Hi,
I have purchased mobile phone in one of the authorised store, we bought by using hdfc debit card because of some cash back facility..But still we didn't get any cash back. WE purchased redmi note 5 pro phone on 08/07/2018. WE called to customer care on 3-4 months back, they told need to complete 90 working days.. SO still we are waiting.. But waiting time is over..It makes us to not to believe in cash back offers. Please kindly do the needful

    I have HDFC Salary Saving Account so there is offer for me from HDFC Bank is a Credit Card
    HDFC Bank Credit Card Customer Care call me that you have offer is you intrested i said yes after applying they approved my card and then i got a message from HDFC Bank that your card will be delivered to you on 11 june 2019 but i have changed my mailing address so that courier service not able to deliverying me
    After i have changed my mailing HDFC bank customer care call me that your card is not deliverd you have changed your address i said yes i have request you please send my card to my new address they said you will received after two days still i am waiting for it i am calling to customer care they listening my problem and cut the phone now i am very angry kn HDFC bank that there service is not good can you please help me for my problem

      harassment from credit card payment collectors

      I m a doctor professionally..I have hdfc credit card since last 7-8 years. since then it was smooth transection. I got pregnant in June 2018 .. since then I started financial up downs as I had to stop practice for 9 mnth due to my health issues..after my delivery just in 2 months I resume my work ..in this period hdfc card was overdue ..it's limit was 50000 . In June 2019 as I credit card collectors ( Archana ) started calling me...tht they...

      money deducted two times

      I have a salary account in hdfc bank. Two SIPs of 2000 each is deducted every month from my account. For 5-6 hours, there was no balance in my account and at that time the attempt to deduct sip was made. Now I have been charged 590+590 Rs. which is totally unfair. Please submit my complaint to hdfc bank. If the issue is not resolved, I would have to dwitch bank for salary account....

      I got an HDFC life policy in April 2014 after being pestered by the HDFC branch manager and RM. I agreed for a 5 year plan but they forced me into a 15 year plan. I paid premium of 1.5 lakhs per year for 5 years until March 31st 2018. On 01st April 2019, I was entitled for a liquidation and refund after completing 5 years. From 03rd April 2019, I have been writing to HDFC bank, Nri services and HDFc life to close my policy and refund my account and they have been delaying it unnecessarily.

      I have written 19 email (9 copying CEO, MD and Board of Director at HDFC bank) and they have not been able to resolve this issue. The service representatives wait for a week and then reply stating they want more documents. I have provided 10 plus documents in total including but not limited to

      1. Self attested Passport copy (sent twice)
      2. nEFt mandate (2 different)
      3. Bank statement (2 accounts separately)
      4. Form 10F (sent twice)
      5. Evaluation form
      6. Surrender form
      7. Name declaration form

      Inspite of all these documents they come back again seeking documents. It’s not like am taking a loan from the bank. I have requested them to cancel my policy and refund my account but they don’t want to refund my money.

      Please assist.

        The HDFC Bank has been charged me Rs 721.18 and 163.82 for Depository charges on Demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Reference Number as provided by the bank, depository chrges debited from my Account on the date of 19/06/2019. Can you please resolve the problem asap.

          I had a salary account in HDFC Bank and that is converted into saving bank account as I left the company. I was not aware about any negative balance that has been imposed by HDFC bank because of non-maintenance of minimum balance which is against RBI Rules.

          Today I deposited Rs.16800/- to continue my account, however It is noted that HDFC has deducted an amount of Rs 8800/- from the subject deposit.

          Hence in this regard request you to revert the deducted amount as soon as possible.

            Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 1.5 years i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 6 months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

              I booked some international flight from my card and after some days bank deduct a huge amount from my account as a post transaction charge around 10k can I get my money back in my account it is showing this- .DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST . Should I close my account or I can get my money back because they deduct a huge amount

                Dear Team, It is inform you that I have applied for home loan on 3rd June for which I have provided all the required documents and cheque of amount 3540/-. According to your concern person home loan would be sanction by HDFC within week after submission of docs. But your team didn't communicate the major pendency after two weeks as well. So it was assuming by customer that nothing is pending from customer side so once we have called on 17th June then again one major pendency has been raised by your team. Why everything is not communicated to customer in first go? It is totally disappointing how this reputed bank can do these silly mistakes as team didn't communicate properly. Now i don't want to take loan from HDFC as already it’s too late and waste our time unnecessary. Please cancel the further action regarding my loan. Also its request you to that kindly help to return my all documents with refundable amount of cheque 3540/-.
                Please take this on priority and now help to your customer for refunding the amount 3540/-with submitted documents to your concern person and avoid to delaying the things.

                  I have paid all the money for my credit card settlement. But collection department person is not updating the payment. And because of them my car loan noc is pending. We visit the branch many times. But resolution provided by the bank. They are doing harassment and using wrong words to us. I do have all the recording.                       I am not sure what kind of card has been given to me, I don't even use that. This is a huge amount which I am not willing to pay anymore.

                                I ordered an I phone from jio .com on 16/5/2019 through emi on my credit card. I cancelled this order on 17/5/2019. Jio.com sent me a mail and said order is canceled and amount refunded. But to my horror I found in my statement that emi instalment was cut. I asked HDFC coustomer team but they told no funds refunded. Again I asked jio.com and they say refund was done on 17/05/2019itself and sent me a mail which gave detail like ARN, date and time. I forwarded the same to coustomerservies.[protected]@hdfc.com as was told to me by hdfc customer care but still nothing has been done and loan amount is active also my due date for paying is coming nearer,
                                I am feeling helpless. Can I go to court as both parties particularly HDFC BANK is taking it very lightly.

                                  Today i vistied HDFC bank to get my atm which is stucked in atm machine 5 days before in between that when on second day i went there they asked me to bring an ID card of photostate of it nothing else so when i visited there after 5 days because i am busy they said they had destroyed my atm i said u should place a notice or wall or board or should inform me. The bank manager with full attitude you should be aware your self when i said you should tell me one he said we do not tell go to RBI or any place where you want to go I do not care. Is bank staff there for helping the coustomer or to show them the attitude?

                                    I was filling my exam form from DAVV mp online portal whose merchant bank is hdfc bank on 11 June 2019. The amount was debuted from my account due to the error of the bank and the payment status was undone and here since 7 days already passed and no refund message or notification came. Please help me out and refund as soon as possible.
