I am not able to get connected to customer care executive when i tried to get connected to credit card collection number who called me for card payment amount had direcltly blocked my number the no was (+[protected] no one is responding when i tried to call the complaint no there also my call got disconnected and switched to customer care no i was not even asked to hold on. I have never appliwd for a credit card however i am still receiving sms stating that my credit card dues and statement and balance info

I fail to understand how am i receiving these sms.

Below is the recent sms that i received -

Dear customer, total due for ur hdfc bank credit card ending 0492 is rs 3748.33. Minamtdue rs 3748.33. Due on 05/jun/2019. Pls ignore if already paid. For statement copy...

I was told by the agent who came from hdfc ltd that interest rate for women is 8.35,
I applied for home loan and paid processing fee by cheque, after taking process fee they said that interest rate will more than 10,
This is really cheating, i don't want a loan on this rate i agreed paid process fee for rate of 8.35 not for more than 10.
I tried to contact them and sent mail, but they are not responsible

I am having two lockers at new friends colony, new delhi. My account was debited with rs 30000/- as locker rent without informing me about increase in the locker rent. Earlier on i was paying rs 5000/-. When i went to operate the locker about 18 days back i was not allowed to operate and the staff insisted to deposit the money first and only after tat i will be allowed to operate the locker.

First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service...

There is two wrong transaction from my account one is reversed but second one is pending. Please resolve this matter....

I’m very much disappointed with the deduction of rs 177 money from my account #[protected] with desc for amb chrg incl gst for feb-apr 2019 months.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 5805 without my concern in may 2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount

So called hdfc ergo (Divident fund employees from hyderabad) called me repeatedly to claim my divident amount and bonus on my insurance policy. I was stupid enough to believe on these frauds and even purchased policies from bharti axa amounting to 25000 and 65000, which are apparently of no use to me,, all because they promised to release an amount of 390000 in my account after doing so. They said these policies will be cancelled n refunded...

A month back i have applied for hdfc credit card.
I have got verification call from your end also completed physical verification and also i have got the message like your verification process has been completed successfully... After all these process then also without any reason my status is declined...

Complete my time energy, everything is wasted..

When password is forgotten for hdfc bank, the retrieval is most horrific.
The sms works at fast pace, however email does not come, irrespective of what we do.

Several times this issue is raised with hdfc bank, kalpataru garden pune branch as well as by email, but no response to this issue

Even today dated 31 may 2019, i have been struggling to get the password otp on email however since last few hours...

I was made a transaction through hdfc credit card having amount rs2597/- on dated 24/05/2019 to upcl b2b - mumbai in.
This amount already debited from my credit card account, but still it is showing pending at merchant side (I. E. Upcl).

Already 8 days has been gone, requestingto you kindly resolve as early as possible.
