This is regarding the deduction of almost rs.10610 from my account as unwarranted charges been levied by the bank as net pi to hsl account of mine. The bank has charged this amount without giving a prior notice or any understanding to the customer which i believe is faulty charges been taken by the bank. The consumers trust on the bank is being taken for granted by the bank. Hope my complaint is been taken care of and the bank credit the amount to my account

    Applied for fastag via hdfc fastag on 23/04 paid rs. 500. Got confirmation message on 05/05 paid another rs.300.
    Riase a compaint with fastag customer service around 25/05 as i never ecieved the fastag, guy provided me with a tracking no. And upon tracking there was no onformation watsoever. So shared this with him and he also couldn't track it.. Promised me that someone senior will call me back within 24 hrs. Nobody called. Rraised this issue again around 10/06, same promise again.. Asked them to give me a complain no. Refused both time point blank that they don't log complaints.

      Hi team

      I am using hdfc bank account for past 4 years. It's a salary account with an mnc

      Yesterday while i was reviewing bank statement i noticed i was cheated by hdfc bank and they charged me rs885/ annual fee that too on my debit card.

      I was never charged earlier and now why i am charged.

      Why this debit card which is free for all employees is now being charged.

      Please advise.

      Also i called rm : pankaj singh but he is saying he does not support my account. Called phone banking they are saying we do not have authority.

      Then who has??

        I have lost my foodcard recently, after which i have applied for a new food card.
        However the amount didnt get added to the new card.

        Tried calling customer for more than three time, instead of logging a ticket and helping me out they kept saying wait for 3 or 4 days amount will get added.

        I have been mailing to foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but no response.

        If this continues i will cancel all my accounts with hdfc and move to other back.

        I dint expect the support to be too bad.

          We had got a credit card made in name of my wife long time back...
          Financial matter and condtions keep on changing and there are times when one is not able to pay in time due to travel/etc.
          Please train your recovery guys to deal with customers who have been paying back due amounts for so many years with respect and courtesy.
          Hdfc credit card recovery division needs to be trained in ethics and behaviorial science while dealing with customers.
          They cannot just cross their boundaries in name of last date and force and compel that today is last date and get it done by 5/6pm etc etc even when one is categorically telling that will be done in by next day..
          I ve got call from [protected] (A lady who when asked to give her name told she is tanushree dutta) at around 1620h today.
          Pl check up and take action against such unruly people to protect company's image which is going to dumps.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am an HDFC credit card holder. Last month due to my travel overseas and my phone being switched off, I did not recieve any payment due message from HDFC bank. I had an overdue of just Rs 1250 for the month of May. On 17th June, Tueday at precisely 5:23 I get a call from the credit card payment recovery department informing me that I have not paid my last months dues. I apologized to them and told them I mustn't have got the message as I was out of country. And promised them that I will make the payment immediately the next day and also told them that I will also make this months outstanding payments in advance which was due on 7th of July. Upon which, the lady named Urmila asked me why can't I make the payment that day itself and I said that my office is shut and all the payments are made by my office. So she said then tomorrow what time will you pay so I told her it should be done in the first half of the day. The next day this same lady calls me at around 1pm and asks why I still havent made the payment. Upon which I tell her that the day is not over yet and as promised the payment will be made by today. Then she asked what time.. this really upset me and I told her that I am not a defaulter and I am not not going to pay a meagre rs 1250 and I told her to stop harassing me as since the past two days she had called me at least 5 to 6 times. She told me she will harass me till the payment is not made upon which I lost my cool and told her that now I will not pay you. By this time the cheque had already been dropped off at their BKC branch drop box. Again the best day this same lady called me and said why I have still not made the payment.. and she said that you are a defaulter and I will keep calling you till you dont playland that if you are so rich then why dont you pay the money. I inquired about this in the HDFC bank and they told me that it takes 6 days for the payment to reflect in their system. Now that is their problem and If they dont have the expertise and the speed to upgrade their system then it's not my fault. This lady kept calling me. Today that is the 25th of june, the payment got reflected in their system but still the lady called me for non payment. I am so disgusted by the personal statements that were made towards me and the incessant harrassment and unprofessional behaviour by the..I have decided to cancel my credit card and I dint want to avail of any of their service. The IRS representatives themselves dont know how the system works and they harass us. In this past week I have recieved at least 30 calls for them for this piddly amount.

              I have defaulted on one month credit card payment in the month of June 2019. The collection agency harasses me everyday by calling me 30 - 40 times even after i informed them that the payment will be made to the bank by the next due date. But still they harass me everyday during my office hrs and early morning. I have other loans with HDFC bank n i have never defaulted on any one of them, but the agency hired by the bank insist on pay cash or else they resort to harassment.

                    I have purchased redmi mobile of price 18299 from poorvika mobile showroom, chandra layout, bangalore using hdfc debit card because they are displayed and told that there is an cash back option available if we purchase through hdfc debit card. So we did that. But after 4 months we called customer care, they replied that still 20 more working days to get cash back.
                    But now, my relationship manager telling that offer was not in that period.

                      On 1 st june, saturday at 1.30 pm i got a call on my mobile phone. Since i was waiting to get a refund from hyundai, they said they are refund managers from the financial recovery team from the registered office in mumbai. He confirmed my account number and ifsc code and said he will refund the amount via net banking. When i confirmed my account details within a minute i received an otp which withdrew 20, 000 and then consecutively 30, 000. I instantly called up phone banking which took 15 minutes to get in touch with the customer executive and froze my account. I have filed a complaint and have two registered complaint numbers. The fir and the customer dispute form has been sent to mumbai hdfc office but i have not received a revert.
                      There are concerns that need to be looked into.
                      1. How was my confidential information leaked? There was not only an otp but customer id and even ipin were regenerated.
                      2. My debit card details were hacked and my debit card number and cvv number was known.
                      3. The bank is responsible for my funds and thus how was a beneficiary account been added without verifying the genuine.
                      There is no compromise from the side not even unknowingly. Please look into this matter and solve my problem on urgent basis.

                          With great disappointment i am writing to bring into your kind notice how opening a simple current account with hdfc bank has become a seemingly impossible task due to sheer apathy, ignorance, and procrastination of its staff. It has been almost 40 days since i placed my request to open a current account for my startup with one of hdfc bank branch (Ifsc code. Hdfc0001716) and have been running from pillar to post ever since due to sheer incompetence of two staff members - mr sahil khurana (Preferred relationship manager) and mr manoj kheterpal (Branch manager)
                          Kindly find below detailed narration of account of events -

                          I and my mother visited the nearest hdfc branch (Hdfc bank ltd

                          Kurukshetra - 136118, ifsc - hdfc0001716) to open a current account for our startup. Even on refusing a number of times, our relationship manager (Mr sahil khurana) insisted upon opening a personal account also with them. Just to expedite the process, i opened the personal account and deposited 30000 in the personal account (10000 for personal account & 20000 for current account). We completed all the required documentation for ca

                          I was reached out by mr khurana to complete some more documentation and submit the company stamp with the bank for any further documentation. The same was completed on the given date and i was told that i would receive the ca number within 7 days

                          28/05/2019
                          20000 (Deposited earlier for ca opening) was deducted from my pa and transferred to some dummy account

                          29/05/2019 - 05/06/2019
                          I kept on following up for ca but the relationship manager kept on giving false commitments. After repeated failed commitments, he stopped answering my calls

                          Upon messaging and calling mr khurana scores of times, he asked me to speak to their branch manager (Mr manoj kheterpal) for further process. Upon speaking to mr kheterpal i came to know that bank needed some more documents and signature of myself and my mother. Owing to the travelling nature of my business, i was not in town but still cancelled my work commitments to reach bank on 10/06/2019

                          I reached the bank and again completed the required formalities. I asked about the 20000 transaction happened on 28/05/2019 and i was assured by mr khurana and mr kheterpal that the same will be transferred to my ca as soon as the account opens. They both assured that the ca will open in another 2-3 days
                          I also collected the stamp lying in the bank for so long.

                          I was asked by mr kheterpal to deposit another 20000 in my pa (For the purpose of ca opening), as they were unable to revert/ utilise the earlier deducted inr 20000. He assured me that now i will receive inr 40000 in my ca.

                          Since we were short on funds, my mother borrowed some money and deposited the same in the account

                          Mr kheterpal reached out to me as they yet again missed out on putting stamps on some documents and asked for the stamp again.

                          Since i was not in town (And had collected the stamp from the bank on 10th june), my 65 year old father got another stamp made and submitted the same in the bank.

                          I am following up since then. Both mr khurana and mr kheterpal have stopped answering my phone calls. My brother and my mother are visiting the bank on almost daily basis for the followups.

                          I still have no clue of the ca and the inr 40000 deposited with the bank. I and my family are deeply disappointed for the agony caused by the gross attitude and incompetence of bank personnels at hdfc, kurukshetra to pipli road (Ifsc - hdfc0001716) and this seems to be the last relationship of our family with the hdfc bank.

                          I am really surprised at how carelessly things are handled at india's largest private bank. Such is the level of ignorance that staff doesn't know what is to be done, miscommunicates, and then stops responding to calls. This has not only caused agony but also unnecessary caused business loss for me.
                          I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me a resolution at the earliest.

                            I am anupam katiyar, i have been cheated by a member of the hdfc life employee named pooja as she asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc life sanchay plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 20958137. She promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 6 members of my family for next 5 years. Now it has been passed 6 months & i have received nothing. She also told me that i can withdraw amount after 5 year at any time without any deduction. She also asked me that she is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. Now pooja's no. [protected], [protected] is going switch off permanently after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written auric financial advisors ltd, where i also visited but in delhi office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours. I want justice because i was not aware of this cheating what they did with me.

                              On 1 st june, saturday at 1.30 pm i got a call on my mobile phone. Since i was waiting to get a refund from hyundai, they said they are refund managers from the financial recovery team from the registered office in mumbai. He confirmed my account number and ifsc code and said he will refund the amount via net banking. When i confirmed my account details within a minute i received an otp which withdrew 20, 000 and then consecutively 30, 000. I instantly called up phone banking which took 15 minutes to get in touch with the customer executive and froze my account. I have filed a complaint and have two registered complaint numbers. The fir and the customer dispute form has been sent to the mumbai hdfc office but i have not received a revert.
                              I request you, to please look into the same.
                              There are concerns which need to be looked into.
                              1. How was my confidential information leaked? There was not only an otp but customer id and even ipin was regenerated.
                              2. My debit card details were hacked and my debit card number and cvv number was known.
                              3. The bank is responsible for my funds and thus how was a beneficiary account been added without verifying the genuine.
                              There is no compromise from side not even unknowingly. Please look into this matter and solve my problem on urgent basis

                                I have been placed with a mirevenue hold through gefu negative value of 8, 000 in my savings account. Kindly explain this and remove the charges.
                                Hope you are doing well. This is regarding a query. My friend had opened a savings account in hdfc bank. Now the account is no longer active. I had noticed that negative charges are being levied. I also visited the home branch but was informed to close the deemat account in order to close this savings account and then pay the negative balance. As per rbi guidelines, banks should not charge for non maintenance of minimum balance. Also am unable to visit the home branch due to travelling issues. Could you please look into this and advice. My friend needs help urgently.

                                  There was a transaction dispute with Airtel Postpaid and I have requested HDFC customer care team to immediately cancel auto payment of Rs.9517.88 made on 16th May 2019 with my Regalia First credit card. Cancellation request# [protected] was submitted on 17th May 2019 within 24 hours of the transaction and customer care representative informed me that the amount will be reversed/refunded to my credit card within 3-5 business days. But surprisingly when I see Jun 2019 statement the refund was not made and I have charged Rs.9517.88 which I have requested to cancel. So HDFC bank is making either false promises or not processing customer requests as per the rules. So I want this issue settled and amount of Rs.9517.88 should be refunded to my credit card which I don't have to pay.

                                    I am sulakshan jain prop. Of m/s oswal classic, ldh. I am holding an account in sbi since 1996. And having limit of only 6 lacs.
                                    Hdfc offered me edc machine (Swipe machine) and i already submitted all proofs whatever mr ashish sehgal (Ro code a40220) told me * (Aadhar card, pan card, gst certificate, address proof) on 07/06/2019.
                                    He committed that current account and edc machine will be there at your place within 7 working days.
                                    My chq was cleared by 18/06/2019 of rs.25000.
                                    And now on 24/06/2019 salesman asked me to submit noc from sbi on behalf of my limit.
                                    What is this..?
                                    * every documents whatever is needed should be informed before any process.
                                    *why my chq was passed before opening my current account..?
                                    *why there is delay in process..?
                                    *why salesman commitment is wrong..?
                                    *why hdfc is having salesman like mr ashish who commit false statement to customer and harras them.

                                    I want my chq. Return and punishable action against team of hdfc (0634) branch name fgm (Feroz gandhi market)
                                    I never deal with false statement bank.

                                      I had opened a nri pis joint account with hdfc bank sometime back, but never transacted.

                                      I’m trying to close the account since last two years but always being shuttled between branch to branch. Being an nri, i used to visit india on tight schedule, we try for couple of days and give up.

                                      I have being charged quarterly the maintenance fees. I have tried every effort but to no avail.

                                      Please advise whether i can go legally as i have all dox indicating the dates i have commenced the process of account closure.
