Staff behaving very rude and un polite speech. Facing issue with customer care and raised complaint. But no response and no action taken. Playing with my time.. Simply calling and asking for loans..
They are very lazy and not answering my call for few times.. Putting my call in hold for more than 10 mins... Wasted my time customer not even talk to me.
Inaccurate info given and spoken very iimpolite way... In reverse giving warnings to me.

    I was asked to pay hdfc bank credit card payment in full so i have paid it but now I have checked my cibil my credit status for your card is written off which badly effect my credit score please change it to closed account.

    I have applied for bank loan and if the cibil didn't get change I will face large sum of loss.

      Today dated 27.07.2019 we have found call from hdfc issued credit card of my name and card used 1 lac rupess but we have not found card. Caller said me civil will be disturbed
      I want to cause on hdfc how it will issued card to without my permission without verification without check my contact no which have in bank my document is licked and bank issued card to another kind person cheating us
      Please registerd my complain and enquire who will cheating. We will no pay single rupees to bank.

        I got call from hdfc and selling policy stating that if i will take hdfc life insurance policy same day they will give me one more medical policy of hdfc ergo covering 5lac cover yearly absolutely free with hdfc life policy.
        I did this policy on 4th april 2019 and and after that i did not received any document of hdfc ergo policy. I got the policy document soft copy for hdfc life only also all the benefits told for hdfc life also wrong which he told me during call.
        Now when ever i calling person for hdfc ergo document and he always make excuse.
        It looks like hdfc cheating with his customer by making fake promises. Only want to collect money from people.

          I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I found that without any intimation you have activated one assist membership and deducted the amount 1399/- from my credit card without my permission on 25th June 2019.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399/- . Please deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.
          This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info. If it will happens again then i will cancel my credit card.

            From past 5years your bank executives calling from differert numbers and asking for mr. Amar narayan

            I (Nishita malpani) am using this number ([protected]) more than 6 years and i dont know who is amar narayan

            Your executives without cross checking customer details first provide credit cards than torture innocent peoples.

            And for your kind information i dont have account in your bank

            [protected] it's your bangalore branch number, from many days i am getting tortured mentally

            If i receive another call from hdfc bank for same, will rise a complaint in consumer court

              Dear sir,

              I had availed home loan from hdfc hfl in the year 2016. They said i need to give stamp paper worth rs 22500 for doing modt registration and i had given the same to the bank officials. When the house documents were registered, the stamp paper was not released for modt registration. I requested several times by sending emails and calling them but till not the stamp paper is not released. They are now saying it may be with the builder and although its not my duty to check with the builder, i had checked with the builder and they too confirmed that the stamp paper is not with them. Could you please help me in getting the stamp paper released at the earliest so that i can do modt registration.

                Fraudulent people contacted me and made me file for the platinum card. I agreed but not to be hung around like this. Its been 3 weeks plus since they have started the processing.

                The tracker always comes blank. This is very suspicious and embarassing for a private bank to behave in this manner.

                When I track on the website it comes up empty. Not even disapproved, just blank. Nobody wants to help on the customer care either.

                Now I received an email stating that I was tried by people but could not reach me to gather office details.

                Last Monday someone contacted me and got to my home and then called again. He did his investigation and took some pictures.

                He had no issues getting me on my number.

                Plus I receive sms notification for any missed call alerts. I was not contacted by anyone.

                Yet on top of it all. All the required information was already submitted to the agent that helped me fill up the application.

                Can you people stop lying please? Instead of pretending it's my fault can you admit the failure of your administration that I applied almost a month ago officially and yet no communication has come on my application.

                Email said in the end don't reply so can't communicate with that fellow either. What great customer service.

                              I have been strugling financially due to some unexpected expenses in my family. My father had Hearty surgery in Sunshine hospital on 08th June 2019. Hence, I was borrowed from my relatives and paid RS: 62000/- (TID:41166879 Date 10th June 2019 HDFC bank) in hospital after my insurance covered Rs: 150, 000/- Total hospital bill was Rs: 212, 000/- Now i dont have any money to settle the HDFC credit card but collection agents are calling me and troubling like anything to settle the amount. I could not able to pay any amount. Please give me atleat 3 months time so that i can able to settle after this 3 months.

                              I am also cleared and settled my HDFC Personal Loan (A/C[protected] by borrowing money from my relatives and paid Rs: 65, 000/- couple of months back. So due to these two huge amount of expenses i cant arrange the money.

                              I am exhausted gathering money from relatives due to my less salary and hospital expenses.
                              I Request you to please allow me for 3 months. So that i can settle the card ASAP.

                                I have two cards ending with 4761 & 9986. Settlement for both is done, and one card got cleared . I have applied for NOC. For another card payment is to be done till september. Even after warning, i am getting notices and mail regarding the card which is already closed from my end. For the past one and a half month i am requesting ROHIT ([protected]) and Ruchika to give me NOC, i don;t know what the hell is going on.

                                If you people are not stopping this ### my next step would be a fraud case on you, and for that i will go to NHRC, as that is THE BEST solution.

                                  I have an outstanding on my hdfc credit card since october 2018. I lost my job in october 2018 post which i was unemployed for 4 months because of which i could not clear my dues.

                                  However, in december 2018, i did receive some funds (Inr 35000) from a consulting assignment in my hdfc savings account. I intended to pay minimum dues from this amount. However, i could not withdraw or transfer the complete amount as hdfc levied a lien of 1.30 lakhs on my account.

                                  I visited their branch, called up call centers but no resolution was provided. Nonetheless, i decided to pay out the complete outstanding from my provident fund money which for some paperwork issue took time to release.

                                  Suddenly in june 2019, my facebook account got hacked on 20th june, 8:00 pm.

                                  I immediately reported, changed my passwords, etc. But to my surprise, next day my immediate family members (Wife, brother, sister) started getting calls from executives claiming to be from hdfc recovery team.

                                  They also called my office colleague. I immediately got in touch with this executive and promised him that i shall clear all dues complete outstanding by 13th july 2019, as by then my pf funds will be available.

                                  Despite this assurance, they continued calling my social circle and started threatening me to pay the part amount immediately. This went to the level that my wife got panicked and started crying.

                                  I have sent out a message to the recovery agent requesting to stop this malpractice immediately but i am still getting numerous calls (50 calls in 1 hour on an average)

                                  I urge upon the forum and authorities to look into this as i have no intention to default but this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

                                  I also contacted my lawyer and he informed me that the whole process adopted by hdfc is illegal and we are now evaluating legal course to take.

                                    I am a hdfc credit card holder the bank has auto debited rs.1899. From my
                                    Credit card number ending with 6908. Without my concern on date.29/04/2019.
                                    I am not interest about this service and dont want to this membership any more
                                    So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899.

                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2114 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                                      I was interested to do balance transfer when hdfc sales team (Jagadish - [protected]@hdfcsales.com) called and described me about the loan transfer process,
                                      And he told me that no need to travel any where and mod will be done by hdfc team itself and they have shared me the checklist in anywhere they did nt mentioned mod need to be done at chennai and this process was started in the month of april and during document collection on 15th may sales team confirmed me the same thing that mod will be done here so no need to travel chennai.
                                      Hdfc chennai team will take care of cheque clearance and documents will be collected by them post clearance.
                                      Even at last week no one is aware of the process at all ultimately me as a customer suffered without proper updates and
                                      When i stepped out to branch for clarification then only i came to know the clear process,
                                      So it took me around 2 months of time to understand the process. Now you tell me sir whose problem is this?
                                      If i have done mistake i dont want any single penny of my money,
                                      Mistake is completely from hdfc sales team, still you consider that processing fee is refundable only of rs.10922 out of rs.23600,
                                      Also i am not getting any update for my mod amount that was collected for rs.4800.
                                      Sorry to say that sir, hdfc is cheating the customer by providing fake information and collecting the documents deducting processing fee at initial stage itself and providing complications during loan disbursement so customer money is looted.
                                      I really lost the trust and suffered a lot aleady. Stand from customer point of view then you will come to know how much struggle i have faced on this.
                                      If anyone proved me that hdfc team has explained me the clear process and am only done the mistake, i am ready to face any consequences.
                                      I am an regular custoemr for hdfc and my salary accoutn is live since 2012.

                                      Note:

                                      For topup loan sanctioned amount was 9, 50, 000 why the hdfc sales team got a cheque from me of rs.11, 800 as processing fee.
