I have contacted irctc they replied: They did not received amount .

I had hdfc salary account few years ago in my previous company. After i changed my company i changed my salary account. Now its showing negative balance on my hdfc account. I have not been noticed to maintain any minimum balance, all of a sudden i have been started to charge. This doesn't look ethical from part of the bank.
