Sir
In this context I had earlier written to you from my other e mail account.
This is my registered e mail account at HDFC bank
My complaint is that I had ordered an I phone from jio.com on 16 May 2019 through HDFC credit card emi and cancelled same on 17may 2019.
As per jio the same was canceled and an e mail sent by them to me.
But now to my shock I got in my card statement that emi has been cut. After talking to so many times with your coustomer support and jio support I got an e mail from jio.com with ARN with timing detail which I am forwarding to you.
Your senior coustomer service officer also told me to give my name and some no. Of my credit card. The detail is
Name. Sanjeev Goel
Transaction date 16/05/2019
Order cancelled 17/05/2019
Order detail I phone X R 128 gb
Order ID JEF 10571677
Amount Rs 64888/-
Registered phone with card
Credit card no. +++++++9502
ARN detail in mail as got from jio. Is QHCC[protected] on 17/05/2019 . Note mail is also below.
I hope you will resolve matter soon as I am a very old customer of HDFC and feeling fooled due to this issue for which I have no fault
