges.But when i have received the card.There is deduction of Rs. 551.This is the case of misselling.He told me about normal card .but i have received platinum card.But now i want my money back.
                                Plz do the needful regrding this.

                                With due respect and submission I beg the following few lines for your kind action pls.I am very sorry to say that I has been submitted many request regarding I had withdrawal cash Rs 1500/- using canara bank ATM card from Kannanalloor South Indian Bank ATM on[protected]Sunday. But transaction declined. I had not receive any cash from ATM.The amount has been debited from my account. the next day a complaint submit before my parent bank and has only 500/- credited in my account.                                 Hello,

                                I tried to withdraw Rs 10000/- from the HDFC bank ATM (Branch near Metro Station, Indira Nagar CMH Road, Bangalore), using a Standard Chartered Bank Debit Card.
                                I tried one of their 6 machines and tried to withdraw Rs 10000/- twice. On both occasions, I didnt get any responce and a blue screen staring at me. (It neither told me to withdraw the cash or nothing).
                                On the first attempt, I got a 'your transaction timed out' message.
                                On the second attempt, I neither got any message nor cash. But I got a message that my account is debited with a ATM cash withdrawal of Rs 10000/- from my bank.
                                Desparate, I told the security guy that that ATM is not working (nobody is using it before I came into their 6 ATMs). He told me that its working and asked me to try another machine.
                                I tried another ATM machine and was able to withdraw Rs 10000/-.
                                In the meantime, a girl was able to withdraw some money from the non-functioning ATM that tried earlier, I told the security guy that I will try a withdrawal of Rs 1000/- on the same machine that is not functioning earlier. to my surprise, I was able to get Rs 1000/-

                                I dont know whether we are living in a pre-historic age or in 21st century tech age, but this goes beyond any comedy or tragedy for people like me.

                                The security guy advised me to complain to the bank. But frankly, none of the customer care/customer redressal processes of any Indian Banks are that use friendly.

                                But I am still trying to get this resolved.

The Amount of 1000/- is debited on my HDFC BANK account but transaction is failed and amount was debited from my HDFC BANK account, and I didn’t have received any type of cash amount from SBI ATM Machine. And i filed a complaint at HDFC customer care complaint ref ID. 1664153 for cash withdrawal. So I requested you to kindly reversal of debit amount of Rs. 1000/- @ the earliest.

                                  Myself Sylvester Pathol was working with Hdfc standard life under Kelly services ltd(third party of Hdfc standard life)employee code 58340.on 30th june 08 there was some abusing conversion with my boss regarding month end logins.My boss was literally using some abusive and bad languages and immediately told me to resign when i told him to stop using it.However i resigned on the same date but at time i was told that i m liable for my full and final settlement in august month both from my boss and kelly services,has i enquired in august they told me that has i not given any notice period i m not liable for the settlement,which is ridicolous as that time i was not told about this

                                  So pls look into the matter and resolve the issue

                                      i m gaurav ,i m working with EXL services pvt ltd ,sec 58 noida 203004.and i ve my salary a/c with hdfc bank noida and on 31-08-09 my salary credited to my salary a/c [protected] and my company has blocked my a/c and i met with an accident on 6th august and i ve shown them my fractured leg as well and once i was trying to withdraw my amount from hdfc bank but customer care of hdfc told that that account is blocked by exl (my company).i think company can only stop salary but hdfc bank has blocked my entire amount .and in times of need i was unable to withdraw my amount as well.and i have suffered a lot of mental stress ,being fracture in one leg going to ATM and not getting any resolution.so i want to go legal against EXL services a-98 sec 58 noida as well as HDFC BANK against this thing.
                                      how can i proceed further ,do i ve to send legal notice to the bank and EXL SERVICES PVT LTD a-98 sec 58 noida 203004

                                      this is Ritesh chauhan i am employee of religare technova and my A/C no. is [protected] actually sir i haven't got my for 20 days i was working in sec-58 branch but i was shifted to sec-125 so my welcome kit was going back to HDFC bank it was delivered0n 15/03/2010 and my A/Cis blocked but on saturday 10/04/2010 i filled the address change form but till i haven't got my kit.

                                      So please send me the solution how would i get my kit or my money from my A/c as fat as possible

                                        I Ramesh Chander Wadhwa partener of M/S J.S.R. Enterprises applied for a Dropline Over draft limit of 1.5crore in hdfc bank(rajouri garden J-block branch) against my resident property through the sales manager mr Saurabh Arora..
                                        the same application was been sanctioned by you for only 1crore in which saurabh(hdfc Employee)communicated to me that we'll have to pay only Rs 80000 + 7246 = 87246 Rs per month till 120 months towards the repayment of dropline O/D limit of rs 1 crore..He also commited to me that they will further ebhance my limit for Rs 50lacs more as soon as the financials of finanacial year 2008-09 will get audited. He did not communicated to me that the amount of rs 87426 will comprise only principal amount and i have to pay the interest separately..he has taken the signature on the sanction letter,agreement and pdc with the benefit that he is shorting the current Emi(of citi financial + hsbc) from app. Rs132000 to rs 87246 and also collected the cheque of rs 55151 towards processing fee n rs4649 against insurance of the property, for which he told me they will bank the cheque of processing fees and insurance at the time while handing over the cheque in favour of citi financial with the prior information. but when i came to know that i have to pay rs 1 lac app. extra towards interest too,i communicated to mr saurabh arora n Mr govind l sharma(head of rajouri branch0 as well n asked to withraw this application at once as i don't want to bank transfer my existing loans of citi financial and hsbc to you..but till then hdfc has already debited the checque of rs 55151 and 4649 from my accountwithout any prior information to me..now after reminiding then hundred of times they are denying to return back the processing fees n the insurance charges..all i want all of you to know is that hdfc has deliberately conned me coz they knew by disclosing all the clauses in this case the customer will simply reject the offer coz the customer is already paying 132000 for the current loan..and why would a customer pay more money for the same loan..n they hid the most important point of the loan agreement n constantly forced me to take the loan..
